I was able to relax in my room to complete my schoolwork. I didn’t eat it because it wasn’t healthy and lacks hot breakfasts I have ever seen. I only took a tangerine. I checked out before 8:00 AM to go and eat breakfast before my meditations.

Place was clean and for the price it was definitely worth it for two guys not sure if the lobby was clean enough but all in all property was assessable to shopping and travel.

The lady in the front I think her name was “Shauna” was very rude . She pocketed my deposit and when I came back in the morning for it she didn’t want to give it to me. Then threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I spoke to the owner he was in on it to! I will never stay here again. Horrible experience. Probably the worst hotel I’ve been too.

Very unclean room with lots of dust and stains/holes in the bedding. While the staff was very nice, and they came in to make the bed and replace the towels everyday, this place definitely could use new linens, new towels, and a handyman to come in and fix up the rooms. Overall the room did the job I needed it to but I don’t think I’ll be booking again.

I recently stayed at this property and had a great experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—there are plenty of fast‑food spots and stores just a short walk or quick drive away, which made grabbing meals and picking up essentials super easy. The area felt safe and accessible, and having so many options nearby was a big plus during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. If you're looking for a place that offers solid value and easy access to food and shopping, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Nothing stands out Room was dirty, found blood on the floor. Supposedly a non-smoking room, smelled of heavy smoke, hole burns in sheets, burns on toilet seats, rusty jacuzzi tub +shower (1970) probably. Chipped floor tiles throughout bathroom. Walls had something (dirty) all on them. Spent my own money went to local store and bought a swiffer wet dry mop, air fresher spray, linen spray and Clorox wipes to clean where I placed my stuff. And kept shoes on while inside room.

I was not satisfied would never recommend it. They could clean the rooms change the linens on the bed, clean the refrigerator before someone else come to the room. It was dirty and they said it was they clean they never cleaned the carpet on the floor. It’s musty.

Standards of a motel unlike other Quality Inn Hotels that I've stayed..the sink sank..told receptionist but was never fixed..she said she passed on the message but nothing was done until I checked out..minimal toiletries..bring your own...room was damp..fridge dirty...People sitting on the corridors at night smoking and talking on the phone..breakfast has nothing much..get food outside there are restaurants and fast food within the complex.

Easy access My room although marked nonsmoking, it still had a Smokey smell. I was located next to a smoking unit. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The room was very nice and clean. It was handicapped accessible, which we didn't need or request. Glenda at breakfast was very friendly, and fixed a problem with the waffle maker for me.

The shower was not clean dirty rags where left hanging on the shower rack and it was hair in the tub. When I went to tell the staff the woman at the desk asked told well there’s nothing I can do for you.

I needed 1 bottle of water but was told they could not give to me. The water $1 but it was 5am and I did not have my wallet on me. The clerk would not give anything unless I had cash. Also the room had a smell, the towels and wash clothes were stained from previous use and the bathroom was run down

There were dead cockroaches in the room. The floor wasn’t swept I had to wear shoes all the time. I also had to strip the pillows because they were dirty. Whether walking or sleeping there was a constant squeaking noise which made my stay uncomfortable. I reported it to the front desk upon checking out.

Towels are old and needs to be replaced due to the heavy USE they get. This is my first time experiencing such a poor location to stay and I wouldn't suggest you taking your family here.

All I can say that’s good about this place is that it’s quiet, suspicious activity in the parking lot, along with broken down cars that have been here since my last stay 30-days ago. Marijuana smells are abundant, my sheets were stained, and the floor needs to be mopped!

Towels were dingy like which I’m glad I brought my own smh. I don’t recommend this hotel unless it’s something you just need for a quick stay, and based on the online ratings they need to be dropped down to a 6

You get what you pay for! I felt a little uneasy about the area, but the room was clean and the staff was nice. I will rave about the overnight lady who made me feel safe and switched my rooms at no cost because the one I got smelled like cigarettes.

Family trip for the Atlanta Nascar race, busy weekend nicer hotels were sold out or too expensive. The place was cheap enough to expect the outdated furnishings. Beds were comfortable however, a few hairs found on 1 of the 2 beds made me question if sheets were changed. The top covers had dried crusty stains which confirmed they had not been cleaned. Room was musty and ac was off when we got there, mid July in the south = mold incubator! Luckily i had some unopened car fresheners we ended up putting in room to make it bareable. Wont stay there again but for the price and short amount of time we spent in the room it waa ight.

In room microwave and fridge and nearby box and grocery stored if you're counting pennies. Don't bring trailers though- parking and lanes of trabel are very tight.

