Within half an hour of being there, we pulled the sheets back and our bed was CRAWLING with bugs. Pulled the shower curtain back and roaches flew out. Room smelled, literally the only process that our TV worked. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. The property manager did at least offer a full refund, but would NEVER book here again,

Room was a little out of date but clean and good enough for me for one day

They should leave the a/c running in the rooms, too help with stagnant air. TV remote was nasty to touch. Need to wipe down the remote after each stay. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly. Baseboard behind toilet not adhered to the wall properly.

If you MUST stay… I always spot clean and spray before I stay! The toilet was loose and rocked when I sat on it. The shower pressure was horrible. I could barely get the soap off me. It was like taking a naked bird bath! LOL The tv was nearly out bc it was dark on half the screen. The microwave and fridge worked well. The outlets on the nightstand didn’t work. The AC worked.. I had to change rooms bc this spot has connecting rooms! The pool was not open despite it was sunny and hot! I have had better experiences here in the past but after this staycation, I won’t return here. Sorry

I come here a lot of times and over time, it seemed to be going down room's not properly clean toilets, not working showers, not working, shower pressure, extremely weak, or low recently. I got a room that had a joined room. Door which was super creepy and scary room's not being properly cleaned. TVS not working in one room or another. It's always been something I love this place. It's great, it's convenient. But as of lately, it has been falling off.

Everything was great. I just wished the pet fee was a flat rate or lower then 25 dollars a day because 25 dollars a day gets expensive fast. It is already a challenge booking rooms that are pet friendly most pet friendly hotels/motels are a flat rate for the entire stay Other than that everything was great no complaints

The refrigerator hadn’t been wiped down so I had to wipe that down before I used it of course. The door was very flimsy and you could hear all of the outside noise. There was a small crack so that you could see outside. I wanted to extend for one night because I was dealing with an insurance claim from my home flooding. The man at the front desk told me that I would have to pay an additional $35. I was like why and he was like it’s our policy. That was dumb and I only paid so that my 78-year old mom and 8-year old son wouldn’t be out on the streets. If I’m already staying here there’s nothing that you can do with that room from 11am-2pm. When I checked in the sweet lady at the front desk told me that they had plenty of vacancies and it had been pretty slow that week. Needless to say I needed a couple more nights but I took my business elsewhere.

The ac is broken and they don’t care! The room is in horrible condition! We left the second day of our trip at 10:00am an was gone all day, came back to the room and they didn’t clean the room, they took out selected trash (we literally only had empty take out trash, nothing heavy or nasty) they didn’t make the bed, didn’t wipe down anything and someone used the bathroom and did not flush!!! They didn’t offer to change our room after we told them the ac didn’t work!

Clean and well maintained

Whem you walk in the room, and the mattress has a dip in it, there's your sign. This place was cheaper than some other places, and it was pretty obvious why. I won't be staying there in the future.

The room has been poorly maintained. Lights didn't work. The bathroom door needs to be painted. There were holes in the sheets & blankets.

Part of the carpet was still wet from earlier in the day but they didn't inform me of that. They hadn't dried it out and it was starting to smell musty

I was unpleased when I got to my room which had two queen size beds instead of one king bed I chose the room I did when I reserved my room on a count of needing the extra space for my dog. I was also not pleased when I had to go to the office and tell them the refrigerator did not work.

Room was dirty. Toilet broken. Hole in wall in bathroom. Pillows very old and flat. They should be thrown away. Floor sticky. $25 charge for dog was ridiculous. I didn't want him on the floor as it was so dirty. Pictures online are very deceiving. No bedbugs is the only positive.

The beds are always comfortable. The AC is very good. More towels can be added to rooms. Taylor is always very helpful and prompt to concerns.

The beds, pillows, and cleanliness of the room made my stay enjoyable. I wish they’d add more towels for the guest, and larger bars of soap. Lastly, there were no active premium channels, although they are listed on the TV guide.

The receptionist was welcoming and the rooms were larger than expected. The size of pool was laughable and it wasn't very clean, but at least they have one. I saw and killed a German Cockroach in the bathroom. I don't plan on staying here again nor do I recommend it.

We checked in after a 10 hour drive. Our AC didn't work, and we found a mouse in the room.

They advertised a suite, sleep 5 with a pull out couch. I called the hotel and even verified it. Once we arrived and checked in, they did not have suites, two queen beds with a pull out couch.

