A VERY NICE STAY IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN ST. PETE. THE HOTEL WAS RENOVATED AND EVEYTHING WAS UPDATED. I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

There were lots of choices for breakfast The valet service for our car was great & affordable We usually stay in hotels like this one , but for lots less money. Spending over $200 a night for a chain hotel was not a good value. Our friends found other nice hotels a lot cheaper. In fact our room was not cleaned the first of our 3 nights. But I guess it was in St Petersburg.

Shower temperature was not warm, no matter what we did. The shower control rotated around, and it took minutes to find a position that would shut it off after showering. Shower showed its age. Jessica was a lifesaver when we arrived at 2 AM in the morning and our room did not have the sofa bag, hotel was sold out so she got us a roll away for my mom who is handicap. Breakfast was excellent all days. Handicap bathroom was wonderful. Great location we were able to walk too many places and push my mom in the wheelchair. We will stay again.

The location is great; car drop off. Car pick up in a driving rainstorm was chaotic. It was basically -- your car is across the street. Get wet brother. Given the expensive nightly charges to park, it would be nice not to go to the airport completely drenched.

This is a decent hotel in a very prime location. The property had some nice amenities such as a pool, terrace, gym, breakfast area and valet. The valet was efficient and helpful. Front desk was hit or miss. Everyone was quite nice, but some of the people were a bit slow. Rooms are clean, decent and had an extra blanket which was greatly appreciated.

The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful and the location was perfect. Once we parked our vehicle, we were within walking distance of anything we wanted or needed. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. Pete.

Loved that this hotel looked completely updated. Was a really nice surprise and staff was awesome especially the car valets.

Valet parking is your only option, however the attendents were excellent and always had our car out for when we requested. Only wish the outdoor pool was heated as it is on the second floor of the building.

There was no early check-in, even with my VIP status. We had three young children who hung around in the lobby between 11AM-3pm. We were finally checked in at 3pm though it was not for the rooms we reserved. The rooms were nice though. The front desk staff is helpful. Excellent breakfast on Sunday - but not so great on Monday. Pool area is nice. There is mandatory valet. One man who works at the valet is smart and has it together - the other man not so much so 50% of the time I had to double check everything as you have to let them know 30 minutes prior to wanting your car. Positive about this place: Location Location Location - Everything you want is a quick walk away. I'd stay here again.

Perfect location, close to the pier, restaurants, children’s playground, etc. Clean room, and comfortable mattress. The only downside was breakfast was not good. The hardboiled eggs were partially frozen, and this is just one example. The staff in the breakfast area were not friendly.

Great location to restaurants, shopping in the waterfront. The staff was fantastic. The hotel had everything we needed including a fantastic workout room and pool. Breakfast was well stocked. Hotel room was spacious and very clean.

Our room was quite spacious and clean. We were very pleased with the location. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The eggs which obviously weren't real tasted awful and sausage, etc. looked very unappetizing. Fruit bowl was nice but I can't eat too many fruits and there was no honeydew melon. Otherwise, it was fine. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast.

Came to St. Pete for a wedding. The location of hotel was perfect within walking distance of wedding. A plus was the Saturday morning market just a short walk away. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. It was refilled all the way up to end time at 10 am. There was coffee and tea available 24/7. Would visit again. Parking overnight was a tad expensive. It was valet. You had to get the valet to pull up the car to get things from your car that you may have forgotten.

The property was conveniently located near stores restaurants and the pier. Perking is a little tricky but the valet was very helpful.

The view from our windows was looking at an old building next door. The bed pillows were awful.

Pillows and the young lady with dark hair when we checked in. She didn't make me and my husband feel comfortable when we first arrived. Wasn't friendly with us at all. Then the guy that had the arm sling on his arm tried to smooth things over, but they both were very nonchalant of our concerns about the parking situation with our three F-150 truck we drove down to spend our one year anniversary with Hampton Inn & Suites. So we were kind of aggravated and turned off our first evening checking in after we have been driving for three and a half hours to get there.

We stayed at the Hampton for 5 nights for the Country Music Fest. Rooms were clean and just as described. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Housekeeping checked on us daily to ensure we had all our needs met. Great location to everything! Would definitely stay there again when coming to downtown St Pete.

Hampton Inn was an easy close place for us to stay to attend a music festival at Vinoy Park. Pool was clean and warm, gym was small but nice. The breakfast was good for a free, hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is the blankets were very light weight.

The hotel staff was lovely as well. Parking is Valet since it's downtown there isn't another option really. Our was very easy to get around town. We walked to many resturants and bars which was great! We were in town for 4 days for a Country Music festival. Everything was wonderful.

Great location, great decor, good staff that were very helpful and friendly especially the young man at the front desk. It was very nice…gym and pool small but pleasant. Had trays you could take to collect your breakfast. Hotel was exceptionally clean! We were able to park for free in city parking because of our veteran status but if not, $30 per night.

