It was all amazing and appreciate it

Did not stay. There was an outage at thid location. No air conditioning, no elevator working. Staff had no internet access. Informed le there would be no breakfast. The floor th room was assigned was on the 6th floor and there was no way my wife and I coukd walk up 6 flights with luggage. Was very disappointed, but no fault if the staff so they cancelled ly reservation.

The room was big enough with two compfortable beds. The bathroom was small but with enough towels The breakfast was only possible until 9am after it was closed also was the selection very basic. The hotel was also very expensive for one night.

My room was clean and I had a swan made up of the towel on my bed.

The room itself was great However the staff placed us on a floor with 75 to 100 high school kids who arrived at 10 pm and roamed the halls for the better part of two hours running up and down the hall playing and talking loud as well as allowing the heavy doors to slam. They should have placed us on another floor as there were many rooms available. I find it hard to believe that 2 tour busses of children did not have reservations.

Enjoyed my weekend stay! Clean sheets and room. Breakfast was really good as well, lots of options even fresh fruit such as oranges, apples, bananas. There were bagels, muffins, pastries, toast, breakfast bars, and milk and tea/coffee. Location was good too, DC was 25 min drive over and the restaurants around the area were great! Definitely a comfortable stay, and staff were very nice and made everything easy!

Needed a place to stay while working on a job site nearby that was economical and was pleasantly surprised after my first stay here (notice I said first, I have rebooked for this upcoming week also) Easy check-in/out. Clean and quiet room with a hot breakfast buffet in the morning that was actually really good. Walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants.

The sink in my room did not drain properly. I asked the desk manager to address three times. The sink was never fixed even though he said he would check it personally on my third request. Breakfast was great. Good access to a great mall, Springfield Mall.

The hotel and staff could not help this but someone kept slamming the door both nights. We did not get good sleep. Also the breakfast was extremely picked through.

The breakfast had a good variety of fresh items and our group of 12 (7 rooms) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had two small issues with rooms but the maintenance staff corrected those very quickly. The staff was very helpful and our rooms were clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the nearby metro bus stop and the Franconia-Springfield metro station. Parking was easy and the location was perfect for our group.

The hotel is overall clean, the lobby is quite nice and they pipe in a wonderful fragrance there. The breakfast room is fine in the morning but I think they should leave the tables and chairs accessible after 9am. There is no lounge area and that would be helpful to at least be able to sit and have a cup of tea.. The workers are good at doing their jobs but they are not friendly at all. Which, thats fine. Id rather have them good at their job than just be friendly and bad at their job! The rooms are old, the hotel is old, but they have tried to update somewhat. The mattresses are adequate, nothing to write about. If you are super picky about your mattress, this isnt your place. Some of the linens were literally shredded. I think those should have been thrown away and not hung back up in the bathroom when the cleaner saw that. I mean about to fall off the rod, shredded. It bothers me that they have all doors inaccessible other than 1. You can not use any doors in the hotel to get anywhere. You have to use 1 elevator, 1 door only. I feel like that is to good business. I will only stay on one end of the hotel then, where there is the one elevator and one door. They seemed busy enough to utilize all. There were lots of busloads of visitors. The hotel is nice enough for the price. It is not outrageous like most others. I appreciate that in this economy. I like the location also. Close to highways and my son's house. overall I would stay there again

There were no towels in the bathroom when we arrived, and we had to request extra towels. The beds were too small, which made our stay uncomfortable. There was also a persistent musty smell throughout the hotel. My wife and I both came back with itching on our skin—possibly from bugs. We cannot say with 100% certainty that it was caused by the hotel, but it is a concern worth noting. The breakfast was acceptable overall, but the scrambled eggs did not seem natural—they tasted artificial. By the third day, I had completely lost the desire to eat them. Additionally, on the second day, there was a person lying in the hotel hallway with many bags, appearing to be homeless, and they remained there for most of the day without any apparent action taken by the staff. I have stayed at other Best Western hotels in Seattle, Tacoma, and Los Angeles and never had any issues. I genuinely liked this brand, but after this experience, my family and I will likely avoid it going forward.

The rooms were a little dated with the paint and bathroom finishes but it was very clean. You can smell the bleach on the towels and the bedding. I would book again for the affordability and a quick trip but not long term so I can stretch out especially for the space and the double beds being full size; not queen.

