The property was clean. The room was clean. Daily room service was very nice. The patio area was nice. The gas grills actually worked unlike other place we have stayed at.

The staff were all terrific, especially front desk. Room was clean and roomy. We had two dogs with us and the front desk greeted them with a treat! Breakfast was little on the greasy side (sausage was literally swimming in grease) but our experience overall was very positive.

Staff was friendly, we got a beautiful view facing the mountains, very clean room and comfortable beds, great location and very good breakfast, my kids enjoyed the game room. I only wish the pool was heated as it was very cold but everything else perfect.

There's a free shuttle bus right outside the hotel that goes directly to the ski resort; it runs frequently and is very convenient. There are also bus stops nearby that go to the main commercial street, making dining and shopping very convenient. You basically don't need to drive yourself, as all the town's buses are free.

It is on the Eastern edge of Steamboat but the bus shuttle service (right outside the front doors) was fantastic. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room and breakfast exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again!

Great value hotel for hitting the slopes with family w/ breakfast included. Quality of breakfast was ok. No greek yogurt, which I like. More fresh fruit and better eggs would be nice.

Checkin was good, rooms very comfortable and good size. Breakfast ok The parking area is not well maintained. I parked late night on a slightly sloped down spot and in the morning i could not get the car out because of ice. The receptionist just shrugged and said no tools available and the snow maintenance contractor comes late. I had to ask some guests to help me push the car out.

The entire facility is spotless, everyone was accommodating and kind.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The plumbing however was extremely loud and we heard every flush and drainage from the units above. Great workout room with Peloton, although the thermostat didn't work and it was 78 degrees. The hotel was expensive.

Room was definitely nice and gym is nice for a hotel gym. I was super disappointed in both the hot tub and the breakfast. The hot tub was tepid and foamy, which I'm told indicates it's not properly filtered and/or the chemicals are not correctly maintained -- hence a bit disgusting. Breakfast was subpar, even for standard hotel breakfast. It's tough for me to decide between 2 and 3 stars because the room is the most important for me. But I decided 2 was correct since I had a second booking for February that I rebooked to another hotel. The hot tub was definitely not what I expect from a Hilton.

It was a great stay. It was the best experience for me as me and my husband had come for relaxation and we had the best time. Location is perfect and everything is near by. It would be good if you had Humidifiers and kept some water bottels.

The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very helpful when special needs were requested. Overall the hotel staff was pleasant and always willing to help.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The hotel felt a little overpriced. Do not get tempted by the included breakfast, it’s not something to look forward to. It is pre-packaged and warmed up. Also, H2B kitchen personnel gives you some attitude when asked to refill empty pans and supply clean plates. Though the hotel interior looks decent, the walls are thin: we were awakened by our neighbors 3 nights in a row by them either coming in after midnight or heading out at 5 am. It’s a nicer chain hotel but we won’t be staying there again because of the poor noise insulation between rooms.

This was a pricey hotel for our family but we purposely sought out a 'Suite' hotel with kitchen, pool, laundry and a gym. Our family enjoys working out daily on vacation thus the gym is important. On Monday we mentioned the gym temperature was 80 and the thermostat did not work. They stated they would call maintenance. Tuesday it was still 80 and we once again asked the front desk to address and this time they said the general manager is involved and it will be addressed. Day 3 of our stay, Wednesday, now it was 81 and very tough to workout safely and I mentioned it was very disappointing it was still 80 degrees in the gym. The General Manager is 'aware' but the technician won't fix it until after the holidays. I asked 'how about fans' which seemed like a reasonable ask. We stayed 6 nights and it was 80 degrees each day in the gym and no fans materialized. It was the poor service that no one seemed to care or even give us an honest answer. Very disappointing.

The room and building were all very clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was really good and was much better than any other continental hotel breakfast we’ve had before. Better products used and the food varied both days we were there. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Location, hotel, and room was great! Very clean and modern. Close to everything, but away enough for a peaceful, relaxing experience. I will say the free breakfast service was embarrassing. Many customers did more waiting than eating. Took about 30 minutes for scrambled eggs to be refilled, waffle mix took about 20 minutes, and the list goes on. Too many items out of stock. There were workers that kept walking around the buffet area, but not refilling the food. I couldn't tell what they were there for. Also, we kept asking them how much longer of a wait and none of them spoke English to communicate to us. They may need to hire more cooks/chefs to keep up with the demands. We ended up deciding to eat elsewhere.

The room was extremely spacious and well appointed. A thought recommendation for future improvements; hand soap in matching pump dispenser at the bathroom sink. (The line of products provided are fabulous!) and a streaming tv.

They made checking in strange by using my first name twice for booking because they can’t use “cuss words” my last name is Dick. So they could find the booking.