This is a great place to stay if you’re on the cheap. I wouldn’t stay again personally. Checking in always like visiting someone in prison, talking through a little hole in a window with the blinds down. The room wasn’t dirty but seemed dingy. Ya get what ya pay for I guess.

The toilet was not secured to the floor; it rocked when you sat on it. The remodeling work that was done in the bathroom (around tub and paint job), appeared to be done by and amateur. The bed linens were stained/dirty and had burn holes. The room smelled like cigarettes and musty. The stair rails were not secured and some were broken off the wall. The room air conditioner was excellent as well as the mini refrigerator.

Roaches everywhere

Ive had to stay somewhere (Off and On) in Atl since April and I always end up back here. (moving from Cali) Desk staff is helpful and usually pleasant...especially the night staff. Mark (Mngr) is a quiet kind of guy, but very informative regarding the city and Acworth. Eager to help. Ive even seen him have to be building Security...lol The room cleaning mngr always seems upset, but Id be too having to see how some people disrespect other people's work and property. Regardless, I appreciate them as a whole! (Fyi, this review will probably work against me when I call and its booked up...lol)

A crappy place. I had to stay but I wouldn't do it again. They gave me a smoking room. I asked them to change it. The person in front said no and didn't want to help me.

The sink had no cold water. And the shower barely put out a weak stream. Pillows were trash and needed to be replaced years ago. The worst thing was a gunshot right outside our door at 6am woke us. We got ready within 10 minutes and left.

The photo used is definitely not the motel. If it had been identified as a motel, I would not have stayed there since there are no elevators in motels. I stayed there also because they had a pool, however it was not in use and I've attached a photo to show it. The room door did not have a locking device so I had to prop my chair against the door to make sure no one could get in! There is no slip resistant flooring in the bathtub and no handbars on the wall so you could very easily fall! There are no luggage racks to hold your luggage or closets to hang your clothes. Just two hooks on the wall, so I would suggest a double room so that you can use the one bed to open up your suitcase and lay your things out on it! It was however clean, and had lovely staff especially desk clerk Sherry. This is definitely not a Wyndham hotel!!!

I've stayed at this hotel before and this time it was better. The room was updated and very clean except the table by the TV seemed to have what I think was a bit of sugar granules on it. Staff was friendly and bed a bit firm for my liking but the soft sheets made up for that. Overall I was comfortable and got a good night's sleep

The two staff were fine but our sink faucet was not anchored, unpainted patches on the wall, inoperable lamp, bed was good but bedspread stained and torn.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm here on business. It's good for what they charge however they were in the middle of doing remodeling which was a big mess and took up parking spaces and furniture was all pulled up outside. I realize things can look terrible if it's in the middle of remodeling. I have no doubt when they are done the place will be even nicer and I thought it was nice before and not even needing remodeling. The breakfast is adequate but they don't do a good job of keeping up with refilling the coffee and the pancake batter and eggs. I feel they need to keep on top of that better but still all in all I'm going to continue staying at this hotel. The bed is great and the air conditioner worked great and the staff was friendly

I booked this location at the last minute without knowing the ara. I had prepaid and booked the same day so I couldn't cancel but if I could have, I would have. The room was worse than any I've stayed in. No pictures on the wall, sticky remote control, sink faucet was not secure, no stopper in the tub, broken lamp, dirty chairs, and random paint splotches on the wall. I would not recommend this place!

Friendly desk clerk Wash cloths and towels were worn and dingy. Had to return one that had stains on it. The sofa was old and stained. I booked my stay based on the picture online, I was disappointed with the rooms being located outside a d no elevator

The property was great and the location was ideal. My only issue was that my room smelled like smoke...I didn't request a smoking room but that's what was given to me. Otherwise everything was great!

My first time staying at this location, I had no issues which was why I booked again. The second time I booked, I was put into a room that had bugs that looked like small flies or something that kept appearing on the beds. The AC was faulty because the knob could come off. The sheets on the bed didn’t seem like they had been washed or even changed between stays. Not to mention, the manager went out of town to Alaska the weekend of my stay, so their entire system was down for the entire duration of my stay. This didn’t end up being an issue being that I wasn’t double charged for my stay or charged the deposit. But you could tell things were running a bit ragged since the boss was out of town.

