We had two rooms. In one, the AC didn’t work. In the other, blackout curtain didn’t block out the 24-hour security light. Overall, a bad experience, and we have stayed at many Motel 6 properties over the years.
- 4/5
If they can provide tissue and microwave ,this motel will be great for staying.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to shower and sleep for a night or two. Conveniently located by a McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Target and Walmart. Moving our daughter back from the U of O for the summer. It was perfect
- 4/5
The room was very nice and clean. However, the bed was way to hard to sleep very comfortably. I regularly use Motel 6 as my go to place to sleep when out and about and this place, in Springfield, Oregon, the bed was awful. I stayed for 2 nights on June 5&6 2026 for my 50th High School reunion. Needless to say I didn't get a good quality sleep!
- 2/5
Very difficult to get wifi. Staff was rude and dismissive.
- 3/5
The room was clean. There was a small fridge and microwave. Nothing of a surprise, a nice standard room. I loved the price for a nice basic room. The bathroom was decent as well and the staff gave me extra towels and soap when requested.

- 1/5
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. They gave someone a key to come in my room while I was sleeping.
- 4/5
Good parking dog friendly helpful staff. No shampoo in room and the ac unit was very noisy.
- 4/5
Pretty quiet & convienient location.

- 4/5
Good, economical room and beds. Convenient parking. Helpful staff.
- 2/5
Check in was easy Requested a bottom floor was put on second floor. The property was not clean and don't know why there was a pop up in parking spots people cooking out of the back of vehicles bunch of young adults hanging behind dumpsters. Trashed were over flowing with trash on ground. Room smelt like it was a smoke room
- 3.5/5
There was a car parked in the handicap space that I could tell it hadn't been moved in quite some time, it had a couple of flat tires and I could have used that space, also the back door was broken and didn't work with the card, so we had to walk around to the front door, that is a 86year old lady and my wife, who is handicapped, had to go clear to the front door to
- 3.5/5
It was fine, if unexceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The only restaurant within walking distance was a taco truck. Other than that, there were only vending machines.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 5/5
Chris worked with his staff so we could switch to upgraded room type extremely quickly. Clean rooms, quiet convenient to shopping, dining and fuel.
- 5/5
My personal preference if you coming to Eugene,Oregon great stay thanks
- 5/5
It’s okay
- 4/5
Didn't like bathroom. Door and toilet close.
- 2/5
Absolutely horrible bed, you could actually hear and feel the springs in the mattress when you moved. A lot of noise from outside , especially from the pool area very late. The woman at the front desk was nice and helpful but the room reminded me why I haven't stayed at a motel 6 in a couple decades.
- 5/5
I was surprised how quiet our room was.
- 4/5
Clean room. Excellent Staff. Parking close to room. A bit close to freeway noise.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and nice when I checked in.
- 3.5/5
Didn’t know about a breakfast! Couldn’t figure out how to use the TV; or turn on the light where my bags were kept. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off onto the sink! The shower head leaked and the shower curtain hanger needs maintenance. It was too cold in the room.
- 3/5
You pay for what you get. Cheap, not the greatest hotel. Will do for a one night stay. Quiet, clean rooms.

- 4.5/5
Terrific location for going to places both in Eugene and Springfield. There are a lot of homeless people who stay there and in the nearby area. As a result, there can be litter, general loitering, and (?) druggies. The property’s management does its best to maintain a clean, positive, pleasant atmosphere. It is all very well lighted at night.
- 3/5
It's a tired old property. There are better options.
- 3/5
The location was good. I liked the two beds. The tv remotes not working. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner or body wash. Also no microwave.

