Poor customer service they don’t clean your room

The hotel is a low budget hotel but my expectations were high going into it. Room was old looking and smelling. I was expecting something a little better. Note to self, stay in a moderately priced hotel.

I was unaware that this Establishment wants a $100 deposit for nonsmoking rooms on top of the nightly amount. There were dead bugs in the room. Paint missing on the ceiling of the room. The bed linen did not look very clean and the bed comforter was very thin. It smelled very antique in the room as well. Check out was 1100am but my room stoppwd working before that. Had to go to the front office to get it working again. Overall wasnt a great experience for me and my 5 yr old.

This is not a place to stay, they staff rushes to place you in a room knowing the conditions. The rooms have been vacant for months and they don’t tend to or clean them. The toilet floods and the ac barely works for circulation of dust and other foreign matter. But all they could say was why didn’t you report it when checking in. How can you report a flooding toilet before it happens. I didn’t get but a day refund on the two rooms I booked. I paid for my disabled veteran brother had red bumps from sleeping in room 348, I have a respiratory issues from sleeping in 349. So if you love your health you would not stay at this place

The light over the vanity did not work and they had a round led light stuck to the wall that also did not work. The floor had not been vacuumed and when we sat down on the end of the bed, the whole bed flipped up. There wasn't a remote for the TV. We went down to voice our concerns the girl at the front desk got an attitude. We asked for a refund and she told us we could not get one and we would have to speak to the manager who was not there. We asked for a different room and after many minutes of arguing, we got one. That room was just as dirty but after being at the race all day, we settled. It's not a good property.

She advised me there was nothing she could do about it and that she could not accept this copy. I understand that she has a job to do but if this is the only thing the state troopers gave me then I didn't know what I was suppose to do. Also she did not give me my money back for the room we were not allowed to sleep in. Sooooo in all I lost my money on the room and wasted my gas driving back and forth hoping we could at least lay our heads there.

this inn is the worst i have been stayed. The bed too small for 2 ( not a queen bed). There are nothing minimum utilities like paper cup, hanging clothes... no coffee, no ices. The most terrible inn. Now I don't trust holels in the hotels.com

The room was very disappointing. Broken outlet covers, gap in the door, rotten wood in bathroom, bed was very old. Towels and rags looked gray instead of white and very worn out. Killed at least a dozen roaches.

Management isn’t professional at all. I was told I had to leave because they received a complaint that I was loud and fighting in my room. No one never called my room no one never came to my room. Police came to the place two different times but not for i and the ppl was ask to leave. Now why wasn’t I ask the same???? If I was being loud and fighting in my room. I was denied another room when I went to check out!! Lady was rude at the desk and said it was you it was you. Y’all have all these cameras it wasn’t me. She say we don’t have time to check the camera because it was you smh!!

Surprisingly, I enjoyed my stay and plan on going back. Because of the price and area of the hotel I thought this would be below average (maybe even unclean) but everything was decent. The room and bathroom was spotless, even the kitchenette area. The walk in shower (no tub) was a plus as well! The staff was friendly also. The day I was to check in I get a call around 5pm asking if im coming because if im not they'd like to book the room. I said yes I'm definitely coming. Then I'm asked what time will you be here. I said I wasn't exactly sure. I have never been treated by any hotel this way. To make matters worse my air-conditioning unit did not work properly. I had my choice of the room either being a sweat box or an ice box. I kept it on to cool down the room but then had to turn it off because it got too cold. Eventually I opted to just keep it off. After a 12 hr day of working I was exhausted and had to get some sleep. They tell you there is an elevator but i was not told where and couldnt find it. I walked up 3 flights of stairs and had a hard time finding my room. I will never stay at this place again. The refrigerator wasn't very clean, especially on the door area. The bathroom around shower didn't seem pleasant. There was also a roach in the shower.

The property is great but the customer service is not visitor friendly. Visitors means guests who are not members of the community. Everytime I check in, it's a problem.

The sheets with dirt in it like they weren't clean they had stains on them and they were dingy and it doesn't look like the room is properly clean we had to go out and buy pillows and sheets and cleaning supplies and wanted to stay cuz they only give you 15 minutes before you can get a refund and the time that we went was Easter weekend so no hotels were available so we were stuck having to stay here so not only did we have to pay for the room but we also have to go and buy bedding in order to accommodate ourselves as they were not accommodating. We also brought incense to kind of clear the air of the room cuz the carpet smell and we were told that we would be charged extra or lose either because we had a smoking a smoking room and they consider incense smoking even though we were only trying to make two and have our stay the best that we can make it

It was very pleasant and clean my room was cleaned everyday I stayed. I wish the economy wasn’t so messed up then it wouldn’t be as pricey, but it’s still worth it to have a peace of mind.

In which is my emotional support dog who is registered and certified thru the ada. So she demands her paperwork in which I explained I lost the card but can pull all records up in my phone. That was good enough I was told to leave or she would call the police. Long story short save your time and money.

I stayed here while attending NASCAR races at Atlanta Motor Speedway. It was within 20 minutes drive to the track. The hotel was in a nice, quiet area. I was able to get in my daily mile walk each morning. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a micro & fridg.

