The best part is that the hotel is right across the street from amazing restaurants and 3 minutes away from shopping centers and Walmart. Fast food is minutes away. The breakfast in the morning is good also. Be there on time cause the other guests make sure they are lol. The hotel room i had was the double queen suite and there is too much room in there. I loved the stay and this will be my go to hotel when vising the Atlanta area. It's only 25 minutes without traffic and about 40 minutes with traffic from downtown Atlanta.

The room and bathroom were clean. The carpet was coming apart at the seam. The faucet was not attached in the bathroom sink. Parking was close to the hotel. Breakfast was adequate.

It was nice and enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. In the future, I will bypass the LaQunita. It overbooked and I had no reservation.

The front desk got noise complaints and kept saying it was my boys and that it was on camera. After the 3rd complaint I asked to see it in footage on to be shown the girls was doing everything and making all the noise. The desk staff did apologize but had lied and told me several times that it was my boys on camera each time. She had never actually looked on the camera but assumed it was my boys just because they were teenaged boys. The same staff had gotten into an altercation with the dance line staff the first night due to the front desk staff driving irrationally in the parking lot the first night and almost hitting one of the young dancer. The staff only response was that the girls shouldn’t have been in the parking lot trying to practice.

Carpet needs replacing that was the only negative. Bathrooms were very clean.

The room was clean but very old looking and painted over. The beds was horribly uncomfortable. The first night there after driving 14 hours and after unpacking we turned the tv on to only have a big line going through the tv. We called the main desk and was told they could move us but right at that moment to next door. The people above us was extremely loud so we called the front desk to no results. The next 2 nights were mediocre but still loud. This building has no insulation in their rooms. The last night we didn’t sleep at all because there was so much noise from the above room that we weren’t able to sleep. The front desk was informed and we should have went to a different hotel but the room was prepaid. So we stayed. The pool was the worst not maintained at all. They have a steam room which was not usable and disgusting. The free breakfast was not good either. The bagels were hard as rocks and the sausage bad. The best thing was the waffles you made yourself. I am very disappointed because the photos of the hotel are beautiful. Please take my advise and do more research before you book and pay in advance.

We also didn’t have washcloths to bathe with. Only 2 washcloths and towels for 4 people in our room and when we asked for more there weren’t any, causing us to spend even more money to go buy some just so we could shower. Highly disappointed. This reservation should not have cost $140 for one night if all our needs weren’t met.

Had no towels. Housekeeping was gone for the day. Got towels from the front desk. One of them was stained. Parking excellent. Front desk guy, good. Breakfast, I’d give about a 6 on a 1 to 10 scale.

Very noisy. Can hear everything going on outside of room. Wet floors from the pool that was located close to room. Kids almost slipped and fell. Mold in bathroom. Bugs in room. We all noticed bites on us the next morning. Staff lacked customer service skills. Wouldn't recommend.

Horrible experience , we reserved for 3. Got a queen bed and a sofa, not a sofa bed. The queen bed had a nail sticking out and hurt one of the guest. Front desk service was not pleasant. Coffee machine didn’t work properly! The experience was not at a good one

I smelled marijuana in the hallways The hotel front desk clerk took a photo of the back of my credit card with my number and anyone could have used that information. Once my car was swiped for the amount there was no reason for her to take another photo of my credit card to be open with the entire number showing on a piece of paper! I’m gonna report that to Wyndham.

The name of the property. I was very disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep water from coming out of the shower, which caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor. The appearance of the AC unit was also concerning. The knobs had been removed, and the cover was missing, which made it look unfinished and poorly maintained. While the thermostat on the wall was a plus, the keypad needs to be replaced because it is displaying letters instead of numbers. The pull-out sofa bed was the most disturbing issue. The mattress had visible stains that appeared to be urine stains, which was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. This is a serious health concern. The mattress in room 403 should be removed immediately, as this condition likely violates basic health and sanitation standards. Cereal was available but milk was not. Staff kept the lobby and hallway clean and clear of trash. Although, sanitizing stations need to be refilled.