The staff was quick to respond to complaints. Not much else I can say. The first 2 rooms had broken , or filthy AC units. I cleaned the filters on both units and they looked like they have never been changed. The room we were supposed to stay in AC unit failed to cool at all. We were moved to another room. The AC unit would not stay running till I figured out how to get it to keep blowing cold air. The room was filthy. We had to buy cleaning supplies, and also disinfect the two rooms. The floors did not look vacuumed, Some of the furniture had ripped seats, or sheets. No exhaust fans in the bathroom so could smell cigarette smoke all night from someone else's room coming through the vent. The Wifi worked the first night but then stopped working completely. The fridges were dirty. towels were dirty. There was not much food to choose from for breakfast. No eggs, no bacon. Just an empty Pancake machine, and some bagels, cream cheese, bananas. Not at all what you expect from a continental breakfast. Bought our own linen because the room was so dirty we refused to sleep on the provided linens.

It was close to everything I didn’t feel safe the pull out bed was small and had blood stains on and there was all kind of drug lords there

First room smelled like dog and throw up. 2nd room smelled like throw up, air wasn’t cold and daughter had big crawl on her in bed.

This is a good hotel for what they charge. It's a fair price. Staff was nice and room was clean but towels appeared old and mattress was very firm. I prefer a softer mattress but all in all I will stay here again when I come in town for work.

Disappointing

I like how nice the staff is and how clean the rooms are Pool not open.

We arrived after midnight. Easy check-in. Even after sleeping in there was still a good breakfast waiting for us. I was surprised there were eggs And sausage. Kids enjoyed it there as well. A room service team member even came and returned a forgotten pillow to us.

So we booked this hotel because GA is a halfway stop between KY & it said it was pet friendly. We did not realize at the time that there were specific rooms for pets. We check in take the dog to potty & drive over to our room. As we are driving they tell us we need to come back and pay the pet fee. I park in front of our room (with a few people standing outside and smoking weed) and was kind of wondering what I had gotten us into. I walk over to pay the fee and my family gets out with our dog and goes up to the room. As soon as they get in the room with the dog, who did not bark or even look at anyone, an employee knocks on the door. He says that we have booked a non pet friendly room. We asked if we could switch and they said there were no rooms available. My wife checked Expedia and it said there was at least one pet friendly room available. They said we could leave her in our in the car and let her sleep there by herself for the night (can you imagine?!) so we left and they said they would refund us. I waited a couple days and didn’t hear anything and contacted Expedia who had to contact the hotel, All the other hotels around there were booked due to spring break and a backup on I-75. They were honest and we did get the refund but we had to drive 13 hours to our condo in Tampa. The manager was at our condo and we got there about 4 hours early and the manager was nice enough to let us come in early, bring the dog in and use the pool until the condo was clean. Big difference

Finally found a room with a hot tub in the room and didn’t cost an arm and leg…will definitely do this again

Sleeped like a baby , love the idea of haven a little couch so nice to relax on for two people.

Will not stay here again. When we arrived, they said they didn't have my room, even though it was reserved several weeks prior. I was then asked to allow them 15-20 minutes so they could get a room ready for me, it was 9:00pm. I returned 30 minutes later and they still were not finished. This hotel, labeled as pet friendly, they told me my dog was not allowed and I would be charged an extra $25 per night. By the time I got to my room, my card had been charged 3 different times totaling more then $500 for a $251 dollar reservation. The manager "attempted" to fix the problem the next morning and instead charged me another $100. Absolute scam and untrustworthy people in charge.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There were blood stains on the wall by the sink. The pool and recreational facility were not open. I was told it was due to Covid. I contacted three hotels within 2 miles and their amenities were open.

But it was clean and the mattress was good.And the staff was cheerful and helpful. And there was breakfast.

This is an older hotel but the rooms seemed well-taken care of and decently appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is very industrial in some ways but there are several restaurants within a very short walk. Breakfast was surprisingly good- simple but tasty.

night. There was no Kleenex. We got locked out our room the next day and had to get new keys. We were told only one night was was put our key card when two nights were paid for at check-in. The money immediately came off. Please remedy problem.

Before arriving I was told my emotional support dogs was allowed and I didn’t have to pay. When I arrived, I was told that no one told them and that they didn’t care and charged me for them. My daughter came to visit us and brought her puppy so the hotel charged me everyday for him also. Our room was changed 3 times when we checked in. No one seemed to care about the inconvenience and found it funny when you questioned the charges and instead of the front desk trying to work with you, they laughed and said call the manager.
