As a team it makes the organization more successful…I hope the owners take stock in this!!! In our current environment we need to stand together and assist each other on this journey with what our strengths and weaknesses are. I’m more with Hilton and will continue to make my stays here with expectations of other being in line with the company values!

Very helpful staff—both when I went to lobby to ask questions and when I received text message asking if needed anything (extra blankets delivered kindly, promptly. The ‘store’ area with convenience items was exactly that, convenient (but overpriced). Low water pressure in shower, carpet in room seemed dated and would benefit from thorough cleaning.

It was somewhat clean. Breakfast was very strange only had 3 maybe 4 things to pick from. Would’ve been better if it was buffet style. Pool was closed looked as if for the whole weekend. Absolutely absurd.

Shower was dirty had go buy cleaning spray, carpet was dirty had keep socks on or feet would be black holes in the couch the 1st 10mins in arriving in room people below called on my 3yr old austitic son when called i explain he's he going make noise was told anymore calls I would have to leave so I checked out a day early n went else so my son could njoy hisself

The best thing about this hotel was the staff...everyone was friendly and helpful. There were quite a few cosmetic repairs needing done, such as the peeling paint above the pool. There were large pieces hanging down over a significant area of rhe ceiling. The indoor pool is small, and I had to leave after just 10 minutes because it felt like my lungs completely shut down between the humidity, high air temp, and chlorine fumes in the air. I was asked at the desk when booking the room whether I wanted to get points on my Hilton Rewards account or a free breakfast, and I chose the breakfast. However, the breakfast was still charged to my account the next day. The patio area outside the pool had a dead bird that looked like it had been there a few weeks. I expected much better from a Hilton hotel. The only real positive aspects were the staff and the food. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent!

The place is outdated and most is broken/ malfunctioning: 1) the Peleton bike did not function, after mentioning to the staff no proper acion was taken, 2) the coffee machine was broken therefore no coffee during breakfast, the staff told me the day before it already malfuncitoned (really, only one coffee machine in such a large hotel?), 3) all furnature was worn out, chairs were wobly

Was during the ice storm, but parking was great. I was able to remote start my car from my room which made defrosting the windshield easier. Easy in and out as I had to work. Staff was very accommodating, and the food was delicious

This is what I can tell you about my experience first and foremost I left my $1500 Tiffany necklace and my $700 Tiffany bracelet in my room and these amazing people in staff came together to make sure my property was returned to me, especially Joe Serreno made sure that it was returned to me shipped to me and I had nothing to worry about while I am bawling my eyes out when I tell you they went above and beyond to return my items to me and make sure I have no worries. They made sure of it, and Joe was absolutely exceptional so when I tell you to please book and stay with them you’ll be more than glad you did and you know if you leave anything it will be safe and it will be returned There was not nothing too like they were exceptional

Easy on and off highway. Unusual amount of snow fall. Paths and driveway was not plowed during the snow.

The drapes in our room did not work. Therefore we were unable to block the outdoor lights from the car lot next to the Hotel. It was VERY difficult t0 fall asleep the lights glaring in the room

Wonderful large room with everything you need. Clean room and huge bathroom. Easy location to find with nearby restaurants. Pleasantly surprised for the price.

Staff was exceptionally helpful, the inside pool was closed for repairs, but they were nice enough to open it up for our friends kids who also stayed here. The Bar & grill was excellent, best Hamburgers I’ve ever had. Everyone said all food was delicious, limited menu but still happy. If I’m ever in Statesville again this is where I will stay.

The room was great very nice and clean spacious did walk in and it was very very hot in there it's a little while for the AC to get it cooled off other than that the room was great only can place that we have were the staff at the breakfast it took 45 minutes on an hour to get our food there was no service as far as we had to keep going up and asking for packing silverware the table had plates followed up after nobody came and cleaned anything the staff was rude when you approached them they just said you know we'll get to it or you can just do that yourself or it was very non-professional with the with the restaurant that was a big disappointment

Check in was horrible. We arrived late and was sent to the room and the card keys would not work. Second trip down to the desk to have them reset the keys and still did not work. 3rd trip we received new keys that still didn't work. 4th trip the front desk person came up and tried the key herself only to find the key still didn't work. She went back down to change our room but came back up for the 5th time to try yet again...only to find out that there was already someone in that room. Tired and grouchy as hell and still waiting to get into a room. In addition, pet fee was $75 instead of listed $50 on hotels.com. One hour later, still trying to get into a room.

We stayed here for one night on our drive north from Florida, chose it for the pet friendly amenity. This is a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, clean room. Nice bar and grill in the lobby with the nicest staff, basic food but good, and it was nice not to have to leave the hotel for dinner after a long drive.

Lady works at the bar/breakfast area (not sure of her name) skinny brown skinned lady with twist was rude as ever. People like her just need to find a job thats not customer service centered. Two cooks for breakfast 5/4/25 were amazing i wish i knew their names but they made up for their coworkers rudeness.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. My sister booked directly with this hotel and saved $50. I tried to ask hotels.com to comp me at least $40 and they would not. I’ll definitely be booking directly from now on!