I didnt like thay they made copies of our ID and credit card. Also the smell of Marijuana and Cigarettes was very strong along with an overpowering smell of whatever they clean with.

Booking. Com canceled my reservation without my knowledge and have no rooms available. I'm there with my grandchildren for two celebration. And no room!

It was bad as soon as I arrived. I made my reservation months in advance. I get there 20 minutes after check in and I'm told I don't have a reservation. I showed the girl at the desk my booking.com app that showed I in fact had a reservation. She tells me it must have been cancelled. Well, I'm here and I certainly didn't cancel it. She tells me "someone probably called to confirm and you didn't answer so it was probably cancelled". I received no phone call. So I had to rebook my reservation for more than I originally was charged. I asked what would happen with the other reservation because I didn't want to pay a cancellation fee. She told me not to worry about it. I get into my room and it's fine until 5am when i realize they put me in the room next to the kitchen so all I hear for the next 2 hours is banging and clanging. I hadn't showered yet when housekeeping came by and asked for dirty laundry. I told her I was fine but needed 2 more towels. Her response was "later" and left. Went out for the day and naturally when I get back there's no towels. I go to the front desk and see the girl from the day before and ask for towels. She decides to argue with me about "how many" towels I'm allowed to have and I'm only allowed 4 per day. Not sure if you're keeping count but I only have the 2 dirty towels that were there originally at this point. She wouldn't let that point of 4 towels go until I explained how math works before she finally conceded. I go back to sleep and up at 5 again for breakfast prep. At this point I can't wait to get out of there. Check out and drive home. An hour after I get home I get an email from booking.com saying I was being charge $131 for a "No show" fee. Now I'm fighting that. Never again at this place!

They advertised a sofa bed and we got a couch instead even though we had 6 guests in one of the rooms.

The blanket on the bed had a dirty spot on it. The refrigerator was leaning and a piece was hanging from the bottom. Also there was candy wrapper on the side of the refrigerator. Hotel was in a great location, not far from much. Sat off the main road so you didn't hear much noise. Quick check-in, was there for a football tournament so it was a good bit of people just having a good time ( no complaints on that one). Shower pressure could have been better (but was hot) & elevator moved slow. But other than that we enjoyed the stay and will book again.

The room was nice, but the desk lamp had a short in it, and I notified the front desk, but no one came , so I went down to the desk and the staff said no one was thete to swap the lamp. I unplugged the lamp, because it could've caught on fire while I was sleeping and burned the hotel down with casualties. Location was close to the road we needed. you claim that it’s newly renovated, but it really isn’t. It does not look like everything was renovated baseboard doors windows to be desired.

We were on a return trip from WI and needed a place for the night. The staff was super friendly and the rest of the guests very polite. The facility looked like new and the water pressure fantastic! Breakfast was basic but hot and well cooked.

There were two staff member there to check me in. I had parked already as parking was limited and I found a decent spot as I came in to the parking lot. I entered the lobby to check in with my confirmation from Expedia on my phone and the plate number ready. The staff didn't want my vehicle info and didn't care that I had the confirmation email on my phone, they wanted to see my drivers license. They said anyone could have that info and check in falsely in my place. I said okay and went back to my vehicle for it. Who I returned they made a photo copy of my drivers license then checked me in. There was nobody else in the lobby and when they handed me little folder with my two door card opener for my room they told me that the wifi password was written on there. I opened the little folder and saw the wifi pw and my room number. I said so where is room 221? They said oh we don't say the room numbers out loud for your safety. I looked around like who would be listening and they just looked at me like I was naive. I hope they aren't trying to sell my personal info now that they have a copy of my DL. Other than that strange check in the place was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, and a good ac. The parking lot was well lit and I didn't see I didn't see anyone in or around the area that looked out of place so I would have never felt unsafe if it weren't for the staffs behavior. The breakfast was bad but the coffee was drinkable.

