Nothing The bathroom was disgusting! Lack of a light bulb, the faucet did not work properly. We had a door connected to another room and heard everything! No privacy at all! The bedroom curtains had filthy splatter all over them! This is one of the most disgusting hotels I ever stayed at. If I could get my money back I would definitely go to another hotel

The front desk person felt bad, but could not issue us a refund because we booked through Orbitz. She offered us another room for the night, but at that point, we just wanted to get out of there.

The staff was very accommodating. I had to change rooms because of a noisy air conditioner. Some of the things that I found wrong with the hotel were beyond the staffs abilities! The building is very old and needs to be renovated. Curtains are torn chairs have torn fabric sinks are clogged. The location was great for my need. The pool was empty and not in service. The continental breakfast was very adequate overall it worked for my specific needs and the price was right.

The front desk staff was on point. Very helpful and courteous and kind. Hotel is getting ready to be renovated so it’s a bit outdated but staff does a good job keeping the hotel very nice. Clean rooms and breakfast area.

Dirty dirty dirty! These reviews are nuts saying it so clean bc it definitely is not! It’s gross, stinks, & moldy! AC didn’t work and they refused to switch our room! We got no sleep between the room being hot and the bed being the most uncomfortable ever! Breakfast if that’s what you want to even call it was cold scrambled eggs, no meat options with it, bagels or toast with no cream cheese, waffles, then the basic cold items. Stained furniture, stained sheets, paper thin walls, no security as the outside doors don’t lock so anyone can just walk in, plug to the tub didnt work so had to cram a washcloth into it AFTER scrubbing it to give my grandbaby a bath, talked to the front desk last night when they didn’t switch us to a room with working AC and then told the lady this morning about it and all that was said was “I’ll have to talk to her”. Then to add a cherry on top when we was checking out I got to my car and realized I forgot my charger inside so ran back in to get it, the housekeeper was already in the room (within 2 minutes of us being out) and my charger was gone, asked the housekeeper and she didn’t speak a work of English or acted as she didn’t and I didn’t get my charger back! Do not recommend staying here!

Stayed here a few times in the last few years and this will be my last. The whole place needs to be renovated. Carpets dirty. Didn’t dare take a shower it was so stained. It really was bad.

The lobby was updated and very nice. The room was dated and needed some maintenance. The air conditioning was loud. The shower rod was loose and it was difficult to keep the shower curtain closed. It was a room rented to construction workers and the carpet looked dingy and dirty.

Bathroom shower was a trickle. Everything needs updates. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9. At 8:15 all hot food was gone and I was told that's it, no more. Never staying here again.

The carpet had lots of stains on it. The ice machines ine the whole place didn't work. The breakfast was very poor. Only cereal and bagels. Will not stay there again.

breakfast menu had a great selection, but when we went down at 8 the yoghurt was gone. was told they had no more and at 8:20 the breakfast was getting cleaned up and people came in and had to go elsewhere to eat. Was suppose to be open until 9:00. Very disappointing.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Breakfast was from 6 am to 9 am. We got there around 7:45 am and there was no hot breakfast. There was just cereal, muffins and some fruits. A bit disappointing. Thankful, there was still coffee! All in all, a very good stay.

Employee was blowing leaves in parking lot at 7 AM and the debris was stuck to my car not alone waking me. i Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work. Had to go to first. During breakfast asked if the TV could be turned on. Was told no.For 94$ this was a terrible deal. thought Comfort Suites was reputable

The pool is out of order. I have an autistic 6 yr old who waited 10 hrs on the drive to go to a pool I had to cancel because the website did not notify that the pool is out of order

I was taken back by the condition of this property. The pool was not open, the breakfast was a cold breakfast and the bar is no longer in service and according to the property, it hasn’t been in awhile. My room was horrible. Paint peeling all over the bathroom ceiling. The worst was a sheet metal cover from the ceiling that had water dripping into the tub. In fairness, the girl said they will be remodeling soon. Call before you go is my suggestion.

The beds were so comfortable! Staff quick and friendly. Hot breakfast. Due to renovation only cold breakfast was available. Directions were unclear. We could see it but had trouble getting to it from Google Maps.

It's a little outdated and some obvious paint and repairs certainly well within the price we paid.

Checked in by a delightful Debbie, our room was clean, the bathroom clean and well stocked, the bed was great, the property quiet, although convenient to I-7. The "free internet" was problematic in gaining access, and the TV was good. If you're looking for "breakfast" don't look here: bare minimum of cold fare, although the coffee and juice and fruit offered were excellent.