Great property with large breakfast variety. If i had to complain about something, it would be the pillows are too soft for my personal liking but everything else was great. Free bus pick up is right outside the front door!! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. However, there was no outlet for a nightlight in the toilet area, which is very important. And since my husband and I awaken at different times in the morning, it was very inconvenient that the dressing area (where the sink was) had no door! And the TV is mounted at a 90 degree angle from both the bed and the sofa which is awkward.

Breakfast was uninspiring at best (and that is charitable). They had no options for my Celiac Grandchild and didn't seem to care. I would not return there.

Hotel room is very clean and had kitchen and appliances . We loves the location and aminities.

Breakfast was just ok. The breakfast meat options were pulled pork and ham. Kind of unusual. The hot tub wasn't hot. The hotel itself is very new feeling and clean. And the pullout sofa bed was actually comfortable.

An absolutely perfect property!

Landscaping was horrible. Parking was a joke. staff wasn’t welcoming or helpful. Rooms were clean but the elevators were disgusting. I didn’t realize it was pet friendly hotel that’s my fault. but the amount of pets was absurd stayed for 6 days and wouldn’t recommend more then 2

We always stay here when in Steamboat Springs. It is clean, in a great location and the breakfast is great. We visited Fish Creek Falls and went to Hahns Lake. It was nice to relax in the hot tub and super convenient to have a fridge, stove and dishwasher. Will plan to stay here next time!

Love this place! Super clean, professional and helpful staff that are always warm and welcoming. They have great coffee and breakfast if you need the convenience. The gym is always clean and there is a play room with table tennis and foosball. The rooms are quiet and kitchenettes are stocked with the necessities. The Parking can sometimes fill up but the hotel staff will always find a solution. Erik helped me find a safe place for my car and always goes the extra mile to be helpful.

Stayed for a week the property was very clean. The rooms were clean. Everybody was very friendly. Breakfast were good. Wish they would’ve served bacon not just sausage every day, but other than that everything was great.

What a fabulous hotel! I would say that this was the nicest hotel room I’ve stayed in, after years and years of US road trips. Huge suite, modern, comfortable and spotless!! Loved it here! The staff were not over friendly but pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was decent but needed a bowl of fresh fruit. Otherwise, not to be missed in Steamboat Springs

Our stay was so amazing we booked and stayed an xtra night. Very nice selections at the breakfast bar. Everything was great. We'd have like a small bottle of hand soap at the sink to wash hands with, however.

1 night shouldn’t require a do not disturb sign, and 2 knocks waking us up before ready to do so. 8 am on the first one. There should be a clear list for the cleaning crew to know rooms are definitely unoccupied. I can see 11ish, close to check out coming and knocking, but to wake us up after needing the extra rest was big point off for me. Luckily I still gave you guys a solid star rating, the cleaning crew could certainly have that list and just trying to be proactive. I get it, get the work done quickly and your day gets done faster, but 8am is just too early to come knocking on doors, sorry I had to put this in writing. Place was extremely pleasant otherwise.

We had an amazing stay. It was our 4 year wedding anniversary and it was a great stay. Very clean. Amenities were very perfect. Erik checked us in and was very professions, very nice and even offered us a complimentary beer to celebrate our anniversary! The views from our room were beautiful looking at the snow capped mountains. Free towels were provided for our strawberry hot springs trip. The free breakfast was very delicious both mornings we stayed. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Our overall stay was very good. The room was large with space for everyone. The hotel has been mostly updated. The kitchenette was nice and we were able to prepare simple meals. The only complaint we had was the gentlemen that were in charge of breakfast. Our stay was three days and each morning we would have to ask for items such as bowls or butter. Every morning one of the hot items was always empty. When we would ask questions the crew was very annoyed and sometimes ignored our questions.

Full size refrigerator, actually provided utensils and dishes very, very large rooms.

The overall quality shines through. The best Homewood Suites I've ever stayed in. Room amenities & quality, breakfast, common areas, parking, shuttle service to Gondola Sq.- it all adds up to a great property and an incredible experience.

It was super noisy! We could here everything next to us, above us, and below us. At midnight it sounded like the room next to us was doing their dishes in our kitchen and we could here their TV like it was on in our room. Room was clean, staff was friendly, but our sleep was awful due to noise.

Tv went out while watching Shower floor was slimy. Breakfast was poor quality, bagels had black soot from baking.

Clean, quiet, easy access to public transportation

I thought the property was very well kept. Clean common area. Spacious room. Breakfast was what I expected. The only issue was snow blocking parking spots, but was mostly caused by guests. The hotel was sold out and that a good thing.

The parking lot over the holidays is VERY crowded, but everything else is great. We’ve stayed here several years in a row and it’s perfect with the dogs.

This hotel is conveniently located between town and the ski village. We liked having a small kitchen in our suite. The hotel is well managed and well maintained.
