Absolutely disgusting. I disinfected and slept on the arm chair, since the lobby closed after booking. They left hair on the pillows, sheets, and towels, dirt on the floors and in the shower drain, a previous guests shoe??, and it smelled like smoke. Do not stay here. Cleanliness, lack of airport shuttle, safety.

It was close to the airport THERE WAS A RAT IN MY ROOM! it ate my food. And what was worse was it was right next to me. ? I have attached photos so that people know I’m not trolling. I asked for a refund after showing the staff but they refused so I had to leave immediately. There are no trollies to push your luggage. They don’t clean the rooms so the rooms smell muggy and funky. The staff aren’t nice. And the price was wayyy too high for what they were offering. I couldn’t wait to leave the hotel. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I needed a place to stay in between apartments. I got a great rate thru Expedia. The property was well maintained, the room was decent enough for me. However, the smoke detector was missing. Other than that my stay was decent.

There were no pots or pans available the kitchen and bathroom we’re disgusting and we we did not get a chance to shower because it was hair and grime in the tub. We went to bed fully dressed because of the fear of bed bugs.

We arrived late and had to call to rouse the front desk person. He gave us the wrong directions to the room and we wondered around to find it. When we opened the door to the room, we got blasted with smoky hot air. The reek of cigarette smoke permeated the room. There were stains on the carpet and the shower was covered in soap scum. The garbages were overflowing and around the room smelled like stale beer. I will never set foot in that place again.

This could be the worst hotel I have ever experienced and the room conditions are so bad its a health concern. Be aware, do not stay here under any circumstance.

I had a bad experience with this hotel. Unfortunately the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and weed. With a hole on the wall and it was dirty. We couldn’t stay there for the night. I told Mohamed the front desk person that I couldn’t stay because of the conditions of the hotel and that I needed a refund, but he said that the manager next day will be looking in to it. Please if you be so kind to help me to get a refund. I had to go somewhere else to spent the night. Thank you very much!!

Very welcoming and friendly receptionist who provided useful information about the surrounding area. One needs a car as public transportation is limited, particularly on weekends. Not really suitable for extended stays as the kitchen is not equipped, not really the hotel’s fault but since guests would walk off with the utensils, the best the hotel can do is rent or sell the equipment.

Rooms smell No trash can in room

This is for the location on Catilina. There was no trash collection for the room, noisy late night adult activity, strong smells from the bathroom, only provided towels for two people when we had three people, loud noises from refrigerator, bathroom door appeared to be kicked in without necessary repair, and no fresh linen. I waited 10 minutes to check in, while seeing my image on a large flat screen TV. I totally would not recommend staying at that location.

Off of the main road no foot traffic

The only downside is that when I went to the hotel lobby to check in for the night, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a staff member to come and check me in. I wish someone was there beforehand or if there may have been some way of me to notify a staff member that I was in the lobby.

First room door won’t close so they changed my room to one that smelled like cigarettes

We have a new winner! The worst place I have ever stayed, period. Proof that the US is a third world country! The only thing it didn’t have that I could see, were rats but I’m sure they were close.

I went to the room . It hasn’t been even cleaned there was wet towels bed sheets meat up the previous who ever was staying the whole trash was full . I never been in disgusting room like this before . I called from the room phone line they don’t answer over and over . I had to drive up and keep calling for customer service no one was there . The customer service boy he can’t even a and he is telling me I had 30 minutes to complain about a room but I was getting my stuff together and I was calling them from room service phone which they didn’t answer. I stayed there for one night during a snow storm. The price was great but the shower / bath was rundown, the room smelled like pot, and they had paper thin walls. I could hear entire conversations in the two adjoining rooms. Also the snow was not plowed even though it snowed the entire night. If the walls were thicker, and the bathroom was just a little nicer, I would not be writing this bad review.

