    The staff was very friendly and helpful only problem I had was that there were guests and their children were screaming while I was trying to sleep. For the most part I would recommend if you have plans to stay for a short time this would be a good place to book a stay.

    Things to Know: •The rooms don't have curtains so by 5am it's BRIGHT. •Mattress and bedding are terrible. •There are ZERO kitchen supplies - nothing. Not a cup or anything. They must be purchased at the front desk. •No ice or cups. •Coffee in the lobby didn't work. •Hotel is super noisy. •Entire hotel reeks of POT! It's so bad you can have a contact high in the hallway. We would not stay here again.

    Good for long term stay, you can extend the stay easily. Close to highway 95 and the base. It has a little cooktop and a large refrigerator. Cons: No service of any kind. you are responsible to clean and if you run out of toilet paper or soap you have to get them yourself. Building smells, especially the elevator, but I was told it is not an old building. Elevator is slow but you can take the stairs.

    The staff were very nice, but that was the only redeeming feature. There was old urine all over the toilet, the floor was sticky and filthy, and there were dead - and live - bugs on the walls. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

    There was no complimentary breakfast provided. The shower pressure was horrible. There were no cups in the room only the absolute bare minimum was provided. The pillows were postage stamps and were the flattest I've ever seen/felt.

    The management staff was horrible, the TV in room 332 only got 3 channels, you have to pay for clean linen and towels. If I rated the overall stay I would only give it a 2 out of 10.

    The mattresses were hard and I rotated like a rotisserie chicken all night. The pillows were extremely flat. I was surprised that for an extended stay, the mattress and pillows were so awful. It was mostly clean; housekeeping needs to pay attention to the top of the shower where it meets the wall. The bathroom light fixture is very rusty. There is minimal staffing at the front desk because when I walked by in the morning and mid afternoon, it was unoccupied. I called the front desk one night at about midnight because of screaming on the floor below, and it rang through to a call center. I don't know if my complaint made a difference, but the screaming stopped a short time later. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

    They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded.

    The check-in associate was not friendly at all. The room could use some updates; the bathroom mirror was pitted and rusty, and so was the bedside lamp. The mattress was on a frame, no box spring. The top sheet and blanket wouldn't stay tucked in. The room could have been cleaner

    When we arrived they stated that the room I chose and booked online was not available, someone else still had it. The only other offer they had was a room with a full size bed. We were too tired from our 4 1/2 hour drive so we took it. But it was extremely cold and no amenities. We put the heater on & after 20 mins still no heat. We complained and they stated "oh it takes a while". We chose to leave and they refused any kind of refund not even a partial. The place and room is NOT what is posted on-line. Its a pretty sketchy place, I did not feel safe there for some reason. I DO NOT recommend this place for travelers unless its an extreme emergency and only for a night.

    The price I’ve been staying at this location often for the past 4 years and have seen it go through atleast 4 different managers. And everytime a new manager came in, the facility got worse and worse. The very last time I stayed, which was a few months ago, I was placed on the 4th floor and the room had a strong odor of raid roach spray. I had my kids with me and the smell was very unbearable! And it also had roaches in the sink!! I was so disappointed, because this facility used to be so clean and well kept. I asked to switch rooms, and the manager became agitated , and said I had to wait until check-in time to switch rooms, or I had to downgrade from a two bed to a one bed room with no discount. I ultimately just took the hit and changed rooms to a one bed room. My last stay wasn’t convenient at all and I haven’t been back since..

    We were a family on vacation to visit friends in the area. I thought an extended stay place would be more comfortable for us since it had a kitchen. It did not mention in the listing that the room rate just gets you the bed. Clean towels, wifi, the use of dishes or pots and pans in the room kitchen, basically everything I would have expected to have in a hotel room are an additional charge. The staff were extremely courteous and as accommodating as they could be. But it was clear that there were people drinking and smoking at all hours. We left to another hotel a night early after an intoxicated man made inappropriate comments to my teenaged daughter and she had to hide in the stairwell from him. I'm sure it is fine if you need an inexpensive room in the area. It is most definitely not a place to stay for families on vacation.

As well, there are no amenities such as a pool, coffee bar or breakast bar. It was relatively clean, but had a sufficient security plan. It was at the end of corporate blvd and was very quiet

    There was breakfast That there was no breakfast and no compassion was shown to residents who were struggling to have a place to lay their head. I had just released out of the hospital due to an accident and unexpected surgery in December 2024. I travel to Northern VA for Thanksgiving and was administered the wrong medication at a rehab facility which almost took my life.

    The location was convenient. The fact you have to pay to exchange your dirty linens, you didn't have a hand towel, you're only able to connect one device to the wifi which kept going in and out, didn't have a bucket for ice in which I didn't see an ice vending machine, the 1st light in the room works when it wants to, the pressure in the sink in the bathroom wasn't enough, people who had dogs don't stop their dogs from barking so much, couldn't have any peace and quiet half the time, the staff was unprofessional, when you walk into the room, it feels a little humid as if the air wasn't on and just most of all disappointed of this hotel.

