The hotel is dirty. The floors look like the never mop them. Dirty around refrigerator area. The blanket had holes in it. The phone didn't even have keys on it. No wall socket near the bed. Its definitely a 2 star.

Staff was not used. The property was very clean. The room itself was ok. It was dark, gloomy room, not very inviting.

It took 30 minutes to checkin at midnight. This guy was super slow, like it was his first time alone slow. Room was just ok. Ac worked but noisey. No furnishings to speek of, just beds and a low preasure shower.

I wanted to check in a little bit earlier because I am on oxygen and have to be on my machine and take my medication at a reasonable time the lady told me they had one housekeeper. So me and my husband left for a while and come back they told me i had to wait until 3pm to check in so i had to tell th guy off to get checked in. Then the next morning upon check out time me and my husband was getting out stuff together to leave the lady from the office stood outside our door and we trying to leave she blocked us and me and my husband had to tell her to move out of the way. I walk with a cane and on oxygen this place i will not stay at again. Oh and it had dirty foot stains on the wall in the bathroom and sheets had stains as well..

I love the rooms that aren’t connected together I don’t like the rooms that are connected together.. you can hear the other person tv and them talking and for some reason it’s always a person that plays loud music or talk loud all night.. I get rooms for peace not to to listing to other idk joined to a as me divided bye two doors..

Man at desk was rude, told me that because I had a U-Haul and a tow hitch that we had to leave because he did not want the truck or car on the property. He told me he was calling the cops.. I found another hotel as I went back to the front desk to get a refund the cops came I asked him if the person called about me he said no. If I were booking.com I would not have this hotel listed for anyone to stay there. If you are Sonesta as it says you now own or manage this hotel I suggest you do something about it because its not something I think you should have your brand associated witho

The rooms clean, it’s very convenient for me because it’s down the street from Walmart. I didn’t like that the lamp didn’t work, it looked like the cord had been cut.

Good location for food. The facility was disgusting. My toilet didn't work and I had to ask three separate times for them to send someone to fix it. The sink was broken. The bathroom and room itself was not properly cleaned. There was hair and dirt in the corners and you can tell that the sheets hadn't been changed.

The room was filthy, there were signs warning you not to go outside after dark as your life could depend on it, multiple bugs, and a rude hotel staff. I brought these issues to their attentions and the manager Peter Patel didn’t think it was too big of an issue.

The staff is not friendly at all. The white lines ( towels) were dingy but clean. The door didn't close all the way which had a draft come into the room. I saw 2 baby roaches. The morning coffee in the lobby was weak.

The room was horrible. There was no furniture besides the bed, mini fridge, and microwave. A roach came out of the shower. The shower curtain and bed linen had burn marks on them. The towels and tub were stained. I've stayed in some bad places before but this was the worst and then to have the word Best in the name is crazy work. I would never stay again.

Check in was unpleasant with a stern clerk. Room is filthy. Hair (not a little—A LOT) on the bottom of the bathroom door. Filthy sink and tub. Dirty floors, cobwebs, and splattered stains on the walls throughout. Very unpleasant odor. No dresser or place for clothes... not even a rod, shelf.

At the check-in I was charged $25 since I arrived earlier than 3 PM. I showered once I arrived to the room & upon my return to the room that night, the next morning I requested additional towels &:wash cloth and was informed towels limited and since I was only staying 2 nights I was limited to the 2 towel sets in the room, which is Not acceptable.