The property was not as upgraded as other La Qinta properties I've stayed in. The carpet was outdated and the doors need to be either painted or replaced, otherwise the rooms were nice.

Off the main drag but, close to everything you need. Plenty of dining options. Breakfast was better than most hotels of this caliber. If I had to complain about something, it’s a little dated inside and, WAY too much chlorine in the pool. Overall decent place to crash. I would not hesitate to stay here again

There are very sketchy people living in the hotel and hanging around the property. The inside of the rooms were very nice but the doors to the rooms were all scratched up and paint chipped. My room was cancelled w/o my consent or knowledge arrived 3am to NO room for my family. Front desk was very helpful tried to give me back the room I had booked BUT plumbing hadn’t been repaired, I accepted anything was to be give room I PAID for after checkout…. NEVER HAPPENED!!!

Visited to attend my grandmother's funeral able needed somewhere nice to stay for a few days. After shopping around for several hotels this one met all of my needs. The front desk representative was AMAZING. I forgot her name but she is a great asset to your company

Visited to attend my grandmother's funeral able needed somewhere nice to stay for a few days. After shopping around for several hotels this one met all of my needs. The front desk representative was AMAZING. I forgot her name but she is a great asset to your company

Our rooms bathroom had a patch on the shower wall that is coming loose. The elevator was dirty and very slow. The stairwell had rolled up carpet and trash in it. The property had trash up against the fence. We travel with a large dog so we appreciate

This was a tough stay. 1) Smoke detector's battery needed replaced. While not a huge concern, the front desk clerk had no idea how to correct the problem. My spouse helped her. 2) Missing television remote. I believe the previous room occupants left with the remote. The desk clerk was able to provide us with a replacement. 3) No hot water. This was true in all the rooms. Shower control would not go to the 'hot' setting - only allowing for luke-warm showers/baths. Another guests shower was identical. While all these items might seem trivial, the icing on the cake - the two adult males outside the property - discussing if any females were in the hotel. And unfortunately I heard them discussing the attractiveness of my teenage daughters and if they could 'get them away from their parents.' Needless to say, we did not let them walk anywhere alone during our stay. We will not be returning.

Pros: dog friendly, very large rooms to stay in, plenty of lighting in the parking lot at night, easy access to highway. Cons: lack of transparency on pricing for pet fees (it says $25 per accommodation per stay, but they notified me that information was “incorrect” and they aren’t required to maintain that information as it is a “third party” website), hotel had very little/low lighting so it felt dark and dirty. Rooms facing the woods gave me a cabin-rental feeling. The room and the experience was perfect. Staff was super accommodating.

The room was clean and updated. The bed was a little too firm for our liking. The continual breakfast was laking the most. Biscuits was cold the gravy tasted like it was from a can. I think the eggs was probably egg beaters or powered and sausage links had a weird texture to them

The hotel seemed to be in the process of remodeling. Overall, the stay was clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean, we could tell it’s been renovated so that was nice. However, both nights we heard people having intercourse and the women were extremely loud. These were not the same people. Then we were startled awake in the morning from a man and woman arguing in the hallway.. they went on for like 20 minutes, cussing each other out. It was extremely uncomfortable to hear moaning, yelling, and cussing both nights we stayed.

I forgot my personal soap and lotion. The soap in the room was the $1.00 travel size. And there was no lotion in the room.

Large room

Elevators were out of service the entire weekend. Ice machines were not working on 2nd floor. Employees were extremely rude. We typically stay here twice a year for race weekend, and never have had an issue. This time the stay wasn't what it normally is.

The bathroom faucet was about to fall off other than that room was nice. The hotel didn't offer coffee in the evening and breakfast was lacking. Compared to 3 other la Quinta hotels we have stayed at recently this one was subpar

It was a friendly place. The convenients of stores near by.