Nice people
- 1/5
I would have put 0 stars but The wonderful woman that checked us in was so sweet and accommodating just went above and beyond for us. As for the lady after her horrible attitude condescending and just terrible. There was nothing to like about this place it was very very dirty it says no smoking but the rooms smell severely of smoke and mold the phone didn't work was not even connected and the air conditioner did not work as well there were stains on the sheets and the floors were so filthy if it wasn't for the fact that everything was booked we would have left first night did not stay till the end of my reservation left the following day.
- 4/5
Good value and close to everything.
- 4/5
We had a fridge and microwave, but wished there was a blow dryer. No coffee maker in the room but free coffee in the office.
- 3/5
The air conditioning is currently being fixed and the room was very warm and I did not get a good night's sleep. They are in the process of replacing and fixing them but my room was not working and it was a rough night for me and my service dog.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Parking was convenient and I was able to do some laundry while I was there.
- 4/5
Bed was very comfortable. Savanah at the front desk was welcoming.
- 1/5
Room was discusting. Smelled like smoke. The screen was broken on window. Air conditioning didn’t work. Savannah at the front desk tried to sell me pills. Ended up kicking me out after calling the room several times saying there was noise when I was asleep in bed
- 3/5
Very noisy, other guests were very loud, common areas, dirty
- 5/5
Quick friendly check in. Room was perfect for a good night sleep before finishing the travel to the final destination
- 2/5
Uncomfortable beds. Smelled of pet urine. No air conditioning. Tiny standing shower. Convenient to interstate
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. I have a recent leg injury, using crutches, staff was very accommodating.
- 2/5
There is no smoking in certain areas away from the building but the attendants weren't enforced. They a very loose policy. I will never stay a Motel 6 again.
- 5/5
Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
My only complaint is the bed was a bit stiff and felt a lil old.
- 4/5
Dated, but relatively well maintained. Located in a mostly industrial area, but co-located close to many, many amenities. Right on public transportation routes and just blocks from interstate highway.
- 2/5
Floor was unswept had cereal and other stuff. Told front desk I was handed the broom and dust pan. Toilet was clogged called front desk. They ended up giving me the plunger to do it myself. TV come on by its self around midnight . The remotes must share the same signal. When I arrived staff was talking but ignored me for about 10 minutes while I stood there waiting to check in. Get what you pay for.
- 5/5
I got the rest I needed thank you
- 5/5
Easy parking. Getting tv working was a challenge. No phone in the room to call the front desk.
- 1/5
I booked online and needed to check in that same night. Since I booked before midnight I thought I could check in. But no by the time I got to hotel it was after midnight so I had to wait till 3pm next day. So I had to sleep in my car for the night. Staff was rude.
- 1/5
The room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean at all there was urine spots on the floor and seat. We know it’s a motel and all but some standard would be good. It was in really bad shape.
- 1/5
The front desk person was very rude
- 5/5
Park
- 3/5
Way too bright at night. Too much light coming in from around curtains
- 5/5
Ok. Too many homeless people around the property
- 5/5
Easy access
- 5/5
The staff was very respectful the room was very clean and the property was very clean
- 5/5
Everything was as stated. The star rating is not accurate. I’d give this place an honest 3.5 -4.0. You can’t please everyone. Those who aren’t are quick to chastise. Be kind and gracious
- 5/5
Just trying to survive in this tough world. This place is awesome. Staff are great and easy to talk to
- 2/5
Room smelled bad. Mold on shower curtain. Table and chair gonna fall apart. No parking. Dog poop all over
- 2/5
Shower head was messed up and it would not point down to where i could even get it on me to wash my hair or body what an inconvenience. Shady looking people hanging around in parking lot and next to building where rooms are. Felt unsafe. I definitely will not ever stay there again.
- 2/5
Staff was very friendly. My stay was 4 nights and the room never got cleaned. Rr door didn’t close. The rr sink as soon as I open the water would splash everywhere and just a mess to deal with.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff, for the most part friendly. Was very frustrating that the outlets and USB plugs ony side of the bed didn't work. The room way very warm and the air conditioner/fan didn't work. No matter what the thermostat was set on, warm/hot air blew out.
- 5/5
Adequate parking
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Clean bedding, clean, microwave clean fridge. Everything worked really well if I had a problem, they were on top of it without any hassle.
- 5/5
Fasting at clean bedding when needed extra towels no problems
- 4/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Price was fair for the lodging received. The shower curtain in the bathroom wasn't the correct height for the rod, leaving about 4 inches exposed between the bottom of the curtain and shower base causing the bathroom to flood. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Everything was as expected or better. It provided the opportunity for rest that I was looking for.
- 1/5
The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner did not work and the room was extremely hot all night. The lighting system is being updated, is not working properly; this resulted in the room lights coming on randomly in the middle of the night, repeatedly waking me up. There were vagrants in the parking lot. Other than the odor, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. But overall, it was a terrible night's stay; I would never stay at this property again.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect the room and the service
- 4/5
Its Motel-6, in my opinion the most consistent of the budget chain franchises.
- 5/5
Excellent staff Rianna, Chris and Savanna. Nice big room, new shower head. Convenient to shopping and dining. On site laundry was not used.
- 4/5
the room had a missing tv remote they got me another one the people working there were very helpful
- 5/5
The staff at Motel 6 North, are some of the best folks. Stacey, Savana and Rhionna are there to ensure the day flows smoothly. I highly recommend this location!
- 1/5
Check in was not available until 4:30. Asked the front desk lady why the room wasn’t ready and she suggested I stay somewhere else if I did not want to wait. Pretty poor accommodations.
- 3/5
No extras it was very basic. I’ve been to other motel six that had better service.. The room was very clean, but again I was disappointed because I thought there was gonna be shampoo, conditioner, and stuff like that. Not just one tiny bar soap.
- 1/5
Room smelled like a wet dog and cigarettes. Took 45 mins to get the key to my room I’ll never stay here again.
- 3/5
There was no internet access for the TV. The remote control's rear cover was missing. Upon arrival, the light was not turned on, and the toilet was stuck, nearly causing a flood. We had to visit the office to get a plunger and repair it ourselves. Despite these issues, the front desk staff were helpful and courteous, providing a warm welcome and assisting us with check-in and check-out procedures.
- 4/5
Given that it is right next to the freeway, the bedroom was surprisingly quiet. There are no amenities in the room. No coffee machine, no microwave, no refrigerator, but that’s to be expected given that the price is rock bottom for the room. The most important thing to me was that the bed and the pillows were both very comfortable. I also like that it’s dog friendly. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
AC wasn’t working.
- 5/5
Primo staff 👏 nice room.
- 5/5
Great staff clean room, convenient to shopping.
- 5/5
Room was cleanish .. n staff was amazing
- 1/5
Property was suppose to have free wifi. My room did not have any sort of connection. I had to use my phones hot spot causing extra charges to my phone bill because i went over my data plan.
- 5/5
I was nice
- 2/5
Upon showing up to the location, there was a guy going door to door trying to open up the doors. We booked the room with 2 queen beds, but then Hotel 6 stated that they dont have 2 queen beds. Hotel 6 stated that they have contacted Hotels.com multiple times and still hasnt been updated. Room was Ghetto. Batteries in the remote were missing, had to re-wire the TV, Satellite receiver, and power cords. Someone unplugged them all and they were stuffed behind the wall. 2nd bed had a very noxious odor. Bathroom smelled of urine, from door closed, but large gap allowing cold air and noise in. Very thin walls could hear EVERYTHING. Additional weird smells, that we could not locate throughout the room. PROS: Staff was very polite, respectful, and courteous. The beds were quite comfortable.
- 5/5
Chris and Rianna were terrific. Nice clean room, close to shopping and dining. Ground floor room was greatly appreciated.
- 5/5
Terrific staff. Nice room.
- 1/5
Staff was very friendly but unfortunately our room smelt like cigarettes and there were a lot of people out in the parking lot yelling and making a lot of noise all night.
- 4/5
Parking areas well lit
- 1/5
My stay was horrible, the person in the room next door had dogs and they left the dogs alone for hours and all they did was bark and howl and the staff wouldnt do anything about it.
- 4/5
The staff was attentive, well as little as I needed them. It was an older building but was in good repair. I was generally pleased with the accommodation.
- 5/5
Great staff Chris, Rianna, Savanna are allstars. Nice room, clean, convenient to shopping and dining
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
The room was clean despite being a little old. I noticed some mold in the weird track for the shower curtain and there were a couple small hairs in the sink, but the beds were pristine and were in mattress protectors. The shower was a weird setup that I’ve never seen before with the showered toward the middle of the room and shooting toward the corner/wall, but it had a couple grab bars for balance which I appreciated because I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and my balance is still off. The fan in the bathroom didn’t do much of anything and it was very loud and grinding/vibrating/growly sounding but if you wanted the light, you got the fan. The pillows were amazing. The bed creaked when I got in which worried me, but once I laid down it was comfortable. Lots of dogs (all on leashes!) and it looked like a lot of transient/homeless/unhoused people were staying there, but that just tells me it’s a comfy and clean spot. The area felt safe and the neighborhood was good. Staff at check in and check out were very polite and efficient. Will definitely stay here again since I travel between Nevada and Washington regularly and it’s a good stopping point.
- 5/5
Chris at the front is the best!
- 4/5
The room was clean, housekeeping staff was very pleasant.
- 5/5
Staff
- 1/5
Run down, grimy, more like a shelter for the homeless and down and out.
- 1/5
The area was sketchy with drug exchanges. The smoke detector in our room was wrapped in plastic and we were not able to adjust the temperature of the room
- 5/5
It was very clean
- 1/5
The room had a severe odor from smoke or possible drug use. Woke up at 5am and left due to headache from the smell. Listed as non smoking room. Multiple vehicles in the parking with people doing drugs. Do not recommend
- 1/5
Thank you for letting me vent. The room smelled like it was smoked in. Was too tired to worry too much as I had to be up at 3:50. Kept waking up to aggression and finally at 2:50 didn’t go back to sleep. I’m lucky I have a qi gong practice or service would have been a challenge for real. Asked the front desk for a refund as we stay there often and this has gotten out of hand. They told us to contact management and I said I’d be happy if they just came and checked on the room and handled the disturbance. It’s really sad to think we’re not the only ones that get to deal with this.
- 5/5
staff cleanliness
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Check-in was bad. Terrible service. I hope the owner or manager reviews camera footage. Their staff sucks. Room stunk and was dirty (pubic hair and dust all over the toilet). Loud and bright in the room. The outside lights made it seem like daylight even with the curtain closed. Homeless people in the parking lot yelling. Will never stay there again.
- 1/5
Overall was unokay
- 4/5
It was a very clean rm. Lots of space available in the rm-didny feel crowded in the rm. Everyone was

