    From the moment we arrived, customer service was disappointing. The front desk was frequently closed, and when staff were available, they were rude and seemed bothered by basic guest requests. After using the same towels for four days, I requested fresh towels and was told I had to bring the dirty ones downstairs and wait for them to be washed and dried before I could receive replacements. When I explained that we had already been using them for several days, the front desk employee responded that I “shouldn’t have them dirty if I wanted to use them.” That level of service is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room had a strong odor, including the smell of marijuana throughout the property. We saw roaches in both the room and the hallways. The sheets did not smell or feel clean, making it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. The lack of attention to detail, poor housekeeping standards, and unprofessional staff made what should have been a family trip extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or welcoming place to stay.

    Location We stayed at the hotel for three nights and unfortunately did not receive any housekeeping service during our stay, even after requesting it. As a result, our trash accumulated in the room and we ran out of basic amenities such as shower gel. By the fourth day, we had to go to reception ourselves to request fresh towels. I raised this issue with the general manager, but he did not appear interested in addressing the concern and remained on his mobile phone while I was explaining the situation, which felt quite dismissive. Basic housekeeping and attentive customer service are standard expectations at any hotel, so this was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not feel like good value for the price we paid.

    Room location. Next to the exit door. Banging closed till 11 pm. Blind wouldnt close at the bottom. Had to put pillows over the opening to keep out the light at sun up. I think the hotel may target booking.com customers? Have had leaking toilets etc. At other hotels also. Common denominator was booking.com for the reservation.

Hotel currently doing renovations so I would not recommend it at this time if you want to enjoy a nice, aesthetic-looking main lobby sitting area. 3rd floor adjoining rooms-very thin walls, it sounded like others in the adjoining room was in our room. I used noise-cancelling ear foams to get some sleep.

    Recently remodeled rooms with old a/c units. My ac unit made a horrible sound all night. I called down to the front desk and they told me to record it on my phone to show them the next day. I did that. It was loud they heard it. They said they would forward the video to the manager and that I would be compensated. Never heard anything and was charged fully of course. Sad because Hampton are usually pretty reliable but I would never stay at this one again.

    I arrived on one of the hottest days this year. I asked for water and was told my membership did not come with water. If I wanted water i would have to buy a bottle for $4.00. I find that to be ridiculous however, I was thirsty so, I bought a bottle of overpriced water. I checked in to room 315. The room was clean however the remote control for the TV was of little use. The volume could not be adjusted. The front desk was not manned. This wasn’t my first stay at a Hampton Inn but it was the first time I have had these issues.

    It was a sleepover for my 12 year old grand daughter. We were not able to get a joining rooms however we’re we’re across the hall from each other. The kids had a blast in their room as well as the pool. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the kids enjoyed the variety presented. They also enjoyed the tea and coffee station.

    I checked out in just three hours bcz I felt unsafe. Looks like it was family owned thing. So many other environmental factors which doesn’t look good to me. There was no security and also there was no one at reception all the time. Only one person was there and he was going in a room and just coming to talk to customers if he sees someone standing by the reception…

    Remodels to the degree that this facility was being remodeled should require a temporary shut down. Walking in an entrance directly under a scaffold isn't safe. Other than that, it was okay. Cleaning is necessary

    If your standards are none, this is your best choice. Dirty, unacceptable, and less than hospitable are the words that come to mind to describe my stay. Dirty shower floor, hair in shower, in the sink, in the drawer, unvacumed carpet. Requested a new room upon check in, and was told no rooms were available, but that management would get back to me - they did not. I then requested a new room in the morning and was told that despite my request, I would not be moved, but housekeeping would do a deep clean. I watched housekeeping wipe down surfaces, and change linens. It was not a deep cleaning by anyone’s standards. The construction made this hotel an eye sore and was appalling to me, considering what I paid for 3 nights. None of these things should be so carelessly visible to the consumer. I always had to look for a front desk staff member, and when leaving, had to call from my cell phone to check out because no one was there. It was so bad that I checked out a day early, because I was done with the second class experience. Customer service is non existent here. This is a motel with hotel prices. Good luck to you!

    As of March 2025, this location is undergoing a renovation in the lobby rendering most of that area unusable. This, however, should have little to no impact on your stay. The room had also been recently renovated making it especially nice. The space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The location of this hotel is also near countless amenities and restaurants. The one notable impact from the construction was that the free breakfast was reduced to a small grab-and-go station with cereal and bagels. This was not an issue for me, but you will likely need to eat in your room until construction is complete.

    The staff is friendly. The hotel itself is under some renovations, but I heard nothing on the second floor. My king room was extremely nice.     They are currently in renovations. I would not stay there for the next few months. There breakfast is very limited, we had to go to Chick-fil-A next door. There was also a security concern that was not addressed with urgency. There was a homeless man that was sleeping outside the elevator. First off, why did the staff not know he was there, and second, when it was brought to their attention, it was not address urgently.     Property is under construction, had to step over active tile laying and most of 1st floor had a film of construction dust. Luckily our room was on 2nd floor. Room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Was a great place to stay if it wasn’t for the construction. Would use this hotel again if visiting the area

    This Hampton Inn is being remodeled and updated, which is great. Our room was super nice. My biggest concern is the construction debris. There are bins and trucks and materials raking up space in the parking lot, and parking is already tight. Further, the crew decided to store all their materials in the stairwell!! See the picture provided. Had there been any kind of emergency, it would have been difficult, if not impossible, to evacuate down the stairs.

    We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were updated. We enjoyed the indoor pool, just wished it was heated.😊. The breakfast was good, especially the day they had the chicken sausage ( since we don't eat pork) . All of the staff we had contact with were very friendly. We would most definitely stay there again.

    Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean. There was limited parking because they were doing maintenance work on the first floor, which also made it noisy. The workers are taking up the guest parking spaces. Otherwise overall, it was a good stay in a good location. Conveniently right off the interstate.

    Elevator was out so the extra bed we needed was unavailable. Forced to get a second room. Ants all over the bathroom. Staff was super nice but the facility was run down and in disrepair. Would not go back.

    The property is under remodel construction and everything is a mess. The second floor is shutdown for construction. The cost was ridiculous, the room had knats coming in from the open construction and the online pictures are misleading. Maybe pass on this one for a few months until the remodel is done.

    Whitney did a great job. It was very busy and she was by herself. We got to our room and the tv cable did not work. So she put us on 3rd , only king available. The elevators did not work and my husband has a heart problem and dealing with cancer right now. Not good. We were going to leave but we had already unpacked in one room. To pack it up and move to 3rd floor. 2nd floor closed for remodeling. No manager and Whitney was by herself to deal with everything. She knows her job well and was polite. Never got frustrated helping the many people checking in. And then us!!!

    This property is “ tired” the beds were comfortable and the room was clean, but , it’s just needs a lift. You must bring plugs for your phone and watch because there are only USB holes for your technology . I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It needs a facelift. There are better places to stay. The breakfast was the same as all the other places … boring food and not yummy . There’s no restaurant in the hotel

    Traveling by car from FL to home in WI. Selected Hampton because we knew what to expect, Hampton does a good job and we were satisfied. Bathroom had a tub shower and we prefer a walk in shower.
