    When I arrived, the staff was very helpful, professional kind, and smiling. They even got me help with bringing my items up to my room. Breakfast was great. Staff and maids were excellent. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Property was clean. This is my second stay here it was great. Only thing I think that toilets need to be a little bit higher for tall people thank you very much Marriott.

    La primera noche tuvimos que movernos de habitacion a la 1.00 am por que no funcionaba el Aire Acondicionado, demaciado calor, afectando nuestro descanso. La siguiente noche tampoco funcionaba en la segunda habitación y tubimos que esperar a q solucionaran el problema. La puerta del closet descolgada, no funcionaba y lamparas que no prendieron. La piscina estaba sucia. La persona q nos hiso el check out, muy poco agradable y desatenta. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

    We had to change rooms 3x because air conditioning didn’t work. Staff handled the situation horribly. No apology for what we had to go through whatsoever from 3 different front desk staff. It was a holiday weekend otherwise we would have left and went somewhere else. Pool was filthy and chairs were dirty. It was disgusting. The whole building is outdated and rundown. I can’t believe what we paid for the worst stay ever at a Marriott. We will never stay at a Marriott again. Third Marriott that has been a disappointment for us.

    A good stay. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but was a great option for a last minute booking for the weekend. My only feedback is that the room’s HVAC was really loud and the room felt humid as if it was struggling to cool, at times.

I notified the front desk in the morning when we left and by the time we got back and night someone had set the thermostat to 69 but the room temp was still in the mid 70s. There was ants EVERYWHERE in the room! We even found some in our luggage when we got home. There was also black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

    Our stay was a pleasant one. Spacious rooms and all you might need is withing the room access. We were not fans of the breakfast as it was pretty basic and on the pricey side but may good for families with children. Great location to St Pete must see areas and Tampa. Clearwater is also close, only a short 20-30 minutes away...ocean side!

    The facilities themselves were nice and clean. The team's willingness to resolve an issue was appreciated. Breakfast was also good. Overall a pleasant stay thanks to the great facilities, but our experience was impacted by an overbooking issue at check-in. We were a group of 4 adults and were initially assigned only a king bed room. The staff were helpful and arranged an additional twin bed, though the setup wasn't fully comfortable for our group. I'd encourage the hotel to better manage room allocations to avoid putting guests in this situation.

    They kept our room clean with fresh sheets and towels. Housekeeping starts at 8:30am so if you do not have a sign on your door that says do not disturb they will come knocking and ask when you are leaving. This happened to us. We were asked three hours before checkout when we were leaving.. we felt rushed in the end

    The rooms were NOT cheap and to have to pay an additional $20 pp for a buffet breakfast was not expected. A small continental breakfast option would have been nice (at no cost) if a full breakfast was not required. Staff were polite and helpful and the rooms were very modern and clean. A very nice surprise based on the neighborhood in which it was located. The surrounding area was commercial and a bit off-putting. The site did not justify the cost of the room. The hotel is in an odd corner lot with sharp angles.

    Very neat and clean space. Restaurant was pretty good. Staff accidentally charged my card for $855, because "they didn't realize the room was already paid for" for the inconvenience I was given 2 breakfast vouchers. Ridiculous. Have to wait till after check out to get my money back.

    It was a big spacious hotel that looked nice in the lobby area. The room and beds were big and quite comfortable. The room was big and roomy with ample closet space for like a wardrobe! As for proximity to either Airport, that's a big plus from flying travelers. Also, there was a Publix supermarket just over 5 minutes drive away. The dining area had a nice ambiance too. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I get the feeling that there was some ongoing renovation because one of the elevators looked like it was still in a state of upgrade. The hall way on the sixth floor where I stayed didn't seem to be as nice as I think it could be. There was a slight Oder, nothing too putting, but there, nonetheless. The bath tub shower had a slight visible water stain. The room had a wine frig and a mini frig but nothing in them that I can recall. The breakfast banquet could use a lot more offerings. Personally, I think with a few small cosmetic changes this could be a really nice Marriott.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Shower door had soap marks on it before I ever used it making me question how clean it was. I never got the chance to make it to the pool though. Tons of great restaurants within 5 miles of the hotel!

    Why do I put four stars for this hotel because I was very disappointed that I couldn't connect my PlayStation 5 to the TV and I was very upset. $350 for two nights is a very big price because it was not a lot to connect the ps5 and play your favorite games!!!!! There are cheaper hotels and you can connect PS5 there!!!!!!! I'm very upset!!!!!!

