It was clean and value for money.

I stay here throughout the month and the staff is always accommodating, helpful, and friendly.

Also found myself running down to the office every day after returning to my room and finding out that the key didn’t work. Sometimes several times a day! Quite an inconvenience, only to be gaslit by the staff!! By the end of the week. I would just walk into the office, handing my keycard, and say the usual.

The room was fine just to sleep in but the room has a very old smell and everything felt very sticky. The room also wasn't exactly clean either, there was hair in " brand new " towels,the floor had a bit of dirt or crumbs, ect.. If you ignore all that it's fine for the price and just to sleep. The staff was really friendly and helpful tho.

The hotel room was too damp

Considering the recent hazard in Garden Grove, the facility (Motel 6 - Stanton)could have & should have notified me that I would not be able to stay in the hotel because of the citywide evacuation that I was totally ignorant of. I ended up sleeping in my car due to Expedia not being able to rebook me in a new hotel.

WiFi didn’t work. Too loud after 10pm. Odd folks.

We were able to check in early but forced to evacuate when we returned that night. Staff wouldn’t let me grab our belongings but I wasn’t going to let my family with 3 children sleep in a shelter. I argued my way back into the room and left California. I wish there were better and more understanding ways to handle emergencies. Since I paid through third party website the staff told me to kick rocks and to request a refund.

Staff never called to let me know that the that they an evacuation notice showed up to Check in, told us at check in that they had an evacuation notice due to a chemical spill. No motel around area everything booked. It would have been helpful to be notified about the situation. Especially traveling with kids.

How dare the front desk lady have the nerve to ask me for my daughter‘s friends, birth certificate or school ID to prove that she was a minor in the room!? that even legal!?

Rooms always smell like cigarettes or have a musty/dirty kind of smell. Beds are clean but aren’t the best. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Showers are not consistent, some rooms have low pressure and some extreme high pressure. ACS are great all around and cold. Not a terrible spot for the price but definitely can be better maintained.

Wasn’t the best room. If you just want to go there to sleep than it’s fine. No clocks in the room no fridge or microwave not even a coffee pot.

For the price, I can't complain too much as I figured it wouldn't be like a 5 star hotel. The room was clean but it definitely could use a deep clean. I suggest take your own towels. Guests aren't the classiest given it's a cheap motel, but for having a bed to sleep on while you spend the rest of the day like at Disneyland, it did what it was meant to do.

The hotel had many issues. We got moved to another room that had issues as well. They unfortunately don’t clean very well either under the beds and between the beds was dirty as well as the walls.

The front desk Lady named Cynthia is very nice and has a good costumer Service . Very accomodating . She deserved so Ethiopia g from the company !

Staff is always helpful and quick to help with anything that you may need. Maids are friendly and always smiling. Maintenance is always fixing and cleaning never see them just standing around.

I was told I couldn't check in early because they were sold out. I was only allowed to after seeing them check in someone else 2 hours after I arrived. When I got back to my room at 2 AM it was crawling with roaches that I didn't see during the day. I called but was only moved when the booking service I used contacted the desk. When I woke up the next day in the new room there was a huge pregnant roach on the TV stand. I went down to talk to the manager who was extremely shocked to gmhere there was a roach in the new room (meaning they know which room has roaches and still put me in one). They did absolutely nothing and wouldn't even spray my room because I couldn't vacate it. I had previously booked reservations that could not be changed. I'll admit they gave me a discount for the first night but it should have applied to the whole stay and they shouldn't be renting out rooms that haven't been exterminated properly. I canceled upcoming stays and will not be staying there again. Almost $200 for 2 nights and expecting me to keep moving rooms but they think $37 fixes it.

I had called early that morning to remind the staff we would be checking in late and that we wanted a non smoking room and i was told it would be no problem. Apparently it was a problem, because at check in, a smoking room was all that we were offered or no room at all. The smell of smoke was awful, but at midnight we had no alternative accommodations.

