Probably one of the best experiences of my hotel stays.

One of the cleanest hotels my family has been in a very long time .. the staff is also very friendly specially the sweet breakfast ladys. The only thing I would change would be the parking. Its very far from the entrance. Overall a great stay.

First time ever having had a bad experience at this hotel, which we travel to on a very regular basis. Normally I get a room with two queen beds, this time we got a room with one king bed due to availability. The bed was terribly uncomfortable; the mattress felt like it was really cheap and old and had all kinds of body shaped dips and grooves in it. We were next to the front desk and we heard people checking in all night while we were trying to sleep. We go to bed at 6 PM and get up at 2:30 AM to get on the road and we were not able to get to sleep until approximately 12:30 AM. The guy next-door, to which we somehow had an adjoining room, was yelling at his girlfriend until midnight and we heard every word, even with our fan on. We had a terrible night, completely exhausted when we checked out at 4:00 AM. Also, there is never coffee in the morning. I do not understand this. Every other hotel that we have ever stayed in has had complementary coffee at all times of the day. This really needs to change.

The handicap bathroom need a bar at the back if the tub.

We stopped here for a night to rest on our trip. Our room was clean and comfortable for a family of four the morning breakfast had everything and the the employees were attentive and everything was kept clean. The receptionist was super sweet and friendly and welcomed us with a smile. Looks like the place was recently renovated!

Only they stayed here one night as we were traveling down to South Carolina, but I thought the hotel was beautiful easy check in with a digital key. They had a beautiful pool with hot tub and they had a very nice gym. My husband went and enjoyed the breakfast, although I didn’t get to go down to look at it, but he did say it was very good.!! Easy access right off i95!! Great hotel! Nice price. Clean rooms!

Everything was exactly as good as expected at a Hampton…..except the bed. It was horrific. We almost didn’t stay the 2nd night because the bed was so bad…..but we had already paid for it. Hard, lumpy, very squeaky….woke up through the night with aches. Really disappointed because everything else was great.

We were traveling with 2 large dogs which are very well behaved. We did have to pay $75 more for the dogs which I found to be a bit excessive for a one night stay.

Property was nice and clean, the service was phenomenal. They called and text to make sure that I was comfortable and I didn’t need anything.

Property ran out of tissue and toilet paper. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working and dietary accomodations were challenged but then fulfilled.

The manager didn't even come one day, probably due to not being able to get in. There was a elderly couple, who had to call an Uber so the wife could get her medicine., they could get their car out .

Our room was very spacious enough space for my granddaughter to enjoy herself. She picked her own bed. She loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was our favorite. I meant it was a waffle. She went crazy. She loved that hotel. We will be coming back next summer and we will be thankful a week. I have nothing to complain about. I love the Hampton and that’s just I’m a Hampton girl.

Excellent location for my trip. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Unfortunately, there was not hot water for my shower.

Excellent stay overall but the Expedia app stated $50 pet fee. Upon arrival, the staff told me their pet fee is actually $75. I mentioned that to the staff but they didn’t seem to be willing to do anything to take care of the customer.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, which was very much appreciated after a long day of travel! Paolo (sp?) was very helpful prior to arrival and the woman that checked us in (I am sorry that i did not get her name) was so warm and friendly.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Bonus points for being pet friendly, as we were able to bring our two pets!

Location was Great. Coffee Flavor was outstanding! Jacuzzi jets were good. Pool access, management had to unlock pool door each time. Breakfast was not as good as other hotels close by. Swimming pool was cold.

The TV guide didn't match the programs

I am not fond of sausage, especially chicken sausage. It seems most places don’t do bacon anymore, Why? Also the yogurt, muffins, waffles, cereal were all very sugary Even the chicken sausage was sickenly sweet (maple flavor). The only thing I could eat was the eggs (I suspect they were reconstituted) and toast. Apples were mealy. Staff was nice:)

My stay at this location was average and the room was average because we had an issue with sensor on the bathroom light which stayed on all night and the TV was not upgraded. The breakfast was average as well with not as many items as expected.

Mattress was very uncomfortable, "box spring" very noisy, AC fan not working properly.... Place was clean, front desk staff nice and helpful

I arrived and there was a visibly intoxicated guest yelling call 911 and dropped a box on the ground and ran out to the parking lot. Even though the hotel can’t control other people and behaviors it was still scary. Also room smelled like dogs and 4th floor was very hot in the hallway. It also said on the hotels.com site that the pet fee was $40.00 and it turned out to be $75.00

This is a pretty new property so it was in good condition. The beds in Hampton Inns are very comfortable.

The third party app address is not up to date. If you book through anyone but them, it will send you to the middle of nowhere Virginia. Not ideal at all for midnight arrivals.

It's always the same "AREA FOR IMPROVEMENT" which is PLEASE have coffee available 24 hours a day for weary travelers. We always try getting coffee between 3 and 4 am and there isn't any. It's discouraging (and dangerous) to have to walk down the road to the 7-11 to get stale coffee when the staff continually insists at check in that "it's available 24/7". Please educate the staff to STOP saying that.