Roaches and bugs. Place was nasty. Left immediatly. Tried to get our money back , they have a 15 min time to change your mind. Took them 30 min to check us in, making 15 min impossible. Disapointed that Hotels.com couldn't do anything. Will be calling board of health on monday.

Everything about it was just no. The room smelled a bit weird. There was bugs everywhere. The towels were soooo rough. The shower never got hot, let alone warm. The pillows were pancake flat and the AC was incredibly loud. Would not recommend.

My stay was great. I really was just popping in to lay my head for a few hours and this was the perfect stop to get a couple hours of rest before getting on the road. You get what you pay for.

Avoid this place. Used condoms and wrappers all in the walkways and parking lot. Hotel very dated and felt unsafe with all the sketchy people lingering around.

Check in was a bit slow but fine. Room had bathroom door off hinges and unable to close, and toilet seat also off hinge on one side. No coffee carafe for coffee maker, and minimal kitchen dishes and utensils making kitchen mostly worthless. No breakfast or even coffee (complementary or for purchase).

The requirement to present a letter showing documentation that service animal is in fact a trained service animal is not only ill advised because those documents contain private medical information, it is also against federal United States law. This request is both illegal and absolutely unnecessary. I would strongly advise the property check out the service animal laws outlined by the US Department of Justice under the ADA or they may see future lawsuits that become unfavorable towards their business. It clearly states in these laws that no business can ask for documentation, they can only ask two questions and any other questions are guards for the person(s) to file a discrimination suit against the business. See ADA documentation on Service Animals FAQ, General Information section, Q7. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wishes to protect their medical information as private information only for their medical treatment team or their livelihood all because a business feels they can discriminate against individuals who have a disability.

Our reservation was overbooked and the room we had a confirmation for was not available. We were offered a smoking room but since we have allergies and reserved a nonsmoking room ,it was not acceptable. After some discussion we were offered another room which was smelly and musty. The toilet had a long hair on it and there was urine around the hinges for the seat and the shower stall was scummy and had soap streaks from another " guest " so the cleanliness was below par. The freezer section of the fridge was so full of ice that I could not use it . I didn't try to use the stove so we ate elsewhere which added to the cost of our stay. The air conditioner was very loud and could not be adjusted..wide open or off. The stairs up to the room and the hallway were littered. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know and will not stay there again.

We were offered a smoking room but since we have allergies and reserved a nonsmoking room ,it was not acceptable. After some discussion we were offered another room which was smelly and musty. The toilet had a long hair on it and there was urine around the hinges for the seat and the shower stall was scummy and had soap streaks from another " guest " so the cleanliness was below par. The freezer section of the fridge was so full of ice that I could not use it . I didn't try to use the stove so we ate elsewhere which added to the cost of our stay. The air conditioner was very loud and could not be adjusted..wide open or off. The stairs up to the room and the hallway were littered. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know and will not stay there again.

This property is kept up and the rooms were clean. The only thing I have to really point out is they should have cleaner towels. A few of the towels in the bathroom had set-in stains on them.

Could not pay when booking...pay at property so when we arrived we paid with cash, thats when they say we have to place a hundred dollar as a deposit because or room is a non-smoking room we didn't have the extra hundred to pay so they move us to a smoking room. No where during booking did it say they would do that, this was unexpected.

Staff was absolutely amazing! The 1 problem we had with the room was a gfi switch had gone bad, but maintenance fixed it within 10 minutes. My only complaint was, housekeeping didn't supply coffee for the room. But other than that, wife & I were very happy with the room & stay Thanks to the management & staff on duty. Wonderful stay!.

I didn't get to stay at this hotel. I made a reservation with Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that my reservations had been cancelled and they were out of rooms. They said that one hour prior to arriving they run a one dollar test on your credit card to see if the card is good. I was not aware of that. I was supposed to pay when I arrived at the hotel. I had a credit card that locks to pre vent theft so I have to turn my card on. If I had known that, I could have had it turned on. They sent me an email, but I didn't get it until later when I checked my email. If I had been texted, then I could have turned my card on for them to check it.

Front desk person wasn’t pleasant. Room was filthy. The only good thing about it was a new larger refrigerator. We cleaned it ourselves to be suitable. Had too much stuff brought to second floor to switch rooms. Food on walls and doors. Food and gunk on curtains. Bed sheets full of cigarette burns. Pillows were super flat and needed to be replaced. Had to get new bath linens. The ones provided were disgusting. I could go on and on.

No pots in kitchen not enough towels for two people water running all night in next room

My stay was peaceful. My only gripe is the older short lady at customer service. She’s very rude and unprofessional. She hangs up in your face, don’t let you talk and rushes you while trying to check in. If her attitude is handled I would return. The price and convenience was why I picked this place

I liked the kitchen and rates its very kool and the people are nice maids onsite homely and safe near everything

2nd time ive arrived early and they accompdated me by getting the room ready. Very great establishment with excellent service. Convienient laundry service also. Parking was excellent in that it was directly in front of my room

property itself was fine, front desk was efficient, however manangement was horrible, I was delayed in arriving and although the front desk was aware, management cancelled my appointment and was barely apologetic when confronted, then proceded to swear at me. Never again

The stay was awesome the desk clerk Mrs.Childrey was very professional and polite she was awesome at her job.
