TV in room did not connect. Clean and comfortable

I like that we could park right by our door. The receptionist even suggested it. We enjoyed our stay!

Ok, but wifi never worked while we were there. Called the front desk, but didn't resolve. Otherwise it was a decent place for a quick stop during a road trip.

Check in with pets was met with threats of checking my room between 11 and 1 the next day. I have traveled with dogs for years and never had such a negative experience. I left earlier then planed. Oh right off the highway so noise all night too.

The rooms were actually pretty clean as was the property. It's great the dogs stay free. Our issue was the front desk lady gave our room to another person after we had already checked in and set up. Thankfully we were right outside and saw them going into the room to stop them. I couldn't sleep well worrying about it as she honestly had no idea she had already given us that room (only about a half hour earlier). They definitely might want to work on some better systems for check in is all.

Walls needed painting desperately. Property was not well maintained but was quiet at night.

Location and nice staff. Pretty clean for an old place but bedspread was a little stained. Very poor, if any, internet. Bed was hard and felt more like a box spring. Pillows a little hard. Shower water stayed in bathtub for half hour after showering because of stopped up drain.

When I checked in, I was told the room was behind the office. I got my luggage out and went on the sidewalk behind the office. There were no rooms there. I went back to the office. I was told behind her meant across the lot and on the other side of the pool. I re-loaded my luggage into the car and drove to the other side. Luggage had to be dragged up stairs as there was no ramp. Nasty bathtub. Drain stoppers had been removed from the sink and bathtub. Good luck if you drop your toothpaste cap or earring. Also made me wonder if a bug was going to run out of it.

This hotel had laundry, the reason I stayed there. The machines worked fine, and the desk helpfully changed the requisite number of quarters. The laundry room really could use a good cleaning.The room was nice and large though.

Parking was good. Room very dated very old. We needed a quick night's sleep while traveling. I won't stay at a Motel 6 again. I didn't feel comfortable. The ck in staff was very nice. Not my type of room.

Parking and check in were easy. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. Amenities included coffee in the lobby. Property is older and needs some improvements such as replacing bricks and stones. The room was spacious and minimal. Bed was a bit too hard and walls are thin. I stayed on the first floor and could hear people talking in the adjacent room. Good for one night and least expensive in the area.

It is not locaed near literally anything at all, grab food first or order delivery. Parked easily with a truck towing a 22 ft trailer.

As we drove down the long driveway, it reminded us of a horror movie it was dark very dark. Check in the lady was very nice. We checked into our room, the floor hadnt been swept, no big deal. When i che k in i always check for bugs. No bugs thats great. Well the sheets were dirty one had a snot rocket blown into it so i looked at the head of the bed and the sheets were even worse with grub. The other bed wasn't as bad. The bathroom shower was gross, if there would have been a better option we would have left . Instead we took a chance and stayed. Considering it being right next to the high way it was very quiet.

What good is can say is that it was fairly quiet, suorisingly. Our room was fairly clean but we did find a few dead roaches. Only had one bar of soap, no shampoo or anything. Good thing we brought our own. The beds are hard as a rock. But i wasnt expecting luxury for what we paid. What concerned me the most were a few sketchy looking people (probably residents) hanging around outside with one guy sitting in his car for hours. My guess is he was sellling "party favors" with all the pull up and leave traffic from a basically empty motel. If youre looking for a cheap place to lay your head, this is it. But dont expect much else.

You get what you paid for... Not bad for a one night sleep near the highway but doesn't deserver the Excellent reviews it has online

The room was clean, the lawn in front of the room was taken care of, no dog poop. Very quiet and we felt secured. One of the best motel 6 in the country. The room smelled a lot bit of sewer, sink and shower wasn’t draining very well.

In 7 days, I had maid service once. When I finally complained to the front desk, they scheduled a service. There was no breakfast provided as many places do, the furniture was sparse and not in good condition. and the TV only worked intermittently.