The only thing was that since I got there my room did smell like cigarettes smoke but went away after a bit even tho I was in a non smoking room but their was rooms next to mine that were smoking rooms so makes since why it did. Staff were super friendly. Easy check in and check out. Room was very clean and they did some minor upgrades to it. A/C was perfect and silent. My one and only complaint was the shower size. It was BEYOND tiny. I’ve been in motor homes with bigger showers. But it had good water pressure and the hot water lasted a long time.

The toilet was clogged. They don’t have maintenance people after 6 pm and before 9 am. Our crap was floating all over the bathroom and room. I had to borrow a plunger to help fix the toilet. They didn’t acknowledge the problem not apologize. They offered no compensation for the misery they put us through

However, I missed a more thorough cleaning, such as cleaning the floors, which was not done during that time. Another point that could be improved is the room amenities. Having a microwave and a mini fridge would make a big difference and make the stay even more comfortable, especially for families or longer stays. Overall, I recommend the hotel for its cost-benefit, but with these small improvements, the experience would be perfect.

The parking lot needed fixing but the rooms were clean with no signs of bugs. The AC worked great. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Parking was great, but it’s an older hotel. Our door didn’t close all the way, but still locked and everything. We could hear the upstairs guests being super loud. Other than that, it was okay.

There was enough parking very secure the a/c in the room work good. The young lady in the lobby when I check in was very kind and respectful. The problem was the room they gave me a smoking room when I had my family with me. I ask for non-smoking room but they didn't have none available at that time then getting to the room I had to leave the door open for about an hour because it smells so bad of smoke. The guy in the next room had his music up so loud. That's not even the bad part what got me more frustrated was the towels look used and it was stain I had to tell my mother to ask for other towels that are clean but once my mother gave me apparently the clean towels there were too stain and had hairs stuck in the fabric. I have never ever wrote a bad review in my life I don't like. It seemed wrong but in this case I was very disappointed I have stayed in a couple Motel 6 but this was a no no. Don't get me wrong the staff was great they were wonderful and understanding but it's the property that was very yucky

They never cleaned our room the.4 nights we stayed even when we requested, twice. The key cards for both rooms constantly needed to be re done, they had no quarters for their own laundry room and had us go across the street to a coin op laundry to get change. The rooms are TINY both beds are against the wall on one side with a skinny walkway between. Uncomfortable beds, small room.

Staff was great and front desk was very helpful with a small issue I did encounter and was very quickly resolved. Thank you front desk. Other than that, room was well cleaned and ready for my stay.

We were both asked to produce ID’s .We were taken back with this since we weren’t notified of this policy! Also, I requested a downstairs room because my husband has scooter, I was told the type of room I requested was only available on the second floor. There were no rooms with two beds available on the first floor. My husband had to use the stairs when it’s difficult for him to do so!

Always had a great experience here give or take a few unexpected problems that were beyond control of the staff.

Second time staying here. Great price and i love that pets stay free. This time the pool was open. I wish there was a bathtub, all rooms had showers. Rooms are clean, but not very spacious, but we enjoyed our stay. Having a laundry room was a plus. Motel is near restaurants and entertainment.

Checked in nothing unusual. Get to room, unload truck, go to dinner. Return to room and find that the TV isn't working. Call desk and they say "we are aware of an issue with the cable company, it's affecting all TV's, cable company should have it fixed tomorrow" No apology given, just a sorry bout your luck. Later that evening I went to heat up my dinner leftovers and get ice. I over hear two guests complaining about the TV situation and how it's already been a whole day without TV. The next morning there is a notice up by microwave about the TV situation. I check out and zero notification at check in desk about TV. I contact hotels.com and express my frustration about not being told at check in that there was no TV service available. That if I would have known this upon check-in I would not checked in there and gone somewhere else that had TV service available. Hotels.com contacted Motel 6 and they lied saying that there's notification at the front desk upon check-in about the TV service. I again reiterated to the rep from hotels.com I would have never checked in find new there was not going to be TV available. Hotels.com response basically called me a liar and said there's nothing they can do about the situation because I had already completed the stay. They then offered me $15 in one key cash for the inconvenience. I paid $71 cash and $45 one key cash for that room at Motel 6. This is the treatment I received being a Platinum member with over 300 stays over 10yrs!!!!!

