Parking was fine. Did not experience the free breakfast because I don’t eat gluten. Room was kept clean, but the A/C machine was old and smelled musty. Air conditioning worked but had to turn the air down by 3-4 degrees less than the thermostat said. Convenient location. Staff at check-out was not anywhere to be found until I asked the cleaning staff member. Then a woman came out like we were bothering her for checkout, mumbled, asked me which room number then said “You’re checked out” and disappeared again

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to the rooms and common areas, everything was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. It was clear that great attention is given to keeping the property clean and comfortable for guests. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning, and everything was well stocked and organized. It was the perfect way to start the day. Parking was also very convenient, with easy access and plenty of space, which made coming and going stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Comfortable accommodations, amazing staff, excellent breakfast, top-notch cleanliness, and convenient parking made this an experience we will definitely remember. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!

We had no hot water during our stay. Was only refunded $75 for two nights. I felt they should have given me back over $150 for two nights of no hot water.

Room was clean, staff was not helpful. Said she would speak with manager about our room and I never heard anything from her. Breakfast was ok. I still haven’t seen my $50., no smoking, no pet hold money back on my card. I booked a king suite and all I got was was a king bed and a full sofa. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again. 😔

I was really upset because the Fire alarm woke us up at 5:30am and 7am after I had gotten in late. Come to find out it happened several mornings and it was false alarm. I was pissed because I was exhausted and had to 3 half asleep kids I drag down to the lobby only to be told false alarm. the lady at the front desk just blew me off when I complain saying its not there fault and there aware of the issue. There were alot of people pissed off about that. An heads up would of been nice instead of scaring the hell out us. The room was nice but never again am I staying there.

Property is old and needs up graduation. The Breakfast is just basic. Staffs are good.

They had a snack section that you could purchase from at any time of the day. While I understand that occasional oversights can happen, the repeated issues I experienced were unacceptable. On my first night, the toilet in my room was not functioning properly and would not flush. I reported this the same night and was given the option to change room or to wait on someone to fix it in the morning. I decided to wait until the next morning. The following morning the receptionist said that the person does not come early in the morning and so I chose to move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Initially, I could not identify the source, but later that day I discovered that the mattress had a noticeable urine smell after lifting the covers. This was extremely distressing because I was on that bed resting for a few minutes. I reported the issue and was then moved to a third room that afternoon. The 3rd room had issues with the bathroom door creaking every time it moved. I stayed in that room because I doubted things would get better. In addition to the concerns with the rooms,, I was also dissatisfied with the quality of the food. Fried items such as the fried sausages were excessively oily, and more care could have been taken to properly drain them. Overall, my experience fell far below expectations, and disappointment is truly an understatement. I hope the hotel management take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

The elevator is unheated also the entrance to dining and lobby is between outer sliding doors. Just be aware. But good enough. Room is small yet adequate. We did have a bit finding the coffee maker. I also was frustrated with the window blackout system. We did get it worked out. No conditioner. Bed was firm. Not usually my preference. Front desk was friendly. The place is older but clean. It felt safe. The view in the morning was very nice. And we ate across the way in the state park. Decent food.

Nice hotel. Could use better sheets as there are very rough to the skin. There is no sound proofing around the door so you can hear everything in the hallway. The door looks as it remains open even thou its closed. The breakfast was great.

I had requested a first floor room, but I was given a third floor room in the elevator was out so my guess, and I had to carry all of our things to the third floor after a long day of walking. When we arrived at our room, it was nearly 80°, we went out for more touring and walking in the heat, and when we returned to the room a few hours later, the air conditioner was off again, and it was back to nearly 80°, also the vent fan in the bathroom did not work however they sent someone in his last hour on duty, but we didn’t have time to let him fix it due to us getting dressed to go out

The stay was good. However, the repeated "elevator out of order" was annoying. It wasn't the end of the world, but my room was on the second floor, making checkout harder.

When we arrived we were told the elevator was not working which made it inconvenient since we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor. I had my 73 year old mom with us and carrying our things up the stairs for a family of 4 was not easy. Also, the carpets could use a shampoo.

The hotel was quiet and felt safe. The room was clean and well maintained. Someone had disconnected the wiring on the back of the TV so there was no reception, but the front desk quickly fixed this. The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was completely terrible. The front desk worker at check in was rude (3/7 -3/8), difficult and ignorant of service animals. She responded that service animals "HAVE" to come through the front door even though i tried to provide paperwork to prevent from being charged. She would not listen or try to understand why I prefered to bring them in through the side door away from the crowded area during check in. I called corporate and corporate handled the issue and apologized for her attitude and lack of customers service. Maybe worry about the men crowding the door at night, smoking weed and heckling women. If you have a service animal do not stay here. The attitude of this woman would make me never want to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location breakfast delightful, staff friendly, room clean and spacious, and you feel safe. Only unfortunate thing about the stay heavy door slamming all night keeps you awake at times.

What a super nice clean friendly hotel! Not much close by unless you want restaurants and Stone Mountain. We spent 2 days and everyone was very nice and friendly. We had a great trip

If you are coming for the haunted house, it is so conveniently located nearly directly across from it. I can’t recommend it enough. The staff was very cordial and welcoming, and the rooms were very well-maintained.

Small things are important. Shower pressure and the water runs out the tub. They still provide clean towels everyday. The workout room was great as well as breakfast.

I had a great stay! I was just passing through but wished I could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly, and the secure lobby really put my mind at ease. It was nice to see them monitoring the security cameras, especially with safety concerns in Atlanta. Stone Mountain turned out to be a lovely and safe area, with easy access to the city center. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Atlanta!

Honestly the major reason I have the property a 3 is because of the noise so obvious at all times in the hallway. The door closings, the adjacent room with TV on in the middle of the night. A roach in the room. The smell when I walked into the room like the humidity scent.

2 night stay to visit Stone Mountain National Park. 5 minute drive to the park. Quite a few dining options a short driving distance away. Staff were very nice & breakfast had plenty of options.
