Ok

Booked a wheelchair accessible room with 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Given a king bedroom that was not wheelchair accessible. I was traveling for a doctor’s appointment and in a wheelchair with my caregiver.

Breakfast was great. Am a Breakfast attendant myself. Staff was friendly. I would stay again. Coffee could have been better.

The rooms were spot cleaned not. I always clean my rooms when I check in. Mold in the bathroom lots of hair and debris on the floor around the beds, fridge wasn’t clean. All the surfaces were dirty. Pool did not look clean at all. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel was clean. I never gotten a chance to eat breakfast I can down around 8am one day no breakfast I came down the next day at 9 still didn't see any breakfast. What time did it start and what time did it end.

I notified the staff of the AC and mold problem, they apologized and put us in another room. There was wood patches on multiple doors, mold around the shower faucet, hair in the shower and in the soap dish on the sink, and when you turn on the vent fan in the bathroom the cigarette smell was overwhelming. We went to visit family just to come back at night and not be able to access our room. After going down 3 times about our card they finally came to assist, noting the battery on the lock died and they would fix it tomorrow. Not to mention consistently going out to a parking lot of people smoking and hanging out. On our last night we hoped to get sleep and were woken up at 6 am to fire alarms from someone smoking in their room (we overheard the firefighters). We immediately packed and decided we had all we could take. Never going back.

The room itself was horrible. There was loud noise coming from the refrigerator all night, making it very hard to sleep. The bathtub in the bathroom was rusted. I reported it to the staff, and they came to look at it, but simply said, “Oh, that’s not going to come out,” placed a towel in the tub, and left without offering to change our room. Also, be aware of possible bedbugs. There were bloody stains on several towels. Housekeeping and laundry staff should inspect towels properly before reusing them for new guests. The air vent looked like it had not been cleaned in years, with black dust blowing out that could easily be inhaled. I had small children in the room, which made this even more concerning. I checked in on Friday and stayed until Monday, and during the entire stay no one came to clean the room or exchange towels. There was also a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes throughout the upstairs hallways. One woman even lit a cigarette inside the breakfast area. There was much more wrong during our stay. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Breakfast was good But I wish that the time was at least until 10 am on the weekends I didn’t like the fact that my information was still up on the computer at the front desk when I came back in from getting my bags when they had already assisted someone else I was not understanding why my info was still on the screen. I cleared it out myself because the front desk clerk had already stepped away.Breakfast ended it too early should be at least until 10 AM on the weekends.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great and made our stay enjoyable. We definitely would stay here again.

First room we got had boogies in the bed? Switched rooms bathtub had brown stains had to put a towel down to shower, the fridge was making a noise and it froze our food.

I was locked out of my room for an hour and 30 mins on the day the locked were getting updated in the building. I was not compensated for the issues and for that reason I was extremely late for my next event. clean and location clean rooms and location

The property was conveniently located for my destination. I've stayed with this comfort inn before and it was decent. I've heard the breakfast is good but it ends so early that I have never made it. They really should offer breakfast until 10am. The beds were decent and the bedding seemed nice and clean. The staff is always very nice and helpful with any needs we may have. The small thins aside that I've written below, it is a value hotel and it has been clean each time we've visited plus the kid just love the pool. If they could fix the heat, that would be amazing. We will probably stay here again but it would be really great if they would fix the broken/ripped appliances and furniture things in the rooms. I book this hotel for the indoor pool. It was very cold this time. Almost unbearable to swim in but the kids got in anyway until they were shivering. The rooms need some care. The last room I stayed in the microwave was burnt inside. This time it was better but still worn inside with peeling paint on the inside. My desk chair had a tear in it making it uncomfortable for the kids to share and eat at the little desk. We had to put a blanket over the chair. The ice machine always has a pool of water in the bottom of it and no grate. So you have to hold the bucket and full it at the same time.

Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. However, the rooms were outdated, weren’t properly cleaned and the furniture was broken in and scratched up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone staying for more than one night.

Room was clean but the bathroom is small for two people at the same time. We were on the fourth floor and the bathroom sink water pressure was low and water took awhile to become hot. The shower was great. Only Issue was not enough luggage carts for the hotel.

