Will definitely stay again!

The room was 86 degrees when we got there. It took all night to cool the room ogg.

Everything was perfect. The building was clean and modern, and the staff, especially April, was warm and welcoming. My room was spacious and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Additionally, there was free breakfast, and a welcome-back meal in the evening that included wine, along with 24-hour coffee. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and if I have another training session at Quantico, I will definitely stay here again.

Property/room was clean. Pool and gym were nice. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was decent. No complaints - would definitely stay again.

Location (close to my family) and there's a 7-Eleven with gas on the same site. Very convenient.

The room was fairly clean, the staff was hard to find someone at the desk, The kitchen lady was AMAZING! She was so friendly and made sure there was plenty of food out for everyone. We were excited to use the pool. Upon arrival and checking it out, It was green with algae growing and a film on top. So that was extremely disappointing.

I got bitten by bed bugs in room 310. There were 2 queen beds but the bed near bathroom had bed bugs. My son slept in the other bed and he wasn’t bitten. I got bitten up and down my legs. I contacted the property directly to let them know

Hotel staff was the only positive at this location. Toilet did not flush and we were unable to get another room until the next day. When we were moved there was left over food in the cabinets and shower had hair in it. I would not stay here again. Horrible hotel and the reviews are very deceptive.

I have stayed at this hotel two times and it is one of my favorite places to stay. While traveling, it is beautiful. It has been remodeled. It is clean. The breakfast is nice. The staff is amazing. The accommodations are top-of-the-line. Absolutely would recommend and would stay here every time

Location was perfect for getting off/on the highway for our extended trip. The facility was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was sub-par. Not enough milk for cereal or coffee.

Stunk like marinuana at the desk and the whole 2nd floor. Giant blood stain on pull out sofa mattress. Notified clerk who did nothing to remedy the issue.

The breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant. I was disappointed in the room. I expected it to be nicer. The mattress was lumpy and the towels and sheets didn't smell fresh.

The room was great! There was so much space in the room. It was nice that the beds were I. A separate part of the room. The kitchen was set up well. Basic cooking items. Great breakfast and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday they put out some snack type food for guests to have a light meal. Not very much parking but it was safe parking and very clean.

Shareef provided excellent customer service at Staybridege Quantico/Stafford Virginia! Pool wasn't opened partially during my stay.

The stay was fantastic. The Black Friday rate was wonderful, and the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and loved the little kitchenet was great with paper towel, coffee, etc. I absolutely would stay here again in a heart beat.

The entire atmosphere was a pleasant experience! The staff was courteous, rooms were clean, comfortable bed,plenty of towels, maintenance man quick to respond and the breakfast was delicious! Perfect location for our visit to see our son graduate from Marine Officer School. We even enjoyed the outside patio and felt so safe. The 7/11convenience store is located within a short walking distance came in handy for unexpected items needed without having to drive. My family and I give this hotel a 5 star!

The hotel was nice but only thing is that there is very limited parking and something to consider if coming later in evening or alone. I did like the hotel room it was big, had full kitchen and very clean! The hotel staff was very nice and I would stay here again anytime.

The only negative is that we were given a handicapped room and did not have a king bed which we requested.

My reservation was prepaid but when we arrived they couldn't proceed my credit card for safety deposit. It took 30 min to check in and 2 clerks to solved the issue. I have asked for 6th floor, 1st clerk assigned us a room but second clerck gave us a third floor room...we didn't want to go over this again so we took it...the room was nice and clean, mattress so so...breakfast open at 7:00 which is late when you are on the road. But the clerk starts at 7:00. Nothing was out and ready before 7:30. I took out and plug the toaster myself. We left at 8:00 with my breakfast in my hand. All the food was not out yet and couldn't get a tea because water was not hot yet.. overall a nice hotel but we weren't lucky I guess!!

5 strikes and you're out! 1) desk clerk gave something other than the internet code asked for.; 2) had to walk down to lobby to tell desk clerk the room phone doesn't work, only to be told "Oh yeah, some of the phones are broken".; 3) Asked where ice machine was since the ice maker in the in-room fridge had been turned off (no ice upon check-in) only to be told "yeah, sometimes previous guests may have turned them off".; 4) when I moved ottoman out of my way it revealed two full size ladies acrylic fingernails on carpet.; 5) The trash can in the otherwise fully outfitted kitchen was at best large enough to hold the typical packaging waste you might expect from lunch for one person, so the otherwise nice countertop had to double as the over-flow spot for trash by the end of our 1st day. Advice to Management: Train housekeeping to check that phones work, to check that ice makers are turned on, and to lift ottoman to reveal disgusting large acrylic fingernails left behind by previous guest before allowing your next guests to check-in! And match garbage can size to intended use! A little bitty trash can be OK for a bathroom or under a desk, but is NOT adequate for a kitchen. A nice room, but a poor experience that could have been avoided if the Staybridge Suites management paid closer attention to the most basic details any guest would expect in a hotel room.