The room was well worn but pretty clean. My wife did pick up someone's toenail from off the rug. The place was quiet. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The fruit was tired, the cereal stale and the oranges were moldy. The staff was great though and the bed was comfortable.

Picked this motel for the indoor pool - but upon arrival learned that the pool was closed for repair. Property obviously old and rundown. Bathroom sink did not drain. Television did not have sound for most of the channels. On the positive side: all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and courteous.

The shower/bathtub was a Petri dish science project. The faucet and water spout were broken. This room (209) should be taken out of service until renovations can be done. Shame on this hotel for assigning this room when most of the hotel was unoccupied.

The walls in the room literally had drips of something coming down the wall and the curtains were covered with stains. The shower curtain was falling apart with rips and tears in it. There was mold covering the caulk around the soap dish and the bathtub. The ventilation fan was filled with dust and lint. The bottom of the bathroom door was also covered with mold. When we opened the refrigerator we found two old bottles of frozen wine that were left behind and not removed by the staff. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed in this hotel. We will never stay here again

This was the 2nd booking that I used your app and both times a pool was advertised but when I checked in I was informed that they were not in working order, I needed a pool to continue my physical therapy that is bad business and I will not use your app again.

This place is a dump! It should be condemned. Nothing has been updated in at least 20 years or more. The rug had worn out spots everywhere. The nightstands were turned sideways to fit next to the bed so you could not open the draws! The tub had spots worn down to the metal. There were stains on the couch and all over the walls and ceiling. We asked to be moved to another room but was told by the manager that they are all like this and he was sent there to fix it up. Good luck with that. The staff and the manager were very nice. We had no issues with them. The chairs in the lobby were stained and gross. It was somewhat clean considering , which is why we stayed the one night of the three we booked. Also just drove 10 hours and we were exhausted. We left the next day. Do not stay here especially for what they charge. This is at maximum a 50 dollar a night hotel until they make some serious improvements.

The staff was outstanding!! The desk clerk and the manager went above for me! Only reason not a 4 star is the king mattress was not comfortable and seemed to be past its prime. Room was clean, entrance to the lobby was nice and welcoming and once again, can’t say enough about the staff working the night I stayed.

Stag was super unfriendly. At the time I checked in the agent informed me about the breakfast from 6-9 and pointed to a room. In the morning there was no breakfast and they had run out of coffee. The day agent stated that they stopped seeing breakfast some time back. They need to update their website that they do not serve breakfast or it is deceptive and fraudulent.

There was a hair in the sink, the bathtub didn’t drain, we had to walk a quarter mile to get to our room and the traffic noise made it impossible to sleep soundly. We could go down the outside exit but couldn’t get back in, had to walk all around to the front.

The snow storm prevented them from serving breakfast, which I understand but I think there should be a discount on the rate. Also found out when we arrived that the pool and sauna were closed, again I understand things happen but why charge a full rate when you can't provide a complete experience. Bed was very comfy, pillows were on the small side, bring your own, funky smells inside and out from people smoking weed

The staff was great. However the bathroom had mold/or mildew on the tub walls The bathroom floor sink etc was spotless. The last time i stayed here it was the rug that needed cleaning. While all of the staff were courteous the disrepair of the building was evident. I hope a big overhaul is done or the place torn down. This is so sad because everyone working there were wonderful. So i say thank you to the manager and personnel bye to the building.

Our dog did not " add" anything to the room.As i requested our room was very close to the ekevator. And yes. despite the carpet i would request the same room again. There were stains all over the carpet where I took pictures and showed the front desk so I wouldn’t be held responsible and the carpet was filthy. There was mold growing up the wall in the bathroom shower. There were roaches in the room. One woke me up, crawling on me in the middle of the night. I got pictures of the roach on the wall. I went down and told the front desk in the morning all these issues And she admitted that they had a roach problem. I was very disappointed with your ratings because it didn’t match what the hotel was like at all.

Breakfast wasn’t bad. The door to the room shut but was very loose. You could pull on the door and move it easily when shut. Did not feel secure. Check in was quick and easy. Was decently clean. Beds were comfortable enough.

My first room #311 had cigarette smoke smell. I told the front desk and she said she note it. Then the room was missing the blackout curtain ~ so the bright lights outside were a problem. I told the front desk and moved to #321. This room had mold around the tub. I told the front desk. Breakfast was limited. Hardly any eggs and no waffle mix. Not a good experience for a Comfort Inn.