Facility…literally filthy!!! Spilled food and drinks throughout the lobby, breakfast room, and elevators. Cigarette burns and stains on the carpet and furniture in the room. The entire hotel smelled horrible! There was a big crawling near the microwave!? I was literally scared to sleep but had no where else to go. Front desk staff… young kid rude with zero answers or concern. Hot tub ice cold!? Pool dirty! Random children all over the hotel all hours of the night with no adults in sight!? No clue why??? I booked the room for me my husband and my son but was told they had no extra pillows for the sofa bed. My son had to use his coat folded up as a pillow!? 😢 shower was cold then hot then cold again!? This place need to be shut down and I wouldn’t recommend it for my dog! Worst hotel experience ever! We could it get outta there fast enough…

Convenient location with food and shopping close by. Decent gym. Dirty hot tub. Fairly clean room with some worn out areas. TERRIBLE coffee available only 6-9 am. Mediocre breakfast. Aristotle at front desk was very courteous and helpful.

Room, bathroom, and bed were clean! The curtains were great at blocking out all the light. The area is quiet other than sirens from emergency vehicles going to the hospital across the road. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff.

Upon arrival the hotel was dirty and needing maintenance we checked in went to our room and it was not cleaned. Opened a door for the fridge and there were roaches. There was crumbs on the couch and looked as if there was no cleaning done we went back to the front desk told them we are not staying. They called the manager to let them know. We drove 6 hours it was 12:45 am and this was not what we wanted to do have to go find another hotel.

There was a strong marijuana smell in our room and the elevator was very slow.

The room wasnt met for customers. They was still corking the bathroom shower, their was cleaning products on the sink and a metal top meant to be on the wall was on the bathroom sink as well. There was also a rowelbon the floor. I immediately called to inform to request a changed room and there where none available. So we slept uncomfortably not knowing if the room had been cleaned. The person was extremely positive as she said she would inform the manager so I would get a refund. The next mor ing I followed up amd she was also positive stating they were probably overbooked as the room shouldnt have been available to guests. She told me I had to go thru expedia for my refund through. So hopefully that happens. The breakast was very tasty through.

We wasted so much time struggling with the door and returning to guess services for assistance. Just horrible. The bed mattress was old and worn out, we sunk into the middle of the bed and it was a very uncomfortable 2 nights. Again the staff was good but sadly cannot recommend this location

The property was very unclean, they had to redo the key cards several times for us to get into our room, finally booked us on different floor. The room was musty, smelly, and the bathroom floor was gooey. We were staying to be in close to the hospital for surgery next day. Can't prove it but we think that floor might have caused an infection. Should have planned ahead and found a better place.

I brought my daughter to see a concert and decided to head down the night before, as soon as I stepped foot in the shower, I slipped and fell due to how slick the shower floor was and the less than adequate safety measures on the floor. I called the front desk to inform them as I had a gold all sizes lump on my eyebrow and knew I would probably need medical attention. I’ve not received any type of communication at all so I’m guessing they don’t take safety issues very seriously.

Contrary to some other reviews they had solid breakfast options and the room was clean and quiet, good soundproofing. Only slight downer was that during checkin had to wait for over 10 minutes for staff, but other then that it was a good stay.

We stayed for five nights. There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that says room service will be provided after the third night. We stopped at the front desk to make sure of this since we needed towels and TP. After getting someone to come to the desk we were told that we were not having room service that day and it was too late to add it (it was 1030am). We asked if we could at least get new supplies and was told that would be fine. When we arrived back that night there were no towels, etc. We called the front desk and then went down to get them. There was never anyone at the front desk. When we stopped there we had to yell "Hello" several times before an employee came out. At check out this morning, the same thing happened. The gentleman that handled the breakfast area was sitting in the lobby. He asked if we were checking out. He then said we could leave our key cards on the counter and asked for our room number. As we were about to walk out the front door, the front desk person finally came out. And while I know we weren't spending a lot of time in the parking lot, it was filthy. There were hundreds a cigarette butts all along the front of the building. Based on other reviews of this hotel, we were very surprised by all of this.

My only complaint is that the convience areaa was completely empty except for 2 drinks. No snacks available unless you brought your own. 7-11 was or any other store wasn't around.

