clean and comfortable

Apparently this hotel doesn't allow local people to book with them. So even though I put in a North Carolina address, when they pulled up my phone number, it was showing a local address where I used to live. They let us book when I gave a driver's license with my NC address, but we're military and we don't usually have to update our address on our driver's licenses, so I kinda feel like we just got lucky with this rule. Also, they charge you extra every night for having the dog. I don't remember seeing this up front. The whole check in process was odd. The room was in below average condition as well. The floors were sticky from the cleaning chemicals they use and the caulking in the bathroom had mold on it.

The two queen bed mattresses were extremely comfortable. A blood stained bandaid was between sheets in room 217.

Walls are thin . Listened to TV from other rooms all night

Just right for a brief stay

Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was decent. Hotel needs serious renovation. Having to push button several times on an elevator to get at work does not exude confidence. Black mold growing in bathroom is not a welcoming sign. Dirty socks smell coming from somewhere in my room I could never quite figure out, and I will probably wonder about for the rest of my life. Strange shower. It sounded like the valves were clapping back-and-forth when I tried to take a shower.

Adequate hot breakfast. While the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, this location is sadly run down, with aging fixtures, poor lighting, old towels, and mushy beds. Pet friendly? There was not enough one blade of grass outdoors. Our very loud and outdated AC quit working at 1am.

The room was absolutely disgusting... hair, stains, and blood on one bed, splotches on another, dirty floors, flooding issue in bathroom from the room above :(

Bed was comfy

Location was fine, easy to find. Breakfast was ordinary and most of it not to my taste, but that's just me. I noticed most of the people were filling their plates.

The biscuits were ice cold, the gravy was luke warm at best. The eggs seemed to be okay but the bacon was almost raw. Tried to eat but ended up going to Starbucks for breakfast the first Saturday and Denny's on Sunday morning. The "cooks" need training or be fired. I may not stay here again next year even tho' the room rates were very good.

The A/C in our room was broken but working. The bathroom light took forever to turn on. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety! Overall, I would stay there again.

Needed 2 rooms, one dog friendly. Check in was 3pm we arrived at 6pm and one room was not ready. It was a short drive so we were not tired, went to dinner and the room was ready.if you get a dog friendly room you only pay extra if you have a dog. Rooms were clean though outdated. The beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave my son a 1pm late checkout which was very helpful for the time line we needed. Only negative to me was the room not being ready, it could be a big problem if you wanted to check in at check-in time. For the money a good place.

Especially when your staff at Expedia make false statements and then the staff atnthe location dont really care. I will never stay at one of your locations again and will let family n friends on the terrible service you charge for❗️

Friendly staff and after a few days staying there, felt more like extended family!

Theroom was clean, but in poor condition. The drywall seam was visible, there was mold in the bathroom and on the air-conditioner and red paint randomly on the ceiling. We thought it was blood at first. The staff was great. I stepped in dog poop from someone else's dog and they wiped it off my foot! The breakfast spread was decent. The beds felt more like fulls than queen sized and the rooms were small. Barely a walkway between everything and had to go fully in the bathroom before yiu can close the door. On the plus side the mini fridge was a decent size, there was a microwave and a coffee pot. Although the coffee pot was in the bathroom from the lack of space which was a little weird. The table only sat 2, but the tv was good quality and size. However, the channels didn't match up to the channel guide

The front desk was amazing. We were there unexpectedly on bereavement and had to renew our stay day by day. The front desk people were amazing at making sure we had a room. i thought breakfast was ok but a little sparse. I wanted toast but there was no bread.

The hotel requires you to bring your pet with you any and every time you leave your room. I am happy there was a breakfast available but the quality f the food wasn't all that great.

The two things that stood out to me was the knowledge and kindness and fastness of cleaning a rm from the maids.

Nice size room and was clean

fairly quiet with a room facing away from the freeway that’s not too far away. Convenient to restaurants, gas, etc. thin walls-could hear voices on either side of our room.

Not a whole lot It was run down and the when we checked in they said we could use the Hilton restrooms theirs were under repair which was inconvenient I was just released from a medical procedure which is why we stayed home the channel guide was wrong we didn’t have half of the channels was not worth the money we spent I was very disappointed

The room was clean, I didn't have to ask for pillows, blankets, or anything. The staff was great as well.