Full sized refrigerator that worked well. No dinky pillows, great big fluffy pillows. Beds were kinda hard. Television had all the networks with several premium channels like HGTV, Fox News, better than home for sure. Nice thick walls so you didn't hear the neighbors, above or to the side of you. Fields to let your dogs run, if you dog is trained properly. Very well bright lighted at night. Went out to let the K9 do her business at 3 am, and it was like daylight. Only one very suspicious vehicle idling in the parking lot, that disappeared quickly when we (K9 &I) walked across the lot. No morning breakfast, but plenty of places to eat at one exit down( McD, CB, Perkins etc). Pool wasn't open, but it was early April and still a chane of cold temps.

Just off the highway but far enough to not hear the traffic. Clean and comfortable and yummy coffee in the lobby in the morning. Great price too

Maid tried to walk in my room 2 times without knocking before 11 am checkout time. I have a dog and she wouldnt close the door after she saw we were still there. Very unprofessional.

Upon finding roaches, we took one of the ones we killed to the front desk. we explained we didn't want to stay. The front desk worker was very friendly and apologetic and promptly refunded us. If the pest issue gets fixed, it looked like it would be a decent place to stay. But roaches were a deal-breaker.

The room had everything that I needed for my overnight stays on my way to and from North Carolina. I appreciated the fridge and microwave. They saved me time and money, not having to stop for a meal. The bathroom could have been cleaner having hair behind the toilet and stains under the inside rim of the toilet that were overlooked. Other than that it was very convenient and easy in and out.

Lady at the front desk was very polite. My room was very clean, the bread was pretty comfortable, and the TV was wonderful to watch on a big screen. It's located off the freeway, and about 5 mi outside of town so it is very very quiet and isolated (in a good way if you want quiet). I would definitely recommend

Didn’t get good rest for having to stay up killing Roaches.. one was on my wife’s pop can.. some in the shower and we had to take all of our stuff to the car to not take a chance of taking them home in out stuff, everything else was ok with our stay.

The room and facilities seemed clean and overall was an ok place to stay for the price for one night. Check-in was slightly uncomfortable - the employee was not friendly, and there were several people hanging out on the balcony and on the stairs. The bed was rather hard though so not the best night of sleep.

The reviews we saw had this hotel rated highly, but that seems to be very generous. This is an old property with the most basic accommodations - nothing extra, not even toiletries. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. Would not do it again.

I love this motel it is well maintained and in a quiet area

It’s a $70 room. So with that, you’d expect some shortcomings. I’ll start with the bathroom, despite having a “sanitized” little band over the toilet, there was urine and toilet paper that had been in there for quite some time. The rest of the place smelled of mildew. The wifi was super slow, I just ended up using my phone as a hot spot. I could feel the metal springs of the mattress. The turntable in the microwave didn’t work.

Our room was clean but it could use with a little updating.Coffee makers in the rooms would be a nice addition. Maybe some options for restaurants in the area. Downside no continental breakfast but they did have coffee and tea in the lobby. We had an adjoining room and our neighbors found it necessary to be rather loud at 5 am. Maybe reminders in rooms to please be considerate of other guests would help that. Overall the staff was friendly I loved how they had the lobby decorated for Halloween.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lobby was decorative and the morning coffee was great! Maintenance is definitely needed on the doors! At the very least you don’t need gaps wide enough to let bugs, rodents, or reptiles in.

I felt safe. The room was very sparsely furnished, but it had a bed and a bathroom. Also, a microwave and small fridge, so all my needs were met. Not special but perfectly adequate.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The room seemed clean, but was missing basic amenities such as hand soap. There was a dehumidifying bag hanging in the room, to which we didn't give much thought. However, upon inspection of the bed, it was covered in mold. The front desk staff apologized and promptly moved us to a different room which interestingly had the expected amenities.

