TownePlace Suites Marriott Dulles Airport (Newly Renovated)

The room was very clean and while I didn’t use it there was a very nice laundry room for extended stays. I will definitely stay here again. All in all a great spot.

Bed was very comfortable. Spacious room. A bit loud because I was on the first floor, but it was quickly resolved once I called the front desk.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good, and Alba was very nice.The free shuttle to Dulles Airport was nice because we could catch the Metro from there to go to DC and return back. I had called and let them know that I wanted to make sure our room was very clean because this was our number one priority. When we got to our suite, there was a sandwich in the microwave, and crumbs of some kind on top of the table under the living room tv. The sofa bed was hard to pull out and it was very hard to sleep on. It was pretty obvious that this suite was not thoroughly cleaned, maybe just the bathroom and clean sheets on the bed. I was very upset that even though they had this request in their notes, nobody bothered to make sure the room was clean.

The fact that it has two rooms in one suite is a plus for us as it gives us and our teenager a privacy and room for our personal things. The kitchen is clean and selection of breakfast is good. The size of the room is just right for us. The staff addressed our requests right away. The food just need more taste and the carpets needed more vacuuming. My toddles had a bit of rashes after our stay.

This place was perfect for our short stay. It’s quite close to the airport, which is why we chose it. Everything was great, except the Room coffee was horrible. Definitely bring your own before you check in. We would stay again, even though it was a tiny bit pricey.

TownPlace Suites was really like a home away from home. The breakfast was truly amazing and full of choices. The 2 bedroom was designed well, but could not figure out if the sofa bed was meant to be opened up or slept on as is. Overall, it was enjoyable.

Customer service was not horrible. Housekeeping needs to work on dusting and clearing surfaces & furnitures of crumbs. I love that the room I stayed in had a whole oven. I am also appreciative of the receptionist on duty who helped me exchange my bill for quarters. Thanks and take care.

Although everything was great, when i was serving breakfast I had an employee stare at me and made me feel very uncomfortable.

The hotel wanted me to confirm with my conf #, but they didn’t give me a conf #. I had a booking number but the website didn’t accept it, so I found a different place to stay. I tried to contact booking.com to resolve this but was unable to do so.

It is attached to the airport so we did not go into the car,unload luggage and park again,instead we just walked with our luggage’s via short indoor walkway to airline check counter.

It was pretty clean, and the staff were excellent. Definitely needs updating. Very old property and cramped quarters even in the two bedroom suite, which makes it feel less clean.

It was fine. Staff was friendly and the patio was pleasant somewhat in disrepair. Breakfast was meager at best (frozen egg sandwiches and cereal), outdoor fireplace did not work. I needed a suite for my family but honestly I should have booked elsewhere. It wasn't really a value.

it was fine overall. we had to move to a new room because the first room we were assigned had a bed sheet not changed. Further, inside that bed sheet there was a rag that appeared to be used up badly tugged in. It was kind of gross. But they apologized and changed the room promptly. We had no issue with the new room. Overall great experience except that a little hiccup.

John was so incredibly friendly, even with it being 1:00 am when we checked in. After a long day of travel, it was very appreciated.

The property was dingy and worn out. The room was small and the furniture misplaced. The TV was placed on a night stand near the foot of the bed, making it nearly impossible to use one side of the bed due to there being no room to get past the tv. The room smelled like fried food. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The only adverse issue is that there was no covered place for smokers to smoke outside except at the entrance door, and I had to walk through smoke haze and odor to get into the hotel. I complained, and they said they are working on it.

Very good breakfast choices. Only draw back no choice of eating place near buy. Nearest place about 6 miles. Does have excellent road system around it. We stayed for 2 weeks. Nice outside sitting area Would recommend

Perfect for a small family! They provided a pack ‘n play with a sheet already on, which was a nice surprise. We just had to move the bed for the pack ‘n play to fit in the smaller bedroom, but it was easy. We were even able to move a living room chair into the bedroom for storytime before bed. Also, parking at the hotel is $7/day vs $10/day at the airport, so worth the savings.

My stay did not measure up to the hotel.com rating for this hotel - room was dated with a small bathroom - I like to use the fitness center and the online picture was very deceiving - the fitness ctr was a cramped room with very little equipment - I would not stay here again

Very nice comfortable beds , all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was very good , they even had bacon one morning 90% of the hotels we have stayed never have bacon.

We really enjoyed the stay. We were in town for Sightseeing in Washington DC. The hotel was affordable & just a short drive from the closest Metro stop. Would def. return again.

Only minor complaint was for noise of heat/AC unit and they responded immediately but issues keep reoccurring for 2 days before finally fixed. We even faced the historic storm but things were handled well.

I enjoyed an excellent stay in a very comfortable room with all the amenities of home. The front desk staff & housekeeping staff were great! The only downside was the slightly cramped bathroom with narrow bathtub and insufficient space around the toilet.

many questions or asked them to do too much... Didn't know how to direct us to local food establishments, thank God for GPS navigation! One person that really changed our minds was Gustavo... He was soooooo helpful! He even changed our flat tire! Now that's world class service! He should be hired to teach the other staff members on service. He was great!

Very Nice Hotel! Very clean and comfortable rooms, the hotel staff was great, the maids, will leave you plenty of towels of shampoos in the morning.

Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Free breakfast options were good. Good value for money if looking to stay near the airport.

Housekeeping is good. Beds are comfortable. Water is hot. Do not use the word resort here. All other amenities ate minimal or non-existent. This includes the minimalist breakfast. It's perfect for a road weary computer consultant like me.

Just an overnight stay but the hotel was excellent in all regards.