Staff
- 2/5
Room was lacking. No soap provided, unclean, dirty shower. Had to clean it myself. Could not check in at 3, they had no rooms available though the place was empty.
- 2/5
Something else… I was a little spooked by how many homeless people try to get into the rooms
- 4/5
Clean Rooms, good Staff, great price
- 3/5
Some rude employees
- 5/5
Amazing everything
- 4/5

- 4/5
The room was very clean, the staff were helpful and polite, and our stay was overall great.
- 2/5
the room has a weird smell and the shower kind of black and fungus around the faucet.
- 5/5
Nice room, close to the office for coffee in the morning. Great staff clean room.
- 4/5
Nice staff
- 1/5
Literal freezing temperatures inside and outside. Several rooms, including mine, did not have heat. I was not offered a room transfer. Front desk in the morning was rude and apathetic about my greivence.
- 4/5
Very nice and clean room.
- 4/5
The gentleman that worked at night was very helpful
- 2/5
Before I checked in, I was proactively warned about a lack of hot water and heat. Luckily, that was fixed by evening. Room was ok overall. In the early morning, staff barged into my room without knocking, and asked why I was in my room: I said it’s my assigned room, to which they unprofessionally used expletives while I was on a Zoom call. Odd start to the day!
- 3/5
Room was clean but smelled of cat pee and liter, the room next door had a cat i noticed cause it was in the window. Fridge was cold when we entered room and put food and drink in it. Woke to our food going bad and our drinks dripping from im assuming the fridge being warm.
- 1/5
They have a ton of homeless people just hanging around. Feels very unsafe as well.
- 5/5
Friendly, efficient and welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable and efficient guest room. Good security and great parking.
- 1/5
Very nasty area Nasty multi random tattooed ( neck, hands, etc) on check in that repeated you are at a motel 6 dude
- 5/5
Chris was so helpful, rooms were great but our heater was not working.
- 5/5
Terrific staff, Chris, Savannah and Rianna are great. Clean room thanks to Rita. Convenient location close to I-5, dining and shopping.
- 5/5
Great place for overnight stays.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Will definitely stay again!
- 3/5
Exterior and location of hotel is not great. Seedy area. Sketchy people everywhere.
- 2/5
Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Check in was flawless since we extended an extra day.
- 1/5
Room smelled completely of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room, when changed rooms there was no heat , room had peeling paint and mold in bathroom , night staff was rude and unhelpful , refused refund
- 5/5
Awesome staff, very personable and caring. Nice room close to office and coffee access 👌 😋 Patrons need to mind their pet waste unless their mother works here. 🐕
- 5/5
Great staff!!! Very responsive to requests. Room is clean, comfortable, warm and has all amenities we requested.
- 1/5
The staff was unreasonable. She kept changing our rooms after I told them that they smell like massive cigarette smoke, which was given me an asthma attack. So we had just left
- 5/5
Excellent room except for the lack of hot water. It was lukewarm but doable. The office Staff were fantastic!! I wish there were more people like Savanna, she was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be staying here again when I pass through here.
- 1/5
Room was less than lacking. Pounding on floors and walls all night long. I finally gave up at 3 am amd went to the office and checked out. The office staff didnt care about my situation and offered no help. First and last time at this place
- 4/5
Room was fine. Tv wasn’t the best. People upstairs we loud. Over all a good experience.
- 2/5
things not working or not provided. One outlet didn't work when I used it to try to charge my phone.Freezer in refrigerator badly needed defrosting. No direction to work the TV. No clock or phone or coffee maker in the room. Just a barebones room for 1 night.
- 3/5
Very loud lots of fighting outside.
- 2/5
Well i usually have a good experiene there but this titmevi wad put in a room that had the door busted fown at dome pount because it was bent and it left a gsp atpund the bottom of the doir so big yohvvoikx see out it it was 30 fegrees that night the heater coukdht kerp up and on topof that the tv wad broken.
- 3/5
Heater was not working properly, unable to set the thermostat in my room. The internet was down for over an hours, checking took a while. Beside the minor issues the clerk was very nice and comforting. overall, we really enjoyed the stay.
- 5/5
Staff were excellent! Prompt response to issues or requests. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location near I-5, shopping, dining, fuel. We'll be back to stay there.
- 2/5
Room was unsafe, the security lock was missing screws, didnt even wanna have my kids there. The Tv was distorted and could hardly see it. Just not the experience i usually have at this hotel.
- 3/5
Bed was sort of uncomfortable. Glad I got my reservations before you up your prices because of sa football game.
- 5/5
The staff here are great. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and never have had a pleasant experience with all the staff. I however did here.
- 5/5
Savannah was the most helpful in a very stressful time. After 14 hours air travel I reserved a room online. I showed up exhausted and ready for a hot shower and sleep. A storm had gone through and knocked everything offline. Lobby was full with a line out the door. Savannah handled that entire lobby and got everyone checked in despite that and the phone constantly ringing in between. It was very chaotic but she was professional with everyone and never once broke that. Kudos to her. She even took the time to show me personally where there was a blanket and got me on the first floor for my disabilities. That young woman needs a raise for sure!! And it was Christmas Day. She was so great I booked another night. Chris was the following day and he was very nice and helpful. Interacted with the head of the housekeepers as well. I commend you on the excellent staff you have. Every single one of them were very nice, polite, and helpful. Morning coffee was great as well.
- 4/5
It was clean.
- 3/5
The room is in good condition.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was friendly.
- 2/5
not appropriate!
- 1/5
and it smelled so bad like a sewer. The front desk gal was so nice and kind but there was no remedy. wtrefu d a refund
- 5/5
Ok for the price!!!
- 4/5
The room was nice, the grounds were nice, very well lit at night. The refrigerator in my room leaked water all night on the floor (room 270). The staff was very nice.
- 2/5
Check in time was 3. The room wasn't ready until 5:30...
- 1/5
I arrived at 3pm, normal check-in time and was told my room wasn't ready and they'd call me in a few minutes when it was. An hour later, no call. So I went inside and was told "oh, your room is ready now". I'd probably still be waiting for the call if I didn't check back. The area is super sketchy, with homeless living in broken down RVs on the street. In my room, there were two remotes for the TV, no instructions on which to use for what but that didn't matter as the TV didn't work. The fan for the heat rattled super loud and sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. My wife called and asked how my room was and I told her staying here is one step above being homeless.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly at both check-in and checkout. Room was clean. It’s basic but appropriate for the price.
- 1/5
Horrible staff too many police
- 1/5
Staff is horrible too many cops
- 1/5
Oh lots of things don't really want to tell the story. But this place is horrible they fired the only good staff member they had for no good reason. Then they kicked us out for no good reason besides we have a motorhome parked there broken down threatened to get it towed away (this is our home when we're not staying in the motel) but some nice guy towed us into the street so we can fix it.. But the other to "so called managers Chris and some big girl are just flat out liars and rude as can be. If motel 6 north was any kind of smart they would bring Brenda back and get rid of the other 2 worthless lying managers . Besides all that u would think it's a police station cops are in and out of there all day and all night. Non stop in and out it gets to be a little ridiculous u go out to smoke and ur constantly getting dogged by the cops who needs that ? So I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy, well maybe them. The price is nice but they have no maids becuz of ice😁
- 1/5
Bad
- 5/5
Laundry has great prices
- 5/5
They have always been very kind and accommodating
- 4/5
Room a bit dirty and only one towel in bathroom
- 4/5
We have stayed at this Motel many times over the years and it's always been clean and welcoming. The only feedback I have regarding this stay is there wasn't adequate bedding - a sheet and thin blanket led to us cranking up the heat in the room. Otherwise 5 stars. Also thank you for providing coffee in the office in the morning.
- 2/5
The staff were working so hard to fix the issues, and unfortunately for them, the management and ownership failed them in spectacular fashion. I thank the staff for holding it together and maintaining their professionalism.
- 1/5
Loud. Smelly. Dirty. Gaps in the door and around the window were so large that light streamed in all night from the security lights so bright I could have read a book without hurting my eyes. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.
- 1/5
Guests next door kept us awake ALL night and I didn’t feel like the front desk did enough to try to get them to be quiet. I hear that agent is new. He needs to be trained. The morning desk said Anthony the night desk clerk told him about it, but left no notes. We got NO sleep. Please approve expedias request for a refund. I am pretty upset about it and will never stay there again.
- 2/5
Check was supposed to be at 3 PM. Didn’t have room ready till almost 6 PM… thermostat in room looked original from the 70s. It had one setting on full blast heat or nothing. Room lighting was dark. There was a light that had no switch. The television had no remote. I guess you get what you pay for though.
- 5/5
Yes