    I did a reservation for 2 queen size beds when I got to the hotel the gentleman at the from desk told that they only have rooms available with 1 queen size bed.

    Sink didn’t work. Got locked out of my room while bringing the room service tray outside. Called the front desk to ask for help. I had to go downstairs barefoot to get a new key. They could have gone the extra distance and brought me a key as asked, but they chose not to. So they don’t get marks for doing so.

    Definitely not a $400 per night worthy hotel! While in route a attempted to call the hotel nearly 20 times and could never get through. We even called the 866 number but they could not connect us. Upon arrival we're told the phones did not work at the moment. Aside from that, check it is by 12pm, when we arrive at 320pm to check in, our room is not ready and we are met with several other costumers who (like us) could not comprehend how in 3 hrs after check out, rooms are still not available! But none of this compares to our dangerous ride on the elevator. When leaving to head to a wedding the elevator stops, jerks, and all power goes out to complete darkness while we are stuck between floors. My wife, who is already terrified of elevators has a panic attack and thankfully the elevator regains some power, gets to the 6th floor and we quickly get off. After having to continue down via the stairs to the main floor we then have to walk all around the building to the front door outside in our best dressed and are met with desk staff that nonchalantly say "oh yes, there is an issue with the elevators and it needs to be fixed and we are about to shut them down and only run one of them"! So we had to experience a dangerous situation that was known of and nothing was previously done?? We recently returned from the wedding and do not see any signage on the elevators and we have to walk 7 flights of stairs to our room that is definitely not worth $400 per night!!

    I used expedia to book a room for 10/4, instead they booked me for 10/5 and I could not cancel. I got charged for the 10/5 night and I paid to stay on my own on 10/4.     didn’t have no where to put my clothes so I called downstairs and they said I booked a room for a disabled person they offer to change the room but I had to take a smaller bed I disagree I’m 6’3 270 so I ask for a discount and it was denied. I will not pay that much for a room again and nothing in the mini bar no microwave in the room that is not acceptable !

    My first day booking into the Hotel was at 4:00 pm the first room #7011 the AC didn’t work we waited until a few hours later came back and still was not working so we requested another room #7031 which now the toilet didn’t work properly and didn’t flush so we then requested another room until finally the third room was okay. Definitely not that I expected from Marriott and it’s not like it’s cheap!

    The room costs more than the price I booked it for on Expedia. They actually charged me $50 more than the price I booked it at. The air conditioning was broken in my room and took a whole day to fix. The toilet wouldn’t flush and took hours to fix. There was no other room to move us to. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and I found hair in the unused sink and shower. There is one microwave on the whole floor and the ice machine looks unsanitary. Service is poor and I had to call multiple times for maintenance and towels.

    The hotel, which was formerly a Radisson and is now a Marriott, still retains the old Radisson furniture and peeling stick-on flooring (all lifting up). Everything is extremely dated and worn. The air conditioner is 15 years old and struggles to keep the room cool.

    Our air conditioner was broken in our room. Due to it being late late at night they stated maintenance was gone for the day so there was no one to repair the air conditioner. We were moved to an alternative room where the bed was broken and a used feminine product was still in the trash can. Our original room also had nail clippings all over the floor. Their housekeeping standards are obviously set far too low! I was disappointed in the level of cleanliness to say the least. This hotel was not cheap by any means so everything should have been clean and in working order.

    It was a good choice for my brief stay. I don’t think my A/C worked too well as I had lowered it substantially and it never really got cool enough for my sleep preference. I didn’t want the inconvenience to try and move rooms so I didn’t call the front desk. Otherwise, room was nice, parking easy and a solid stay.

    The hotel was clean, all the staff I came in contact with was very friendly and ready to assist. The onsite parking was great. The breakfast buffet was good, and the breakfast staff was very polite, and there was plenty of hot water to shower. There is a bar inside the hotel of which I didn't go to, but it appeared to be very nice. There is also a couple confrence/Ball Rooms, they can be a little noisy when occupied, but its actually not that bad. My only complaint is the A/C was extremely loud in the 2nd floor room we were in. That made it kinda hard to sleep because the noise kept waking me up. Other than that, I had a nice stay, and I would stay there again.