Great location. Parking was plentiful. Towels are horrible. I went out and bought my own. The floor felt a bit gummy. There are huge gaps underneath door. I didn’t want any uninvited insects so I rolled up a bath towel and stuffed under gap. Cable was out. I received a notification morning after day I checked in stating there was an outage. Furniture needs a major update. Press wood was separating at base of some of the furniture. Overall, money needs to be spent to upgrade units.

Great location. I was stuck with a smoking room so I wasn't thrilled about it, so I have a bias; but I actually liked the room itself (minus the smell... which honestly wasn't THAT bad). It was clean and great layout. I noticed there's a Laundromat in the property which is an awesome amenity to have. Overall a good experience

There was coffee in a microwave in the lobby. We didn’t use the pool, but there was a nice looking pool there Jack-in-the-Box next-door. if you read every review, you’ll find out all the reasons a roach crawling on the wall then being moved to another room and the TV didn’t work. It had this blurry colors going through it. You couldn’t see it. The phone also didn’t work. The mattress was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life, hard breaking in the middle. in both rooms.

Property was fine. Staff was great this time and last time I stayed. Room this time was okay. The first time I was here the room was upgraded from the aesthetic to the mattress, that's the reason I looked past the horrible wifi and TV service. This time I wasn't able to watch any TV but to cutting out and I really would of liked to relax watch some movies at the end of the day.

cleaning staff left shaving hair on faucet and wall was dirty (red spot yuck). no other rooms available. heard fireworks and saw people walking around with fireworks outside it was scary. (around CNY time)... seems like area has a lot of Asians who do firecrackers for Chinese New Year but it was scary as they were setting off in the motel parking lot and across the street.

Parking was plentiful, and the check-in process was easy. The rooms were basic, though old, and provided a place to sleep. Didn't run into any bed bugs or other pests, so that was a plus! The bathroom could be updated, and I wish there had been a mini fridge in the room. Other than that, a decent place to stay for a night, but I wouldn't recommend for multiple nights.

Additionally, there were serious plumbing issues throughout my stay: the bathroom faucet would not shut off, and the bathtub’s overflow drain was completely blocked.

Great stay

The shower is significantly small, even my 7 year old complained that there wasn’t enough room. The bathroom was a bit dirty and when we walked in the room smelled like damp. We aired it out and it went away. The beds were pretty comfortable and clean.

At 10:30 i called from desk to ask checkout late 15 minutes no any one on phone… i called 3-4 times I had to walk in to front desk so far ( bc their place is big) the girl in front desk said that “ I give u 15 minutes “ OMG I stayed this hotel over 20 times She looked like give me bonus 15 minutes.. when I go back to the room . My room key , they locked not working I had to go back … And back to the room …and cleaning team knocked the door to check out.. after that front desk staff call phone .. ( I called them no hear me but they called me to rush) I said “ ok “ …. When I moved out and seated in my car “ no any body coming to clean “ Why they have to call and rush guests … So weird Just 15 minutes…

the location is close to all the places i need to go also close to my friends in the area. i moved to Arizona and come to orange county a lot. the price is fair and they allow pets/ friendly staff the beds are very uncomfortable. usually ice machine is broke and vending machines are always out of most sodas. still will stay there whenever I'm in town.

