    Customer service was great and location was perfect The hotel entrance was a trip hazard with a water hose was running across the entrance for whatever reason. There were stains all over the room, from the carpet, couch, to the bed. Walk barefoot at your own risk. I wonder how the place is still allowed to operate

    Swimming Pool was out of order and looked like it had been for a long time. Parking was good. I did not like that all access was only thru the main door. There was not a card reader on other exit doors making for a longer walk to bring items in and out to the car.

    I had room 206 next to the elevator the noise was horrible trying to sleep. Carpet does need to be cleaned or pulled up u can smell the stink in it. Breakfast was excellent just no spray for the waffle. Room was dusty some. Otherwise great artsy and I will come back there when I come that way. Thank u

    Arrived at three o'clock was shown Two different rooms that were not ready. Ended up taking room 103 on the first floor and the room smelled extremely musty and dirty. Towards the end of the evening ended up getting very sick to my stomach due to the smell.

    Place smelt too much of cigarettes and weed/ Marijuana. The linens were not clean. I called for room service and noone came. I was told 11am. At 4pm I called the front desk about the situation they said house keeping left for the day. We had absolutely no clean towels. I immediately checked out.

    Nothin was workin!! No hot water, the elevator didn't work, nor the the phone to call the front desk n tell em no hot water, the wash rags were dingy n dirty!! Nobody even told us it was no hot water!! When we checked out all the lady at the desk had to say was yeah its been out a couple of hrs uhm no mam it was out last night around 12!!!     Staff was friendly as we checked in and they even allowed me to pay a smaller deposit since I wasn't informed of it prior to checking in. All washcloths and towels were horribly stained. They should have enough in their budget to get new ones at this point. I almost ran out of there when I saw the bed linens. They had old stains on them and some kind of pink substance on them. Thankfully Walmart is at the next light so I was able to go get everything we needed so that we didn't touch anything in the bathroom or on the bed. Floors need to be deep cleaned. Had spills everywhere. With a little facelift, this could be a decent hotel.

    The room was okay. The tub wasn’t clean. The sitting chair by the window had horrible stains on it. So if you decide to stay for the price take some shower shoes. The staff were super nice and funny. Check in and out was fast and easy. Also, keep in mind if you pay through a third party you will have to pay $100.00 deposit. Rest a sure you’ll get it back once you check out. Ohhh, take some wipes and sanitizing spray to do a little wipe down.

    Room was filthy. Footprints in the shower and it was dirty, shower curtain rod was broken and wouldn’t let the curtain close so water got all over the floor, fridge was dirty and had old food in it, elevator was creaky and “may or may not be broken” according to staff. Overall, 1/5 stars. Outdated and dirty. Lots of holes in the carpet too.

    I will never stay at this hotel again 5 minutes upon check in we get stuck in the elevator nobody knew what yo do they called the fire department we finally get out the lady at the front desk said she would put what happened on our profile Anna we would be compensated for it she never told anyone i reported what happened the next Day to the manager and left several messages for the GM Stephanie to call me back Anna still took this day I have not received a call and on top of that the room was dirty tabacoo residue in the drawer and tissue under the table and the chair had food all on it very poor housekeeping I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here

That so-called "breakfast" was absolutely embarrassing, to say the least! And it was the worst breakfast I've had in the two years I've stayed there. Who would prepare those few items, call that "breakfast," and feel proud of what they did? 2. Upon checkout (on Wednesday, December 31 @ 11am) I told the desk attendant about two issues with the room: stains in the tub and the filthy bathroom floor. First of all, she made it abundantly clear that she was not interested in actually addressing either issue (her tone, facial expression, and fake smile made that clear). And just so we're all on the same page here... I've NEVER posted a review about this hotel in the 2 years I've visited. I have more to say, but I've exceeded the character limit for this review.

    When I walked in the first thing I noticed was big plastic bins underneath a pretty big leak in the ceiling in the lobby area. The front desk person was friendly enough. She was quick to accommodate me when the first room didn’t work out. But, when I went back downstairs to tell her about the dirty linen in my second room, and that I had changed my mind about staying and that I wanted a refund she was definitely not as friendly.

    we drove 15 hours, checking in was really good the young lady at the front desk was really nice welcoming and very sweet, when we got to our room it was very disappointing, blow drier didn't work went to front desk to let them know they said they would change it in 5 minutes they never came in to replace ,,bathtub was dirty, towels were dingy and yellowish, floor in bath room was very sticky, front door lock wasn't locking all the way. .Not planning on staying there again.     Great staff!! Super nice and helpful. Room was fine, a little older but not bad. Sink didn’t stop running but was not an issue. Shower wasn’t used. Didn’t have any tissue in room when we arrived but requested and got it super quickly!! Would stay again!

    We booked for one night but ended not staying due to change of plan and don’t want to stay for the night. The service desk was friendly but a little slow. They gave us two key cards to the room but both of them did not work the first time and I had to go back to the front desk to have them reactivated the key cards to the room. When we entered the room, I checked the room condition, the desk was old and had some damage on the surface, had a full cup of red juice from Captain D sitting on one of the nightstand, the bath tub has a spray cleaner sitting on the bath tub, the phone had a blinking red light with messages and the fitted sheet had yellow stain on the sheet. I called the front desk to see if they can assist with turning off the blinking light and asked for an extra bed sheet and blanket. The front desk lady was nice but didn’t know how to turn off the blinking red light and she will bring the extra sheet and blanket in about 10 minutes because she was with a quest . We had to be at somewhere so I asked my husband to go get the sheet and the blanket after 10 minutes went by. We left the hotel for about an hour, came back to the hotel and had a change of plan so we checked out that same day at around 8pm. We decided not to stay for the night because we are not comfortable with the room due to the condition and cleanliness. I wish the hotel should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. We will never stay there again.

    My stay was 3 nights the first night I woke up with bite marks and asked for my sheets to be changed instead of changing my sheets they just made my bed. That same day I had dirty towels on the floor next to the bed instead of giving me new towels they also folded those up & put it back I knew because one of the towels had holes in it & it was the same exact towel with the same makeup marks on it. Showers are absolutely disgusting.

    I wouldn’t stay here again! The hallways smelt like weed. The chair had a fully loaded vape pen as if one of the workers was hiding it to get to it later. Someone tried to use their key to get into my room while I was in it. My view was of the close by extended stay or hotels with people hanging out so I kept my curtain closed at all times. I just wouldn’t stay here again.

    Great quality. Excellent staff.Quentin was a pleasure and very helpful. The lobby and room were both clean. This was my second stay, with the 1st being nearly 8yrs ago and the staff was and is still great. I like the fact that the main doors are key card accessible only after 8pm.

    Stay was nice the customer service was very good and the room was very nice. The only issue I saw was the shower and curtain by the air conditioner had mold on them that was clearly just ignored.

    The workers were very polite!! The hotel was super old. Stained comforter, stains on the walls, very bad bathroom. I’m not one to complain but the hotel needs updated tremendously!!! Had to switch out of the first room cause it smelled of smoke even tho they have a non smoking policy.

    Ms Suzette and her staff were amazing. Me and sons and plus one our dog "Dutch" stayed for a few weeks while awaiting our move in date for our new home. Their caring and professional service helped to make an stressful situation much less stressful. This property is the best pet friendly location I have ever visited before. Each day housekeeping check to address all our needs. I would definitely stay again.

    Decent room, especially for price. A little disappointed that only two sheets of toilet paper were on the roll and zero replacement rolls. I prairie-dogged it until my morning shower. TV was a little difficult too, kept asking me if I wanted to plug in my own cable box; I generally don’t travel with one.
