    Beds were comfortable but the a\c struggled to keep cool. Was not informed that the place looks like it's shutdown because it's being heavily under remodeled, I payed for my stay with booking the person at the desk was charging me additional fees and a deposit on top of that not a problem paying it but would of like to been informed prior to booking there. Funny smells coming out of all different places for example the elevator. I just know I won't ever book there again.

    We moved over to the Holiday Inn Express in Stafford. It was cheaper, and much, much better. Much better breakfast, two elevators instead of one, two chairs in room instead of one, 24-hour hot coffee on a machine (not available at Hampton Inn).

    There was a hole in my bathroom ceiling that was blowing in dust so bad that I had to use my inhaler. Also I killed 3 bugs in the bathroom. I could barely sleep thinking there were more bugs!

    We have stayed here before one other time. That time was very good and we decided to give it another try. This time we were put on the first floor. And, I should say I know they have been under construction both times. We had a dog in the room next door who seemed to be left alone. He barked most of the afternoon we were there and barked again early in the morning before 7 a.m. There was also lots of construction going on the floor above us. The receptionist told us they should be done by 5. And, for the most part they were, but they started up again around 7:15 or 7:30. We probably won't be staying here again because of these problems.

    The front desk lady had zero personality. She never greeted me or said anything friendly. She just asked me for my card, gave me my key, and told me it might be noisy during the day due to renovations. The room definitely needs renovating. It was old and falling apart. I was very surprised because I've never had this experience at other Hamptons. I will not be staying at this location again.

    Location Construction going on at this location. The next day they sent a text stating that the water was going to be turned off for the whole week from 11am to 5pm. When I got there at 6pm Monday after work the water was still off. I work at night and sleep during the day. I was planning on staying there the whole week but got charged a cancellation fee from Booking.com for leaving early. Location should have posted they are in construction a phase. I travel a lot and now going to be more careful who I use to book my travels. Hotel should have paid for my cancellation fee that booking.com charged me.

    Overall it met our needs. It was quiet, good shower water pressure and comfortable bed and pillows. One thing that was dangerous, in my opinion is the device on the bathroom door for holding clothes- it drops down automatically and is at the wrong height. I was struck in the face by the device , near my eye and it could have caused major damage. We were able to park our car to be able to see it from our window. The location was perfect for all the places we needed to go to nearby.

    The Hampton Hotel didnt live up to it's name in Stafford Texas on Technliplex Dr. My 37th Anniversary was ruined. The setting was very un like The Hampton Hotel my family enjoyed last year. The request to add a welcome and greeting for Mt wedding anniversary, was not provided although promised. The room was very simular to the $55 room i turned down at another location on other visits. The Hampton that I'm familiar with, was nothing like this. $112 plus $100 deposit instead of the $50, this jist wasn't worth it. I look forward to having my day again, in a more elegant setting. I would like a complimentary credit for another Hampton experience that my family enjoyed with the Hampton family. Thank you for time and consideration.     The room was clean, the breakfast was good....air conditioning worked well. There was a lot of humidity at places in the hotel, a leak in front of the elevator door on the first floor, and the carpet in the breakfast area was constantly wet...which made stepping back onto the tile floor very slippery, but the beds were clean and comfortable. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

    Needs upgrading. The hotel doesn't smell fresh. The carpets in my room were sticky. The towels were rough. The toilet paper is very thin. There was hair in my bathroom. Poor water pressure. The staff was nice but I wouldn't stay again due to the reasons above. I did use the treadmill. That was conveniently located.

    Rooms were not clean. Bed skirts appeared stained/moldy and room had a very old stale smell. Carpet had not been vacuumed and there were remnants of past guests under the beds. Indoor pool was more like a public pool. Some equipment in gym was not functioning. A/c did not blow cold. Parking is limited and lot behind the hotel had multiple areas with broken glass as if multiple cars had been broken into. Definitely gave low budget motel vibes.

    Cons: Interior needs updating. Stale, old smell, but not overwhelming. Water stains on the bathroom ceiling. Our bathroom door looked like someone punched a hole through it and it was repaired with brown play-dough. ADA concerns: The staff described the elevator as "the closet." It indeed felt like a closet; the entrance is very small with a tight turn. Not sure if a walker or wheelchair would be able to access the elevator (hopefully there is another elevator down the hall). Our room was advertised as "accessible," however; a large desk corner stuck way too far into the room walkway, which would undoubtedly prevent a walker or wheelchair user from accessing the bedroom area.

