Days Inn by Wyndham Saint Pauls

I never saw a Days Inn so clean!!! I was so impressed!! The lady on front desk was vey nice!! My next time visiting the area I would never doubt stay here!!

Forgot to take trash away and leave fresh towels one day , but otherwise we liked our room and stay.

The room we booked said Deluxe King Suite with Sofa, Lakeview, and soker tub. It was nowhere near a lake, window was a sidewalk away from the parking lot. A HARD tiny loveseat, one king bed and a very tiny bathroom . No soker tub. Old. Small mini fridge & microwave tucked away in what was prob the spot for hangup clothes before. No artwork . Right next to the I-95 exit under construction with dump trucks, and heavy equipment noise very early. No trees, plants or greenery. All pavement.ad said breakfast included. Choice of white or wheat toast, or mini muffin. Coffee from a machine. There was a roach in our bed when we pulled the cover down. There was no adjustment for the window a/c unit. Price paid was much higher than the hotel we moved to a couple of miles down the road and the new room & hotel is 50 times better.

At the price of this place a night I expected better. If I could have got a refund I would have found somewhere else to stay. Run down and in need of good remodel and deep cleaning.

This was a last minute stop for us. We had low expectations, but were pleasantly surprised at how perfect our stay was. The staff was kind and accommodating. The room was spotless. Beds were comfy. AC kept us cool and comfy all night. Highly recommended.

Staff was excellent

Clean, amenities, overall a good place to stay. The reservation system is jacked or employees didn't know how it works. I reserved for Friday checking in at Midnight, they charged me an extra day separately from my reservation. The entrance is a construction mess, but not your fault.

Breakfast was ok. Incompetent staff, management also altered (increased) the our room price without letting us know. Won't stay here again.

It is your typical old age motel. The advertised breakfast is a joke but the coffee was good.

The room was dirty, with long hairs on the bed and lip marks on the sheets, that is to say the room was not cleaned, the coffee maker was dirty inside that it was disgusting to make coffee in it

This was the worst hotel we have stayed in. Did not match online pictures. Run down, dirty, stained. You enter from the parking lot and few amenities so it should be a motel, mot hotel. Keep driving and find a different place to stay.

The smoking room had burn holes on blankets in which they didnt replace. No wi fi to connect to. They said it was down due to storm, which was in a week ago. Didnt apologize or offer anything for the false advertisement.

Very run down. Walking up the stairs my son pointed out the first of my large cockroaches. Pillows were a joke (could ball up in my fist).

The staff and management were extremely nice and helpful. When we visit our son in Saint Pauls, NC we always stay at the Days Inn and have never been disappointed.

Walls are so thin, we could hear a woman in the next room yelling at someone on the phone. She made several such calls over the evening and night. People were openly smoking marijuana several doors down. No elevator or food service. Clerk sat behind a steel grating. Lobby was locked. Burn holes in blankets.

They could stand some paint new curtains etc. Air freshener for smoking rooms. New or clean the trash can outside the room. New towels etc. I was shown one rate then charged a higher rate.

Lady working out at the check in desk was very friendly and told us all we needed to know. Accommodations were humble, but for the price you couldn’t beat it. Convenient to access if traveling as it’s right off of the highway with lots of food around. Highly recommend if you need a place to crash!

The Days Inn was a little further from I-95 than what we were looking for, but it was well worth it. We will stay there again if the opportunity fits our travel plans.

I liked cleanliness of beds and linen. Also microwave and refrigerator was a plus. However, questionable brown spots on side of bathtub & toilet that had to be wiped away. Breakfast was good, except juice wasn't available, so child (who doesn't drink milk)had nothing to drink. Had to purchase from store.

When we asked the woman at the desk about places to eat she said there was only a takeout place and nothing else in the area. Under a mile away was a great Mexican place open until 10. She is selling them short not mentioning them. On the way to that place we did see a couple of other places as well. She should be informed to be able to giv see us correct information

The hotel is located conveniently off the highway. All the necessary stores and eateries are very close to it. The room was tidy and so was the hotel premises as well. Staff was responsive and nice.

The area used to be super safe. We did not feel secure here. The place was impressively updated and clean. We just did not feel safe.

the breakfast was terrible, it was like someone went to walmart and got a pack of the cheapest mini muffins and cinnamon swirls that come in the packages, not fresh. The orange juice was bitter also.

The refrigerator that was advertised was smaller than my kids fridge in her dorm. Was not told at check in where to go for the advertised "free breakfast". At check in gave my name and just given a receipt to sign...not very welcoming. If I was not so exhausted after driving 10 hours I would have gone elsewhere. Room was very unkept.

The stay was good. The only thing about the room was poor lighting in the room. I stayed at a Days Inn in Prattville Alabama and the lighting was great. There was a light in the ceiling that gave good lighting and I didn’t have to use the lamps all the time. I could lay in bed and read and had plenty of lighting.

The first room we were given had crumbs and hair on the bathroom floor. The second room was clean but smelled of smoke and the bedspreads had cigarette burns holes in them. I will not come back to this hotel.

There was no breakfast due to COVID. Room smelled like cigarettes. Located on I 95 . It was good for one night.

No interaction with staff due to the covid pandemic. Property was clean and well cared for. Stayed two nights while visiting relatives in the area.

The bathroom door didn't close properly. The hotel wireless id and password was not identifiable.

The only downside was the unexpected visit by a cricket and an outside bug. Also the in room coffee pot did not work properly, but that could have been me I wanted to heat up water for tea and when I poured the water in, it just flowed out.

It was a horrible experience and the owner blame the issues on Expedia.come ion was beyond disgusting. Microwave, tv and fridge did not work and I had 3 kids in the room. Very disappointed.

It was OK. The rooms smelled a bit and the bed sheets hadn’t been changed. I used to do room service and I know what the bedding looks like when the bed is just re-made after the previous visitors leave. That’s disgusting!!

The manager has the best customer service. My first room didn’t have working lights, so when I told the manager, he came personally to check things out and then took me and my family to a better room. I will DEFINITELY stay there again!

It is a nice hotel and in a good area, with plenty of options for restaurants in the area. I did have some issues understanding the girl at the front desk and the room smelled of Mildew, which was coming from the air conditioner.

Front desk person was either on drugs or just plan nasty and foul!! She parked her car in front blocking larger parking space and was rude when she had to move it; very nasty until she found out we were checking in then apologized profusely! breakfast was terrible, went to McDonald’s instead!!!

Noise at night was nearly unbearable; people coming and going throughout the entire night; could easily hear voices through wall. It worked for our single night stay, but we would definitely not stay here again; we'd just spend the extra $20-30 and go down the road to Lumberton.

The AC had mold on it so i was scared to turn it on. The room smelled of mildew. The tub was dirty. Tge maintenance staff did not want to give us a extra washcloth even though it was 4 of us and only 3 washcloths in the room. I will not stay there again.

It is basically clean and okay but a lower end place to stay. Room is very plain and breakfast was very mediocre. Probably not worth the price. Just a place to get a little sleep. I could not seem to get the internet to work and has to use my phone as a hotspot. Would not be my choice of a place to stay.

I didn't like the continental breakfast, for the price of the room it should have been a hot breakfast served. Noisy people outside my door at night and early morning.

Travelers beware, I am sympathetic to their back to back hurricanes but there is definitely something going on with the air quality in the rooms.