Traveling with 1 dog; stayed here 2 different nights on each leg of trip. Great open field for dog walking. Floors were ceramic tiled-no smelly, dirty carpet, pretty clean, bed & pillows comfy; great water pressure in shower (dated bath fixtures but nice shower stalls. Standard bare minimum (furniture/soap only/no hairdryer but adequate & expected as per Motel 6. Great Value. Nothing else nearby on that side of exit; frig & microwave in room. For 70 bucks I can’t complain. Great location and we needed to bring our dogs. Loved the Halloween decorations. Felt safe and room was decent size

The room was big and had been redone with a new, good looking woodgrain tile floor. While there were minimal furnishings, there was a working refrigerator and microwave. The beds were surprisingly comfortable although they consisted of a mattress on a platform that could be easily pushed off. The bathroom appeared also recently done. Water was hot, shower had good flow. Overall the facility was quiet, with no major disturbances impinging on my room. In fact, it was the most quiet Motel 6 I have stayed at. It was located on an undeveloped Interstate interchange, but all services were available one exit south. Negatives: Maid service was fractional. I spent 5 nights and the bed was never changed or even made up. Soiled towels were collected every day, but were sporadically replaced. I had to go to the front desk to get bath mats. The floors were never even swept during my stay. There was no slip-proof mat or other items in the bottom of the tub which was extremely slippery. The apparently new room floor tiles were also extremely slippery when wet. I purchased my own anti-slip mats for my stay.

The actual facility was nice for the price. Staff was welcoming and kind. However, the environment of other guests was extremely noisy till early am hours. Not ideal when you’re trying to sleep with children!

Great location. Right off the highway. The room is sparce, but adequate. No carpet. No dresser. The chair was a vinyl coffee shop-like one seater booth next to an odd table where I set my luggage. Parking was safe. No noticable noise. The reception desk woman was very nice. Lots of cats roaming the front entrance. My room's paint was in serious need of a refresh. The door of my room was disgusting, but you only have to touch that twice. Good water pressure and bathroom was updated. Bed was fair - I was grateful I brought my own blanket and pillows. In a pinch, this was an ok place to stay, but only as a place to sleep. No wifi listed on the card key holder. Maybe they have it, I just used my data on my phone.

Slowest internet I've dealt with in a long time, if not the worst. By morning since I needed to check some things, I gave up, and used my phone as a hot spot. No breakfast, no coffee maker, nowhere nearby to get coffee or food. Dead bug in my bed, and picked a live one off myself. But it wasn't a bedbug or cockroach.. I think it was a rogue wandering in from outside. But I slept ok, shower was ok but they do not even supply cheap shampoo. Not expensive, convenient to the interstate.. you get what you pay for.

We checked in around 10pm, the staff was quite rude. The was mold in the bath tub and shower curtain. Please consider another property. Not worth it even for the price.

I appreciate the fact that dogs stay free and there was plentiful green space for them to exercise. One note is that there was quite a lot of trash left on the grounds by uncaring guests. The room was decently clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. I would recommend to anyone traveling that needs a place to rest that won't break the bank.

Local live ins & travellers should be separated. Live ins were loud- screaming & banging noises, kids screaming, crying, playing at 2:45 am. Staff switched our room but very inconvenient for us. Rough night. Will find other accommodations our next visit.

This motel is always clean and the staff are very friendly. It is not a luxury hotel, but is just what we need for an overnight stay on our way home from the beach.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, a broken shower head, hair in the tub, and a weird smell in the room. The bed is uncomfortable. I mean it’s a place to stay. That’s all that can be said for it.

First room stunk, smelled moldy and like wet dog, looked at 2nd room just felt dirty and run down. This hotel looks like it’s being used for housing migrants and rehab. Staff at front desk was very sweet but we left and asked for a refund

My partner couldn't sleep in the room. The intensity of the mold smell kept waking up. It was bad in the sleeping area and much, much worse in the bathroom.