    Limited staff, I had just got in, riding in the rain, soaked to the bone, dripping wet, and no one to check me in! I had to ring a bell and no one came to help!     There is NO amenities, no coffee maker in room, even tho the rooms have a kitchenet there are no cooking utensils, although they have a sign that says you can buy them, when I asked about a coffee maker I was told they don't have any, the bed was not comfortable, a lumpy mattress on a spring, bedding was rough, not of good quality. There was also no hangers provided for hanging clothes. Definitely not a place for business travelers! I had to plan this trip quickly for work and thought I was booking at a place I stayed at other times I went there, It was not the same place with a similar name that's up the road. Yes it is cheaper then others but I would definitely pay more for hot water, comfortable bed, and coffee, the other place up the road even has a great breakfast spread. I don't mind roughing it a bit, but this place has absolutely nothing that would make me want to go back there!     There was black mold on the ceiling of our shower. On day two it started to leak into the shower from the ceiling. There was an abundance of smell of marijuana on site. There was a crack in the shower basin. There were very little amenities provided. We left early and went to another hotel, and they would not give us a refund for our last night in spite of the black mold and leaking ceiling.

    The chair in the room was a kitchen table chair. There is no coffee maker in the room or available in the lobby for 20 of the 24 hour day. I was told you have to ask for a coffee maker as I was checking out but it wasn't mentioned to me in advance.

    The property is located right outside of MCB Quantico and very convenient for family day and graduations from OCS. We booked four rooms and each was unique in what it provided. One room had soap and shampoo, one had a bath mat, one had a plastic mattress protector, and one had extra towels, but none had all of it.     This was one of the best lower cost hotels I'd stayed at. We had an annoying dog next door to us but that was not the hotel staff's fault and otherwise our stay was great. The entire staff is insanely friendly and welcoming and the on-site manager is very sweet and has nothing but good intentions for the people staying. I am staying again for a week soon and will consistently stay afterward as needed.

    Staff deserves a better hotel. It was pretty gross!! Carpet was gross and made my eyes water. It felt like you were walking on a soggy sponge. I had to invest in house shoes because I didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. Nasty smell. Roaches crawled around everywhere. We left with bite marks all over our body. We never confirmed if it was bed bugs or not because they put this cover on the bed that won’t allow you to physically see the mattress. Now that we are no longer at the hotel, the bumps are going away. Like I said, staff is great and deserves a much better hotel.

    I provided my card number for $111.19 including hotel booking protection fee through Expedia to stay at WoodSpring Suites Quantico Hotel with my friend on Friday, 3/22/2024. I spoke with the female staff in the hotel counter on the phone on Thursday, 3/21/2024 L.A. time at 12:09 p.m., and I told her that I would be there after 11 p.m. on Friday night. She said I can check in until 2 a.m. We flew from L.A. to Washington Airport at 9:30 p.m. and arrived at the hotel in a rental car at about 11:20 p.m., but there was no one at the counter, the blinds on the counter windows were down and we called several times for half an hour, but no one answered the phone, so we couldn't check in. On a rainy, cold, dark night, the hotels around us had no rooms, so we managed to stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Woodbridge Virginia Hotel in the distance of 10 miles, but the hotel cost was $311.97 per night. I believe that this $311.97 should be refunded from Expedia. I definitely made a reservation through Expedia to stay at WoodSpring Suites Quantico Hotel, but I couldn't check in. Also, Virginia is the first unfamiliar place I've ever visited in my life, because I and my friend were in a desperate situation on a tired, cold, rainy dark night.

Staff very polite and helpful! On a previous stay I believe the female auditor used my credit card fraudulently I cant prove all was made right by my card company.     Excellent customer service. Had an issue and it was fixed immediately by the staff. The only draw back I could see is although they gave free coffee they could’ve gave some danishes or muffins to go with it. Other than that the room was clean and they checked on the trash. I’d stay there again.

    Was a good comfortable stay. Didn’t read that pets were allowed, so had a dog next door, but behaved I guess. Staff was nice. Good location for the Marine Corps Museum.

    The WIFI though was a deal breaker for us. You are allowed ONE device to hook up to the Wifi there. I got my son's wifi set up & then went to log into my laptop to do some work & they wanted to charge us for a 2nd device. That was a bummer.

    Very clean, modern, quiet, facilities. It felt like having a studio apartment. Building is in a commercial neighborhood and it feels very safe. For the price I paid, I am very happy with my experience and will seek out a WoodSpring Suites on my next trip.

    Someone kept smoking weed in a room nearby, and it kept getting into my room which was really annoying. Also, somehow the room we booked was switched to another, which required one of us to sleep on a pullout bed. This didn't seem to be the hotel's fault, but it was frustrating nonetheless.
