The rates were reasonable, the rooms clean. Breakfast was included which you can't always find these days. Breakfast was very acceptable with many choices. Hotel is very convenient off the highway and just a quick drive to Hudson, Ohio with alot of shopping and restaurant choices.

The breakfast was fantastic! I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the lady who was working the breakfast station but she is so nice!!!! A great ambassador for your brand. Couldn’t have been nicer.

We traveled from Michigan to Philadelphia and stayed here twice, half way to and from our destination. Fortunately, we met Stephany both times when we checked into our hotel. Very friendly and helpful, a special than you. The hotel was everything expected: clean rooms, clean environment, welcoming staff. A very pleasant stay, both times.

One day the pool was was out of order for the whole day. They kept on saying that the person was coming out. Wasn't opened until after 8 that evening and it still wasn't fixed 😒 but the staff was wonderful!!

A power outage occurred and we were unable to stay.

I very much liked the location and the property itself. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. My room was a bit noisy as far as other guests go. I was able to hear my next door neighbors clearly and this caused a level of discomfort as I was traveling with my young kids and my neighbors were engaging in very adult behavior. I had to turn my phone on and play loud background noise to prevent my kids from hearing this. The rooms were not completely soundproof.

This property was an excellent choice for our stay. The Front Desk staff were so friendly and courteous. The lady who set out the breakfast did a fantastic job making sure everything was stocked, and she made sure it was kept clean. Truly enjoyed out stay. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Streetsboro, Ohio. It was a really nice and very clean property.

Food was average Construction mess on 1st floor.

Free breakfast was nice. Eggs, sausage, bacon and hot dishes - not a "cheap-o" continental breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Updated look. There was some construction occurring inside the entrance but it didn't bother me. I was there over Memorial Day weekend so there was no activity or noise.
