The stay was nice! We came in late and the staff were super friendly and fine with our late check in-plus there was an actual person at the desk! Visiting family in Eugene and wasn't a bad drive from the hotel. Overall we would stay there again.

Location, pool, breakfast. We also had the sweet because of the table and extra space. We spilled water on the linoleum by the coffee maker. Used to wash cloth to clean it up and it was black. Clearly, the floor had not been marked in a long time. We were uncomfortable walking around the room and carpet without shoes on. Otherwise, it was nice.

If I have to stay in the Springfield/Eugene area again. I eoukd stay in this hotel again. The front desk staff is friendly. The area around the hotel is clean. They offer plenty of snacks for people. You are walking distance of many food options. And if you bring something to their attention they dont get nasty like some plaves would. They are eager to want to get it resolved.

Motel was in a nice area. It was easy to locate. Premises was pleasant. The staff were helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was especially comfortable, the room and bathroom were extremely clean and quiet.

Good areas on and around the property for walking a dog, and cleanup bags and disposal were provided in the back area. There was an issue with getting charged twice for our pet fee, but that was fixed upon request so overall, it was a great stay!

2nd time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first time. Gym is well kept and clean. Clean rooms and parking was a breeze. Love the surrounding area. Lots of shopping and food options. Only complaint is the room doors. They shut very slowly at first and then slam shut at the end. Not fun hearing doors slam any time someone goes through it.

Yes, the room was clean and staff was friendly. I was staying there because I had a medical procedure at Riverbend. The front desk agent told me to call the hotel directly next time and I would get a discount on the room if I am stay overnight for medical. I thought that was nice of her to make that clarification.

I prefer taking stairs over using the elevator. There is no access to the stairs on the lobby level inside the hotel. This is the first lodging where I couldn't park my car near a first-floor door that had immediate access to the stairwell. Also, I purposely booked a room with a king bed so to have adequate floor space for my morning exercise and stretches (yoga and such), but the hotel overbooked this style room, so I was given a room with two queens, which usually has limited floor space. But at this hotel, there was literally not enough floor space to stretch, and I live in a small body. Third reason for not returning to this hotel. I chose to leave the bathroom door open at night which only was possible if the door was fully open. However, the fully open door fully blocks the exit door to the hallway. Am I the only hotel guest that thinks that this is a safety issue, increase there was an emergency and need to exit the room, say, immediately and in the dark? I was told that this hotel plans to do a "soft" remodel next year. I hope that these concerns will be address and fixed for the sake of future guests' comfort and safety.

Breakfast was good. Do beware that with a pool there may be many kids. No worries for us but there were times of noise and running in the halls. Overall it was a very good stay.

My only "negative" input would be that the parking lot is a little dark in certain areas. Maybe some more pathway lighting (when you're taking your dog out for a potty break) and signage as to where the dog area is or at least something given to you when you're filling out the paper about your dog. There's one tiny sign once you get outside but nothing inside the lobby directing you to the dog potty area... or at least I never saw it. As far as booking with Hotels.com, the online reservation form does not ask you if you have pets. I had to call the hotel directly to let them know I had a dog and they took care of it immediately (thank you May) but if you list a hotel that is pet friendly you should provide a line item or check box for customers to indicate they will have a pet. Other than that, I'll look forward to staying there again! Thanks

Room was fine and staff was pleasant. The parking lot was dark at night and had numerous homeless loitering and suspicious vehicles. Pet area was not illuminated at night and far from the entrance. Apparently, the room price was based on the football game the next day as a double queen room was outrageously expensive. Would not recommend.

The entire place was great. I paid an enormous price for this room as it was during parents weekend at UO. Our room was good except it had a terrible smell. I come to find out that this room in particular is for dog owners. We had asked about it several times to be looked at and notify us. Unfortunately it wasn’t addressed until we were leaving and told them again that it was a great stay except for the horrible smell in the room, to which I was informed about it being a dog room. I spoke with Lisa - I believe the head of housekeeping and she was really sweet about it and let the front desk know. They told me they were going to try to lower the cost of my room or give me a discount of some sort. Not sure when I will hear from them about this. Overall it was a nice stay with wonderful staff. The smell was not great though

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast food was healthy. I’m very good. The workout room is fairly large and well equipped. The pool appeared to be under repair. My principal compliant is about the bathroom. The faucet for the tub appeared to be malfunctioning, and you could not set the volume of water desired. The toilet seat was quite loose and when we’d sit on it, it would slide around giving us quite a thrill.

