Breakfast was terrible just honeybuns and cereal to choose from but no milk to go with the cereal. Coffee was mehr but room was clean and beds and pillows fantastic to sleep on

The room was better than I expected. Last minute stay.The bed felt brand new. However the office had an overwhelming smell food or incense set off my allergies. I would recommend it to people.

When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! This is the first time in my life that I have stayed at a hotel that ran out of hot water. The room was not clean. There were hairs on the floor. The bed sheets had some black grease- like stains on them. The bathroom wall by the toilet paper holder appeared to have some smeared feces on it. Disgusting. The advertise breakfast was two choices of cereal and some unripe apples. There was no milk put out for the cereal and I had to ask for it. When I checked out, I asked to be partially refunded for the room based on it’s terrible condition and the water situation. The staff told me they couldn’t authorize that but would have to check with the manager. I asked them to do so and gave them my telephone number and email address to advise me on what his answer was. I never received a call or email. Avoid this property at all costs. Very very poor.

The bathroom sink stopper was stuck in the stopped without being able to open. Electrical outlet in bathroom not working even though I played around with outlet trip. Only hot water at the sink because plumber forgot to turn cold water back on. No breakfast other than coffee and apples.

The tub looked brown. The seat by the table was not cleaned. Overall it was good.

I had to finally use the emergency contact phone to get the management to bring some milk for the cereal. No one came when I had 3 sessions of ringing the bell. No sugar for coffee and only cream available was a sugar free option. Over the next few days, there was still only raisin bran, some apples appeared, and Walmart muffins or honey buns. Poor!

The bed was super comfy but the room could use some updating, especially the bathroom. There were several “cigarette” burns along the toilet and tub and the water pressure was terrible. Otherwise definitely worth the price.

This was a quick overnight stay during a long drive. When I walked into the room it had a funny smell. While giving my daughter a shower I noticed black mold in the shower curtain. And while laying in bed there were burn marks in the blanket. Lastly I was trying to check out at 6am no one was at the front desk, I rang the bell there and called which it said to do and no one ever came I ended up just leaving the keys on the front desk.

It was relatively quiet so I have no complaints there. No carpeting in the rooms like it used to. I just wish it wouldn’t have put me on the top floor for a non-smoking room with me being an older lady and having a lot of stuff to haul around.

The stay overall was just ok. The room was very smokey to have been a non smoking room. There was only one washcloth which was dirty. And the shower curtain was full of mold.

The location and it was very well lit and noise free I seen like 3 roaches

Our reservation was lost. So we never stayed. The women at the front desk was very rude and didn't seem to care that there was an issue. By the looks of the front sask area (very dirty), I almost glad that it was lost.

The rooms are filthy at this motel the fridge was full of ice couldn't use the freezer the bed sheets had stains on them dust and dirt everywhere the house keepers hear dont do thier jobs properly

Overall it was not too bad. Microwave had not been cleaned and was dirty. Only one towel/hand towel/wash cloth per person. Breakfast was store bought cupcakes/muffins and dry cereal, so had to fend for ourselves for breakfast. We had an extended stay, and would possibly stay again.

The staff was helpful and attentive which I appreciated, however the overall facility was just alright. Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Wouldn’t say I was wanting for anything except for perhaps a better location/locale but that’s not the place’s fault.

The staff was very courteous and kind, the room was very clean and spaciously laid out, and the appliances and electronics were fairly new. On the disappointing side, the washcloths were old and worn out from overwashing, the light fixtures were dated and there were very few electric sockets in the room, the room security (door locks) was insufficient and didn't work properly, and the offer of breakfast; well that's another story altogether... The offer of breakfast was deceptive —while the hotel didn't publish a “continental breakfast", I assume they left out the word Continental because they intentionally left out alot of food. Providing a single coffee dispenser, a cereal dispenser of Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes, some shriveled up oranges and Costco packages of mini muffins, can't even be considered a super light continental (or any kind of) breakfast. The hotel could rank up to a 3 or 3 1/2 stars if they made a serious effort at providing a decent breakfast. But again, for a budget hotel, it left me pleasantly surprised for the most part. A little more focus on upgrading their customer service and this particular Super 8 would be a Super Find.

