    Only a 1 night stay. Very nice rooms, clean, quiet, and a firm bed for all of you folks who like a firmer mattress. Microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in room, shower pressure wasn't great but the bathroom was clean. No free breakfast but there is a lounge to order breakfast in the mornings and drinks in the afternoon and evening. Parking was convenient and the hotel is located in an area with plenty of restaurants and shopping.

    The location was good and the hotel was quiet Paid more for a king room with 3 still available on the site just to be put in a double queen. Upon telling the front desk about the mix up they informed me they had no kings available and my only options would be to find another hotel at 4:00 the day of my stay or just accept the downgraded room. Wasn’t worth waiting for a refund and finding a new hotel so we stayed hoping that would be the last of our issues. Set the AC at 74 before leaving for dinner and when we came back the room was 68 and the air was still blasting. Tried to take a shower just to realize the drain plug did not stay up at all and I had to manually hold it open to drain and keep the bathtub from filling. The bathroom itself was pretty clean but the shower is in desperate need of repairs or updates. Im amazed this place has so many good reviews its not only the most expensive but also most disappointing hotel stay ive had in a long time.

    Just the restaurants and stores in the aera My first room smelled of cat piss. They acted like they could not tell. My next room under the bed was horrible dirty with large dust balls. Upon checking out the next morning witnessed a man sneaking out of the side door with a cat. Hence the cat piss smell in the first room. Been here before was great. This visit was horrible.

    Room was ok, nothing special. Shower had good pressure. We stayed there four days and never had the room serviced. Getting clean replacement towels dumped on the counter is not servicing the room in my estimation. I even requested service and they did not do it. We needed an extra night through circumstances out of our control and the staff made no effort to try to offer a reasonable rate or negotiate. Without hesitation, we checked out and went to the hotel next door. In general, the staff really seemed to lack training on hospitality or professional expectations. We did not have breakfast there so I can’t comment on it. Location is good. Near a lot of dining and casual commerce. If you have a short stay and simple needs, it’s fine. Needing anything in particular or special for a longer time, take the time to consider carefully.

    The staff at this Courtyard is among the most professional and courteous I have ever experienced! They were all very helpful, informative, and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly roomy. Ample parking. Close to restaurants. The one thing I did not like was that the person who checked me in asked a lot of personal questions about why I was visiting. I felt uncomfortable about that.

    Room was in good condition and clean but I prefer a more updated bathroom. Toilets was too low to the floor for senior. Had to completely remove the tub stopper so the water would drain out of the tub. The light switch by the door didn’t work and bedding covers weren’t warm enough.

    When I made the reservation I said I did not want an accessible room. When we checked in and went to our room, it was an accessible room. We were told that's all that was left but were eventually given another room. We stood in line a long time before being checked in as there was only one person at the front desk. The room lighting was dim as I have found in all Marriott's. When my room key stopped working and I went to the front desk to have it fixed, the clerk only asked for my room number. She didn't ask for any ID, not even my name. Anyone could ask for anyone else's room number and get into any room just by asking for it. Very scary.

Our ONLY negative was that, having room 133, there was plenty of "noise" outside the room earlier in the morning than my wife was intending to awaken. (Presuming because of the breakfast prep and or room staff getting stuff from the closet/storage area adjacent to the room.) We get it ... but that was the one thing that could have been better.

    My stay was a very pleasant one. Bed was comfortable along with the down pillows. Breakfast would’ve been better if there was a variety on the menu. I believe the hot breakfast only had like 4 choices which consisted of 2 sandwich choices. They also offered burrito and egg bites. I’m not a sandwich person, but the sandwiches were tasty.

    When I followed up again, I was told that the housekeeping staff might have skipped the room because we had left personal items on the beds — but this was simply not true. We made sure the beds were completely clear before leaving each day. This kind of service is not what I expect from a hotel booked through Expedia. The rest of our stay was fine, but the lack of follow-through and inaccurate explanation left us frustrated and disappointed.

We made sure the beds were completely clear before leaving each day. This kind of service is not what I expect from a hotel booked through Expedia. The rest of our stay was fine, but the lack of follow-through and inaccurate explanation left us frustrated and disappointed.

    The property is excellent. Above 100%. Only problem was. Being a blind veteran. Rooms were extremely dark. To the point that I’d rather stay outside and be in the room. we had to go to someone’s house to get a lamp just so I could see my way around the room. Will not be back too dark.

    I am glad that I delayed writing this review. I stayed at this property May 23rd-May 25th of 2025 and they refuse to refund my money that was held for incidentals. There were no incidentals and I keep getting the run around of why this money has not been credited back to my account. I have heard it would take 7 to 10 days, 15 days, and it's because you booked with a third party but the third party did not put the hold on my card, Marriott did. I have called several times and have so many cases and still being given the run around. This location's staff is unprofessional and will not work to rectify situations in a timely manner. I am so disappointed with this hotel.

    Staff was outstanding. Unfortunately my room was near a mechanical room and the pipes were making a loud pressure release every couple of hours. Also, very loud. I could hear other doors outside of my room slamming at all hours of the night.

    Appetizer - hummus / carrots/ celery generous portions. Service at desk was good loved the “wheel of fortune “ an Hershey bars of milk chocolate.     Despite being there during the Microsoft outage, the staff made the check-in process as simple as they could. I was checking into two rooms with my elderly mother and toddler grandchildren, this could have easily been a disaster (like my flight in), but it wasn’t. Kudos to the staff.

Short curly hair all over the bathroom, stuck to the door and up against the tub. Facility was okay, but veneer was peeling off furniture and there were cracks along wall seems. Just kind of dated and needs a facelift. Also the pool is super small and not at all how it was depicted online, more like a large hot tub. It was an okay stay, but definitely not up to the standard set by the brand.

    Hotel card reader wasn’t working. So I was upset about that . Had to pay in cash. There was no more coffee for me so I had to leave out the hotel multiple times. Room was cool. Staff did give me Two Ten dollars off cards for food. It was quiet and chill. A little drive to the beach but it was worth it. The views were different

    I booked and paid for a King room. They gave me a double queen and when I complained they told me they didn't have a King room available so they "upgraded" me to a double queen. No apology until I complained again the next morning. 2 queen beds are not an Upgrade to a king bed for a single business traveler. Other than that, it was fine

    The whole staff is like a family, then they treated us like a part of that family. They made this trip and this hotel very memorable for us. Before we left, we told them “we are family now”. The complimentary in room coffee is delicious too! Even the Starbucks employees in the hotel are amazing! Same treatment from them. The food there is great too!
