Staff was friendly and helpful! The hostess at the desk went above and beyond to get my daughter a cup of milk, even though it was outside of dining hours!

We couldn’t even stay because it was 1 am on June 1st I made reservation for May 31-June 1 as we were just needing a few hours of sleep. The staff couldn’t check me in and couldn’t change anything for me. If this is not possible to get around booking.com really needs to fix this problem and you should not be able to book a day prior. If I had done it for June 1, we wouldn’t be able to check in until much later that day. I will be disputing these charges as the booking should have never been allowed.

Showing signs of aging....sink drain was slow.....ran out of coffee att 7am for a 20 minute period...not acceptable. The young lady at reception desk was most accomodating and positive. I77

Hotel was easy off and on from the highway. Plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but bread was stale. Small egg omelettes were delicious.

The best thing was the evening desk clerk, Stacie, I believe. What a personality and so friendly for our late check in. She truly made you feel welcomed. Also, the morning clerk was friendly and helpful. 2 of the 3 pump bottles in the shower were empty. Otherwise, no complaints.

The front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in. We were traveling with two dogs and the hotel was welcoming to them. There is a nice area for the dogs to go outside. The grounds of the hotel are well kept. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is located on a quiet street that had sidewalks which allowed us to walk the dogs. Next door there is an Outback Steakhouse so we were able to walk to dinner one evening.

We arrived after driving 8 hours and we were exhausted. Unfortunately there was a large group of teenagers that was up late. Doors slamming, voices in hallways. We barely got any sleep at all. It was pretty bad experience.

Staff was great but my room didn’t have a microwave & a tv that supposedly was new but never programmed to their cable so couldn’t get any shows. They offered to change the room but we were leaving the next day & it would have been a hassle & inconvenience . The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer part either so that was disappointing

An advertised hot breakfast was disappointing. The oatmeal is placed inside a plastic bag liner and it was almost empty so when I tried to scoop the oatmeal, the liner came with. Great property. But when we arrived our King Room was a room recently used by pets. We are allergic. So we ended up paying for a king room but had to stay in a queen room. All other king rooms were not available to us.

Very average hotel, overly priced. Didn’t have much choice due to long travel day. Animal friendly but add another $80+ on an already pricey stay of $179 (before taxes). American Highway robbery. Cold and dirty pool. No way the stay was worth $280 total. Solid breakfast at hotel, and decent food options nearby.

Hampton Inn's almost never disappoint; however, the continental breakfast was the worst we've ever experienced at a Hampton. There were no scrambled eggs, no yogurt, and the coffee and hot water for tea were warm, not hot.

I have stayed here multiple times and it never disapoints.

Things were good except for the A/C wasn’t on in the hallways so room struggled to get cool. Stayed about 75 degrees inside the room until dark outside. Then I was able to keep up.

Shower stall was soap scummy. Carpet was stained. Towels were scratchy and no extra towels were available in the room. Bed cover had a mildew odor but appeared to be clean.

Hotel was fine. Did not appreciate having to pay for self parking exterior parking. With the service charge it was in excessive of $13.00. Absolutely ridiculous.

Check-in was easy and fast, room was clean and comfortable and in a safe area with the Outback Restaurant next door for these weary travelers to grab dinner and drinks.

The hotel was very nice. Travelers booking through a third party need to be aware that they will be charged for parking. We were taken aback by this. We assumed that paying $182.00 for the room, parking would be included. The desk staff was kind enough to waive the fee for us.

Cathy, the late night front desk attendant, was very welcoming. The check-in process was smooth. The room clean. Bev, the morning manager, was very friendly and professional. Tara made the breakfast food and it was very good. Overall, a nice experience.

Assigned the handicap accessible room. Bed mattress was beat up. Felt like I was sleeping on a slope. Blankets and sheets were old and poor quality. Requested a room swap but no other rooms were available. Hampton offered to compensate me but was unable because i used hotels.com to make the reservation. Lesson learned of downside of using that site. Hotel implement a parking fee three weeks ago which added to the displeasure.

.Reserved room with tub/shower combination a month before we arrived. They told us all rooms have showers, but no tubs. Amazingly no shower caps provided unless you ask for it.

If you are not a Hilton rewards member you must pay for parking. $10 a night. Otherwise very nice. Outback is next door znd there are a couple other local type restaurants across the street. Kinda nothing else on this exit except lots of car places.

The hotel service and claenliness was find. We just found it odd that we had to pay an outside company for parking. They would not let you pay to the hotel you had to scan a QR code to pay. They said it was $8.00 but there was a $1.99 service fee and ended up being $9.99.

When we arrived they wanted to charge 20.00 to park. I’ve never had to pay for parking at a Hampton Inn
