    Booked a smoking room by mistake. Asked to be moved and desk said no. I’m sure the hotel was not full. The room was dity I have stayed in smoking rooms by mistake before but I have never felt like I just slept in an ashtray. And the build up of nicotine was just gross

    The room stunk. The staff was rude. There were no parking places and there id a homeless encampment in the back. The only good thing is we had an emergency and had to have our dog with us and they do take animals at a reasonable add-on to the unreasonable rate.

    It was very comforting and relaxing, but it was right next to the expressway, which was very inconvenient and made it a little bit hard to sleep. I didn't really like being in the area, but we had to stay there. We had no choice if I could've chosen something different. I would have it wasn't the worst place in the world, but it definitely wasn't the best. If I was a person on the outside looking in it would look normal but I wasn't a person on the outside looking in. I was a person inside looking in and it definitely definitely took a toll on me on how nasty the hotel was. It wasn't dirty by any means, but it could've used a little bit more cleaning. I like to set up and everything, but it almost seemed like the sheets were dirty.

    Representatives checking in has strong accent, hard to understand and not very friendly..very transactional and on phone while checking in. Also, walls are thin, heard everything upstairs..chair rolling, people walking. Fortuneately I'm a heavy sleeper. If that bothers you, request for a room upstairs.

    we did not stay for breakfast because they did not open until 7 am. We did not receive a paid in full receipt neither after we checked in or when we checked out. I have left messages and sent email with no response. When you call the front desk, you cannot speak to a person. I asked for the receipt to be sent to my email at dldwinn@wowway.com Also I asked for the business card with either the manger or the owners name for future reference and I was told nothing was available.

    Wasn’t much to like other than it was convenient to the highway Room was pretty dilapidated and could have used a lot of repair and deep cleaning. Dresser was falling apart, shower handle barely worked, took 5 minutes to get a steady water temperature, bed was not comfortable at all.

    I liked the location and TV was a nice size. The room was filthy and the furniture is literally falling apart. I didnt smoke weed in the room at all but the second day when I came back it smelled as if I had smoked the room out. My key was also deactivated when I tried to get in my room the second night. I feel they really could use a good deep clean and to upgrade some of the furniture. Also, when you switched channels the volume didn't work correctly. You had to mute and unmute to make it work. Plus I found hair all over the towels and washcloths. I also think you have a water leak because water poors from the ceiling when the shower is turned on.

    My family and I had to stay here for an extended amount of time while we were waiting on our home. What could have been a stressful period was made very pleasant by all of the amazing staff at this hotel. The pool was open, the grounds were clean, and we imagined we were on an extended vacation. I appreciate the hospitality.

    Check in went great, allowed us to get into our room a little early. However, I discovered that our bed had bed bugs as my kids and I were going to bed. Outside of moving us one room over, nothing was done or offered to help compensate . I stripped the new room down to make sure there were not bugs, but we could not sleep at all that night. This hotel had no sympathy for us, they could have cared less. We checked out immediately the next morning. Definitely would not recommend this location.

    The “housekeeping staff” had my husband change the sheets in our room himself then, the next day they offered me the option to “self clean.” When I refused, they begrudgingly changed the bed sheets and replaced the towels. For almost $90/night, I should get service with a smile

    There was literal vomit on the side of the bed when we arrived. The bedspreads were covered in dark stains and there were cockroaches that greeted us at the door. The entertainment stand was so wet/rotted it was collapsing on itself. They moved us rooms after we found the vomit. Then the TV didn’t work.

    Check in process went fine. We got to our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The floor was nasty, there was some unknown liquid on the floor beside the bed, the pillow cases were dirty, there was what appeared to be mold behind the tv and on the back of the night stand, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. When we tried to address the issues with the guy at the front desk, he was very rude and did not want to help at all. Thankfully we found another hotel nearby and hotels.com helped us get our money back.

    Ms Lisa was very rude and threatened to cancel my reservation and refund me my room after i asked her about the deposit she asked me to pay. She refused at one point to not give me my Drivers License and Debit card back and said she woukd call the police to remove me all over asking a general question about the deposit which is not listed anywhere on their website

    Booked a room with two queen beds because we had 4 people staying in the room. They gave us a room with one queen bed. We had to go back up to the front desk to correct the mistake. They argued with us about the room we booked even though we had an email that said two queen beds. We had to show them the confirmation email twice before they would finally give us a room with two queen beds.