The tolit was backed up the whole time when i made my reservation i asked for specfic things as in a clear path way from my car to the room with no stairs. I had just got out of the hospital after 7 days inpatient for pneumonia later that day had stitches put in my knee so this was a must have request. Since i had to climb a stair i lost my balance and went back down again. This time rippied out the fresh stitches i went down so hard on y tail bone and lower back i had bowel movement. I laid there calling for help

The staff was accommodating. The rooms were cleaned daily, but I wouldn’t say spotless. The beding was old and the beds were not compfy. The office stafff on the other hand were very rude at times and were not accommodating as far as being helpful with a rebooking at not just one it seemed to be entire staff. If you were late they blatantly told you you would be banned from there hotel. Where most hotels I’ve gone to have always been very accommodating with helping with your staying over . These folks were not interested in your rent-booking and staying additional al time . They seemed to care less! Maybe because they have dealt with so many homeless people since pandemic. They have lots of homeLess people all around the hotel all the time scary

Stay #4 We got a second floor again and it was on the inside of the building what felt like a dungeon. One of the two beds was broken, like caved in broken lose yourself in the quicksand of the bed as it steals you into its recesses broken so I was tired and made sure not to have my ass cheek on the broken side. They asked if I wanted room service when I booked a second night out of extreme exhaustion in this room. I said,”No, thank you.” I left my computer on one of the two beds and all of my valuables not secured thinking no one was entering my room but me my son and my dog. In the am after booking and paying for a second night and telling front desk No to room service and watching her radio room service to tell them to stand down and it’s a no on room service oh and me booking the $10-11 higher priced room and them keeping me in the same room like they did me a favor and not offering a discount which again I was tired and I shrugged off because zero expectations other than safety and sleep at this point and potentially privacy since I looked someone in the eye and they understood not to go in my room. We go to a nice brunch at Norms and come back to go to the bathroom after a couple hours and there is housekeeping in my room. Door wide open. I peeked in and she was so they involved in doing nothing and staring off by my bed while not making it she didn’t notice me. Cart was not blocking the door so anyone could have walked in my room and taken anything. I didnt have the energy for a confrontation since I was in a good mood. So, I went back down to my car with my son and sat for 10 to 15 min and waited for her to be done. Nothing happened, no movement so we just left on to the next activity.

I went to knotts and there was a problem w/ my original booking. I got places here by hotels.com. First room looked clean but there were bay roaches on the counter. I went back to the office and asked for another room. Second room had 1 small roach which we killed. It was almost 2 am at this point and I looked around and wiped everything down with bleach wipes so I could bring my kids inside. But they were reluctant to come in knowing there had been a roach in both room. The unit was quiet and we’re were able to rest. I just wish it didn’t have a bug problem.

The coffee machine has been broken for at least a month. Beds are not comfortable. Showers are very small. Rooms with microwave & fridge are significantly more expensive. It’s decent as far as the Motel 6 chain goes. The Westminster North location is the best I’ve been to, I’ve been at far worse locations too.

We were told there would be complimentary coffee available in the main area, but there was none during our stay. Additionally, the pool was dirty and inaccessible, which was another letdown. Overall, cleanliness and basic amenities were lacking, and this stay did not meet expectations.

In a good neighborhood. Fence surrounding property for safe feeling. Asked for extra 2 pillows, the front desk had only one. I found a cleaning staff lady and she very politely said that she could get me a second pillow and bring to our room, which she did and made me feel special. Thank you room lady. The only issue was the lady at front desk. I called 1 day before our check in date to make sure we have a crib they told me yes. I called them 4 hours before our check in to make sure about the crib, they told me yes! Next thing you know, we arrive and NO crib. She told me to wait until the next front person comes in, that was going to take 4 hours. It was 10:30 😫 pm. If you don’t need a crib or don’t travel with babies this hotel is good for the price.

The door didnt close completely, so outside noise was even louder. Partiers at 2am, rain and water dripping could be heard easily, road noise, etc. The bathroom is a bit rough looking. The beds are quite hard and stiff. It's just a cheap room for the night, what else you expect from a Motel 6? Not a homeless guy camping out under the tree behind the dumpsters.

It's decent basic shelter. The internet is pretty bad, but if you use your phone data then you probably won't care.

Quick and easy. The hotel looks in goid shape we didnt have the time to explore around more. The only problem we encountered was a population of homeless around the area that make it look like dangerous but overall the place was clean and not new but still ok.

The property does not allow for online bookings through their loyalty app; however, they will immediately charge your bank account and take up to over 30 days and still counting to refund to you for making an online reservation through their app and them refusing to allow it.

