The Staff, the receptionist went above and beyond to help us, room was spacious and clean, facilities are really good either in the room or the building. Location is very good too. Nothing, everything was absolutely fine

It was Okey, but misunderstanding concerning breakfast. First day I order full breakfast, they only give me coffee. Second day I take full breakfast I don't like it I say no more breakfast. Next day they have prepared the full breakfast I don't take it. They made me pay for 3 full breakfast, 24 euros...

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, heating is good, breakfast is delicious and the staff is very kind. Very far from everything, 10 minutes walk to the tram. There were no trash cans and cutlery in the entire place. The other very annoying thing is they couldn't issue me an invoice that proved to my employer that I paid. The only invoice they can issue shows the entire amount as "to be paid" and they say Booking took the rest. Booking says the hotel took the money. So not suitable for business trips at all.

Quiet place with good staff Small bed (for 1 person is ok, for 2 is small) with hard matrix. Uncomfortable location of toilet with no sink in it.

The house was big enough and had a huge terrace. The building is actually an ospice for elder people. This means that the apartments are built and equipped thinking on their needs, which mean that, for instance, the bathroom has a part that works as shower without courtains so that the floor got easily wet everywhere. Distance from the center can be a problem above all if you plan to go out for the night.

I came very late and no prob to check in. Booked it only a week ahead. Very good price. Clean, spacious. It is in principle an elderly residence combined with hotel, so super quite. Went for a run at night in the forest close-by... and only 10m drive from the European Parliament. The furniture etc. is not the most modern type but for example bed was really confortable. In short - great value for money.

The room was OK. Cleaning was not to our usual standard. Lacking of basic things like a proper knife. If you are going to clean the kitchen utilities there was nothing to use to do the dishes.