1/15-20/2026 In town for Volleyball. Daniel was nice and the only one who we interacted with was great and helpful. Room 106 was great, clean and beds were comfy. Will stay here again as it was close to everything. Breakfast was orange juice, apple juice, coffee or tea. Biscuit, pastry or bagel. Biscuit and gravy, eggs with bacon or sausage, yogurt, milk for cereal, oat meal, and waffles, fresh fruit. Daily paper was available as well. Outside property was clean. Not noisy! Don't read reviews!

I would have liked bananas as an option. Also any options with fiber, whole wheat, instead of playing bagels etc Greek yogurt... Overall though it was pretty good wasn't expecting eggs...

Got a suite and it was a wonderful room. Comfortable bed and had a couch to watch some tv from. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff, housekeeping staff, breakfast staff all very nice people!! If I ever get in the area again I will be glad to stay there!

Staff was friendly. The room smells, someone on my floor is smoking pot. The walls look very dirty with settling cracks, holes, damaged paint and cobwebs all over. The bathroom light flickers like a horror movie (even makes the tapping ticking sounds!) and there’s no design in the room what do ever, all the furniture and fixtures looks like it came from thrift store, it’s damaged dirty and dated. The carpet hasn’t been vacuumed and I’m pretty sure there’s fleas. Oh! The window opens.. a plus. BUT the screen is ripped- good thing it’s winter and the bugs aren’t out! I needed a last minute hotel visiting fora family emergency from 2 hours away. The only positive thing is the hospital is less than 3 minutes away, so… you hear every ambulance lol.i have a feeling motel 6 would’ve been better, oddly enough I thought you get what you pay for and my priority was sleep and comfort- didn’t have high expectations really, but damn.. 3:35am haven’t slept a wink :(

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! Absolutely disgusting rooms, mold in the shower, hair, dirt and skin in the corners of the bathroom. The shower curtain smelled like pee. Everything was awful.

The air filter in the AC unit was extremely dirty. I took it out and when I rinsed it out in the sink. I had to use a towel to clean all the wet lent out of the sink. It was gross

My room was quiet and clean. I enjoyed the complimentary toiletries! Queen room was on the smaller side but would probably be ok for 2 travellers. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't wake up in time to enjoy the breakfast. It was such a peaceful night. We requested a ground floor room for my husband's disability and the girl checking me in was so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

It stunk so bad I had to go to another hotel so I could breath Do not stay here !! Even with pets it’s unclean old run down With old bedding old carpet old walls and bath room in healthy !! I would not eat here because if they can not even give a guest good bedding what are the pans like and how sanitary would the food be! I was not looking to get sick in a business trip ! O stars. And I hope you all take warning here! If they delete this I will re post every day !

Stay was nice, the pillows were like balls and not comfortable. Should replace the pillows but the girl that ran the breakfast was very nice and helpful. She had a stud in her nose, did not get her name, but she was the best.

We were happy with our original room but the air conditioner started to freeze up with ice all over it. The management moved us (even though it was a very busy weekend) into an even nicer room. We were impressed with their willingness to change quickly.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, convenient and pet friendly. The breakfast was tasty with lots of choices and the room price was inexpensive. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. And there were human treats (cookies!) and dog treats available at check in. Super thoughtful!

This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in ever. It had blood on the wall and it didn't even look like the sheets were clean. And there were little bebes all over the floor, dead flies in the window sill. I would never stay here again.

Easy access to I-5. Fast food and convenient stores. Plus, medical facilities.

It took a bit of driving around to find the site. My GPS was misleading . . . the property is tucked in behind the Hilton Garden Inn. You had to know it was there to find it! Some specific directions might have been good in the literature.

The bed was very comfortable and the view from my room was good. The staff was very friendly. There was food options all around and in walking distance.

The breakfast was great different variety each day which was nice.

Room was nice but smelled of cigarette smoke. We have stayed before and it was nice so this was a fluke

The room was rather plain....very clean, etc, but it wasn't anything that we'll remember. Staff and breakfast were great....except the butter for the waffle was totally cold and would not melt on the waffle!!! We've been in Quality hotels before....we would come back to this one!

Stayed 2 nights and had to clean my room myself. Spoke with both gals cleaning rooms adjacent to mine - they would not treat (clean towels and make bed) my room. Both sent me to main desk. Made request with Manager, they will not even empty the garbage can. Will not be back here it was inconvenient and for $160/night, please provide clean towels at least.