Unfortunately, this was one of the least relaxing stays for my family and I. While the room was OK and clean when we arrive we never receive cleaning service during our entire stay over the next few days even while requesting this several times. We are also constantly running out of supplies and at times never receive what we asked for including basic necessities, like towels, and toilet paper.

One of two elevators were out of service, stairwells and lower areas smell like marijuana, bathrooms rust around outside tubs. They have the Air conditioner in the room on some type of governor where they stop putting out cold air in the middle of the night and you wake up sweating. Fire alarms and building evacuated at 1 am, probably due to improper maintenance on fire detector system (false alarm). The only positive was the staff of the hotel, they were very positive and polite. I feel sorry for the staff that they must work at that hotel.

We only stayed one night so we could be close to the cruise port on the day of our departure. The location was pretty convenient with lots of restaurants and stores and it was only 20 min from the cruise port. The room was clean and comfortable. The negatives were the tiny single working elevator that was extremely dirty and hot like Hades. You had to wait a really long time for it. You could see visible stains on the floor. We were on the 4th floor so we sort had no choice but to put up with it. Also, I booked a suite because we are a family of 5, but we were only given 3 towel sets and no bedding for the sofa bed. When I called to request more towels and the bedding I was told they have no more towels and could only provide a sheet for the sofabed with no blanket or comforter. I had to go downstairs to the lobby and wait forever for the elevator again! We only stayed one night so we could be close to the cruise port on the day of our departure. The location was pretty convenient with lots of restaurants and stores and it was only 20 min from the cruise port. The room was clean and comfortable. The negatives were the tiny single working elevator that was extremely dirty and hot like Hades. You had to wait a really long time for it. You could see visible stains on the floor. We were on the 4th floor so we sort had no choice but to put up with it. Also, I booked a suite because we are a family of 5, but we were only given 3 towel sets and no bedding for the sofa bed. When I called to request more towels and the bedding I was told they have no more towels and could only provide a sheet for the sofabed with no blanket or comforter. I had to go downstairs to the lobby and wait forever for the elevator again! Marshall was a great guy greeted us with his smile and very friendly attitude!! The Bartender Leslie was amazing 10/10 ! Food from cork n crust was amazing too!!!

Room key barley work had to get moved to another room will never stay here again . All because room keys will not work and customer service want all that no compensation at all bad experience I just came back on check in at 6:39 clocked out at 11:30 and came back home smh

Hotel was a three when the ratings score, front desk, staff professional. Overall appears of hotel, not as clean as it should be or as I've seen other comfort suites. Jim, dirty, no wipes to clean the equipment, equipment, broken, overall looks dirty in the gym.

The staff was very pleasant and afforded me the opportunity to check in a little bit early. The location was convenient and not too busy. There was plenty of parking and they offered a continental breakfast. Great stay!

I liked the spacious room. I didn't like the length of time it took the hot water to get hot. That wasn't good at all.

Room was spacious and we slept comfortably. Breakfast didn’t offer enough food for all of the guests there.

My stay was very nice and my room was clean and the breakfast was outstanding.

Front desk crew very friendly and helpful. The room ok. But no shower curtain. Had to install ourselves. Hair dryer broken and in dangerous condition. Had to go down to desk and get one. No shampoo in dispenser. Low water pressure. Blanket ripped and not replaced as promised.

The only critique I have is that the elevator isn't working.

Bathroom wasn't clean (bathtub overflow fell out multiple times). The sink had something on it and the drain around the toilet was disgusting. The sofa didn’t have any thing to go on it and I looked all around for it. My husband had to go downstairs to get the sheets for it. The elevator had one working (it supposed to have two). The breakfast I couldn’t eat but one thing. Like how are you supposed to take 3 kids there. Worst hotel in a long time and it was $267 for a night! Should’ve been $10.

I was injured while in my room and the hotel did not have a first aid kit.

The breakfast did not look appealing to my taste and the coffee machine they had was terrible. My grandson enjoyed the fresh fruit. Our room was clean and we had a coffee maker in the room. The beds were comfortable. The carpeting was pulling away from the wall. We were on the 5th floor and nights were quiet.

Bed was clean and comfortable but the property and rooms are in need of some upgrading and general repair.

Hotel was a little rundown and the elevator was very slow.

