The stairwell and hallway had a bad smell switched rooms from the start the ac was not blowing in the first room

When I discovered the mold there was no one in the office. In the morning there was no coffee available.

They was very helpful when I needed more time to pay They could have been a little more clean

Overall, everything was fine. There was just a strange smell on the stairs, but otherwise, it was good.

It was right off the highway. Pet friendly. The pictures didn't look like the rooms. You couldn't open the door and walk in. The bed was in the way. You had to walk next to the bed and shut the door and walk around the bed so only one person at a time could enter and it was very hard to bring in luggage. There was a door to somewhere that was zip-tied shut. People smoking right outside the room.

Strong smoke smell in the room, very loud air conditioning that kept waking us up and made it hard to fall asleep. Old, pilled polyester bed covers. The sound of tenants talking in neighboring rooms was so loud it sounded like they were right beside us (they weren’t yelling - rather I think the structure was not conducive to soundproofing.

Really good hotel . Loved the no deposit and no pet deposit. Friendly staff and took care of us. Room is little outdated and can use some wall/deep cleaning and painting. But sheets and bed and all were clean.

Parking on one side is difficult. Furnace was cold even when put on heater to 74°. Smoke alarm kept chirping, even when unplugged, removed, and battery removed. Was coming from inside the wall. Staff did switch my room and resolved the issue but I won’t be staying here again.

I did not know breakfast was available. There were no electrical outlets near the bed to plug in my medically needed CPAP machine, had to purchase an extension cord.

Staff were very accommodating. Unfortunately, our 7 month old pup is not use to people milling about outside the room and barked frequently. We did our best to quiet him. It is a work in progress. I'm not comfortable staying among the long term tenants. Its me.

Location. The outlets by the beds were under a cabinet. One had to get on their hands and knees to access them. Zero amenities other than hand soap.

Check i was a breeze with a very friendly and personable receptionist. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were a little surprised there was only soap and no shampoo but fortunately we always bring some. Parking was right in front of the room but a little tight for a pickup truck. All in all it was a good nights sleep after a long afternoon/evening at the Hot Air Balloon Festival especially for the price we paid!

The room was full of roaches, no toiletries, was told I could get a different room upstairs but I had a pet so I could not stay in a clean room after looking at 3 rooms I settled for a half clean one. The motel is filthy. I am very unhappy about my stay, could not get a refund to stay in a clean place and no extra funds to be able to just leave. Extremely disappointed.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked our room during a road trip and chose a budget friendly hotel that looked nice. From the pictures available, this motel seemed pleasant and family friendly. After arriving, we were greeted with a confusing, office looking reception area. We got our key and headed to our room, which was on the second floor with no elevator or exterior security door. Immediately we were overwhelmed with the stench of stale cigarette smoke and signs on the door that read “use both locks for safety” and “we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items”, this was unsettling considering I had all of my belongings and was there with my child. After propping a chair against the door, I was unsurprised to find the bathroom door didn’t close, the sink exuded a foul smell when turned on, and the toilet seat was falling off. We checked for bed bugs and though there was no sign of them, we woke up with bites on our necks and faces. In a hurry to leave this disgrace of an establishment, we walked through the cigarette factory of a hallway to find a homeless man sleeping near our door. If you have any concern for your wellbeing do not even consider coming to this area, let alone the motel 6.

No breakfast. I was able to get a first floor room. Facilities were okay, and I am familiar with motel 6 so I choose them because they are pet friendly not for any other reason. To have been able to talk to a person about my needs. Your site was quite specific that the best price was dealing with a computer. No customer service.

It was pretty good. Only thing that I didn’t like is that I asked for one more night and had to pay a lot more then I did per night on the days I stayed before. App said $51 and they made me pay $70. Other than that, it wasn’t so bad.

There was no heat when we got to the room and it was freezing. We turned the heat on, but it took a couple hours to warm up. Then the heat wouldn't turn off automatically so it just kept getting hotter. I spent the night turning on and off the heater.

Stayed 2 nights..the first night they were moving furniture all night long upstairs and the second night, it was like living in a door and drawer testing facility...all night long you could hear doors opening and closing and drawers being slammed....that was very annoying until the train whistle at 3:45AM.....

I had to cancel my reservation but when I called both hotels. Com it was handle then next morning I find out I got charged anyway. Which wasn't right the hotel keeps stating that they haven't received any information about a cancelation somebody's lying and I'm out of $73.46

The hotel room was certainly not a non smoking room . The hallways smelled awful and I had to air out the room when we arrived. Late evening early morning we had people screaming outside. The come to the second floor floor where we were screaming and threatening staff . The person prior to that was trying to open my hotel room door along with others. When I spoke to the staff about it in the morning all that they said was sorry and didn't offer anything else. I most certainly will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff but the room could have been cleaner, the ac didn't work, the marijuana smell was very strong to the point that it was very nauseating.

The front desk clerk was nice. The maid was very rude and unfriendly. The rooms cleanliness was satisfactory, with the exception of the roaches. And there were homeless people staying in the parking lot along with people hanging around the dumpster behins the hotel. Very uncomfortable place to stay

A/C unit was very load. Also watching TV, the mattress kept sliding down. We had to keep pushing it up several times. Also no cell service or internet on my phone. Wi-Fi was available. Room was remodeled and clean.

1st of all I asked for 2 more clean towels and the guy at the front desk handed me 2 towels and when I went to take my shower i am glad that I opened them because there was black stains all over the towels and they were dirty and smelled dirty. The bed sits on a wood box and the bottom half falls right over the edge. made for a very uncomfortable sleep. then at 3:30am in the morning someone knocked on my door for like 30 minutes and when i looked outside about 10 minutes later they were outside in the parking lot shooting up with needles. so my stay was not very pleasant at all. also the front desk looks nothing like what the picture shows online

It was gross didn't even stay there went in saw the room and left said had pool was no pool and the lock on the door wouldn't lock so we couldn't keep our toddler from getting out of the door so we left and drive the last 5 hours to our destination