Suite à l'annulation de mon vol, je réserve par internet et un taxi m'amène de l'aéroport à l'hotel pour 30$. Il est 1h du matin, le lobby est fermé et le taxi m'abandonne en pleine nuit. Après avoir cherché en vain pendant 1/2 heure, un client qui promène ses 2 chiens m'aide et le gardien m'ouvre enfin, visiblement mécontent. 2 autres personnes arrivent et restent à la porte. Je vais finalement dans ma chambre. Pas d'eau froide dans la salle de bain, la climatisation fait voler les rideaux occultants, je ne trouve pas de prise USB pour recharger mon téléphone. Mauvaise expérience

They left me outside for over 10 minutes before allowing me in. For an additional $30, you can get better service and breakfast at another hotel. Then when I asked for a car, they did call the regular one, bit one if their own that charges $11 more than the regular price for taxi. Disgusting service these people.

Real bargain basement type of place. Unhelpful check-in, tired rooms, and no one around at checkout. The place is sub-par!

The state was going well, but it was ruined by the checkout. Requested a late check out of 1 PM by going to the front desk the evening before and talking in person to someone. That person obviously did not pass it along, as I was kicked out of the room after 11 AM. I had to wait outdoors with my bags for my ride to show up an hour later, as we had originally planned.

Another detail. If you are planning in going in or out the Dulles airport, THEY DON'T HAVE SHUTTLE SERVICE, so your stay ends up costing the same than a much better hotel in the airport. Hope this helps someone.

The rooms are great. Bed comfortable, clean. Air conditioning very robust and noisy. Outside could be shined up a bit and the barrels an eyesore. Parking slots not very generous especially for handicap.

it did not bother me that the facilities are old but it bothered me that the bathroom and high-touch surfaces were not clean and that soured my stay considerably. i took a tissue and rubbed the plate on the bathroom light switch a few times to find a dark residue left on the tissue. the tub felt slippery under my feet but in a slimy way that made me think it needed cleaned. the shower head had residue and pink slime mold. the handles on the sink had some dried residue that flaked off.

The room was okay, but the pillow had no pillow cases and the tub had the paint coming out. Not a place I would recommend to go back.

I did not like dragging my suitcase up the stairs as there is no elevator. I also dislike having my door open on the outside instead of a hallway. And you can hear the traffic in 28.

Stayed here once last winter and it was not a good experience. Tried multiple rooms and the heat didn't work well in any of them. Seems they are under new management now. The customer service was great, riom was clean, and the heat worked.

Checked in was easy, room however…. Tv remote didn’t work, she brought one. Also told her that the night stand & dresser are dirty and have a substance that looks like glass along with white stuff on it, also blood spatter on the wall & tv. She informed me housekeep would come in the morning. She then left and came back with a towel and wiped the night stand, dresser & tv. Blood spatter I wiped from the wall. Tv would only stay on 5-10 mins then cut off….note in the bathroom says it’s throughly cleaned & then inspected by manager, I guess they all did t see the blood or substances. Idk

The room was 85 degrees when i walked in. Couldn't get it to cool down for sleep. People next door very loud until very very late. It's a party place. Stay elsewhere.

This property appropriate for an overnight stay for a single person. I wouldn't recommended an extended stay, especially with elderly family members. My room had a refrigerator which didn't work. My mom had a room where the freezer hadn't been cleaned after someone spilled juice inside. Bathrooms were clean yet dimly lit. This property is serviceable yet in definite need of an upgrade.

The first room they gave me was filthy, the AC wasn’t working and I even found what I believe was a very alive wasp inside. The second room they switched me to had a working AC but was still dirty. The room was so cold, and the sheets didn’t provide any warmth; I had to use the heater to be able to sleep (in the middle of summer, by the way). I checked every corner of that bed before I slept on it, not all lamps worked, there was no toilet paper and the bathtub was dirty (luckily I wasn’t going to use it). Don’t ever stay there, pay the extra bucks for a better hotel; I learned the lesson.

Lamp missing shade on lamp beside kitchen area. Had to hunt for the one trash can, It was iin the back of the bathroom sink cabinet. The AC was weird...When on the air was ice cold and you needed to cover up. As soon as the AC stopped the room was so hot we would sweat. No shampoo. One of the main reasons we choose this motel was for "breakfast" which turned out to be granola bars.

The microwave has a puddle of semi-solid liquid, clearly from a previous occupant. The stairwell smells like urine.

Room was very shabby. Carpet was stained and soiled. There weren’t any toiletries, a hair dryer or kitchenware in the suite due to other customers stealing them.

