Last thing about breakfast don't expect to much no hog meals at all.

for one night it was excellent....night and daytime counter help was great...nooo complaints

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. They had full size shampoo, conditioner, and soap for the shower. The air conditioning unit was super quiet in the room and didn't wake me up when cycling off and on. It wasn't a "hot" breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, fruit, juice, bagles and muffins. But it was a good breakfast.

The place worked for us but the rooms are very small. Staff was all very nice

I had a one night stay before a flight out the following morning. This property is clean and adequate. It is very close to the airport which is nice. There were no problems with the room and everything worked as it should.

Strange!! by the time the kind “Airport Shuttle Driver” figured it out it was 10:00PM (I checked in at 6:00Pm) The didn’t have an IT person available. I’ll return but will sure check my room for any tech issues before I accept it.

Facility was very clean,staff was amazingly nice,beds and pillows were very comfy,location was great It wasnt a dislike but the room could have been a lil bit bigger

Overall, a good experience. You get what you pay for. It was the cheapest and it ws no frills about the stay. Clean and functional but lack amenities that are often found at a higher price point.

It is a nice hotel but no ice, cups, really loud fan in the bathroom that wasn't working. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was available but if you go late, no coffee, hot foods.

I appreciated the airport shuttle from the airport. The property was well maintained. I stayed overnight to be close to the airport for a morning flight.

The front desk staff were very nice. However, I found the building quite dirty. I was there for 2 nights and the same piles of dirt and hair remained in the same locations in the hallways. The bathtub in my room was filthy. The light in the bathroom also turned on the fan which made a very high pitched squeal. I asked the front desk if something could be done and they told me unfortunately not. I ended up having to move a lamp into the bathroom to shower, etc. There was a lotion that was supposed to be attached to the wall but kind of hung there and appeared to have toilet paper wrapped around the prongs they were supposed to be in the wall. Not sure what that was supposed to do??

This is my go to hotel for when I’m flying out of Dulles. Clean, convenient, well maintained.

It would have been helpful if the airport shuttle timings were mentioned at the time of the booking. For a late night arrival there is no shuttle available after 10pm local time. Otherwise it’s a convenient place for an overnight.

Great location by the airport. We had a late night arrival into Dulles and needed something close by before driving to southern Virginia. Staff was great for 1 am arrival. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed.

The staff at the front desk were nice. The bed and pillows were nice. The fridge barely worked (not cold). The bathroom floor was sloped and made for a sense of imbalance. The hallway smelled musty. The breakfast was poor, with no hot/cooked options and the toaster burnt toast on medium. Also, no plain creamer.

My only complaints were the bad mattress and some weird clanking noises coming from somewhere (I wasn’t near elevator).

Shuttle is only available after 6am. If your flight is early morning or late at night (red eye); you’re on your own to get transportation. It is close to the airport, do not too expensive. Room was very clean and there’s a convenience store right across from the hotel. Location convenient & quiet.

Its standard free breakfast 4 choices of ceral, plain yogurt dispenser with flavor options and bagels. The room was wonderful and spacious, on issue was table had a used secure cover stuck to it. Staff who checked me in was so nice and friendly. Driver got me to the airport with no issues.

There was no breakfast. It was supposed to open at 6am and I waited until 6:30 but nothing came out.

The hotel advertises shuttle service to the airport. But they don’t tell you that it doesn’t start until 6:00 am. We needed to leave by 5:00 so we had to arrange our own transportation. Lyft came through but that was an extra $25 on top of the hotel cost.

The lady kept the breakfast room immaculately clean and tidy as well as keeping the food items fully stocked.

The staff was wonderful as well; friendly, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay. One important note: the current rating appears to be based on the former hotel that used to occupy this location, which doesn’t reflect the experience at all. This new property deserves a much higher rating based on its quality and condition. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Quick lay over. Perfect location to airport. Clean room, comfortable bed. Did smell marijuana in hallway which is a big turnoff so not sure if I would book here again. Shuttle to airport was great!

A budget hotel that did not feel or look like a budget hotel. The friendliest staff I’ve encountered in years. If you’re looking for a lot of amenities, this is probably not the property you want, but if you’re looking for a hotel near Dallas International Airport at a reasonable price with extremely friendly staff willing to help requested to do so, this is the place you want to stay.

Last minute booking from the airport at 11 pm. Even tho the hotel shuttle stopped running at 10 pm I just ordered an uber, upon arrival check in was very easy and fast. I asked for late check out and they extended for an hour, forever grateful for that. The lady in the front in the morning was very nice and helpful.

$50 incidental fee that I never received back. I was only there asleep for 6 hours so there is no way I should not receive this money

The microwave in my room was broken, the heating in my room was broken, there was actual human feces smeared inside the toilet in my room, and there was no milk provided at the breakfast. The staff was nice enough, but the property is horribly mismanaged, and I would never go back.