It’s a motel six… The people at the front desk try real hard but no matter how you slice it. It’s a bear. It’s borderline 30. You can’t tell if the bed was slept in or not. I’d hate to see the walls in a black light. I brought my own blanket and pillow, and I wish I would’ve brought a towel too All in all it was not bad for a motel I’ve seen worse
- 1/5
Room wasn't available at 1:30AM when we arrived. They made up an excuse that all their housekeeping staff had left due to ICE raids but there were no problems at any of the other hotels we went to. But because there was a special event going on that weekend we had to pay double the normal rate. There was a homeless guy just sleeping in the lobby too. Absolutely horrible experience.
- 1/5
Understaffed but people at front desk were pleasant. Room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. Rooms smelled like pee and smoke, assume staff didn’t have time for a thorough cleaning. Only two bars of soap in the room. No shampoo, no bath towels. TV was old and had a blue tint. Curtain had a missing ring and was drooping. Property was well lit though. Overall, probably one of the worst places I’ve stayed but staff was nice. Feel bad for them as they were trying their best.

Because the lady that was working there. As a manager plummet, there wasn't any rooms, but then offered another couple. One of the rooms that were dirty and I offered to clean one of the rooms that were dirty so I had one and she told me no. But she offered people the dirty rooms , and they absolutely refused. Then when I was in there talking to her, my wife booked a room after she told us they didn't have any at the motel and I went back in and said, Hey, my wife booked this room and she got into an argument with me over it, which was totally unprofessional as well. As offering dirty rooms anyways, then told me, I could wait for her to clean the room. So we sat around and waited for over an hour and got a phone call from her saying that the manager went home sick. That was a co-worker that called us.And we drove by and the manager whoever she was.And I got an argument with this and offering dirty rooms with sitting right there in the office and other live and professional. So we paid for this room.200 bucks I didn't get to stay with over $200.Didn't get to stay and she told us to call expedia and get our money back and there's nothing she was gonna do about it. I've only been treated with such disrespect.Like this one other time and that one other time a traumatized my twelve year old , and I sued them in one. I expect a reimbursement at the minimum cause of this situation. This woman was very unprofessional,

