Nice and clean Shower upstairs is broken. Called facilities. They sent people to work on it but never come back.

Everything! It was perfect for our stay. We got married this weekend and it was so nice to have everything we needed in the room and didnt have to go anywhere.

The resort was clean and quiet. So close to the Heavenly resort chairlift. We came off season, so it was basically empty, which allowed us to hike and explore unimpeded. Great location, easy drive down the hill to Gardnerville, where our friends live, or a quick drive into Tahoe for breakfast. Way less expensive than the local hotels, and no smoking, which was crucial for my asthma. The pool and spa is a hike from this location, and there was a ton of construction going on. Not a huge deal, because the weather was still a bit chilly, but would have been bummed in the summer.

Good place to stay with my family. A bit far away from Lake Tahoe. Also, the floors are thin, so footsteps above are loud.

Check in after hours, 6 pm. I have a little difficulty, the internet is not good, very slow. Speed 600kbps externall Facilities are so-so in another building. We did not find a pool/spa, nor instructions for the location.