I chose this property for it's close proximity to the airport as well as their courtesy shuttle service. Also that they have continental breakfast provided. I was disappointed that some of the amenities that was listed was not in the room i booked in.

I purchased a double occupancy room. The bed I slept in was lumpy and uncomfortable. This place has a continental breakfast and does give you a ride to and from the airport every 30 mins

Breakfast was not up to my expectations. Bagels, small boxes of cereal, packaged muffin. We went somewhere else for breakfast. There was no coffee pot, and ice machine but nothing to put the ice in and no cops in the rooms. The door to the adjoining room wouldn't lock. The drain cover in the handicap shower was not secured and slipped out of the way to an open hole when my handicapped husband got into the shower. The outside door to the hotel would not lock either. There was a sign saying this door stays locked for your security but it wouldn't look. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom. There was a marble slab threshold in the doorway from the bathroom it was about three quarters of an inch high.I slammed my toe into it and broke my toe. There were only two bath towels in the bathroom. Usually you have four.

Asalam-O-Alikum. Everything was AWESOME! Loved? the 24 hour availability of staff at the front desk and 24 hour access to free coffee!!! Continental breakfast was GREAT!! Highly recommend this hotel!!?? It was all GREAT!!!

The parking lot was not properly maintained. The facility did not look great. There was nothing I really liked about this hotel. I think the money I paid could have gotten me a better and well maintained place. Everything. Read above.

Our evening flught was delayed and then cancelled. We needed a place for the night. This hotel is closed to Dulles, clean and front desk staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. Only negative is no shuttle service to airport for an early flight, we had to Uber. An extra expense.

I most appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Upon my arrival to Washington D.C., I contacted the hotel staff to coordinate pick up via the Airport shuttle. I found the staff to be particularly lovely! I would recommend this for short stays!

Facility had a barebones feel. Architecture and fifinishes were very plain. There weren't even any glasses or cups for drinking or taking pills in the room.

This hotel is pure garbage. First they say that the airport shuttle is "on-demand" and ask you to call them on arrival and wait at curb 2B. Called when at 2B they tell me its scheduled and they will leave at 230pm. Didnt show up until 255pm. Hotel is 6-8 minutes away WITH traffic. Driver spoke zero english. He also didnt wear seat belt. At check in the guy said "hot breakfast" was 6am-10pm. That was a lie. The only hot was the toast or bread you toasted yourself. AC unit in room rattled and shook all right. Constant doors slamming. For the price they charge you could actually have stayed at a Hilton, not a Comfort Inn reject.

The room was quiet and nice. The shuttle bus leaving for the airport was 20 minutes late. A few false fire alarms in the morning weren't very pleasant. It would have been better if breakfast had offered more variety.

I don’t appreciate having to put a card for $50 dollars for incidentals… I like to use cash for that & not tie up my cards for 1 week, then having to keep track that I wasn’t charged anything extra…

It was good and friendly staff

If you looking for a quick stay for business then ok. But for a family trip not the standard for a Hilton. Bathroom was not throughly cleaned (shower) and the AC you could not lower. A lot of wear and tear throughout the halls.

Thanks for the A/C unit in the room. Worked well considering the extreme heat in the area for the week. But seriously, who doesn’t provide a cover for a group of LEDs on a device that basically lights up a dark room. Yes, I eventually just covered it up with a towel. Still, just a stupid thing for a modern room.

Had to leave a day early, front desk agent was sleeping when we left and stumbled out, dont think he even understood we checked out. Had to call front dest becuse of kids running stomping around at midnight....... just not a restful place.

I had an evening arrival and early morning departure. Pickup was unfriendly and slow. For departure I needed to call a cab since it was before the shuttle started. No help on getting a taxi. People at Dulles and hotel mostly provide the 'I don't answer' to most questions.

What a pleasant surprise! Spark by Hilton Sterling rises to the occasion! We were greeted by Mr. Mike, and he set the tone for the stay! Everything and everywhere was clean and inviting! The halls are the best lit of any I've ever seen! Remodeled a year ago, the carpet, furniture, and paint are all still fresh! Although Dulles Airport is nearby, we heard just 1 plane take off. Would definitely look to stay here again!

The bed was comfy, shower pressure was great. Room was very small. Now desk to wrok so that was disappointing. Needed to do laundry and they only took quaters. But had no change machine or atm, and the front desk couldn't charge my room 3 dollars to give me quarters so i jad ro walk to the local gas station to do so. Very inconvenient. Front desk also was not nice when asking for the shuttle when i didnt make it to the pick up on time and he had to come back. Actually was rude on phone and hung up.