The hotel is in a great location downtown St. Pete. The only downside is that street parking is difficult to find if you want to save on valet and garage prices. On a Saturday night, it took awhile to find a spot. Hotel only has valet parking. Other than that the hotel is fine.

The hotel was lovely. Breakfast was exceptional. However, I booked a suite and was given a standard room. The staff was accommodating but said they were fully booked and although we were offered a different room it was not a suite. We enjoyed the pool and patio.

Check in was very smooth and the front desk representative was very nice and friendly. Valet service is a nice perk until the valet was nowhere to be found, and the front desk representative had to go find him to give access to our car keys. The room was very clean and exceeded expectations- the pictures do not do it justice; was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my trip in Florida.

Purpose of trip was to take my niece to college. Even though my room was by the elevator, it was extremely quiet.

Located in the heart of downtown, this Hampton Inn was a calm, cool oasis. Greeting warmly, personnel was helpful in orienting to city’s restaurants, museums and transportation. The room offered fridge and microwave, handy for snacks and leftovers. The art on the wall was not cookie-cutter hotel looking. Breakfast was free with mini omelettes, waffles, oatmeal, pastries, fruit and good coffee. The valet service was prompt. We will be back!

Room was moisty, carpet was wet. Carpet was not vacuumed. Partial crackers were visibly seen between beds. Bottle of water belonging to previous renter was left in fridge. Water was left in/on iron.

The hotel was nice and the location was great. Easily within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to do for the weekend. The staff was excellent. I wish I could remember the gentleman's Name Behind The Desk but he was very friendly and helpful. Even the valets were very personable and attentive. I can't say enough good things about the staff and service we received.

The shower over flowed on first use. I was mopping puddles from floor. Asked for it to be unclogged but no service on site (it was Saturday at 7pm). It finally drained leaving hair and dirt in shower. Also bad smell in bathroom when tap ran. The staff were great so it is a shame property not keeping up with staff.

I stayed there for 5 nights. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is clean and pleasant. Location is great! Everyone is polite and helpful. Multiple parking options. Will definitely stay there again if I have to travel to St. Pete!

We weee spending the evening at the Pier and this was the perfect location. Super close and easy walk. Also easily got to central avenue earlier in the day to visit local establishments. Plenty of choices!! Beds were super comfy and breakfast was good. Only downside for me was I left a dress hanging in the closet (my fault I know) but when I called they couldn’t find it in the lost & found. Huge disappointment. Im sure it was still hanging in the room and I have the person my room number just in case. I live close enough that I could have gone back to get it.

I have two down points. One is the parking. I realize because of the popularity of the district with all the attractions, there’s not much that can be done about that. I do wish to thank the two valets that I worked with in that regard, they were wonderful and understanding of my personal needs and were super friendly. I hope you realize that you have good people that work hard and take good care of guests. My second complaint, the guy working the desk at night, he’s not bad or nasty, and he have had to difficult people, I can imagine what he’s done in the past. He did not offend me or say anything off to me, it was that he was not “nice”. In a job like that there such a thing as “professional courtesy”, and that’s “good evening sir, can I help you”, and similar things. I got the impression that I was an annoyance before I stepped up to the counter. I had a couple of more quick conversations, and I don’t know, it just didn’t seem like he was a friendly person. I would have enjoyed a few more items for the breakfast, but the coffee downstairs was really good, we enjoyed that very much. All in all I would recommend this hotel, but with a warning about the difficulty of finding parking spaces…

Nice area, comfortable, reasonable price. Parking valet. Kind of a hassle but typical anywhere in the area.

We only stay at this hotel when we are in town, the staff is always polite and helpful and the upgrades are amazing.

The person at the front desk was rude, he was not kind, not even look at us to respond to our questions.

Front desk was amazing and rooms were absolutely perfect with all of the necessities! Shoutout the lady at the front desk who works the overnight! She is the best! It’s the people really make a huge difference with with how great an establishment really is.

Great hotel for family, clean, modernized and well located.

We were just there for one night to attend a family wedding. Even though we arrived a little bit before check in time, the staff were able to get us onto our room quickly so we could change for the wedding.

Location was perfect

Visiting St Petersburg to go to the Dalí Museum which was in walking distance. Excellent green market where we hound great fruits, veggies, plants, jewelry and other arts and crafts. It was quiet for the most part. It was clean. Breakfast was pretty good too. Went to Localz nearby which had great food for a sports bar. Social Roost was also an excellent nearby restaurant. The pier area is great too and a short walk from hotel

Rooms seemed updated & clean. Quiet room on 4th floor. Extended by 1 day to room on 2nd and heard traffic. Good location to walk 1/2 mile to and from the Tampa Bay Blues Fest. Service and breakfast was good!

The hotel was under renovation and did not let us know when we made the reservation. Fitness center and pool were closed, which was specifically required during this trip.

Staff was aggressive and prompt at handling our minor complaints within minutes. Good check in/check out process. Good valet service, an essential where there is 3 hour limit meter street parking.