The only downside was we came in at 3:30am due to heavy snow and the front desk person was not welcoming or friendly. When I got to the door I had to press a button to be let in. He came out of the back looking disheveled and then just stood there with his arms folded and staring at me like he was mad before buzzing me in…. He said we couldn’t check in it was too early and when I told him we had gotten the room through Expedia just now because of the snow he was gruff and said well then it’s $29.99 extra to check in now. I get it but he could have been way nicer.

Always happy to find a nice, clean place to stay right off 95 while traveling. Booked online through Expedia, check in was a breeze, and Janyne was cheerful & kind and got us signed up easily for rewards program. Free breakfast was better than many we’ve had during our travels. Definitely saved this hotel for our return home and future stays.

Our stay was wonderful! Our room was ready upon arrival. The Christmas decor in the lobby was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the western omlettes. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and additional linens was provided upon request for the sleeper sofa. It was also nice that the sleeper sofa had its own nook for more privacy.

I AM LIVID! They charged my card $250!!!!!! For a smoking fee which i came from a party 5 minutes away and was being responsible enough to not drink / drive back home to where I live. I smoked OUTSIDE which there’s proof because we were in the very front of the building. I would NEVER smoke in an establishment and pay $200 because of it. I have rent to pay in a couple of days and now I will be late due to this inconvenience charge!!! They seem very money hungry and I should’ve known not to stay here since I saw the other review of someone who got charged wrongfully as well. Everything was fine until I checked my bank account it was a one night stay and I got in from the party at 4am!!! I want my money back

We stayed during a mother/daughter trip from the west coast to the east coast. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. The pool and hot tub were clean and stocked with towels. I really enjoyed the variety of breakfast food. From eggs and sausage to oatmeal, yogurt and muffins and fruit. I love having a variety and healthier choices to choose from.

I was also very disappoined when I asked for a "late checkout" at noon instead of at 11am and was told NO. My son is a Marine and I am sure the many Marines that stay ask often asked for an extra hour of sleep. They serve our country and the least the hotel can do is allow that extra hour of rest before they get back to their rigid training or duty. This really puts a bad taste in my mouth as I honor and appreciate our young men and women serving and protecting our country and was offended the rude front desk person telling me no to 12 oclock check out instead of 11am. Really? 1 hour extend going to kill you?! There were NO MANAGER on duty to talk to. RUDE and as nice as the hotel is, they just lost my business as I believe our young men and women serving our country deserves MUCH better treatment.

We frequent this location when in the Stafford area. The hotel puts on a great breakfast. The property is clean and modern…all at a great price.

Where do I begin? The trash outside was overflowing. The guy who checked me in barely said a word to me, gave me no information about check out what time breakfast was nothing just asked her my information and gave me keys. Didn’t even tell me verbally where my room was. So this room was a visual accessible room, but yet there were so many tripping hazards. The layout of the room was awful and I don’t understand the need for the gigantic desk. It felt like there was random furniture put in there because they had nowhere else to put it. Also, there was cockroaches in the bathroom, light fixture and blood on the shower liner. The bathroom light wouldn’t turn off, which was obnoxious when I tried to sleep. There was a lot of sticky and slimy feeling surfaces, which was disgusting..

The bed was extremely comfortable, the hot tub was the perfect temp, and breakfast was delicious (and it can't get much better than free!). The location was close to everything we needed to get to, but it also felt tucked away and secluded. The staff were all friendly and the property was clean from the room to the hallways, to the lobby. Love that they post the water quality readings by the pool each day too. Just gives that extra boost of confidence when using the amenities.

We were given a handicapped room. It had a bathrub. Even if a person could get in it they couldn't reach the shampoo, etc. Sink was cracked and sink space was extremely limited.

There’s many food places around the hotel that is a 2-3 minute drive. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing. The staff here is very kind as well. The rooms are clean and neat.

But that was a lesson learned for me, don’t get a room near the elevator. 😃

We stopped for a night during our 20 hour car ride from Florida to New England and it was perfect.

This is our usual hotel we stop at when traveling. It's great and very clean. The only con is not enough parking especially when arriving late at night and you have trouble getting a parking spot.

Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. Checking in & out was super fast and easy. One of the better hotels I have had breakfast at as well.

Everything was excellent, Except, the cable tv sucks, no guide and what you have to do to find even the channel designation (abc, cbs and on and on). The shower leaked bad, when I got out there was a puddle all the way to the hinge side of the door, even a bit on the carpet. In my opinion the entire needs to be redone and correctly.

Although the driveway for the hotel was difficult to find, we did find it after initially missing it and having to curcle back. Once on the grounds we found ample parking. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and neat, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and eager to please. The included breakfast was excellent and the dining room was pleasant. On our way out we encountered a gas station with competitive prices that was accessible from the hotel's access road. That made for an easy start to the next leg of our journey. We would definitely come back.