This was a great stay. The evening staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property was safe, quiet & clean as well. The water pressure was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also, this hotel is close to a lot of food & the mall that’s in the area. For breakfast, you need to get there early to have a chance to get good/hot food. The options could also be more diverse to accommodate different diets. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and I would definitely visit again.

Breakfast was average. My main issue is that the hotel had a "wonderful" rating and I honestly can't understand how. I've been in similar rated hotels and they were much better. Overall the hotel is rather run down and the HVAC unit was very noisy and kept me up.

The place is in the cut and looks a little sketchy, but it actually was a great stay! The staff was nice and the breakfast was fire. They also had vending machines, I just wish they would give out more towel. But overall, it was a great stay for the price.

Our stay at the Best Western was okay, but it didn’t feel worth the price compared to other hotels on our trip. When we arrived, the outside smelled strongly like rotten fish because of a blossoming tree, which wasn’t a great first impression. The room was clean but dated, with scuffed walls and some peeling paint, and the breakfast was mediocre. Checkout was handled through a virtual attendant on a screen, which caused long wait times. Considering this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at (almost $200 a night), it was disappointing, especially since the cheapest hotel on our trip ($60/night) offered much better breakfast and customer service. The pool was also closed during our stay so amenities were lacking.

Bought two rooms one through Expedia and one through the Best Western and it was quite a considerable change in the price. I would love someone to call me back and refund me for the difference that was charged to me versus what they were given through Expedia based on the charges of the hotel, secondly the water was out in the hotel the whole first day and the second and third day the elevators were out and I have 80 year-old parents that were unable to go up for flights of stairs. They said they were gonna take care of it, but they never did. It was still throughout our whole entire day I would like someone to contact me. This is an average Best Western, not an upscale property. The room is somewhat dated, especially the bathroom, and my husband had to fix the toilet a couple of times to get it to flush properly. The room is clean, but the air conditioner is quite loud. Breakfast is good, and the location is very convenient, close to shopping areas.

The TV I upgraded my room to a king room, bed. The room was very warn and the bed was sagging from age. The room was old and stuffy.

Breakfast was a very typical, mediocre continental breakfast. Could have better juice options. Had to pop in overnight on our drive down south and was good enough for exactly what we needed!

When entering the hotel it looked decent and welcoming. Once I got to the floor on the 5th level the entire hallway smelt funny. The star of the issues was the room next to mine had their tv up loud enough to hear it all the way down the hall so obviously it was clear as day coming through the walls as well.The sink did not drain properly and I had to manually lift the plug to drain it. The toilet would randomly fill its tank with water which will startle you especially if you haven't even used it yet, (it happened the entire time). I went to use the AC unit and ended up having to turn it off because it was rattling so bad. The next morning I went to shower and the water pressure was so intense (like the shower head was partially clogged) it sprayed against the back wall sending water out all over the floor and the door mirror. There was very poor patch work done on the wall as well. There was also no vending machines or comfort station available. I would not recommend this hotel.

Smell of weed was on the entire 3rd floor corridor. I understand that weed can’t be controlled but the bathroom floor was extremely dirty and I even noticed there spots of pee on the floor which tells me the house cleaning staff doesn’t even bother vacuuming the carpet nor even cleaning the bathroom floors!

The breakfast was basically good with eggs and a meat but one day the cereals were all super sweet. The other day had Rice Chex, which is okay. More unsweetened options would be better, oatmeal best.

I had a single room with a king sized bed. I have 2 problems with the room. The first being that the there is no dresser for me to place my clothes in for me to be able to unpack. The other is that the bed has a built in night light that I was unable to find a switch to turn it off which made for a not so sound sleep.

The hotel is not bad, but it’s impossible to breathe in the room. The air conditioner works terribly, and the room is very humid. The breakfast was good.

This was my first check-in using a kiosk -- especially a kiosk with just one name like an online chat. The baseboards in the room were filthy. That took away from the clean hallways and the otherwise clean room.

Place is convenient to all highways. Staff are friendly.