Tv did not work, cigerette burns on the bedding, and stains on the sheets and furniture. Also, they do not use full size pillows. I do understand Super 8 is a budget hotel, but a few minor tweaks would make this hotel much more comfortable.

First of all, there were holes in the walls, some patched others not. It was supposed to be non smoking and clearly someone was smoking in the room and they tried to mask the odder.

Our TV did not work. I contacted The desk immediately and they did not resolve the issue. The next morning, I also advised staff of the issue and they said we will let them know but nothing was done. There was also a used to towel hanging in the bathroom

Overall the stay was okay, since I only spent the night. Definitely not worth the price though, the TV didnt work, Wifi wouldnt connect, the mini fridge was not cold, the AC unit was horrible, the water pressure in the shower was weak, towels were stained and the AC unit was horrible. I dont like giving bad reviews but I would definitely not stay there again.

Not very clean, standard cheap motel, except it wasn't cheap. Not worth almost $100 by the time fees are added in. Cuts/burns on bedspread, dirt in every corner of the room. Thankfully it was quiet. Good water pressure in the shower. Would have been a perfectly acceptable room for more like $50-60. Yes I understand it's close to Fredericksburg/not crazy far from DC, but still.

I don't know if it was bed bugs or something else but they are all over. If you absolutely need a place to stay, it's good for the price but please bring your own blanket and some disinfectant spray.

It was just what I needed. A clean bed after a long day on the road. Nothing fancy, but I felt safe, the owners were kind and efficient. I was super excited that they had honey buns and banana nut muffins for breakfast I'm the lobby.

The front desk people were very accommodating to us, so I would have liked to leave a 5 star review. However, the carpet in one of our rooms (Room 106) had several disgusting food stains that appeared to be very recent. It is my hope that the owners of the property start showing more respect to their guests by keeping their property clean. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable.

The rooms were very outdated and dirty. Didn’t look like rooms had been cleaned in awhile. Manager was very rude when I said something to them. I wouldn’t suggest staying there.

Typical hotel, clean and friendly. However when i had to check out early morning manager refused to assist in my reservation refund

Close to where I needed to be, room needs upgrade and updates. Old blankets sheets with holes, which we thought was bugs but was NOT. Very nice staff. Please upgrade rooms and linens, double room should have enough for 4!

My room had a huge hole in the wall,and my sisters room,which waa non smoking had a cigarette burn on the bed

This was my least favorite of lots of bookings through hotels.com. The room smelled awful, the air conditioner had not been turned on and it was 85 degrees when we checked in and the sheets felt and sounded like plastic. I was thankful we had planned on being there a very short amount of time.

Just gross, my bathroom had blood splatters all over the door, walls and ceiling. The maid on my second day of stay insisted she come in to vacuum even when I said I didn’t need service. She boldly told me she had to or would not get paid. I have NEVER had a maid insist she had to come in my room. I’m very upset with this hotel. The only good thing about the hotel was the bed was comfy.

It was a OK hotel. The room was clean but, very muggy without the AC on full blast. The carpet felt slightly damp so wouldn’t recommend not wearing socks. The shower worked and it does the job for a hotel. $100 was to me pricey considering the condition. Could be updated! Not enough pillows only two per bed and they were small. Not enough towels either. Breakfast was terrible. Used to the eggs and bacon and all that and this was just already cooked toast and vending machine cinnamon rolls lol wouldn’t not recommend if your looking for a place to stay but I’m sure there are better!

Staff was very nice. My room was clean and the king bed was comfy. Carpets need a good cleaning but overall it served its purpose.

FRIENDLY/CLEAN/COMFORTABLE/EXCELLENT SHOWER!! That should say it all.

We liked the cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Just about the best ever. There was one small glitch in that we left early on our first day there, and the maid service completely forgot to clean our room. The manager quickly took care of providing fresh towels and removing the old ones when this was pointed out.

Lots of street noise but the curtains did help reduce the noise.

It was great sleep was nice and bed was good no sound tv looks good

Room had a bad odor . It was not clean. I will not stay there again !!!

Very clean. Many food options in walking distance. Bed very comfortable. Checkin was quick. Staff was excellent
