Great little place, super clean and super friendly staff. Centrally located 5 minutes from the beach!

There are two buildings side by side with both entrances on Blind Pass Rd. If your room isn't in the first entrance with the front office, it's in the next one :) laundry room on site with very nice pool and waterfall. Would come back

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and well kept. The hotel was in a nice location and the pool was fabulous. The room was bigger than expected and had a nice kitchenette too! Only issue was on Expedia it showed the beds as queen but I think they were double. We have a family of 5 and we usually travel with a back packing blow up bed just in case and had to use it here as my wife and I couldn’t both fit on a double. We do fit on a queen however. The bummer was there was an extra person charge for the 5th person had to sleep on our own bed.

I loved the fact we found this "little hole in the wall" and will continue to visit. We really enjoyed being pool front so our kids could enjoy their time as well. Thank you for making our stay amazing, and not to add, but we made new friends that have been staying here for years.

Overall a great stay for the price. The pool was very nice, and the waterfall really made it stand out. Staff was friendly. The place was slightly further away from the beach than I thought, but still walkable, a little under a 20 minute walk. They have a shuttle service they recommend that will drive you to the beach free of charge. A great bang for your buck!

The property is clean and easy to navigate. The pool is well maintained and there is a propane grill available. It's located a few minutes away from St. Pete's beach and the local trolly system offers day passes so you don't need to drive anywhere. I booked a room with a kitchenette and the room was clean, organized and well maintained. I definitely want to come back next year.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and it was a good stay for the price. Clean spacious comfy kinda vintage vibe. Amazing pool. Only issue is there isn’t central AC just a wall unit so the “bedrooms” didn’t have doors so minimal privacy. Still worth the stay and everything was perfect beyond that. Already planning to go back at the end of the year.

Check-in was easy; there was no noise at night, except for a leak in the bathroom shower. The room was well-equipped and clean—though there was some body hair on the sheets. It is a viable option for an overnight stay.

Somewhat clean. Bed was noisy and spa tub had some very weird brown film in the water.

We enjoyed the sparking clean room and also poolside location.. as well the resort is in a great location to walk to Corey Avenue with all the terrific shops, restaurants and fun market /festive events! Also very convenient to get to the beach! The hotel management extremely communicative and friendly! Overall an excellent stay and time!

Came here for a wedding in St Pete beach. The room was really nice. Easy to get to beach...about a mile away. Room was comfortable and more affordable then some other options down the road.

No contact check in was a breeze, the place was so cute and very clean! It had so much charm and we loved the location close to everything! Would definitely go back!

As a returning guest I was expecting an even warmer welcome here! NOT goin' colder : being prebilled off a debit card in advance for 3 nights stay THEN being denied access to paid room for being 60 down temporarily on the account. Folks you can do better than that! And I really hope you will with your next new client because you have lost this one. Best in your future pursuits of customer satisfaction!

Room was clean, well organized and up to date. Didnt get to use the pool but that area was clean and well maintained as well. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a walk way next to the building since most of the parking was on the side of the area. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and perfect space/location for us!

The first room they put me in stunk from Lysol or Fabuloso, there was also hairs on the wall, and I’m not sure if they were from someone’s head if you know what I mean. The second room they transferred me to the bed, felt like it was balancing on a metal tray., every time I moved this metal felt like it was gonna collapse

The location was great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and quick to answer my questions or fill my requests. The price was very reasonable. I used the room for sleeping and a shower. I was up early and returned late every day of my stay. I will definitely stay there again.

No, there was a very limited supply. And the room smelled funny and there was no way to air it out as there was no screen on the window. The diverter on the shower was broken and the hot water took a full 5 minutes to get going. not to mention I needed help to get my 5 foot 2 inch frame into the bed. Not a comfortable fit.

We had a fantastic anniversary here. Room had a jacuzzi tub and was very spacious and clean. The owner was very nice and attentive and the place was close to the beach. Wonderful stay!!

Kitchen was fully stocked with pots 7 pans. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very safe and quiet place to stay. Lots of things to do all around.

This is a real bargain for the price. No frills in a way, but super cute, comfortable, with a nice little pool. Close by to all kinds of things--restaurants within walking distance and lots just a very short ride away. My second time staying here, and I'll stay again if I'm down that way.

Any issues that we encountered were quickly resolved by management.

