It is not 3.5 stars hotels as it stated. It's not even 2.5 stars. There is a film casting during my stay. It did not have enough staff to help you what you need. ie: They blocked in front of hotel for casting. There was no instruction on shuttle sto

There was work on the roof that was noisy on a Saturday! The television didn't work. There was an unmentioned parking fee of $25.00. There was only one tiny working elevator.

WiFi did not work 3 days out of 4 days. Understaffed to help guest. Paper thin wall. Seriously in need room renovation include bathroom. Unfortunately conditions of this hotel does not meet standards

This hotel is very old and under construction. Noise levels were high. The rooms were very large and spacious but balcony looked and seemed unsafe. The heated pool was nice. Room was clean but hallways were dirty.

Shower walls had paint peeling on all the grout, clock didn't work, bed was nice. Nicer than a Motel 6 but felt cheap & not a place I would book again. I strongly question the 3.5 stars it supposedly is. They charge $25 for parking and $8 facilities fee.

Everything, the loud wedding reception they had until 11 pm want in a sound-proof room. People partied in the HALL until 4-5 am!!! The room service dropped the two glasses of wine I ordered for my daughter & self, while we fought to get grandkids to sleep

Everything is wrong with this place. The girl at the reception gave my deposit back in sealed envelope. I just checked the envelope and it had $70 instead of $241. When I counted money in front of her she acted surprised and then took money from her bag