It was a great choice. The only thing was the bathroom, it has no much pressure of water and the curtain wasn't appropriate fot the bath

Room was very enjoyable, nice and large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hotel was being remodeled so outside the doors and hallways were not completely finished but carpet didn’t smell and there were no stains. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but free safe parking along with convenience and good price made this an enjoyable experience.

Overall comfortable but property showing a little age in finishes. Checkin and checkout was extremely warm and friendly. Breakfast would biggest ding only 2 slices of bacon and eggs dry at 6:15. Convenient location off of I75 and I675

This property is poorly run. Bed linen dirty and has holes, dirty towel left in bathroom from previous guest or from cleaning person, hallways smells like smoke all throughout. Staff not pleasant.

It was dirty. I paid for my family so we could all stay together and we ended up on a different floor. Not cool. People were smoking Marijuana

My husband and I were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Updating is needed-painting, dirty walls, stains on drapery and bed sheets! Slept on top of blankets-was awoken around 3:30 am to the staff cleaning, banging things and overall no concern for guests. Would NOT be back!

Broken shower head bracket and shower curtain rod, which required one hand to keep it closed while showering. Not the cleanest either, especially carpeted areas. Beds were ok. Weird vibe all around. Very lame free breakfast, too.

I love the hotel, the only mishap is the guest above us was walking very hard.

Check in was great but my room was horrible when I got to the room wasn’t cleaned then the cleaning came and started cleaning the bathroom toilet wasn’t clean sheets was dirty had to send my 3 different times to new sheets and all was dirty so I had to go to Walmart and spend money I didn’t have for sheets I spent my last on this dirty room 2 of my children have diabetes that money was towards a new pump now I short honestly I want a refund y’all hotel chain wonderful but this one it’s can I get a refund I have to sleep in my clothes because covers this crazy to I want a refund

It was a clean place to stay with nice staff. However, the fact they have as policy to photocopy both your ID and credit card to keep on file is very, very disconcerting. I was not aware that was legal.

My overall stay was great very friendly staff my only concerns are that the pool smelled like beer and the lighting wasnt the best, lighting in the bathroom was bad and it was just dark

Good size room, comfortable beds.

It was in a OK area, did not feel very safe at time. The breakfast was very poor. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were Luke warm or even cold. The rooms were old and worn down. The bed was probably the best thing during our stay. If you’re looking for 8 hours of sleep you would be ok.

Because I was traveling and working, it would have been great for the rooms to have in addition to have an eternet connection. Some folks are not able to work on Wi-Fi because of security. My stay was just fine but I would not return because of the one complaint about internet connection.

It looks like someone bought a deteriorated La Quinta and decided to try and squeeze a few more dollars out of it without reinvesting any revenue in maintenance, cleaning or staffing. The property and building are dirty. The sheets on the bed were dirty and we had to request another room because the first one smelled like cigarette smoke (even though front desk staff claimed the property was smoke free).

I booked checked in and found bedbug like insects in the selected room checked out an hour later I am yet to get a refund thanks

All staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is run down and in desperate need of upgrades. It smells. Strange people in parking lot. Feels dingy. Doesn’t feel safe.

We arrived around 10:30pm Saturday. There was a terrible odor in the building and rooms. The sheets were dirty. The light switch was dangling out the wall. And we have not heard from the Manager yet to discuss the situation and to get a refund. We checked our Sunday morning in the 9:00am hour and was charged for the entire stay. It was a horrible experience. Thank you

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower did have a crack in the wall that could have been repaired. The elevator walls and floor could use updating.

Amazing and clean

The hotel is clearly in the state of being remodeled, and that’s not something that bothers me, but when I needed to use the business office and it was missing windows for privacy and one of the staff sat *right beside* the open window playing loud videos on his phone, I was massively put out. I had to conduct my office from my vehicle in the parking lot. The only positive was that the AC worked well.