I am a fireman that ironically lost everything to a fire in my home while I was on duty. Having met Dawn as the first person outside my department and family after the fire was the best experience I could have had. Her empathy and kindness go unmeasured. The place is spotless and quaint exactly what I needed after such a traumatic experience. I recommend this motel. Best in town.

The light right outside of my room was out causing that corner of the courtyard to be dark and, in my opinion, unsafe. The bed was really tall but very comfortable. All other amenities inside the room were fine (all operational). Parking was sparse, and I did worry about losing my spot if I were to leave for an errand/dinner/etc. In the morning I could see I was only a block away from a grassy area for dogs right near the water and I was able to see a beautiful sunrise. Location was overall convenient. I can't say anything about staff as all communications were done via text.

My stay at this beach hotel was amazing! Everything was spotless, and the place felt so well taken care of. The pool area was beautiful and super relaxing — definitely one of the highlights of my trip. I’d absolutely stay here again. Plenty of things to do, go eat and relax at the most amazing beaches.

Barely any water pressure. No hot water. No one to call to accommodate me. Still havent got my funds released.

Nice old school feeling with clean and simple accommodations. Surprisingly quiet. Comfortable bed. Two changes suggested: get some new fluffy pillows and bolt the headboard to the bed so it doesn't bang against the wall with every movement. Great value and well located for walking.

The parking wasn’t great. Not the best area of town for a single woman to be getting out on the sides of the motel with the walk to the courtyard which leads to your room. The showerhead I mean, that’s all I have to say. The showerhead was awful wet the whole bathroom. Other than that, it was quite lovely.

I absolutely made a great choice choosing this property.

Perfect for what it is: a resort motel with everything you need and nothing extra. Clean, comfortable rooms with solid a/c and amenities, a pool for when the beach is too far, and close to cafes, restaurants and shopping. All the staff were really nice and low key but totally professional. I'll admit I wasn't expecting too much, but it really hit the right balance. A small gem!

The property is lovely, gorgeous flowers, fabulous pool with a waterfall! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location was an easy walk to the water. Dawn and her team could not have been nicer or more welcoming!!

Very clean rooms and helpful staff. I've staying in St Pete's several times and this was our first at Blind Pass. We enjoyed our stay and will do again.

As soon as we came in the room was clean they had towels scallop look they folded at and many accessories for bathing staff was more helpful than i could ask n made it very enjoyable

This was a quick 3 day getaway with my SO. It was such a quaint little place. It was so nice. We will definitely be going back. The staff was exceptional! They even had someone shuttle us back and forth to the beach! Dont sleep on this one people!

You have no control of your air conditioning it’s hot and air at 72 is not cutting it, dated bathroom, mold in shower, holes on walls not repaired . No way of reaching anyone, Will never stay or recommend this place.

Excellent stay. Property renovated, beautiful pool, cable tv, microwave, refrigerator with freeze in each room. Excellent use of space. Dawn was wonderful and helped me with every need. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all. Good prices too!

I was surprised at how well the room met our needs. You can tell they are still remodeling after the hurricane , so there was some late night noise during our stay, but the room and pool were great!

My husband and I not only booked day of but we were met with amazing attentiveness out concierge Tony was above and beyond. Our trip was during the seafood festival and during renovations at the location and he maintained professional and personable. I couldn't have had a more wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again . We don't get the time often and I must say Tony made a lasting impression we are sure to not forget from answering anything big or small and also staying relatable. Thank you.

Must have looked through 150 different properties before we decide to book at the blind pass resort. I'm so glad we did it was truly amazing. Such a warm welcome from on-site management to the staff. Totally awesome pool to chill with a waterfall underneath. Manager gave us a tip about Upham Beach. Saved us an hour drive to Clearwater and beat the crowds to stay local and go to upham Beach and enjoy the beautiful clear Gulf Waters. Truly a gem of a beach. Such great family memories from an unplanned trip. Clean 24-hour laundry kitchenette in the room help to save money while you're on the road with children. We'll look forward to book again. Awesome Hi-Tech check-in and management and anything you need or have a question about is only a text message away while you stay there.

Despite being guaranteed we'd have a parking space, we had to park on the road. Although we were told we could park on 79th & 80th, there were no parking signs on both sides of 79th. And the unit didn't match the photos from when I booked. I honestly don't think it's worth $200 a night. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, we had just about everything we needed, and it was nice & quiet. I give it a 4 star.