The price per night was too high for the quality of the room and overall area. In the website it looks decent. However it is very dirty. Sheets & pillowcases hadn’t been clean or changed in what seemed to be months. They where dark black/brown. The room was non-smoking and it instantly smelled like marijuana, cigarettes, and food. There was candy on the floor, cilantro all over the fridge, plastic wrappers in the sink, the shower hadn’t been cleaned the shower curtain had black mold. The walls had some kind of drink or body fluid stains. The doors didn’t close right. Anytime some one was smoking outside it would come in the room. The area is so noisy you can hear everything outside. It was the first night around 2am and two gun shots were fired near by. Very sketchy place. I ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaned the entire room my self. It was FILTHY…wash rags used were black at the end of my cleaning. Also house keeping opened the door on my husband & I after the fact we said we didn’t want room service. I was in bed nude and she still opened the door…the latch was over so she didn’t open it all the way (thank god) but she continued to be very rude yelling housekeeping as she kept the door open. I yelled at her and she walked away. Unfortunately we had spent $363 in total for two nights and couldn’t just leave so we stuck it out. Will never stay there again.

I had a Non-smoking room and as soon as I opened the door all I could I smell was old cigarettes and marijana. I went to the front desk and asked for another room and I was told that I had to wait until the morning. The following morning I went to use the sink and the moldy drain stopper was lying behind the faucet. An hour later I changed rooms and the second room also smelled so I went to Walmart and purchased Lysol spray to try and get rid of the smell, (it did not work). When I came back we noticed that our iPhone charger was left in the first room and when we asked the employees to check the room we were told no. In the 2nd room the carpet next to the bed (under the table) had something sticky on it. The tub was clogged and water was draining down slowly while showering. I went to use one of the small cups and found a small black bug in it. I went back down to the front office to collect a few towels and advise the clerk of these things she said okay. However when I arrived back to the room later that evening nothing was fixed. This is By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

When I came back we noticed that our iPhone charger was left in the first room and when we asked the employees to check the room we were told no. In the 2nd room the carpet next to the bed (under the table) had something sticky on it. The tub was clogged and water was draining down slowly while showering. I went to use one of the small cups and found a small black bug in it. I went back down to the front office to collect a few towels and advise the clerk of these things she said okay. However when I arrived back to the room later that evening nothing was fixed. This is By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

Bed very comfortable, area clean. Did not like the noise on Saturday nite. Got there late and the toilet leaked. The manager was kind and changed our room immediately

The beds were comfortable,ample towels. The bathtub had hair in it and the shower curtain showed dirt on the bottom. Also, the pool was empty,and that was not communicated. We were looking for a place with a pool even though its usually alittle more $$,selected this one,bot it was looking very neglected,∅. Breakfast was bad...4 dried up egg patties,4 sausage. Big disappointment!!

Room appeared fine just tired. Bathroom floor has unclean specs of ?? From mopping. Bed was nearly made. Comfortable sleep which is all I needed.

Definitely a house keeping problem. Surface areas all greasy and dirty as well as the floor in areas where chair had to be moved. Beds were clean and comfy though.

There are multiple quality inns in Stockbridge. Sent me all over town for an hour. After a long trip that was disappointing. We will never stay in quality inns again.

Vending area needs updating

Room was cleaned on basic cleaning, but when you looked at edges of tiles, or telephone, or hair dryer, they were dirty. Clock radio was broken. I called and they tried to find another one but couldn't.

The room was clean, but it had a very old and dated feel. Staff seemed to only want to do the bare minimum, especially the early morning one. The walls are thin its next to a McDonalds drive-thru. I would not stay there again

About what you would expect for the price. Aging, but clean. Staff was friendly and efficient

Yuck. Overall I give this property a C minus. The check-in person was not friendly or helpful at all. Being near the highway the property was very loud. You could hear trucks all night and in the morning trucks revving up their engines to leave for the day. Plus the area around the hotel seemed kind of sketchy. The bed was comfortable but overall I was not. You can do better than this place.

I guess it was the manager that came to my door and said I was smoking in the room and I wasn't someone left beer cans in front of my room also

It was very clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable. The girl who checked us in after 10pm was not the friendliest, but when we checked out in the morning the lady was very friendly. We mentioned the tub was dripping and sink leaked , she was very helpful and said they were working on repairs.breakfast was very limited, but we didnt stay here for food. We stayed for a comfortable clean room amd we got it.

A comfortable bed for one night stay. The room was furnished nicely and the area was quiet. The carpet needs updated, but still fair.

The pool was closed and just an extremely dirty area. The property is extremely outdated. And the food was horrible for breakfast. I will definitely not be revisiting this hotel again

First day, I complained about the bathroom door not shutting due to screws on the hinges loose. Also, the rack that you hang your clothes on was broke. I never complained about the discoloration of the bottom of the tub. It looked dirty. The room had a old stale smell. Like a room that has been closed up for months. Just to say the door or clothes rack were never fixed and I was there for 4 nights. The bed was clean and comfortable. 0ne of the service staff was a little dry. Not the friendly type.

Staff in reception was good. Floor of the room was dirty and with old bubble gum everywere. Room stinks.