Unfortunately, fire alarm went off at 230am and cleared out hotel for about 30 mins until fire dept allowed everyone to return. Never got a clear answer on what was the cause.

The room refrigerator was unplugged and open with a towel inside, the bathroom sink water came out forced. the elevator was very slow and upon check out, I asked for a receipt but was not provided one. The location was pretty good.

Parking

After that bad start, all of the other staff was excellent and took care when they spoke to us and were very helpful. We really don’t need much generally but being disregarded is just rude. I want to shout out about the front desk man, Antonio. Pleasant and efficient.

My door to my room did not lock unless you slammed the door. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and staff was not very informative. My room was not the cleanest

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I do look at them to determine if I want to stay at a place. This place was less than desirable. The first room I was assigned had a non-operating AC system. Nope! The staff were very sweet and accommodating and quickly got me a new room. The only problem is that this room was not the cleanest room. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. However, the worst part was I could never get hot water, just luke warm at best.

It was just what we needed and we felt safe.

It was ok. The water pressure was not good, I suspect it was from everyone trying to get ready at the same time.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay from 04/94/25-04/07/25. We had to come for a convention and we intentionally chose a hotel away from the businesses of the beaches. It was clean, quiet, the pool and hot tub were great, they keptnfresh water that my daughters enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious. If we find ourselves conibg back to the area again we will definitely stay there!

Wasn’t my first time at the location and everything was ok EXCEPT the fire alarm situation. Not that it’s at the control if the hotel unless it is but some explanation would have been nice. Like should we have been concerned or what? Especially for the return into the building. Also it took us minutes too get back into the room for some reason we kept getting a red light like the key want active. Wasn’t the worse experience but I did not like it at all. And would have preferred a there was no danger or everything was handled. Something!

My room was on the 5th floor where I have videos and pictures of my sheets have black stuff as soon as the ac is on it blew all over my clothes I wiped it off and it stained so bad the bathroom towels smelled bad where there is urine on the floor of the toilet the tissue roll had been used down to almost empty where they left it . I WAS ITCHING SO I LEFT THAT NIGHT AFTER CHECKING IN THAT DAY … pulled in Walmart lot where I went to sleep and the check in was at 3pm!

Loved my stay here everything was so clean staff very nice the only thing that I was upset about is that they have no pool or hot tub like advertised, they say is out of service… they have a sign that says pool out of service for 1 week or more…. People that stayed longer than a week said that sign was there already, if there’s no pool take the options off so customers can book elsewhere.

Only dislike was slow elevators.

The staff were excellent it was just very run down inside the rooms. Our bathroom door didn't close, there were nails where a mirror and towel hook should have been. Also the door to the room looked like someone had once broken in with wood chipped away at the door handle, this made the door hard to close, it needed to be slammed shut several times to latch. We booked this hotel since it had an indoor pool and the pool was freezing cold, the children were unable to play in it.

Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast area was a mess. Attendant was sitting down in the dining area on her phone, instead of cleaning up spills & making sure food was stocked. They ran out of breakfast, which could’ve been because multiple employees were getting the continental breakfast. Rooms were clean but need some upgrades.

They have ppl there stay at the hotel smoking weed inside outside in the rooms set off the alarms early in the morning while I was sleeping. General managers need to do a surprise visit . The weed smoke was so overwhelming u could smell it in my room. I was there for 3 days for a funeral and this wasn’t what I expected from the hotel

Horrible food for breakfast.

This was my family go to hotel. It needs some serious upgrades and renovations. The room had no working heat on one of the coldest nights of our stay. When we turned the heat on it made a loud knocking sound without heating the room. We were extremely cold the entire night. The front desk did not offer any accommodations for our nights stay and was only told they would notify someone.

Book the hotel room for the Jacuzzi even called to make sure it was working before I booked the room. They said it was. I got there and it was broke down asked to speak to the manager and they said they were gone for the weekend. 😩

FEW attempts prior to finding suitable room(ONE had dirty pillowcase trash by bed.and food(crunchy cheese doodle) on floor by lamp ..ONE shower head off wall and prior leak in bathrooom-shower area ceiling wasn't repaired properly needed to be sanned and repainted crack tub drain cover...I must say hotel staff was very patient and helpful with their assistance with finding a suitable room