This is my first time ever experiencing something like that at this location. Room 131 was very dirty, filthy & roach infested. I couldn’t even sleep good cause I kept waking up thinking roaches was crawling on me. I was too tired to walk to the office cause I been working for 12hrs straight but that room was beyond me. Then the phone wasn’t working in the room when I was trying to call the office. It’s just beyond me how roach infested that room IS😩‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I booked room for my son when he looked at room he saw human hairs on pillow cases he went back to front desk told them about it and turned in key i got a email from manager saying my card was charged because he didnt notify anyone so how did he give them back the key

I’ve stayed here before no problems but this time checked in went got food came back noticed there was a wet spot on bed pulled back cover there was 3/4 yellow wet spots went to front desk to ask for clean bedding straight no no no no he refused even after asking how would he feel to sleep in someone else body fluids asked if we could change rooms no because it had been longer than 10 mins … we did get clean sheets from ladies washing sheets but that would have been the rite thing to do all we asked for to begin was clean sheets … never again

Right off the bat, after walking in we were greeted with dozens of small flies, the smell of mold and mildew, and dirty towels and old hair in the bathroom. Tried speaking with the front desk, and were told that they couldn’t do anything about it. The next morning, we were woken up by front desk staff, we were told we had only booked one night and 11am was our checkout time and we needed to leave. We had booked 2 nights through Expedia, and after much arguing and back and forth, the staff admitted their mistake and let us complete our stay at this hotel. The morning of our actual checkout, we were woken up early again by loud banging on our door. They said they just wanted to make sure we would check out on time (this was hours prior to our actual checkout time). Overall, a terrible experience. There are plenty of similarly priced hotels around this area and nearby; none of which I could possibly imagine being any worse than this one.

I have visited this place on numerous occasions, but the last two visit had cereal in the drawer, and on last night the room was infested with roaches. other than my last two visits, I have no complaints.

Has an odor to the room when I arrived and entered the floors were very sticky and there was three puddles of water in the room my last day staying here I seen bugs coming out of the headboard and entering I had another night left but did not stay that night. Very noisy would not return ever.

There were people standing outside arguing and smoking. There was hair in the shower and half of a broken spoon between the floor tiles in the bathroom.

Positive: location close to eating places. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and the room smelled like smoke. I asked for another non smoking room and that room was worst. It smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. Notified front desk and the man unkindly told me to go get my money back. I was very tired and had no desire for conflict so I ask for the first room back that had less of the smell. He told me okay but no more ...The room was dirty, had ash tray with buds in it, no clock, cigarette burns in spread, microwave filthy, shampoo dispenser empty very rusty towel racks. I had to take allergy medication to survive the few hours' sleep before leaving. No plans to ever return

It was convenient to local restaurants and businesses

Power flickered on and off a few times during the rain storm, messaged the staff to extend stay,never received a response back,so we left at normal check out. The bathroom could use some repairs, tub had a hole in the side/bottom, could also use a new microwave was dirty old looking and rusted,was afraid to warm my food in it so I ate my meal cold.

It was a place to stay with polite people service and cleanness.. The room was very clean and we had a pleasant experience with the clerk that checked us in. Would recommend if your looking for a cheap place To stay. This is definitely the place..

Room was disgusting, they gave us dirty towels, a room with roaches and now shower head this place should be shutdown.

This hotel had bullet holes in window and walls. Blood stain on shower curtain and when requested a different room we were told unable to move. This place needs to be shut down!!! Let’s not forget the constant police presence….

Customer service was trash. Tried to swap rooms due to noisy neighbors and the guy at the front desk didn’t attempt to accommodate me. Shower was poorly clean, just STAY AWAY

Like that it’s next door to a Krispy Kreme. Everything else is disgusting. Toilet, shower, sink, the walls, bedding. Avoid this motel at all cost. Sleep in your vehicle. The added touch was when we left, there was poop in the elevator.

This place is well kept for a reasonable price.

Good Stay

We canceled because it’s was not a safe environment my daughter refuse to get out of the car! The only good thing I can say is they didn’t charge my card after being on the phone with one of your representatives, calling to get the reservation canceled they did grateful for that!

Decent motel for what it is. Staff seemed friendly and the room smelled/looked clean. No complaints

I don’t understand how they can’t work with they’re VIP guest and allow the people that keeps up with illegal activities continue to stay and do what they do!! And they wonder why their ratings are so low!!