Room wasn't ready for check in when we arrived at 4:30pm. Had to wait for them to clean it. The room heater didn't work so it was very cold during the night.
- 1/5
We were stranded in a city far from home, late at night, with no lodging. And now, I have to wait “5-7 business days” to get my money back.
- 2/5
Although I made a reservation, when I arrived at the Hotel, there was a 30 minute delay in getting the room cleaned. Once in the room, the heater did not work, and the pillows had blood stains or dark stains. I had to go to Walmart and purchase a small room heater, as well as buy pillows for the stay. The rooms were extremely small for it to be a double, but I was very disappointed with my stay.
- 1/5
Had us wait to check in for 8 hours after check in time to get our rooms, claimed to be under staff and it took that long to get a clean room. The gave us rooms with broken tvs, no heat with zero towels.
- 2/5
Couldn't check into room until after 7pm.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. As with any Motel 6 the room was very very basic. The bed was quite hard, not good for my wife and I but if you like a hard bed it might be good. We don't check in til about 9pm so this was just a quick overnight stay so amenities were not really needed.. we were a bit surprised that there were no towels in the bathroom, just a wash cloth to dry our hands on. We did find out the next morning that they were short staffed so it was an oversight. Had we needed towels I have no doubt they would have brought us some. The room was clean enough and served it purpose for the night.
- 3/5
The facility was understaffed. The room had a clogged sink and the tv had a broken screen. The place needs more staff to get things done . I wouldn’t recommend staying there.
- 1/5
Arrived at hotel at 11am, knew room wouldnt be ready. We checked in thinking it would save us time latter. We returned @ 9:30pm only to find out our room wasn't cleaned yet. We waited 30 minutes in the parking lot. After our room was cleaned, we found our rooms smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, tv didnt work and there we're stains on the bedspread.
- 1/5
Went to check in and there were about 6 people in the lobby upset that their keys opened rooms with people sleeping in them. Also people upset that they had been walked in on. I was staying alone and could not chance as stranger coming into my room. I ended up paying $389 at another hotel at midnight. Horrible experience
- 1/5
Check in was delayed until 1130pm. Our room’s heating system only blew cool air.
- 2/5
Second room the door to the bathroom was inoperatable due to the screws in the door hinges were loose and the door was resting on the floor. The beds were okay.
- 4/5
One of the best motel 6's ive ever stayed in. Well priced as well. Overall great experience.
- 1/5
We received a refund because they double booked the rooms and still tried to place people. So when you went to your room there were already people in it.
- 1/5
Pubic hair was all over the bed and the shower was leaking and all over the floor i want a refund i couldnt even stay there and had to stay in my car
- 1/5
2 hours to check in and get into my room, even when I got here 2 hours early
- 1/5
Rooms not ready to Check in, room smelled like cat pee, extremely flirty room, staff
- 1/5
It took way too long to check in they didn't have a room ready like they were supposed to but the manager went in and cleaned a room for us. There was car alarms going all night long and for a long time.
- 1/5
Savanah the night shift clerk was HORRIBLE. Rude and not helpful. When we had a problem with our tv remote she argued on the phone with us until we finally went to the office and asked for assistance. She came to our room and said she would be back with a different sensor, when she never came back we went back to the office only to find her eating and talking to another staff member. After telling her how upset we were about the situation she said what do you expect you are at a Motel 6 and we could just leave. We had no problem with that just give our money back. She said no refund just leave now or I will call the cops!!. We closed the door and waited for the police to show up (they never did). Long story short we did not sleep, no tv, and horrible experience in general.
- 1/5
The hotel wasn’t able to give us a room due to issues with their housekeeping staff. We arrived at 11:30 pm after a six hour drive. We ultimately found a place to stay and got things worked out after a couple of hours text support with Expedia, but the experience overall was horrible.
- 1/5
Phone not in working conditions
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff, especially Chris, were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Happy
- 1/5
Room wasnt ready, ice machines were not working. Staff seemed very capable but very under staffed. Underwhelmed, but experienced....staff the damn place, especially on a event night for the city
- 1/5
After all that, we had no room, no warning, and no support from the staff. This is completely unacceptable—paying in advance should guarantee a room, not leave you stranded. We ended up having to book elsewhere and paid a bit more to stay at the Hilton, which was a night-and-day difference. JUST PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT and skip Motel 6 entirely. It’s not worth the stress or the uncertainty.
- 1/5
When we arrived we were told our reservation was canceled because they didn't have enough clean linens to clean the rooms and we were not notified of the cancelation and i still had a charge on my credit card for one of the rooms
- 2/5
Rooms weren’t ready. There was a long line of frustrated and angry customers. However, the front desk manager, Savannah, was incredibly helpful under less than optimal circumstances. She dealt with the challenges professionally and with empathy.
- 1/5
The check in process had a line around the hotel and when we got to the front, we realized it was because the two workers there were struggling. One was having lengthy conversations with every person and the other was clearly unable to use the tablet to check someone in, so she needed a lot of help. The room was dirty, with earwigs in the shower and cobwebs in corners. The bed felt like industrial strength springs wrapped in a duvet, so completely unable to get rest. The AC was broken and the window is prevented from opening all the way so it was hot and humid in *November*. You get soap to wash your hands and you’re lucky if you get that. For entertainment, the TV was stuck tilted upwards and would not budge, and the Netflix and such did not work as the TV wouldn’t connect to the WIFI. I would never return and have told the person I was visiting to let others know to avoid as well. We were only in the room to sleep and it wasn’t even worth that. Should have slept in my car.
- 2/5
Our stay was ok. We were not affected negatively in any way but people that checked in and after us were! We were fortunate to have arrived earlier in day to check in but our room was not ready! Understandable! Was told to return after game for key to room! After game, at around 10:30pm we arrived at hotel to a line of people checking in, unfortunately for them, they were notified that their reservations were canceled without any heads up or contact to them. After careful review by manager and a lot of back and forth, it was sited that a “failed linen delivery” was at fault for not enough clean rooms at that reservation had to be canceled. No contact as made to any of the folks in line and only thing the manager would say to these poor folks was, if you want you can call corporate and complain to them! While standing behind a class window and locked lobby!! Needless to say, I tried offering my room (for cost) to one group but they needed two. We had no issues driving back to Portland if accepted, but the declined. We will not be using Motel 6 ever again. Was actually a stretch to use them this time.
- 2/5
Then upon entry the TV didn't work, called the office, put on a long hold, hung up, called again, the 47 minutes later (now its 10 pm), the office attendant came to look at the TV. A cable was ripped out and the TV required maintenance. No other rooms available!!!!
- 1/5
Waited over 1/2 hour to check in. Onced checked in, no clean rooms.
- 1/5
Place was dirty, our room was cleaned the day before according to the card on the desk but it reaked of cigarettes and there was dirt and unidentifiable debris on the walls.
- 4/5
The staff was kind and courteous.
- 1/5
Ac didn’t work, room was dirty, I had a fly stuck in my room. Shower was nasty, hair everywhere
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 1/5
The heat and phone didn't work and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. Then the neighbors were so loud constantly coming in and out slamming the door and I could not sleep at all and was terrified to drive home. The worst part was I was in a non smoking room and it definitely smelled like smoke and people were smoking right off the balcony and tossing their butts all over the ground even though there was designated areas.
- 1/5

A big football game. One associate trying to check in guests and everything else. Lines waiting 30plus minutes. Desk associate was very pleasant and kept her composure. Not enough towels and wash cloths in rooms. A live bug in one bed. 250$ per. Shameful.

Staff was extremely helpful in getting us a ground floor room. After a day of hiking and nursing a sore heal, so appreciated.