Clean, safe, nice- only one issue for me; after 8 hrs of driving, the very very firm bed was torture. Other than that, 5 stars all way round. That bed… 2 stars. My teens were fine though, might be that I’m getting old.

This place was great. We got a great rate of $67. Property is clean and well maintained. Rooms are the best that you can expect for a budget motel. No issues.

Love everything about it!

The rooms were fine enough. We were first put in a room that hadn't been cleaned, but when we talked to the person at the desk she changed us to a clean room. And it was clean. The TV didn't work, which was disappointing. The pool was closed, but still advertised. No breakfast and ice is in the lobby. It was fine enough for a sleep, but the amenities were lacking considering there is close by competition.

Cheap very basic room, dated is expected but walls were dirty from heavy use

The first room they put us in reeked of cat urine, the second room the AC did not work well. No Hair dryer, had to walk to lobby for a cup of coffee in the morning.

Many Super 8's have laundry facilities and this one did not have one onsite BUT they did have an elevator which was great when bringing our things in and packing up to leave.

This was actually one of my favorite stays traveling with a dog. It has a lot of grassy area to walk, next to a big open field. It is quiet, and the courtyard is well landscaped with pretty flowers. The staff was nice. Plus very affordable! Just stayed one night, passing through. The room was basic and clean.

I wish housekeeping had been in at least once during the stay, the hard floor was very dirty due to the rain, etc.

Where to begin...room stunk, BAD. Floor was dirty and no washcloths in the bathroom except for the dirty one in the corner under the bed. If you have someone in a room near you with a dog, expect to be up ALL NIGHT. paper thin walls, doors look like a gentle shove would push them open, lights flicker. A real dump to be honest. Front desk staff at checkin (Doris I think) is the ONLY REDEEMING QUALITY IF THIS PLACE. Not even a working vending machine. Cheap is cheap for a reason. Spend a few extra bucks for a nicer place elsewhere.

Clean, Quiet and very easy access on/off highway. Very reasonable price!

There was a lot of attention to detail. The entrance had a rose garden and plants. The lobby had a beautiful patriotic tree ( for Memorial weekend) and we were helped by the attendant who tried to accommodate us with a ground level room. Very nice stay!

We had a good stay, the facility is older, but well maintained and clean. The owner takes pride in the property.

For a cheaper motel, this was a phenomenal stay! Quiet area, yet close enough to town to grab whatever we needed. The rooms smelled great - no carpet was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and assisted if we needed an extra pillow or towels. I rate these off of how they are presented (not expecting more than is promised or paid for). I cannot stress that it was so nice to have a room that didn’t smell bad or like mold.

This is our go to place to stay when visiting family. We spend little time in the room. Room was clean & spacious. Close to interstate but not close to amenities. No breakfast. Affordable. Quiet setting. DirecTV. Good for short term stay.

We rode in on motorcycles after a long day, The woman at the desk was fantastic and made a pot of coffee for us even though the free coffee was closed. Place was clean and secure for our Motorcycle. Th bad was the comfort of the bed, super firm. Room was clean hotel was nice

Quick overnight stop on road trip. Check-in was easy and quick, which was nice because we were exhausted and it was late.

felt safe and accomodated our room request, she gave us a room close to car parking across from lobby. The girl at desk was always present and cleaning around the lobby or watering flowers out front.

Felt safe. Sheriff did a few rounds in the parking lot at night. Wasnt the nicest hotel but i jist needed a place to crash for the night.

Sensible price

The property was very clean and easy to find. Right off highway 81. The staff was very nice and professional.

This property is clean and very nicely landscaped. It is an especially nice place for the price! It was a quiet location, conducive to rest. The beds and bedding were in good condition and comfortable. There are no restaurants nearby, so we had to drive for meals, but that was okay with us.

The wifi would not connect; the phone cord was broken and did not attach to the horn well so you had to hold it in place if you wanted to call the front desk; long-distance calls would not go through; the smoke detector was hanging off the wall; the grass around the grounds needed to be mowed.