A good option financially for pre-flight trip. No frills, but very clean and staff were nice. Easy access off I5 and straight shot down the Belt Line to Eugene airport.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. However, room did not have a hair dryer and our kleenix was empty. They need to repaint the walls, some were dirty.

I have stayed here before. The staff has been exceptionally friendly.

They should change their name. Room was 95 deg when we walked in and that was our second room as the first smelled like weed. Not super picky and was too tired to try another room just cranked the ax and left the door open for a hour to Cool it off. Very disappointed I paid as much as I did for this crappy room.

Property was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. They allow dogs which is always a plus for me. Breakfast was good.

Pretty average hotel but expected that for the price point. It was quiet and comfortable. Easy access to the U of O campus athletic facilities. Decent breakfast options.

I have a lot of late nights when I'm traveling for work, this hotel had comfy beds and was sufficient for a good sleep.

Invest in shower liners, or a better shower curtain. After taking a shower both mornings I stayed, I had to clean the river of water from the bathroom floor. And that was even with putting the shower curtain inside the shower.

Like I said before continental breakfast was no breakfast at all. Terrible selection sub quality items for coffee could not drink.

Tissue box only had 2 tissues in it and the lotion bottle was loose and fell off the wall. Screws not long enough and no caulking behind it. Other than that the desk people were great

We were especially pleased with everything at this hotel. When we travel again to Eugene we will surely stay here. Every person we encountered was helpful, but especially I'd like to note that Samantha who prepared breakfasts was unusually friendly, McKinzey who cared for the rooms, and Anthony at the front desk were incredibly helpful answering all of our questions.

The room was very clean but in poor condition. The carpet coming apart from the wall, bathroom missing a piece of baseboard by the shower and a stain on the ceiling. Breakfast was ok. Front desk friendly and helpful. For the price, not terrible. I will stay again.

Loved the lobby and breakfast area..rooms were nice and clean. Never found the spa area and it didn't say the pool was seasonal..that would have been nice to know ahead of time. Staff were very friendly

Beautiful room for a good price. I didn’t drive longer than 10 minutes to anywhere in Eugene/Springfield and the staff was great.

The breakfast was free but had few options. 1 pastry and 1 bagel, waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs, 1 kind of yogurt. I would not stay here again

Room was very cold as heat was not on. It should have been turned on before we arrived.

The room smelled like cat pee. The heater had broken pieces on it. The walls had holes in them. The shower was just cold water. Overall a really poor experience. Will never stay at that location again.

Convenient off gatway area. Unfortunately i feel like the room was extremely cramped with furnishings that were poor quality. Not the worst.

But but the room was pretty run down as as was the building itself. Lots of imperfections in the room, from bent/dented shower curtain rod, caulking around the base of the toilet, stopper in the sink was sick, light bulbs burnt out, the entire face of the heating and air conditioning unit was dangling off when we walked in the room. The heat was on full blast, and the room was extremely warm when we checked in. Towels were thin.

I didn't like that they made every adult in my party show their ID. The lady at the counter was borderline rude

I was greatly disappointed when I came down for breakfast only to discover that what they listed as breakfast was basically some fruit toast and apple cider. I usually book my rooms at motels that come with a breakfast so I don’t have to waste my time to leave and go to a restaurant. We ended up going out to IHOP for breakfast. We had two rooms, but when we got down stairs and saw what they called breakfast we turned around and went out for breakfast. I have made a note not to book that chain again.

This hotel will not rent to anyone within 30 miles of the hotel. I needed to get a hotel for the night due to a divorce and I could not stay here despite Expedia allowing me to book it. I then had to have two charges on my credit card due to policy of the hotel that contradicts with Expedia's policy.

I had questions about my room when I checked in, and the lady at the front desk, Sarah, actually took the time to show me a room. I am very satisfied. You can tell it’s an older motel, but it appears to be relatively updated.

Beds were really comfy

The toilet seat looks years old with stains, the handle was cracked, there was a dial microwave- how old is that? There was a stain on the couch, the place smells like mold and just dirty. There was dog hair in the bathroom sink and shower...I could go on and on. . Don't waste your money- stay away from this place.

This is a dirty run down place.

Quick and easy check-in. Room smelled of fresh carpet so it appeared they were upgrading. Bathroom was dirty with hair left on the shower curtain and in the bathtub. Toilet seat was really low and loose.

It is what is. Appropriately priced for what you get.

Average property, seems grubby outside. Breakfast was terrible, no hot eggs, bacon or sausage, gravy was luke warm over stale cold biscuits.