- 5/5
Staff gets my family into a room as soon as ones available. They are very nice and always know to put us on 1st floor,as we have a toddler. Thank you
- 4/5
The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Nice to have a refrigerator. I brought my mini Keurig to have my coffee and tea. The shower stall was small and a little uncomfortable. I booked it only because all hotels had no vacancies.
- 5/5
Room temperature was warm. made may stay cozy
- 2/5
Apparently, there are some permanent residents that live there. I don't know how a family can live in a tiny space however, I guess you get what you pay. Ill know better.
- 2/5
Had to wait for 45 minutes at office to check-in. No one was there.
- 4/5
I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been excellent for the money. Will stay here again soon.
- 1/5
The front desk person was the manager on duty and spent time talkign with a co-worker about a timesheet while there was a line of people to check in.
- 4/5
Everything the scaf can contain they did good. The area just doesn’t feel safe with all of the homes and the people living in the RVs
- 4/5
Basic room, clean, staff were friendly. Lower ground room door had major gap so light, wind and rain - had to put towels down Freeway very close so you’ll need ear buds.
- 2/5
Staff seemed too busy to help the long line of people checking in. Rooms weren’t ready. Hair on blankets and pillowcases. One bar of soap and not enough towels. Asked for them to bring more the next day and they agreed but never did. Would not stay again.
- 2/5
Room had a putrid smell. Clearly had been smoked in.
- 1/5
We reserved the room for two nights but checked out after one. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the worst hotel room my wife and I had ever seen. The pictures do not reflect the room. Everything was dirty and in disrepair.
- 2/5
Room wasn’t ready at 830pm at night and the room smelled like dogs
- 2/5
The sheets were dirty, toilet was filthy, also cost $320 for 1 night during a ducks game weekend.
- 1/5
Poor
- 3/5
They price gouged us for the Oregon Ducks football game. Very bare bones for almost a $300 single queen room. All the motels were price gouging- I thought that was illegal. Heat didn’t work, but staff was able to get it going. TV sound was awful. Microwave didn’t work. I guess you shouldn’t expect much from a Motel 6, but they have the gall to gouge you, so that’s irritating.
- 1/5
It was wildly over priced. We arrived at 10:30 and the rooms were still uncleaned. There were only two staff people and over 20 rooms still uncleaned. We were able to get two of the last rooms that were available, but they had insufficient pillows and blankets. There were at least 8 other patrons waiting for rooms. We paid over $250/night per room. It was an outrageous expense for poor accommodations.
- 4/5
Its affordable
- 1/5
Room wasn’t ready at 10:45pm, after being told it was. Beds were stripped and dirty piles of blankets were on the beds. We didn’t get into our room until almost midnight. Whole room was filthy, front desk worker locked me in the lobby and I had to exit by going around the counter and through the staff lounge. Room next to us kept trying to unlock the adjoining door all night long. Main door didn’t even fit on the frame, allowing cold air to blow inside the room. Staff didn’t seem to care of how terrible the hotel conditions are. Just kind of shrugged their shoulders. Completely disgusting property.
- 1/5
Over all the hotel is average and what you would expect from a Motel 6. The problem is we checked in at 3pm and they said they didn’t have any clean rooms ready. Ok we will go and eat. Long story short we returned 4.5 hours later and found our room door wide open. And still not cleaned. We had to wait an additional 30min to get into our room.
- 1/5
We arrived 6 hours past check in and there was still no room completely ready for guests. Our TV does not work, the floors were dirty and paper was shoved in the “peep hole”. There is no air control so we had to open up the window because of how hot it was making the noise from the heavily trafficked roads that much louder. The room numbers don’t consistently go in order and trying to find the stairs to the second floor felt like some kind of weird game.
- 5/5
The place is great. Best you can expect from a cheaply priced motel. Rianna and Savannah are very helpful.
- 4/5
The bed was REALLY uncomfortable; I woke many times during the night because I could not sleep well and was sore and achy when I got up.
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
The place is basic but they have newly updated rooms and its always very clean and the. Manager is very nice and helpful she is amazing compared to the A hole before her it used to be kinda sketchy at. That location but she Turned it around
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff were super nice.
- 5/5
Clean, plenty of parking, dog friendly and great price.
- 5/5
Booked and paid extra for a microwave then was told there were no rooms with microwaves. The front dest was kind enough to find and deliver on to my room but expedia should change this or just dont bother paying extra. Its safe and clean and gppd for a stopover

Improved for sure.

It was convenient to activities. Front desk staff were nice.

Bed was comfortable, had holes in linen from a previous burn probably, lamp with no bulb, light over bathroom sink barely on due to bulb needing changing, no fridge, no microwave in the room we had.
- 1/5
The guy at the front desk was super nice though and I give him a 10/10.
- 3/5
Fine
- 2/5
cleaned. This was around 8:30 pm. We did ask for a discount for unclean rooms and the inconvenience (also no other hotels with available rooms in the area). They wouldn’t give us a discount of any kind and acted irritated that we asked.
- 5/5
Very safe parking, with lots of shopping and dining options.
- 2/5
Staff friendly
- 1/5
Before I laid in the bed, I checked the sheets and the mattress and comforter, etc. there was two or three bedbugs that were dead in the sheet. Also, there were unsavory clientele staying there smoking very strong smelling marijuana. I did not feel safe, so that’s why I only stayed four hours and I don’t think I should have to pay $67 for what I saw an experienced.
- 4/5
It was ok..had to deal with a barking dog, people above us or next to us were very noisy.
- 4/5
And maybe invest in trash liners that don't rip at the site .. aside from that it's Really nice
- 3/5
Parking was ok. Heat only, no a/c in room! Dirty sheet.

Stayed three nights, never received room keys which worked.

Looks like the rooms were updated recently. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff.

You get what you pay for. It's dirt cheap and you get no frills. No clock. No refrigerator. No microwave. No shampoo in the shower. 2 tiny bars of soap. Torture rack beds, etc.
- 3/5
Laundry broken, no microwave, dusty, dirty floors, blood stain on pillow, old thin towels no bath mat, half empty vending machine, loud guest everywhere got woken up every hr, sketchy people all around
- 2/5
You get what you pay for....and in this case not much. We were in a non smoking room but near an area where cigarette smoke was drawn in to the room. The designated smoking area was only used by those willing to walk over to the tent area. Rooms were never cleaned or checked on unless requested....and even then maybe not! If the star rating is low....it is for a reason.
- 3/5
Lady that checked me in aas great.
- 2/5
It’s very affordable, but our room was next to people having a loud argument for hours so it was hard to sleep. The room was very shabby, not sure the shower had been cleaned.
- 2/5
When we got in the room there was no towels, no soap, no blanket on the bed. I was able to get that from the desk, but the A/C did not work very well either. In my opinion they should not have rented this room out, I would not recommend staying at this Motel 6