Heavenly. Huge room, great check in. We were exhausted and parking was close and easy. Room was sparkling clean and smelled clean too! We settled in so fast and staff went above and beyond to be friendly helpful and welcoming. We will be coming back❤️❤️

When I requested to just see a copy of the certificate I was told by the staff (Jeanie) “I don’t have to show you anything”. Also upon checking out I also requested a reciept for my check out and she refused to give me that as well. Im completely not satisfied with my stay at this location

He was quite impressed with his room, which was spacious and comfortable, the staff, the breakfast area was very nice and they had great coffee. The proximity to the Marine Corp base was very convenient. He highly recommends staying here and said he will book here again on his next visit.

Everything was great, but a few things were missed when the room was last cleaned. Our toddler found a beer bottle cap on the floor, and the kitchen garbage hadn’t been emptied. The air conditioning didn’t really reach one of the beds.

We had no hot water for 2 days and the hotel didn't refund us any of our money for the inconvenience, instead they gave us 25,000 points (good for 1 night stay) after we became IHG members because the manager said that's all she could do. Which those points will just go to waste because the chances of us staying at another IHG are slim to none..

The manager as well as staff are horrible. Stay somewhere else. Very unprofessional. I was charged a pet fee for my service animal. Never informed until I looked up myself that service animals are free to stay. The room we were in was dirty and not even an animal room but a handicapped room

For the 9.0 rating that it had the hotel had a lot to desire. It felt like a rundown hotel. The towels were old and with holes, the hallway smelled like mold, the bed covers were either worn out or someone’s bodily fluids were smeared on it.

Nice hotel, It was a quiet stay, larger room than anticipated- we were happy. The bed was okay, i could feel the springs. There could have been a few more towels. The pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was okay. The juice was very watered down. There was also no decaf coffee which I was a little bummed about.

Great hotel. The suite was suitable for 3 business travelers without any issue. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I didnt have breakfast but the front desk staff raved about it at check in. We were surrounded by other guests but rarely heard them. The large refrigerator was a plus. Only issue is right off busy US1 with no traffic light. Use extreme caution when pulling out. Overall great experience and will stay again.

The room was very clean. Pillows were perfect, hotel staff very responsive and respectful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful with many options. Will be staying there again.

Clean large room.

The overall condition of the property was in good condition. However, we could take the room turnover was rushed. The bed was half made and had hair on the sheets. We also had a hard time with receiving fresh towels. We were told each time, wait until tomorrow.

It was a beautiful hotel with great places to walk our dog. Very clean and everything seemed very new. Staff was extremely friendly. Only downside was $10 for breakfast that is usually included.

The hotel room was spacious and clean along with the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately, the pool was very dirty. My kids didn't even want to go in.

Nice stay, great service

Our stay was last minute planning, and the hotel was very accommodating. We were pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms and also grateful that both rooms booked were next to each other.

The hotel is nice, comfortable and clean. The only down side was i got no sleep because several rooms on my floor were up late and very loud. Called the front desk.

Very clean and very quiet. Room was spacious with a layout that made sense. Excellent in all aspects.

Very nice and convenient location

It’s a big beautiful room with a nice pool, gym, and breakfast but I was disappointed to be charged 75$ for having my dog with me. Very pricey for an 8 hour stay. Literally just went there to sleep - I think the money should be re funded if the dog didn’t do any damage.

The place are very clean very spacious the stuff are very nice.

Everything was great. The one thing that I wasnt please with was my wash rags. They had stains on them.

The hotel staff here are truly amazing. Very helpful as well. It is a very clean and neat hotel. The beds are fantastic. We truly loved this place. And the only negative was that. Most of the cars were broken into during our stay and windows were broken. The area around the hotel is not the safest but also not terrible. It was a random act. I believe other hotels were affected in the area as well. Other than that, it was fantastic and would 100% recommend this hotel. The staff really make the stay enjoyable.

Stayed one night during a long drive. The hotel was quiet and the surrounding felt safe. The room was clean and everything in the room was in working order and well-maintained.

I like the whole hotel

The property was easy to find. It has a really nice pool and exercise room.

It was nice that it had a kitchen and refrigerator, and that there was free washing, very nice. but i would have liked that the hotel phone worked and would like house cleaning everyday, other than that it was nice hotel room, it was large, excellent.

Did not see any ice or vending machines. The suite I was in had an icemaker in the fridge, but it wasn't working,

Staff is very friendly. Our room was comfy and quiet. Broken dishwasher and coffeemaker.

Perfect stay, full stove, fridge, etc. pool was nice but people were loud in there at night. Breakfast was bad, but the room was perfect! Very nice lady there for the early shift!!

There was no one working the desk when we arrived. We had to find another to find her.

Confirmation email gave wrong address, so we drove 30 minutes past the actual hotel and the ‘arrival spot’ was in the middle of a highway. Extremely frustrating after being in the car for hours.