    The sole reason we stayed was for the jetted hot tube……..there was no working hot tub. Room 209 the joining room lock was broken/not functioning properly not locked. Had to remove the frame bésele for it to lock. On two of the nights there were gun shot fire near by.

    There’s no hot tub at this property anymore. We stayed here in the past specifically for the hot tub, but this time around they had a cheap wall separator set up so you can’t access it and it looked permanently out of service. Also, we had to wait in our car to get a room for 3 hours. When we checked in, we were told new management had taken over and if we had Hilton Honors membership we could have checked in earlier. This was so infuriating. I will never ever stay here again!

    3 floors with only one elevator. I stayed at 2nd floor room. Flooring in front of elevator feels like it is broken - it had carpet on wooden floor which was very uneven. In hallway, flooring is uneven. feels like anytime you will twist your ankle. Throughout hallway, ceiling is cut in many places, maybe some one was supposed to repair then they forgot about it.

    I stayed here for 6 days due to power loss at my home in the area. ALL the staff, front desk, maintenance, service personnel were without equal. I especially want to commend Antoine at the front desk. Even when the power went out at the motel due to CenterPoint working on the lines he maintained his friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism throughout. Thank you so much for making a trying time a little bit easier.

    1st day I stayed here the power was out for the entire day which made the stay unbearable especially after coming from having to be without power and sleep in the car prior to being able to book a room. Also, the night before checkout starting at about midnight, the smoke alarm was beeping extremely loud and obnoxious. I had to be up really early for work the next morning and didn’t get any sleep at all. My hope is to get reimbursed somehow.

    Our two-night stay at this hotel left much to be desired. Despite our request for service being noted by the front desk, nothing was attended to during our 12-hour absence. Returning to our room after a tiring day, we found that none of our requests had been fulfilled, and to add to the frustration, the TV was broken. This lack of attention to detail is particularly disappointing considering the premium price of over $120 per night. In fact, given the level of service provided, it's difficult to justify even a $60+ per night rate. It's evident that this hotel falls short of meeting the expectations outlined on hotels.com, and as such, I would not recommend it.

    Blanket for the couch bed for our daughters. Guy at counter was going to look and let me know. Came down later he straight ignored me standing there after he finished with a customer and disappeared in the back. Went and bought a quilt from Walmart. Room was decent, pillows and bed sucked. Breakfast was busy which is common but there wasn’t not enough room for people. A lot of people were taking food back to their rooms. Not the worst hotel but not the best. Fair for a Hampton Inn I guess.

    There was something ie construction or moving going on in yhe room above us. Stomping dragging furniture or bath tubs. We were up most of the night. Waste of good money on this stay.

    Overall hotel was clean. Breakfast area n service was really very good. But bathroom was not in good condition. Bath tub had some stains n my kids were not ready to take a bath due to those red stains. Room was clean. TV Remote was missing from the room , we picked it from front desk. But it was not working so we had to call them again for correct TV remote. Other guests were complaining again AC not working in their rooms, luckily our room had AC working but cooling was consistent. But staff was helpful and friendly , breakfast was good.

    Pool and Hot tub was out of service. When checked in made comment about how was looking forward to it and they never mentioned that it was down. Overall rooms was nice. Hot water in shower toke a while to get there and didnt stay long. A/C was noisey but somehow helped as it was a white noise.

    This is our 10th+ staying at this hotel. Keep in mind this is no 4 Season or Ritz Carlton but the staff gave me the same level of services. The location of the hotel is excellent to what our need, therefore it add extra bonus for us to stay here. Thank you again for everything

    Shower water was lukewarm. Only one tissue was in the box. TV did not work properly; unable to change channels. (Turned it off) Lampshade by TV was ripped. No Gideon Bible found in room.

    Arrived and there was NO room for me-late night and had to search for other accommodations with small children involved! Terrible experience-then had to deal with refund since I had already paid! Supposed to be coming but not received yet! Hampton blamed Expedia…just a BIG mess!

    It was wonderful. We got there a little earlier than expected and even though the guy at the front desk wasn’t able to give us a key to our room because the machine wasn’t working he took us up to our room and let us in with he the master key so we didn’t have to wait. He had our keys waiting for us by the time we left for supper. The pool was great and the breakfast was superb. We would stay there again.

    The staff was extra friendly and ready to serve. I called ahead to see if the pool and hottub were in working order and was told they were that morning. That afternoon they were out of order. I believe i was misled. The breakfast was good.