I read the reviews from previous stays and thought it would be nice to try, but i guess this place makes the saying "you get what you pay for" a very true statement. Do not stay here people, pictures look nice, but that place is as nice as their employees.

Building itself could use some renovations (i.e. bathtubs in rooms, elevators, etc.), but the staff is extremely helpful, they're both knowledgeable and always kind. The rooms are fairly priced. Also, I absolutely love that pets are always welcome, no deposit is ever needed and the parking is safe and free of charge!

There was a group of guests who turned on loud music in parking lot until late into the night. Albeit with surveillance camera, the staffs did not take action to stop it.

Honestly I was so disappointed on are stay I dint even want to shower looks like it has never been clean. In the booking pictures shows clean nd fun stay no coffee machine like the photo had to go buy one my self ,Pool was closed ice machine not working all supper dirty . Room smelled like mold, walls were squishy from having moisture trapped behind. Doors had gaps under them so you could hear all road traffic. Beds were like a box spring with a thin pad on it. Shower was like one you’d find in an RV and was gross.

The staff was very friendly. Good area. Key card didn’t work when I returned from my day out twice during my stay. Room was cleaned every day, new towels were given and beds were made daily.

We needed a place to sleep, use the restroom, and shower. It worked great for us. They cleaned our room every day

The room it self was ok. Didn’t expect much. The issue was that in the morning the toilet and the shower were clogged the water wouldn’t go down on neither. Informed front desk they said it would be taken care of before we got back. After arriving at night the shower was left dirty from maintenance with dirty towels on the floor and the drain cap off in the floor. This was terrible.

The room was very clean and beds nicely done. The only downside of this place is the wifi. It works less often than not.

Then we received an email saying the hot water was working again, so 3 things broken, none of which were we warned about. Bait and switch scam.

I liked the room. Plenty of parking. Day staff was friendly, but night staff not so much. On Saturday morning at 3am, the guest above me was playing loud music. I had called the night auditor three times about the issue. Their solution was for me to change rooms at 3:30am instead of calling the police to intervene. The rest of my stay was better after I changed rooms. No loud music.

I didn’t use the WiFi so I can’t speak on it, however, there were plenty of parking and I felt Safe parking my vehicle where I could not see it from my room. The rooms were nice and clean. I wish there was a fridge or microwave, but overall it was a great value for the price.

The room was humid amid the AC, fix it! Very loud upstairs guest, sounded like they were moving furniture and practicing a tap dance at all hours. Woke me up at 2am, I called the front desk but to be honest I never heard anyone knock on their door. No shampoo or conditioner, no hot water, no microwave or mini fridge in the room. Cleaning lady banging on a trash can right outside my room before 8am, I checked out 30mins after.

Everything about the property was adequate for a quick stay. They did not have a hair dryer, or shampoo, but plenty of towels. Water was clean and stayed heated, the room was clean but we could only find one outlet to charge phones behind the tv. The area around the hotel was okay. There were kids on their skateboards hanging out around the parking lot for most of the night which made us a bit concerned for our vehicles but nothing troublesome occurred.

We had a cockroach in our room, very noisy, dirty, lightening was terrible, card to get it was a pain and took several times to get in, rusty shower curtain holders and the hangers, beds old and hard, only gave us two flat sheets and a light blanket on beds, ac was falling off wall and could see outside. Very small and bed was pushed up against ac blocking the vents.

Maintenance came at 7am to fix a door on the room next to mine pretty inconvenient to do on a Saturday morning

The other complaint I have is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in all the rooms around you. Our room was 203 so not sure if this is the same for all of their rooms but I do not recommend it. Other than that, staff was wonderful, everything was clean, and the pool was also clean and enjoyable.

Staff is always helpful and on top of issues and concerns. Maintenance quick response to room problems and fast at fixing it. Maids are always cleaning outside of room windows.