For a Hilton property not to offer a basic breakfast seemed bizarre. The person downstairs said breakfast was free then brought me a check. Three eggs and three pieces of bacon for myself and my daughter were over $20. She assured me that she would get a voucher but asked me to sign the check anyway. I was charged at checkout and didn't argue it. They said only rooms booked through Hilton would have breakfast. Keep in mind if booking through Expedia. The room was okay. We enjoyed the small saltwater pool. It wasn't particularly close to the Hot Air Balloon Festival so I will likely consider another hotel next year.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me traveling by myself with my 10 mo old daughter. The restaurant was very accommodating and made the Greek yogurt breakfast to order since my baby cannot have honey yet and I haven't introduced her to nut allergens. They just gave me a couple scoops of yogurt and were happy to make the changes. They also helped me take my bag out to my car since I was also pushing a stroller & carrying a diaper bag. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel was dated but clean and the staff were passionate about Statesville. While I waited for food downstairs, a lady gave my daughter a Statesville coloring book and explained the town's history. The food was basic but good. Can't go wrong with the burger. The pool looked clean with towels stocked. I will definitely stay here again.

We got in late at night. No room service and nothing around except for a Waffle House for food that was still open. Hungry and crabby. Otherwise, it was decent enough.

They charge for wi-Fi if you don’t join their Hilton group. That’s outrageous !

Properry was fine for an overnight stay. Hallway was creaky but room was not. The only complaont i have is that there were no clean towels in the pool area at 7pm and it was open until 10. We were told ypon entry that theu would being some in but we swam for an hour and still no towels. The walk back to the third floor soaking wet and freezing ruined the visit for me. The on site restaurant food was good althpugh service was slow (took an hour for 2 hamburgers and a grilled cheese to be made) just fyi, order early.

I was traveling with my daughters. We stayed one night but got to enjoy dinner in the dining room. The room was very nice, very clean. Wish we could stay again.

Picture and description say separate bedroom, but there is no door. Shower wasn’t clean and found food on floor in room from previously stay. Pool was freeeeeeeezzzzing. Restaurant was a let down. Good selection but kids chicken fingers were served uncooked and lettuce in salad was wilted. Staff were great.

The food served by the onsite restaurant was delicious and wait staff were very efficient and friendly. The parking lot is very well lit. The room was very clean.

I had to wait to check in.Went to my room to find it dirty,beds unmade,trash in it.Had to go back downstairs to change the room.Got the new room on the second floor only to find out that I had no view.Room 214 has a view of the rooftop for the carport.Also whatever is being cooked downstairs you smell it in the room AC.Stains all over the carpet.Toilets low for a child not and adult.I slipped inside the shower and fell backwards onto the floor.Tried to do a report,was told its not necessary.Went to the er and my right food its sprained really bad from the fall.Horrible stay ever.

Very welcoming after a rough day on the road.

The maintenance staff is nonexistent. Lots of equipment broke in weight room. No towels at the pool. Floors buckling at the restaurant. Shower handle is loose. Door deadbolt wouldn’t latch.

The pool is open year round.

Very nice staff. Good coffee in the morning.

Indoor pool was perfect for the kids

Property was ok for a quick overnight stop. My first room the blinds didn’t work and bright street lights were shining in. My second room did not have a working tv. They gave me a breakfast voucher for the issues instead of discounting my room which should have been done heavily.

Staff are courteous

It had comfortable beds and was a great place to stay.

I was expecting more. I stayed in a suite and upon entering I immediately noticed the heavily stained sofa. It looked disgusting and I didn't get to enjoy watching TV on the sofa because I couldn't sit on it. When I arrived only one elevator was working and the floor numbers beside the buttons on the elevator were written with whiteout. I just didn't think the suite was worth what I paid. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was nice so that was a plus.

Not a bad experience, but not anything to write how about. I selected this hotel for the restaurant and bar on site, and when we arrived with two kids under 3 in tow, after 9 hours in the car traveling, we found out the restaurant and bar were closed on Sundays. We then had to load up and find food in a not very great location. Breakfast the next day was gross. No more big Buffett breakfast and my made to order eggs were not cooked thoroughly and plasticy. The coffee pots were empty and no attempts were made to fill it. We had to ask for butter for the pancakes and the waitress only brought one set of silverware for 3. If you are looking for the area and want good food options, I’d go for the courtyard Marriott down the road, walking distance to outback and other restaurants.

The room size and the convenience to the highway

Stayed here 3 weekends in a row. Checking in around 4pm each time. Every time there aren’t rooms clean and staff act surprised you’re there even though has reservations for months. Very disorganized and scattered staff.

The customer service was great. It was an easy check in, easy parking. Everything was new and clean feeling. The breakfast selection was great with lots of variety. There were hot drinks available in the lobby. The only downside is the hotel is right on the on ramp so it was a little noisy in the area but it did not effect sleeping.

Facility was clean. Staff friendly. We paid ahead for hot breakfast which ended up not being available but was refunded quickly upon request. An ok complimentary ‘Continental’ breakfast was available

The restaurant was terrible. We waited over an hour and a half to get our meal. When we finally received the meal it was not what we ordered. Also when we checked out we were told that we couldn’t get a receipt because the booking was done through Expedia.

Room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The sheets and the rest of the room were squeaky clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to the highway, but not many food options close by, so eat before you get there if you’re coming in late.

Easy access, quite, fast process for check in, clean.

Booked a suite through Expedia. Hotel had no suites available so i had to settle for two queens. Our deciding factor was the open indoor pool. It was closed. Jessica was an awesome concierge, and wanted to give us a discount but couldn’t because we booked through Expedia. Expedia owes me some money or an indoor pool.

Room was very nice. Disappointed the resturant was not open which was a big reason we stayed there. Which meant we had to get back in our truck pulling a boat to go get something to eat after traveling fot 12 hours.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I am making it my new hotel of choice (when I don't have my dog with me as it is pet free). But the room was so clean & relaxing & the bathroom was huge. And I especially liked the room darkening blinds.... I slept well. I wish I could have stayed a few more days. And the staff are truly customer friendly. Jessica and James at the front desk represented the hotels brand very well.