booked a room for move in day at uo for a good price but hotel was extremely dirty. looked like only the beds were made before we arrived and nothing else. there were splashes of something on the wall behind the tv that hadnt been wiped, crumbs on the floor, dirt and hair all on the carpet, and hair and dirt in the shower. i wish i had taken pictures but i got out of there as SOON as i could. not to mention the smell. omg the smell hit us as soon as we opened the door to the room. it was pungent. thats the only word i could think to describe it besides foul. it literally made us take a step back when we opened the door. there was also the sound of water running as well which wouldve kept me up if i had bothered staying. i felt so uncomfortable i didnt even want to sit on the bed or take my shoes off. the smell never got better either i wish i could've went nose blind but no there was still an odor. best way to describe it was musty and sweaty smelling. like someone had been running and in the sun and did not shower. microwave dirty. also it was cold so i went to turn some heat on and the freaking cover of the switch fell off. that was my last straw tbh. i was looking for hotels in the area right after that which was not cheap on such short notice. i will say the staff was very accommodating and understanding but they said after 10 minutes in the room they could not refund for that night only the nights we did not stay. which i understand but really 10 minutes?? dont stay here
- 4/5
Room was clean. We did laundry which is located at the back of the property. I felt safe using it. There is fast food in walking distance. More food across the busy street. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and was considerate of my needs.
- 2/5
My room was not ready at check in time so we waited 40 minutes and then were given a room that wasn't what we booked. We were told even tho it wasn't the room we booked it will still have a fridge but no microwave. Well it had neither, so we paid extra for nothing. Then the toilet paper was a used roll with a quarter left on it, unfortunately we noticed this once we got back from a show at about midnight. Unfortunately ran out the next day. Also didn't have towels, we noticed that right away and had to go to the office again which they did give us towels.
- 5/5
Friendly service, clean rooms, accommodating
- 5/5
Yup
- 3/5
A family member's room was noisy, while ours was quiet. The AC at the property was iffy. We overheard a supervisor addressing complaints about it. We found our room AC to be just OK.
- 2/5
It was dodgy and felt unsafe. The room was beat up and cell-like. The lobby had a bad smell. To say it was no-frills is an understatement. More like one star level. We stayed one night and left.
- 2/5
Good shopping area and laundromat is just down the street
- 1/5
El chequeo estaba muy malo tube que refresar por la llave porque no servia
- 2/5
I froze all night long, the heat didn't work. When I checked out I told them st the front desk and they said the heat isn't turn on yet! It was 43• that night! So I paid $110 to freeze in a room that doesn't have the heat turned on!
- 2/5
Rude staff and rooms felt unsafe. I don’t understand the smoke tent.
- 2/5
They lost my reservation for one room and wanted me to pay $290 a room
- 2/5
Limited staffing
- 2/5
You get what you pay for. A/C and toilet were effectively non-functioning. Mattresses was low end.
- 5/5
The staff are nice easy-going and helped out in anyway it was needed in reasonable time.
- 5/5
I like how clean they keep the place. Or at least maintained enough you can clean more yourself without trouble. If you have OCD like mine. It’s the best you’ll find for a cheap price. Management is nice.
- 5/5
Late night check in, and they had the light on for me. I love a place that stays true to their word.
- 1/5
Horrible stay. When I arrive to check in, I was informed by the service rep at the desk that someone had already checked in under my name and had been in my reservation since September 12. They gave me verifying information stating that it was myself in the room as well as my late husband who had passed away earlier this year. The customer service rep at the desk verified information with me. That was the same information of my late husband and advised me that maybe my husband was running from me and faked his death to be away from me and they needed a death certificate to confirm that my husband had passed away. I advised them that I can get a death certificate, but I believe that that is not what is needed I confirm my card information, my bank statement, my ID and the customer service representative still advised that they would not be able to give me my room. They try to get a hold of the people that were in the room that were under my name and they were not available. They entered the room and found medication‘s that had my late husband‘s name on them and advised me that they would call the police which they never did we ended up having to wait three hours for a room and then when they told us my room was ready. It was not the room that I paid for. I paid for a two bed room and I was given a one full size bedroom. They refused to remove the people out of the room that should have been mine so we were left with the only other room that was available the room smelled

No clean towels
- 5/5
Clean. Friendly staff. Affordable for the price
- 3/5
Long walk from elevator and restaurant and parking exits. No ocean view at that end of building even though so stated in description of room. They use a freight elevator to transport wheelchair and scooters down to restaurant and young staff can never find key. The elevator then only takes you to lounge with limited seating and no access to seating below at windows with a view. Server for breakfast too young to provide alcoholic drinks like Mimosas. I ordered what I thought was a very expensive crab omelette for breakfast and it was just some crab folded inside a flat egg pancake with nothing else. No cheese or anything else. Totally disappointed. Clam chowder at dinner was indifferent and mostly just creamy soup without much else. Staff was pleasant. My overall opinion leaves much to be desired and after pushing my walker to room down a long hall I am tired and sore. We drove to other places to eat. Will not ever return.
- 1/5
I would NEVER stay in this place ever again. The beds were prison beds. They falsely advertised. It’s not safe. The wiring alone is dangerous. I was homeless as a child. I would rather sleep outside.
- 2/5
No shampoo, conditioner or refrigerator
- 5/5
Homeless people hanging around
- 3/5
Like everywhere lately they are short staffed and many of us waited to get a room. The lady was doing her best, but fewer maids mean longer wait times
- 2/5
We had to wait several hours after checking in to get a room that they said would have good AC, It did not. They told us we would be charged $150 for smoking in the room, the room reaked of cigarette smoke when we entered it, we notified them (hoping we wouldn’t get charged for this. Telephone in the room was broken, we found hairs in the bed, and we had to call the front desk to come fix the TV because the satellite would work. They did come fix.
- 2/5
The bathroom smelled like cat urine and mold and there were ants all over got in our food, and were even in the bed
- 3/5
So not a fan there But front desk team were incredible and very helpful
- 3/5
It was a cheap hotel, needs A/C updated in rooms, not really working but had window & door open, room & bed was nice but smelled like dog. Staff was excellent & very helpful, they raise the price on weekends with events like others. No frills, empty your own trash but had tv, microwave, fridge & separate bathroom.
- 5/5
All around excellent.
- 5/5
The noise is the only real downside. Better than average motel. They don’t take flack from people misbehaving.

That’s the stuff the hotel could control. The other clientele was a whole different problem. The paper thin walls made for lively listening.