    The rooms are supposed to be smoke-free. The first room that I checked into smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. When I went to change rooms, the clerk stated that many people smoke there, regardless of the rules. I was given another room that did not fare much better. The microwave did not work, and people smoked weed on the balcony.

    I'm not picky. I am usually happy to get in and out of a cheap motel quickly and alive. But this time I paid attention to the overall rating because I was stuck in town for longer than I wanted and I was hoping for some comfort. I feel cheated by the deceptively high rating. People have different tastes, but there is no one on the planet who would honestly rate this sad motel in poor condition as "good" or better.

    Walked in and the hotel smelled musty and smokey. Both rooms had holes and patches in the wall. They gave us a different room but it was 3 rooms away from the last one. I had an asthma attack and we decided to leave. On the way to bring keys back there was a domestic flight (yelling and physical). We definitely made the correct decision to leave.

    Called ahead of stay to confirm reservation. Employee who answered was not customer service friendly over the phone. Struggled to find my reservation. Front desk attendant was not friendly when checking in. Could not hear her through the glass partition. Curtains, chairs, and all surfaces were visibly dirty. Bathroom was dirty and shower did not work. Afraid to sit in bathtub to take a bath. Slept on top of bed covers due to overall condition of the room. Refrigerator did not work and had a terrible odor. We came for the race weekend and everything else was booked, so we had no other place to stay. Had to suffer through for three nights at this place. We felt like we had to take all of our stuff with us every time we left, so it wouldn’t be stolen. We never saw a single housekeeper in the mornings we were there. Luckily the races were great. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value the things mentioned in this review.

    Old facility. Not maintained. Loose outdoor steps to second floor. Noisy. Air conditioner was too loud to use all night. Included breakfast was a joke. Just a couple prepackaged items and the worst coffee I’ve ever tried.

    The room I was in sheets were stained and looked dirty, curtains had cigarette burns in them, bathroom door, had a big hole in it, and the door guard or deadbolt was broken so I couldn’t lock the door properly. I called to let the front desk know was not offered another room on top of that while I was asleep housekeeping came around, not on the door. I did not answer yet, because I was asleep, so they proceeded to unlock the door to come in, I most definitely did not like that. It felt unsafe.

    I didn’t expect the cheapness of the room that we encountered. There were burns in the bedspread in the non-smoking room. The shower was a trickle, and when I tried to turn it off, I had to engage the faucet into the gasket to make it connect to turn it, right, off. The deadbolt worked, but there was no additional security lock that was not broken. Left me feeling unsettled after walking into the lobby and finding the staff behind bulletproof glass. Don’t let the outside of this building fool you.

    There were no roaches, bed bugs crawling out the woodwork. The beds were made. The kitchen and bathroom were pretty clean. Work table area was clean. Didn't feel discriminated. The stay served it's purpose.

    The initial room the staff tried to give us had the door open to the outside with the light on. All the paint was peeling off the front door. Didn’t even get out of the car to look at is as it was unsafe. Went back to the office to see about getting a different room. Looked at a different room and didn’t even stay the night there. Complete waste of money. Drove another hour down the road to a place where we felt safer, the room was clean, and was basically the same price.

    The property was co conveniently, located, near interstate, shopping and dining. The hotel also had a convenient breakfast option the dislikes the hotel did not have a late check out, and the quality cleaning of the room was very poor.

    Not extremely dirty but very worn. Top door lock coming out of door. Door broken to bathroom, coming out of door frame. Drawer on nightstand was coming apart. Paint was coming off wall. Floor could have used some scrub down. Only decaf coffee.

    Was very unhappy with the room. Carpet was filthy plus all the other areas were unclean. Condition of room decoration etc was awful. Breakfast was bad as most of the food & milk was not available until we asked. Would not stay at any of your properties again and also will tell all my family & friends not to use you.

    We are generally not picky, but this place was bad. The first room we got had a bathroom light that didn’t work, maybe because it was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. Neither did the desk lamp. So we got a new room. The sink was partially clogged so drained very slowly. There was no doorknob on the bathroom door. The bowed shower curtain was loose & hung down to the middle so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed on the ends. We used most of our towels to soak up the water on the floor. There was a refrigerator in the room but it didn’t work. But that’s ok. Since we killed a couple of roaches we really didn’t have much of an appetite that night. I woke up with red itchy spots on my arm but who knows what that was from.