I am not really impressed with this hotel of Extended Stay. Looks like the establishment was an old one and not much improvements were done. The room was ok. If you need a place to stay for a day or two for a less price compared to other ones in that area, you could choose this. After staying, I thought I could pay the extra 10-15 for other hotels. The potty got stuck. The shower was not up to mark. Breakfast to-go comprised of some muffins and oat meal bars. One other guest waited for coffee and was told that won't be available for that day any more since the unit went bad. One good thing this hotel is pretty close to IAD. Overall not a good experience.

I can get all that plus more elsewhere for the same $100+. Had to move rooms for a clogged toilet. TV wouldn’t stay on. Had to ask for a clock and a telephone. Light bulbs burnt out

My room's tub\shower was peeling so I had to watch out for that while taking my lackluster shower. The white stains on the "seen better days" chair in the very small room held my bag nicely. I like the motel's direction in using a blanket for the bed that was a thin as the bed sheet itself. Somehow that made falling asleep on this top-of-the-line mass shelter bed come together. After a night filled with that "I wonder what kind of drug deal is happening just a few doors down the walkway of my strip mall motel room" thoughts, I woke with the excitement of getting my hands on some of that "free breakfast" that was advertised. It was a godsend. A few muffins in a clear plastic bag with no name on them underneath a coffee maker that had to come from a bodega that just got a new one. Sure, you could've got some of the crackers that were on the shelf, but those muffins had color to them, and who is going to pass up some color to start there day. And crackers are for soup. Which I'm sure that coffee maker makes as well. Stay here in confidence.

Checked in and found the heat in my room was left off so the room was cold. Turned on the heat which blew very cool air. Let it run thinking it might warm up which it didn't. Tried to call the desk but the phone in the room didn't work. Went to the front desk and they changed my room. Second room was just barely warmer, still quite chilly, and the heating unit only blew cool air like the unit in the first room. Didn't have time to keep changing rooms so I just tolerated it. This place might be ok in the summer but I wouldn't recommend it in the winter.

there was no bathroom light, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, trash in the kitchen sink, a slightly open refrigerator we were afraid to open, no plastic bathroom sink cups, blood on the wall near the window, no lamp to plug into the bathroom to get light (I did try to use a lamp but it had no switch and was so dirty I had to wash my hands with soap and water). And the overhead light was hanging down. It was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in, and I have been to third world countries. In the morning, the clerk gave me half my money back ($65) and let us shower in the next door room. I should have received a full refund. The room needs to be condemned.

No one was there for late check in at first, the first room they gave us reeked of cigarettes. They showed us 2 more and one stunk of sweat and musty. We took one but it was old and dirty, spider in the shower, not mopped, old appliances and fixtures, dingy shower rusted head. Overall dirty. The bed was ok.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was extremely dirty and gross. Would have left if there was any other availability in the area. We were only there because our flight was cancelled and every other hotel was full.

I need a number of this hotel chain so I can demand at least something be done or the health department should be called in on this hotel. If I was lucky I got an hours worth of sleep only because I was passed out tired. I would strongly recommend you take this hotel off of your list immediately

Check in clerk was uninterested in checking me in. When she gave me the key she gave me a vague arm swing to direct me to the room. My husband and I proceeded to drive around the building looking for the room numbers which were so small and almost unintelligible. The covering on the bottom of the bed had dirt marks on it. The curtain that was supposed to cover the closet area looked like it hadn’t been washed in years

Very disappointing!! Expected a completely equipped room, there was nothing, no glasses, napkins & NO ICE, even from Front Desk. Stairways were dirty & littered. Customer service was non-existent. Will never stay there again, please drop this place from your choices.

It was just OK it did in a pinch. But it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the tub was peeling awful. A visible signed on the hotel would have helped too.

The location was quiet and housekeeping was always available to offer clean towels. If you’re looking for an accessible hotel to stay that’s literally around the corner from Dulles airport, this is it. Check in/ check out is quick and easy. You’re within a very short distance of restaurants and a 20 minute drive from Tyson’s corner, if you’re looking for some great shopping. Rates are beyond affordable and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
