    Clean and good location Staff did not stop the hive family reunion from screaming at each other, running through the halls and fighting with one another until 3am each morning. Horrible stay because they knew what was happening but did nothing about it.

    Easy access from interstate. Large room. Broken tile on floor by sink. No breakfast as the man who does it doesn’t come in until after six so no food when it was supposed to be there. We left without breakfast

    At check-in, even though I paid for the room when I booked, they wanted a $100 cash-only deposit that I was not told about beforehand. I rarely carry cash. The ATM in their lobby wasn't working and the desk clerk insinuated that I didn't have the money in my account. I had to leave, in the middle of checking in, and drive to a working ATM. Then in the morning, when we were checking out, a different desk clerk was across the room having a conversation while we waited at the desk. After several minutes, my husband walked over and said that we needed to check out. Then she acted irritated when she came over. After asking our room number and to see my ID, she pulled out a paper with the two $50 bills I had given them the night before folded inside and handed my cash back. I still don't understand the purpose of holding cash overnight and returing it in the morning. I understand a hotel wanting a credit card to cover damages, etc. but they never asked for a card, just the cash... If there was no other option, I would stay here again. But there are other options in the area, hopefully without the rude staff and weird cash holding policy.

    My experiences during the stay here was below my standards of what a hotel an experience should be. The front fest was helpful but my room was not clean and I was too tired to go back down stairs to change it. Other guest in the room above me were stomping all night and I was there to escape power outages in my neighborhood. The property is nicer than I expected and the rooms are nice as well.

    The bed was comfortable and the TV worked well. The property as a whole did not meet my expectations: the elevator nearest the lobby was out of order on the second day of my visit, and my handicapped-accessible room was on the fourth floor! The room air conditioner was very loud, and the drapes would not close to block out light and noise from the parking lot. The key cards to my room quit working on the second night and had to be renewed. I was not happy to be required to pay a $100 fee upon checking in, even though it was refundable at checkout. The hotel driveway was up a steep hill, and its entrance had a big pothole in the road that was difficult to avoid. The area around the property was cluttered with parked semi-trucks that made access to the hotel more difficult than necessary. I do not think this hotel was accurately described on the website, and will not stay in this area again in future.

    Customer service was POOR!! Sidney is not meant to be the face of any business establishment. When we arrived for check-in, Sidney barely greeted us, she immediately informed us that we needed to pat a $100 cash deposit and was not very pleasant in doing so. We asked if there was an ATM since we did not have any cash. She said ATM was "broken". She then very quickly dismissed us and told us that she cannot check us in without cash deposit. When we returned a few minutes later from a bank near by with the cash, Sidney was just checking in another guest but did not request cash deposit. While checking us in she seemed to be quite annoyed, and made no eye contact. We were forced to bring it to her attention that as the first point of contact, her customer service skills were subpar at best and left much to be desired. She looked up once then continued about her business. She was the worst part of our stay. Property was well maintained, room very clean and the kids enjoyed breakfast!!

    When pulling up to the property, it was very dark. There was trash outside of the front entrance. Once inside you are not greeted by the front desk instead, you have someone’s head down talking to you with no eye contact no professionalism. When you get out of the elevator on the second floor, the vent was blowing cigarette smoke directly in your face because it’s an older building so the vents are on the bottom of the baseboard. The bed would’ve been comfy if I did not see a blood stain on the wall. Also, it was very hard for me to switch the bath water to the shower water you had to use a lot of strength to pull the latch.. not to mention all the Welp. I woke up with on my neck, arms and back. Don’t know if it’s the detergent that they’re using or if something was modeling me all night from the bed.. overall I wouldn’t stay again checked out early room for improvement. It’s an older building older furniture, older smell..

    Location. Location. Location. Searched NOT THE BEST value hotel that accepts pets. My 13-year-old spaniel. The front desk first checks me into a "non -dog" room. Next room and a $100 CASH deposit for "incidentals", Good news? They conveniently have an ATM next to the desk. Oh, they probably get 3% spiffer on each withdrawal. Then, manager says "that'll be $81 for the pet". WHAT?! I've paid $20 but THIS IS A RIP OFF! The room was only a hundred. I blew my stack. Somebody should report them for assault cuz my butt still hurts. Hotel response is that their $81 pet fee is standard and fully disclosed. Look at their list in Booking.com, where it's disclosed in THE VERY LAST LINE IN SMALL PICA PRINT. HA HA! Thanks for nothing. If you compare prices across hotels, this is never advertised nor presented as a "filter" to show this exorbitant fee. STILL NOT HAPPY.