We enjoy the coziness of this hotel. Very friendly staff and great location. The Hotel was clean and quiet.

Everything was done completely online, which was a new experience for me. Owners were very responsive though if I needed anything like an extra blanket. Some units are efficiencies and others aren’t so if you need an efficiency unit, then you’ll need to request one. Great location and great restaurants nearby.

They close at 1000pm. Why was I even able to book a room on Expedia two hrs before 1000pm. I was not able to check in. Now I need to make phone calls to get my money back in a non-refundable room I was able to book two hrs before their front office closes. This company should not be able to do business on Expedia. They should have a warning notifying they all possible customers their front office closes at 1000pm.

It’s a married couple who love the area and it’s like a half mile south of where my father in law lives. Plus they have a fantastic Italian place next door that’s a restaurant & bar - when I picked up our meals I saw it has a full bar as well plus they had the Phillies on - Go Phils!

The location is great and the restaurant next door is amazing. It’s a great location, but they need to clean more than once a week.

Room was spacious and clean. That's the only good thing we can say about it. Woman in Reception didn't even say hello when we walked in and disappeared halfway thru check in. A young guy took over, slightly more friendly. Cleaning fluid in room was overpowering!! No opening windows to get rid of smell. Beds were comfy. Blinds at window let in daylight. No way of closing them. Bathroom very dated but there were toiletries provided.

The outside really really nice. Room 9 was not compatible to the rate at all. Very small and outdated and the area for the sink and microwave was terrible plus room very secluded. Room 9 should be used for storage not guest.

The property is nice and had a pool although I didn’t get a chance to use it, was only there one night. Staff was super responsive with communication, easy easy check in, didn’t even have to go to a desk, just straight to the room. There is some wear and tear for sure, but this happens in places on and near the beach. But the room was clean and the bed was awesome. I’d def stay again.

Nice place, well kept, good location. We stayed for 5 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. The heated pool is really nice and Justun makes himself available to help with anything that may arise. We woukd stay here again.

No hot water when we arrived so had cold showers, mattress not comfortable and the living room couch was only a fouton and not comfortable. Called about the water and it was fixed within a few hours. Not a good experience

Older but well kept property. Justin and Dawn worked hard everyday keeping things clean and updating rooms. Beautiful clean and well heated pool. Convenient location within a 5 minute walk of Corey Avenue bars and restaurants. Beach Trolley stop right next door. Would stay again.

We loved it. Managers are very nice and very attentive. Had a bit of craziness in the middle of the night with a couple of guests who came back drunk and arguing. Manager handled the situation beautifully. I was impressed and if I’m am ever back in the area will stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room smelled like cleaning solutions mixed together causing my wife and I to become ill and have to leave. The bed was just box spring and mattress on the ground. This place way outdated and not worth any money. The property management company refused to refund us even though we only stayed 2 hours before becoming ill from the fumes.

I was given room #9, to find the room was a task by itself when you arrive and need to use the bathroom so badly. Finally, after I found the room and entered I was not able to turn the lights on, it was too dark to look for the switch. I had to run the light on my cell phone to be able to see around me. After finding the switch, there was no light bulb in the light fixture or it was burnt out. Also, the parking was limited and finally I found a spot it says towing enforced, and the property in front of the parking was not clear if it was part of the hotel, until I started digging around to make sure my car would not be towed. It was not funny when you are tired and need to sleep and being worried if your car is safe or not.

The property was very "old Florida" - quaint and very clean. Once we received the proper link, check in was easy. The pool looked beautiful, but we did not have time to use it. It is a 2 minute drive to the beach where you will find many options for restaurants. We would stay there again!

We were never told that our room could be on a second floor. So, we were put on the second floor. Being older difficult to climb. For the amount that we paid, we expected to be in a better room. Door in the room to bathroom broken off at the bottom or chewed!!! Dirty fountain in the courtyard with broken fountain, overall looked terrible. Could have stayed at a better hotel for less money. Will never recommend or stay there in the future.

The pool is amazing - I was disappointed in the marijuana smell in the courtyard. This is a smaller motel and near the best Italian restaurant in Florida. Close walk to Walgreens and other stores. Although it is older, and a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The office is not open often but the staff were friendly and helpful when they were there.
