We got freshly homemade breakfast every day, which was lovely. The location is fantastic near the creek with hiking trails very close by. The bed was very comfortable.

Sarah was an excellent host serving an excellent breakfast both mornings while we were there. The house was really cool we enjoyed the fact that a lot of the mill equipment and original flooring was still in use.

This day was such a treat. The workmanship of how the interiors have been refurbished is modern clean quality which made for a cozy experience while still giving our kids the feeling of being out in the woods.

Great location, very clean, beautiful rooms designed with care and coziness. A great winter getaway. The in room electric fireplace is a great touch. The beds could use some comfort improvement.

Everything was excellent! The cabin was cozy and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed walking the grounds and playing some of the games they had. We look forward to our next visit!

We loved it all!

The breakfast was good. I loved the apple french toast. Delicious! The room was very spacious and clean. It would have been nice to have a light over the mirror. Also someone needs to check on the shower drain. It was very slow. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

For folks that admire antiquities, staying in a 176 year old mill was the best! We felt like we were stepping back in time except the place is immaculately clean and has every modern comfort we could have asked for. Furnished with beautiful antiques, exposed beams and a few creaky floor boards, we knew we had found a real gem. The owners are so very nice and knowledgeable about a lot of the history of the mill and surrounding area attractions. It's not far off the highway but you'll feel like you're in another world. Oh, the breakfast was delicious, all fresh made little quiches, fresh fruit and baked blueberry muffins. We are already planning our next trip to the Osceola Mill when we can stay longer.

Linda was amazing - like my cousin that couldn't wait for me to arrive. Thank you Linda!! There are snacks upon arrival, coffee/water/tea in the room, games in the common area - and beautiful grounds. A truly unique place - I hope to return someday!!

Welcoming host in an interesting converted building. There’s not much in the immediate area we travelled out to Staunton to eat which was also a nice town.

When reservation was booked I expected breakfast to be available on site. Rooms were sparse but clean .Beds comfortable. Hot water an issue in room 1. Shower control terrible. No grab bars. Slippery shower. No light over sink in room 2. No tissues. Corkscrew but no wine glasses. Need outside lighting over sign. We missed it upon our return from dinner in the dark.

Clean, good central location between Staunton and Lexington. Grounds were not well kept. If ground were in better order and if the restaurant was still in operation, then the price would have been reasonable. A bit over priced for just staying in a cute room.

The outside grounds. The style of the suite. The steps were very difficult to navigate especially with bad knees. Also no fire escape from the suites.

the property was clean the bathroom was odd.

The history, my room, the quaint cabin my cousin & her husband stayed in. The beds were very comfortable The stairs, when I saw the rickety stairs both up to the porch and upstairs to my room, I almost left, except there was no other place nearby to go. The whole place looks neglected, from the weeds to the dirty porch. This place deserves a lot more charm. Was really disappointed that the restaurant was closed. There's no internet, so we had to search for a place to eat.