A fine overnight stay. The front desk staff on check in was friendly, helpful and happy. The room was clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Cool A/C, beds are comfortable, pillows are soft and firm. TV has nice select of channels. Great spot to get a room. Rooms are kept really clean.

the AC was fixed on high. I had to get another room with no AC but TV was broken. There was only one person to take care of everyone. People were having to wait to check in. They needed more staff to help. I will never go to a motel 6 unless I really have no other choice.

Room was dirty. Light bulb burnt out in main area. Tv wouldn’t connect to WiFi. However, We were there for a short time. It was convenient.

Good coffee every morning

I would just like to say that the front desk workers on the night shift were amazing. My daughter found herself in an unexpected situation I called down there to get a room for her, but didn’t realize she didn’t have identification except for on her phone. They let them check in and let them rest for the night while I drove down the next day to pick them up. The warm and kindness really shows that people do care. So if you get a chance to stay here I would recommend it.

It is no frills. Just a place to stop on a trip

Unfortunately the AC was out for the building on a hot stay. Room was stuffy and hot. First room supposed to have fridge but was missing, moved to room with fridge so appreciated that work around. No one at desk to check out for 10+ mins at 7:30am. Just left without getting receipt.

The friendly professional accommodating staff.

I mean, you get what you pay for, right? It was manageable but reminds me that for another $30 a night, I could be a lot more comfortable and satisfied.

All was good just wish they had someone come clean my room, i was there for 3 nights, i had to look for someone to give me toilet paper and take my trash bag. And that the AC worked better.

Dont think room should have been rented out.

Ok, my first mistake was traveling over Labor Day weekend. Second mistake was going to Eugene/Springfield during the Ducks home opener. All the hotels I would typically stay in were WAY overpriced! So I ended up staying at Motel 6. You know what? It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Certainly not the best, but not the worst either. So, here’s my advice, it’s a “freeway adjacent” Motel 6…don’t go in with high expectations and you won’t be disappointed. Was it nice? No. Was it acceptable for the price? Yes. Let’s do this in a pro’s and Cons shall we? Pros - location. It’s not far from anything. There’s a few restaurants, fast food places and a liquor store nearby. The people, both staff and guests in my opinion were friendly enough and welcoming. Price. You get what you pay for; a reasonable place to sleep when you’re in town, which is what I was looking for. Cons - Dirty outside. The whole place could use a power wash and a paint job. The room was clean, the towels were soft and the bed was better than sleeping in the car. Clock in the room? No. Everything bolted down? Yes. Did the t.v. work? Yes, for the most part. Difficult to change channels, but enough tv to have a distraction. Stay here, sleep here. That’s all. I can’t recommend the lobby coffee. I didn’t trust the wifi enough to try it. Would I stay here again if I had to? Sure. Again, better than sleeping in the car. Marginally, but sure. Travel safe everyone!

Really liked the staff

The staff were nice but clearly overworked/understaffed and couldn’t be as attentive as they intended. Our room was ‘clean’ but had an awful smell that we reported to the staff but not much could be done. They were also fully booked for the night so we were told we couldn’t be moved.

The place was a little run down BUT the stuff was great!!

Horrible staff and room was infested with bugs shower was extremely dirty and plugs were broken. Had a lot of drug addicts around the motel. Do not stay here. Left 10 mins after check in and would not give a refund

Noise, not enough towel, too busy,

Very clean and friendly ppl. The Manager Rhiana and Savannah are very helping with my stay thank you Lady's.

Front desk is very friendly. Room is clean

It was very hot in Eugene, and our room did not have AC, but Savanna provided us with a box fan, that helped very much.

The rooms do not have ac

No shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom floor was wet. The TV was broke which they did give us 20% off for that but there’s also no air conditioning and it was hot as hell.

Great location. Okay management. Terrible cleaning crew, and absolute roulette wheel as to whether the room you get will have a missing or broken commodity that another one might have just fine. Stayed for 2 weeks, changed 3 rooms, heard numerous complaints. Not going back.
- 4/5
One has to be realistic when paying low hotel rates! I find the complaints ridiculous when people stay at a very low budget hotel. Lower your expectations folks! If it was a 4 seasons then by all means!

Savanna working at the Front Desk was very helpful.

We only stayed here because we needed a place to stay that didn't cost an arm and a leg because we had to go to Eugene for an MRI for our 2 year old. Turns out their AC was broken and it was 100 degrees outside. Only heads up we got about that was when we were checking in. If they had notified me ahead of time I would have changed my reservation. Even after I bought a fan it was still sweltering in the room. Barely got any sleep. Only plus side was the room was clean, besides the slight cigarette smell. Usually I can go to a Motel 6 and itll be a fine, cheap place to stay, but I don't think I'll go back to this one.

It is an ok place but our TV didn’t work in either room.

Floors were dirty. Found a pile of dirt behind bathroom door that wasn’t swept. Shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Room was super hot because they didn’t have AC. Had to sleep with the window open which meant we heard all the talking and dogs barking that were there all night long. Only good thing about our stay was the staff. They were very helpful. But will never stay there again.

I don’t know in what world it’s normal to start making machinery noise at 7am where people are sleeping. But that’s what they chose to do. You can’t sleep past 7am here to save your life.

Upon arrival around 10:30 pm I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk with 6 others waiting. After checking in I’m told there is no ac and the tv in my room does not work. She “upgraded” me to a larger room where the tv works but still no ac. My “upgrade” was a smaller bed. Staff was kind but over all service sucked and a lot of sketchy activity through out property. Will not be stopping here while traveling again.

Aftrr guest is off the premises for 3 night's then the guest can return for another 14 days. I explained to the manager Jen but she said that this is a Strict corp rule.

The Manager is very easy to talk and have the answer to my question right away. The Lady in front desk is very helpful through out my stay.

No ac they was lame but we understand stuff happens it ended up turning on while sleeping :)
- 3/5
My main complaints are the beds being old-springy type. No fridge or microwaves. However, the room was clean and has a smart TV. Also when i went the AC was out but the staff was very helpful and gave us a fan to use.

I gave my credit card information. I got confirmation for my room. I got directions to the hotel. And after driving all day, i arrived at the hotel.. I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes while she was helping current guests..then it was my turn. The usual , i booked through Hotels dot com, Name, she says I have you right here..started processing my 2 night stay. After I signed the Policy agreement and said I would use my credit card to pay...I handed it to her and she said, before I run your credit card, I should tell You, all of our a/c systems are not working.. I said, I will find another place to stay.... When I arrived at the nest hotel and mentioned the hotel and a/c problem...she laughed and said its been like that for months... I'm upset Hotels.com had not heard about the A/c problem or choose not to say anything.