When we checked in the lady at the front informed us the pool was "chilly" but open. We got to our room and changed, excited for the pool, we hurried down. It was freezing. I was upset but the kids made the most of it. We only swam about five minutes. We went back to the room and got ready for showering/bedtime. The towels were small but adequate. The shower had no pressure but was fine. The worst part of the evening came net. My daughter was standing by the desk when she spotted a roach! She slapped it and knocked it to the floor thats when two more jumped to the floor! My husband went to the front desk to tell them and the girl said, "are you sure it wasn't a stink bug?" We spent the rest of the evening itching! The next morning we got our belongings together and ran them through a heat cycle on the dryer before putting them into the car. The breakfast was very good, the room that the breakfast was in was really hot and the TV kept glitching out which was annoying. The meal was good though, and we had no more bugs in that area. Overall, we will not be returning to this hotel. We were disappointed in the bugs and the staff's reaction.

Staff was very pleasant. Bed uncomfortable, noisy, could hear traffic and lots of hall noise, sheets dingy and there was a cigarette burn hole in the bottom sheet! Who made the bed, a blind person?

Room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes that would have made it impossible to rest. Decided not to stay at this hotel and took the financial loss as it was non-refundable.

The bathroom, however needs some TLC. Mold in the caulking around the tub/shower. Loose shower head. Shower curtain would not stay closed.

The staff was above bar. It was friendliness and helpfulness and really felt help me there. Great condition. Was good. I was particularly impressed by Elsa kindness and helpfulness at breakfast. She went over and above and beyond and I appreciate her.

The door to the room didn’t lock properly and anyone could push it in and open it. The staff were friendly and we left before buffet breakfast so I can speak on that. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast has a nice spread! Theres raisin bran & fruit loops. Then your hot bar has sausage, gravy, biscuits,scrambled eggs or omlets, and grits! Strawberry/blueberry or regular waffles. Chocolate/blueberry or banana nut muffins, hard boiled eggs, different types of bread..yogurt, apples, bananas and oranges. Hot chocolate, warm teas, apple juice and coffee! A little bit of everything for everyones taste buds! Best part is the lady that works in the breakfast area, she is super sweet and helpful!!! Housekeeping is on point to. Overall it was a very nice stay, they've earned the comfort in comfort inn 😍

Good parking

Had to stand at the front desk to check in for over 10 minutes while the desk clerk stepped away. He came out of back office room appeared dirty and not groomed. The room was dirty with stains on the mattress, curtains, chair. Needed plug for the bathtub. No one answered the front desk by phone or was at the front desk when i walked down. Saturday night and busy, would think the desk clerk would actually be at the front desk instead of MIA.

Room was extremely dirty, first room we got stunk so bad we couldn’t stay in it. Able to change rooms quickly which was nice but the new room we killed 2 roaches in, toilet was dirty upon entering, curtains unable to fully close and filthy dirty, no shower supplies.. girl downstairs told us the pool was room my daughters went to go in but couldn’t as it was ice cold having to use there hot shower by the pool area just because they were all ready for the pool. My youngest was very upset as she was looking forward to a pool after our long drive. Unhappy with this hotel, won’t stay again.

Dirty shower and tub

The room itself was pretty clean. The halls and stairways were not. This place needs a freshening and update. Old fixtures and old technology.

The hotel was rated 8.2 , it was overrated by a lot we had upgraded to a king size bed,, we were on the ground floor,, the door to enter the room did not look safe we could hear people talking(they were not Load), the sheets on the bed were clean but very wrinkled…… to summarize overpriced

I reserved this room and Expedia sent me to Greensboro about 60 miles away and we stayed there. I at least hope Expedia will try to make it right.

Parking easy, didn't use bar

The chairs in the lobby were deeply soiled as well as the sofa in our room. The torn curtains, old marked up walls,chewed up woodwork, broken tv and musty smell was a turn off. This place is run down and the only positive is the sheets were clean. DONT STAY!

Roaches on the first night, ignored that. Dogs barking on the first and second night, ignored that. Second night one of the other patrons was smoking so much it woke we up in the middle of the night through my CPAP machine. I left after that.

Room was very outdated. Stains on chairs, horrible smell in room, pool was closed due to maintenance.

