Everything was amazing, especially the bartender and the valet guys!

We loved the whole experience - spacious lobby, courteous staff, nice breakfast but best of all - the room was spectacular!

Centrally located and very comfortable rooms.

Great room-very spacious and clean

Our suite was so well appointed. full kitchen, (not that we used it but really nice), living area with sectional couch, desk, pull out circular table and 2 comfy queen beds. Large Flat screen TV welcoming us by name on the screen and the spacious well lit, well appointed bathroom with a shower with awesome water pressure made it feel very "spa like" Valet parking was a cinch, and cheap to store your car over night, and every staff member was so kind. Ok so the breakfast (which I rarely do) was also really really fresh and healthy. fresh fruit, grains, egg sandwiches, bacon, scrambled eggs and a fresh waffle station with coolers full of fresh juices, and anything you wanted. Staff for breakfast was kind and attentive. If you are looking for a 4 star experience on a 2 star budget. This is the spot. I think our 2 nights were less than $500?! I will be sure to be back! Very clean hotel and great staff

Friendly staff.

My stay was fantastic my only gripe is they changed my room from two queen beds to a king because of air conditioning issues in the original room and my son had to sleep on the pullout couch which isn’t as comfortable and I was trying to get all the comfort possible out of my stay. But they did give a little discount which was better than nothing.

The staff was very friendly and polite, easy check-in. The room was excellent very clean tidy and quiet. The pool was warmer than the hot tub which was problematic. The only parking offer was valet. Expedia said it was $15 was $22 but that could’ve been a price update overall good hotel breakfast was fantastic.

The whole point of my stay was to rest. My husband gifted me with a stay at your hotel for Mother’s Day. So I was looking forward to to resting and sleeping late; something I don’t get to do at all. Was very disappointed that the alarm clock in the room was preset for 6:00am and woke me up. Defeated the purpose of coming to the hotel to rest.

From valet , to breakfast to staff ~

The hotel is lovely, clean, fresh and very comfortable. If I had to critique something it would be the wifi. Very slow and not very strong. Otherwise my stay was perfect. The front desk staff was very pleasant and the breakfast selection was better than expected

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, from the valet to the front desk. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. It resembled a studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, silverware, and dishes. The room also featured a nice TV with various channels and internet services like Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom was stunning, and there was a convenient vanity area outside, ideal for getting ready while someone else used the bathroom. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, and they even had a large L-shaped couch. Overall, it was an amazing place for the price, and I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Connecticut!

We found are room to be large and comfortable. The only chbage I would make is that the breakfast time be extended by 30 minutes to 9:30 weekdays, 10 weekends.

Everything was great about this hotel, but the staff were so HORRIBLE! I go to check in and the girl at the front desk is looking at my ID as if it were fake. It was real by the way. Then she asks her coworker something on the side, and I ask what the problem is. At this point she is comparing it to her own ID and asks me for another form of ID because I looked too young. I am 28. I thought it was very unprofessional and I had to pull up a picture of my passport to confirm. I think there are more professional ways to confirm a persons age! It was absolutely ridiculous and she doesn’t deserve to be working there. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect.

The location was great and the room was big and clean. I thought the bathrooms could have been better stocked: 2 bath towels per person, for example, would have been better. Also there could have been some bathroom amenities: qtips, cotton balls, etc.