    The size of rooms. That’s pretty much the only positive thing about this place. -The staff were unpleasant and unprofessional. -The hotel charges $100 deposit in CASH. So if you check in the middle of the night with exhausted children,it’s something you should know. The ATM they had in the lobby was out of money. -Breakfast on a weekend is until 9:00am. Bottom line-will definitely avoid this place in the future.

    I had to go to another hotel and couldn’t cancel my reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant advised me that there was a required $100 CASH deposit. I did not feel comfortable handing over cash as a deposit for a number of reasons but primarily because I’ve never heard of cash deposit for a room. Additionally, there were 2 ladies at the desk stating that their room was flooding and the front desk attendant seemed pretty dismissive stating that the hotel was fully booked.

    Cheap furniture cheap breakfast cheap toilet paper skimping on the free cookies the elevator was broken for our whole stay the free WiFi was so slow I had to use the hot spot on my phone to connect my laptop to the internet. We have been going to this hotel for about 20 years but will not be going back.

    The staff was excellent and friendly. The entire place (lobby, hallways and room) smelled as if it had been wet at some point. We stayed on the 4th floor and the hallway carpet was dirty. The room was spacious and fairly clean, with exception to the previous guests dirty socks under the bench. Don't plan to stay here again.

Shoutout to the African American gentleman who was working the breakfast bar on Sunday, February 15, 2026. He was nice enough to give me a box to bring breakfast to my room for my family and myself!

    After finally getting checked in (which took much longer than expected), we entered Room 322 and immediately noticed hair on the bed and a dirty pillow that had been flipped over to hide the stain. This raised serious concerns about whether the bedding had been properly changed or cleaned before we arrived. Later, when it was time to shower, water was leaking from inside the wall, running onto the bathroom floor. This created a mess and made the shower uncomfortable and unsafe. Another issue was a $100 cash-only deposit that was required at check-in. This was not disclosed anywhere on Hotels.com during the booking process. Guests should be clearly informed ahead of time that a cash deposit is required so they can plan accordingly. I will acknowledge that when I called the front desk after 11:30 PM about the dirty bedding, someone did come up to change the linens, which I appreciated. However, the room should have been clean and ready upon arrival. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or transparency, and I would not choose this property again.

    Should have known it was a dump when we arrived there were police in the lobby. Tina and the other lady at the desk seemed to be confused while talking to the manager in front of me.     Very rude people at the front desk and also at the dinning. Just one person managing the front desk and she takes her own time attending to the guests. I had to wait like 30 mins right in front of the desk just to get checked in. There was no food at breakfast by 8.30 am (breakfast time is 6.30 - 9.00) and when asked the Manager Marie was so rude saying more people came early and ate.

The man who sets up the food in the kitchen did take pity on us and gave my husband a bagel, and I had a yogurt. He was wonderful to talk to and very understanding.

    The staff was amazing! From check in to breakfast, everyone was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good. They had 2 waffle makers, eggs, sausage, bagels and yogurt, in addition to cereal. Beds were comfy. Cons- The entire hotel smelled like knock off Fabuloso. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. There were stains all over the bathroom walls. AC could barely keep up. The pool had either been recently shocked or they over chlorinated it. The kids swam for less than 10 minutes before they wanted out because their eyes were on fire. I didn’t even go in the water and the smell burned my eyes. We stayed because it was just a place to rest our heads on our way home but I wouldn’t stay again.

    EXCELLENT Customer Service! Very clean rooms, Very comfortable bed, bed covers and pillow cases were Very clean snow white and wrinkle free. The only thing that lacks in the shower there is shampoo and conditioner in the racks but no shower gel. Bring your own soap or shower gel. Although bars of soap are provided the bars are very small. Overall very nice, quiet, and clean hotel to stay with GREAT Customer Service. These ladies @ the front desk Jasmine, Krissy, Mary, and Nene are the Greatest! Awesome Customer Service. Must visit

    We arrived late. Jasmine was very sweet and helpful! Unfortunately we got to our room and the tv was not working. She had no one there to fix it but she came up and tried! She then called her manager and got us moved to another room. The sofa sleeper did not have any bedding on it so my husband had to go down and get bedding for us to make the bed. Beds are very uncomfortable. Even my teens woke up sore! Pillows are square and tiny but I alway travel with my own! Breakfast was very good and all the staff was very helpful!