Was hoping to see an elliptical, cycle or treadmill in the exercise room but there was only weights and exercise balls. Parking is a little challenging due to the shape and size of the property. if you begin to get full, this may be a problem. do you have alternatives to the parking you have around the building? Also a year-round pool would be nice.

Lobby and hallways smell nice. Room clean and bathroom. Beds were not comfortable, hard around the edges. Breakfast was delicious.

Our request for first floor was satisfied. The hotel provided a clean and safe accomodation. The breakfast was excellent.

The swab towel was so adorable! As many high end hotels I’ve stayed at I’ve never gotten the swab towel. Breakfast was sufficient. I’m selective when it comes to breakfast so the waffle and potatoes were enough.

The breakfast was amazing!! We definitely did not need to seek out any other dining option. The rooms were spacious and clean. Highly recommend for travelers passing through or don’t mind being a little bit away from the hustle bustle. We were about 15-20 mins from the “touristy” areas.

Cons: No laundry on site, 1 slow elevator for entire hotel, high traffic noisy area with nothing within walking distance.

This is my third time staying at your hotel and get three different rooms and i like both of them, but this one its a King room but the carpet were dirty and old and the room was smaller than i expected that's the first thing i notice and botherd my entire stay i don't know i just don't like and enjoyed my stay just like i did last time. So now i know which room not to pick if i come back again.

I only stayed one night, so not much to say. It was convenient close to 95.

The property was clean and felt safe. The beds were full size and very uncomfortable. Really need to upgrade to queen beds. Also, there is no one at the front desk during the day and you have to use the kiosk. Sort of an annoyance.

It was a good experience overall except for when the fire dept had to arrive so we couldn’t enter the property. Seems like a guest burnt popcorn.

Was there for 2 nites and was decent but I’ve stayed at nicer hotels for about the same price. Smoke alarm went off about 1/2 am cause someone apparently was smoking so fire dept showed up. Location was very good was right off expressway. And is pretty close to Tyson’s corner where mall is. Parking at the hotel was a bit tight so if you get there late you will have to further away from the front and walk. There’s a pool but didn’t get in it.

Check in was very quick/efficient. There was some type of spilled beverage on the elevator floor, I presume recently caused by a guest. Not sure how long that had been there or if it had been reported. It was not there the following morning. My room's bed, bathroom and shower were great. The tv in my room turned on but could not connect to any inputs to view any channels.

Clean and smelled good. Lifeguard on duty. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 so unfortunately missed that due to flight departure. Says no pets but did observe guests with pets.

A/C thermostat was not working so it stayed on regardless of the room temperature.

That same afternoon the power went off, due to tornado warnings, power stayed off for a long time I finally checked out and went to another hotel close by which had a backup generator.

Very noisy, toilet didn’t work right, air conditioner rattling noise all night, tv didn’t work initially, no instructions, no pen or paper, no listing of restaurants or churches close by, pillows and bed were terrible. When I checked in a surprise $200 deposit, homeless people in parking lot, fire alarm went off at 5:23am…

This hotel is a very, very good deal for around $100 per night!

No battery in the tv remote and when we asked they said they had to get it from maintenance the next day. Mind you this was at 5 pm. Oh and the smoke alarm was going off for about 10 minutes because I group of kids were screwing around and couldn’t watch the popcorn

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and they offer a great breakfast with a great pool. overall it was a great place to stay. What i didnt like there was not a lot of walkable places.

Overnight stay to attend an evening function in the area. Could tell the hotel was old but had been extensively remodeled. The breakfast and front desk areas were very nice. The room was rather small with the sink/mirror in the room and the bathroom contained the toilet and shower/tub only. The shower was great. Room had a frig also which is good, just not much room to move around but extremely functional for the available space. Kudos to the hotel. Note: We were on the 3rd floor and the rear elevator light downbutton did not illuminate so we couldn't tell if the elevator was working or not - but we waited and it was. Room was clean and comfortable.

I liked that the floors in the room were not carpeted. It allows for better cleaning.

The hotel was good. However, the room we had on the 5th floor smelt of damp, which you noticed each time you went in. The breakfast was quite good.

Easy access to highway

Nice location for Springfield... pleanty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean but the mattresses are in poor shape. They've got to be replaced. All other services and factors we fine!

Hotel has gone downhill in the past five years and breakfast food is not very good.