Booked a 6 person room. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Sofa bed needs to replace. It was so uncomfortable, middle of the sofa bed sunken in once we pull out.

Overall it was fine and served its purpose. We were there for an out of town doctor appt so didn’t need fancy. The beds were way too soft for my liking and my back didn’t approve and I wish there was an another form of lighting in the room that wasn’t so bright to leave on but other than that, everything was fine.

The area is great and front desk stuff are amazing. However, the room was not cleaned well. The first room we got had weird smell. Then, we got changed to a different room. But there was some hair in the bathroom, and something left on the carpet in the room. The sink didn't work well, the water stuck. The show's water flow is very light and small.

If you are coming north on the freeway it is very hard to get into the hotel because they have but up a barrier

Our planned stay was interupted by an unfortunate and unexpected visit to the ER and over-night hospital stay. Hotel was kind enough to offer late check out which was greatly appreciated. They were also very accomodating in holding the room for an extra night in case husband did not get released after a single day. Breakfast was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, great pillows !!

Everything was super clean and temperatures in the rooms were perfect for each person. The heating/air conditioning units were super quiet and the window coverings sure made the room dark. Great to have a little night light in the bathroom where the outlet was. Some of us were tempted to use the spa/pool but were not prepared with swim suits. Glad to see one family with kids using it. The front desk had the extra comb and some bandaids we needed.

Impressed with the AC system, pillows identified as soft or firm on the embroidered pillow case, TV with multiple channels, a d an excellent breakfast with multiple choices. Would stay here again.

Found a dirty sock in our room, WiFi was extremely slow and we couldn’t cast from our phones to the tv, there was a large stain in the tub, the floors made our feet/socks dirty, and the microwave was very confusing. Also, there was no freezer for our 3 night stay but the fridge was fine and the AC was nice. However, the staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and attentive.

Pancake was undercooked (pancake machine maker) then the machine ran out of pancake mix and there was no staff to replace it. Waffle maker would have been better, taste better, too

I stayed in the Double King room with extra space. I chose this room because there were 4 adults staying in the room and we wanted the King sized beds for better sleep. The extra space was honestly just wasted space. There needs to be a couch or extra chair in the room to make the space useful. We were only given 3 towels and 4 hangers total for the 4 adults staying in the room so it was a pain to have to go down and ask for additional when I clearly marked there were 4 adults staying. The beds were comfortable and breakfast as expected. There are not many hotels that offer 2 King Sized beds, so it was worth it.

Something was definitely biting me and my fiance and when we checked out the hotel we both were scratching and felt as if we were still being bitten by something. This hotel is not being cleaned properly and there were stains on the carpet. We love Holiday Inn Express but this lpcation is not living up to the IHG name.

Only downfall was the pool and hot tub was out of service. They did allow us to use the Comfort Inns pool and hot tub as a substitute. Good night stay, very clean, very helpful and kind staff.

The staff were great but my room was so noisy we barely slept. We heard every door open and close and everyone’s trip to the ice machine. The bed and pillows were way too soft as well. My back and neck were wrecked.

We had a handicap room. The shower needs redone. There was mold and the tiles/grout were just gross. The shower head needs to have a different set up and not just a handle shower head. Should have the option for either or. The room echos, so you hear everything. The neighbors next door were extremely loud both nights after hours. And because we shared a conjoining door that had a gap it echoed into our room. The pool was cloudy and the spa was closed. Pool towels weren’t available for enough people that were in the pool. Breakfast was good, staff was good besides one who was snooty about the pool towels and not having any available.

Loved the morning breakfast. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Pool was open from 7am-10pm. Room was clean. Staff was great. Planning on only staying at Holiday Inn Express moving forward.

I had 2 rooms booked for one night and both rooms smell like wet dogs. We didn’t realized they placed us on dog friendly floor. My kids had allergy all night and the next morning.