    One of the night staff was not friendly nor professional. Unapproachable I’m demeanor, would not speak or even look at you when talking to her. Very bad disposition. Upon check-in, the room was not clean. The bed comforter, sheets, and pillows were grossly stained. While wiping everything down with the Lysol spay and wipes that we personally brought, it was clear that the room had not been cleaned for quite some time because after wiping/cleaning, wipes were extremely dark ans dirty. The light in the bathroom was flickering. There was mold in the tub. There was cracks and holes in the bathroom floor base and tub area. We had to request extra sheets and were given shower curtains for sheets. When asked to change rooms and/or that they provide us with other accommodations we were told that it was not available. Today, when I reviewed our bill, the amount that we were qouted differs from what we were billed by $30 dollars. 😡

    We travel a lot for our daughters dance competitions. Every week we are traveling. This has been by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We got in late Friday evening. Check in was nice front desk attentive. We were gone all day Saturday competing and returned really late around 12am in the morning. When we exited the elevator you could smell nothing but cigarette smoke. Another tenant had their door open singing as loud as they could and the entire floor smelled of cigarette smoke. Called the front desk to let them know of the situation. I had to run back to my car and staff member was at their door talking to them. They were making comments towards my nine-year-old daughter. Staff member did not do anything about it. When returned to the room, we had to put towels under our door to prevent some of the smell from coming in. The lighting was horrible. The carpet looks nasty and stained.

    I visited the front desk to ask for a new room only to be told that it did not need to worry about water coming into the room is it was “normal”. I said it was extremely loud and actually vibrating the wall, only to be told that’s how it was this time of year in all the rooms. In the morning the food was very limited and ended at 9am. I booked this room because the hotel has an overall rating of 8.5, but that rating was very deceptive. There are lots of other options in this area and I would recommend looking at another facility, especially if rain is in the forecast.

    Everything was nice only I couldn’t sit that heater or AC unit. It didn’t have buttons or knobs to turn the lady at the front desk was charging $100 deposit cash. I’ve never done that before. Guess she was hoping I forgot and didn’t check out and just walked out, that was super weird

    I didnt get her name but, the customer service representative with dreads in her hair was great. The location was good. It was close to food, shopping and entertainment. The hotel was a little dated, but clean and the breakfast was decent.

    Some mold in my bathroom around the tub. Toilet paper holder detached from the wall. Had to get housecleaning to come and make up my bed one afternoon. Left for breakfast @11, came back but 1:30, bed still not made up. My niece was two doors down but her bed was made. Housekeeping Hispanic, could not understand me telling her to make up the bed, had to illustrate. This was my second time staying here, but will not on my next visit.

    This was a very average property. it is closer to a 2 than it is a 4. I settled on a 3 star rating but really needs a 2.5. The hotel was what you would expect for an affordable hotel. Beds were comfortable. However, the shower head was loose and continued to fall, the lock was broken on our bathroom door, typical little issues with an older hotel. The breakfast was actually really good, or at least would have been. There was a lady with a bag literally stealing all the plates utensils and food off the breakfast buffet. The staff just blew it off as they "knew who she was". My biggest complaint about this hotel and the reason I will never stay in it again is the staff. They were hands down the rudest people i have ever met. We were for sure an inconvenience to them by being in their hotel. I don't spend my money for me or my family to be made to feel that way. I simply won't be back.

    It was great but could've been better. The worked sometimes were sow, the thermostat worked sometimes. I enjoyed free breakfast; they had food & drinks at the hotel they had brochures & books about Georgia. The service was fantastic & the check-in was amazing.

    Nice place to stay. Only stayed one night to sleep so was not in the room long. The lobby area was clean and the room was good. I would stay here again if in the area. It is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The only thing I didn’t like was the big hill coming in and out of property. My car is low and scrubbed the ground coming out.

    The location is great! The building is absolutely disgusting. The water in the tub wouldn’t drain so I called the desk. The worker said “I don’t know what we can do, maintenance not here at night”. Took a towel and pulled out a month worth of hair out the drain. So obviously the tub not being clean. The sheets wasn’t clean. The people above us jumped on the floor until about 5am. For the price we paid I could’ve just went to a motel.

    Carpet was dirty and room had a mildew smell. Exercise equipment was broken and the tv there didn't work. Pool was closed for cleaning. Wouldn't stay again.

    Our stay was just a one night stop as we traveled, but the room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of nice towels and a comfortable bed with extra pillows. The couch is a plus because it’s always nice to have somewhere to sit other than on the bed. We skipped breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Staff was friendly, lobby was nice, halls were clean. Would definitely stay again. Pleased with the rate, too.