Room was clean, if a little worn out around the edges. Shower made some exciting sounds, but had good pressure and was hot. Numerous fixtures and trim pieces were repaired using drywall screws randomly applied. Effective, but not aesthetically pleasing. It was quiet, the bed was comfy, and we just needed a room for the night while traveling - on that criteria, it gets 5 stars.

the gym was not functioning. nothing worked. The desk clerk knew this and acted like everything was fine. The room was not tidy. bathroom was not cleaned. I saw hair on the bathtub. The waffles were excellent. There were trash cans catching rainwater. Expedia did not refund my money for an error in booking, which was supposed to happen in June. I tried to talk about it to the clerk about it and she would not listen. This is not the night I stayed. I was there on the 26th to 27th. This was supposed to be the date refunded. contact me to make this right!!!

We have been staying at this hotel every year for about 14 years as we travel to our vacation. This year in particular, it seemed to be somewhat rundown. We waited at a three because it was just mediocre.

Unfortunately, this comfort suites hotel is in very poor condition. It’s time for a complete remodel on this place.

Dirty/moldy shower, stains on curtains, hair on toilet too exhausted to change rooms or hotels

Vents were rusty, doors chipped, tub and shower old and moldy.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was in terrible condition—the beds were dirty, the curtains had what appeared to be blood stains, and both the floors and bathroom were filthy. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this place to others.

The room was clean. I was surprised there wasn't an ice machine on the 3rd floor.

Carpet in room was filthy. Shower was gross. Chairs in lobby where very dirty. Breakfast was good.

Room seemed ok but window was dirty with algea growing. Lamp on table shade was worn out and cracked. Bathroom was the worst. Moldy bathtub had been caulked over, not well. Sink splattered all over, nozzle was bad. Entrance door to room did not close well. In order to deadbolt had to leave door partially cracked. Lots of light and noise. Room 203. Paying $100 plus a night the room should be perfect.

The hotel was great. HOWEVER, when we first got there the TV would not work. We called the front desk and I believe the young lady was named Flor??? She was kind and helpful and was going to bring new batteries for the remote. But then we discovered some one had unplugged the TV and disconnected the cable line too. So no need for batteries, just a simple check of connections! Bed was VERY comfortable!

I did not like the fact that I constantly had to be looking out for roaches. Also the breacfast area could do with some labeling of the food.

I have stayed here plenty of times and it is by far my favorite when i come hime to visit but this time i was disappointed that we had to switch rooms on our second day because the air conditioner had been leaking VERY BAD and had soaked up alot of my kids belongings and alot of the floor so bad that it was going under tge door out into hallway and they didnt have a maintenance person that day so they offered us another room and I was pleased with that but hated to pack up and move ecerything after we had just unpacked the day before!

The property was fairly quiet, but did not look anything like the advertised property, the linens were worn and wrinkled, the breakfast was fine, just wasn’t what we expected from the property that was advertised. Carpets were dingy, shower was just ok.

The room they gave us needs updating. The carpet needs cleaned or replaced, chips of wood missing on dresser, stains on couch, bathtub stained inside and out. Can’t tell you about food. We didn’t stay to eat

The only complaint I have was the breakfast. it was cold. The coffee was not strong.

Our room was fine but bathroom was really showing its age. We opted not to use the shower. Breakfast was better than expected and the fitness room was surprisingly good. The hotel could use a facelift/renovation but overall it's fine for just passing through.

Need to update your online info, when checking in asked about the bar, "no Bar", when asked again, its on the website and on the wall, "no bar", after 11 hrs of travel we didn't want to get in the car again, the reason we chose the location. Bathroom walls had broken areas of plaster and black mold. Location is great, right off 77, paid a lot of $$ for this. Every time throught the lobby, person had head down on her phone.

Peaceful

We had stayed at this property before, so we thought it would be good as it was prior. The place was short staffed, not well maintained, and the manager was very unpleasant. The equipment in the exercise room was broken, there were never any towels for use at the pool during our entire 6 day stay. One of the access doors was able to opened by anyone from the outside. We were disappointed with this stay and will not book this hotel again.

Bed was comfy. Bathroom had mold under faucet and in the corners at the floor meeting the tub. There was a roach on the alarm clock when I came back in the room after breakfast.

We had the most horrible stay of our life. Neighboring room yelling and screaming, police called. We were very scared arguing started this morning again at 500am. No sleep after traveling 8 hours. I would like a refund.

We stayed one night but would not choose this place again, specifically due to the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. We stayed in room 237 & there was so much mold on the shower I felt cleaner NOT showering.