Have stayed multiple times at this property with no issues. This time there is an RV trailer living onsite, you can smell marijuna through the walls and coming from the vent. AC broke down at 4am. Front desk offered a room switch but I’m like it’s 3 hrs until I have to leave. They could have offered to bring a fan up to me or something.

There was no hot water available, the room was not properly cleaned and had a weird damp like smell.

I wasnt even warned, informed, or even given a choice to swap to a smaller bed. How can you allow booking for a room when this place just over books and gives away your room. The least you can do is wane your customer you sold their room.

No hot water for whole stay. No pool. This property gave no apology for at points having no ice. Maid service was fine. Clean room. I may have to pass this one up until they get their act together.

When I arrived around 11 pm I was informed there was no hot water & no idea when it would be fixed. As I was sitting at the desk in my room trying to find another motel, a 2 inch cockroach was wandering around the room. Now it is 2 am, i went to the front desk and said i can’t stay here. The front desk guy said he would put me in another room but no hot water as well. I had to wait there until morning when the airlines was dropping off my bag. Horrible experience

Just peaceful ,the bed is so amazing the front desk has beautiful ladies that have excellent customer service. Housekeeping is on it with cleaning great stay.

We were at Disney alll day every day this was a perfect spot to come fall asleep for 6 hours and then head out- we had a standard room and it was pretty small for 4 ppl. No shampoo/conditioner provided so make sure you pack some. Room was cleaned every other day worked out great for what we needed.

Other than having to take a cold shower because the hot water is out, this motel is conveniently located in the middle the restaurants, shopping centers, laundromats liquor stores. Free Wi-Fi your pet stay for free.

The bed was comfortable, the front desk at check in was rude with accusations of having other people with me then after I paid for the room they informed me I wouldn't have hot water to shower with. Expedia tried to get my money back or even half but the manager said no. I checked in after 6:00 so I couldn't do anything about it. The manager told me they posted on their site about no hot water but I checked and they hadn't posted any such thing. The tv didn't work well being that the picture was in and out and kept losing the signal even though the signal was strong. This property is run down and not kept up very well and the staff in the office are rude and treat people like trash. this was the worst motel stay I've ever had. I won't be back here again.

Then the room had this terrible smell when you first walked in. No microwave or fridge which wasn’t too serious but still. Well we had a choice having a room with air conditioning and no hot water because the boiler went out or having a room with hot water and no air conditioning we chose the air conditioning and had to go to the office whenever we wanted to take a shower and get a key for a different room to shower so that was kind of and inconvenience I think they should have given us the discount but overall my state was nice it always is when I'm here

Room was very clean and staff were helpful! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The floors are hardwood, and not carpet which felt much cleaner to us. Ice machines, vending machines, and microwave in the lobby. There is a Target 3 minutes (driving) away, and a Jack in the box in the hotel parking lot which was great for midnight snacks! Would stay again!

We found roaches within minutes of being there!!!!! So gross!!! The room smelled of mold and the door was broken. COULD NOT STAY THE NIGHT THE ROACHES WERE UNBEARABLE!!

Service not good. The bed was lumpy and two pillows but I had to give my wife my pillow so that she would be fine , because it felt like I didn’t have a pillow at all. The toilet was like a child toilet, that was exactly like the one I had installed at my house for my grand niece her been only 4 years old. But the one at your hotel was relatively very small and I’m telling you I don’t have a big butt, I’m just a normal size adult. I’m also disabled and your shower was also very small , I was there only one night but I wasn’t able to take a shower the next morning because I needed just another foot of space in the shower. No ICE. Compare to other Motels 6. That I have stayed, This is the worst, and I do travel all over the United States from east to west and north to south and I’m sorry but this was really bad.

I love staying here as we travel a lot for work. The staff are so kind. Only thing I don’t like is people don’t clean up after their dogs and the areas to toilet them are very small so there’s poop everywhere. People ruin it for others because they don’t clean up! I think the hotel should watch cameras or something and charge people for not cleaning up their messes!

They could do with better mattresses. First time in any hotel/motel that I slept on a cot like mattress, which was well worn.