Plus, the breakfast was not very good.

The hotel was rundown. The breakfast was great. The seams in the shower tile wall were partially covered in black mold. (disgusting) I guess that is what you get for 80 dollar hotel.

I love that they keep coffee, tea and lemon water in the lobby at all times!

This was a very good choice for a one night hotel located near the interstate. I like to get an early morning start and appreciated that breakfast was scheduled for starting at 6 am .... I was in the breakfast room for coffee at 5:30 and most selections were already out. The staff laying out the breakfast was extremely understanding of my early start.

Says there was a hot tub, there is not. Pool room smells so strongly of chlorine, you can’t breathe. Says there’s a bar and lounge which there is not. Very outdated overall, needs a redo. I booked the wrong day, immediately canceled and changed the day, no refund. Paid double for one night in a dump!!

Property was clean. Ok to stay overnight on a road trip but not longer. Hot breakfast was unappetizing in appearance. I used the waffle machine and took a yogurt and fruit. Picture frame in the bathroom was in very bad shape. One of the tea bags was stained in the coffee tray. Details like that make a difference in overall impression.

Property is generally worn. The pool was drained, the sofas were slicked with wear and dirt throughout the facility and the bathroom was worn, had holes in the plaster and not sufficiently clean in the corners and grout lines.

The property need to be updated. Overall the room was ok. Clean. The bathroom room shower drain was gross and mold in the grout. Sink drain was very slow.

This location was ok for a quick stay, however was very run down looking.

Their website advertised restaurant, bar, and pool. Arrived looking forward to a hamburger and a cocktail before bedtime, only to be told by the front desk “oh they closed the restaurant and bar quite a long time ago.” (Then why is it still featured on your site? That’s false advertising.) My grandsons were very excited to go swimming when we got there. Again, “the pool is not functioning right now.” Extremely disappointed! They should put an announcement on their site letting the public know of their shortcomings before we make a reservation!

The desk workers were great. Friendly and accommodating. The room different story. First room A/C did not work and shower was dirty and old. Was switched to another room. We thought was cleaner but during the night my wife was bit numerous times through out the night. One bite swelled up and kept her up most of the night. The other bites were small and itchy. Notified Expedia as told to do bye desk worker. Expedia contacted property manager and was offered $10 credit. Be ware these most likely where bed bugs. Won’t use this property anymore. Or there affiliates.

The hotel wasnt that great and the a.c. didnt work in the first room i was put in. They moved me to a new room and the a.c. barely worked in that one. Also had a roach crawl across my foot while using the bathroom in my room.

The employees here are all very nice and helpful. The hotel has had some updates, but still a bit old (bathtubs, doors, etc) but was still clean, quiet and safe.

I was in town for a loss in the family. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the environment for when I needed to be alone with my thoughts.

Bedbugs!!

We were able to check in early which was really great cuz we were really tired. Water pressure in shower was not all that great.

Mold, holes in ceilings and fixtures, bugs in bathroom and on bed. So gross. Worst stay experienced.

The bathroom was not comfortable at all. Shower curtain would not close due to broken ring that would not keep the curtain closed. I didn't use the shower because I didn't want water all over the floor. Tried a bird bath and the sink drain wouldn't drain very fast at all. The tub really needed to be replaced, big chip on the side and generally looked dirty.

Liked the choices for breakfast. Coffee was very weak. Parking easy. Had issues with room cleanliness, mold in bathroom. Carpet was just cleaned and had very strong smell and was still wet. Back entrance did not lock so anyone could enter hotel. Felt unsafe. Large room. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Great location.

The room was adequate for my disabled sister but it was dated. The door gave me some concerns that it wasn’t safe. That someone could get in.

Our room and the second floor hallways smelled horribly of stale cigarette smoke, especially when the air unit kicked off. There was black mold in the The breakfast offered many choices. Day shift was very kind.

Room was fine. convenient, clean. We will stay again.

While the hotel was in a very convenient location, the amenities included trailer parking and the parking was not particularly convenient for maneuvering with a trailer. The front desk staff upon checkin was slow and not very friendly however at checkout she was fantastic. The room was not very clean. The carpet was sticky, the shower was falling apart, the furniture had stains and rips and grime on it. The entire facility was rundown, dirty and smelled bad. Also the elevator was very dirty and shaky and somewhat scary. While it met our needs for a place to lay our head, I would not reccomend.
