The hotel its self was amazing the beds were extremely comfortable there continental breakfast was delicious and it wasn't a normal bagels and cereal breakfast it was ehatever you wanted cook to order I loved it my only complaints was they advertise heated in door pools the pool was frezzing cold and the hot tube was only Luke warm. And the second complaint was there hidden fees. Nobody told me when I reserved the room Noone told me when I was checking in or even when I checkout they never told me about there parking fee I just got a random bill and a charge on my card for parking not OK that upset me. But overall still a nice hotel I would go back

The breakfast was unimpressive. We found the property to be a bit sub-par for a Hilton. Good location near the freeway. That's about it. Probably a good choice for families looking for an affordable stay with breakfast and a pool.

Very average exceptionally clean, however I wish they had carpeting in the rooms. The bed was very hard and lumpy, and the pillow was lumpy too, so I couldn’t sleep at all that night. Had a terrible night switched rooms the next night things were much better. I feel like they should’ve offered me something for my inconvenience, but they did not.

The room was very clean. The free breakfast had a variety to choose from. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and gym are nice and clean. The location of the hotel is great. Close to the freeway but you can't hear the car noise.

Nice room, comfortable bed, loved the pillows! Bathroom was a bit small but worked. Great location - lots of restaurants within walking distance. The indoor pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn't have a chance to use them.

My room was very comfortable. Spacious and clean and I liked that there was carpet around the beds but tile in the rest of the room. The gym was well appointed but one treadmill wasn’t working well. Otherwise, I was happy to see a well sized, well equipped gym that was clean

The breakfast was limited for buffet in which i was charged 14 day dollars a day for. Not to mention the quality of the food was by far the worst i have ever had anywhere. The room was clean but it had an adjoining room for which all the noise from the other room was very loud. Overall for the price they charge for the experience of my stay i will not be going to anymore Hilton in the future.

The property is fine. The Expedia experience is severely lacking! Unorganized. I booked my stay throught the Expedia app. I reserved a double king room with a jacuzzi tub. I get to the hotel. They have two single king rooms and not jacuzzi tub. Come to find out the hotel doesnt even have a double king rooms. Not even double queens with a jacuzzi tub.. i called customer support. Their solution was to draft an email on my behalf to the "care team" to look into what can be done. They asked me of i wanted to canel or move my reservation to another date.WWHHAAATT??!! Canceling the reservation would mean my wife and i would have a place to sleep and i would loose the some money becuase i was past the cancelation time. The Front desk offed to check in one of the two rooms and make the 2nd a no show so there could be a better possibility for a partcial refund.

Customer service was top notch! In a world like today, when customer service is at an all-time low due to the nature of things, this hotel, seemingly never forgot and really stepped it up! We stayed here as a part of a longer trip and everyone could see that I had my hands full with my two toddlers. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comforted, even though my kids were running a muck.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. The location was convenient for our travels.

Over all it was a great time

The ROKU TV was unresponsive at times. Wanted to watch SNL and every channel but that one, worked. I got a black screen. Also, I thought the plastisized curtains and floor were not condusive to the prior Hilton feeling of soft and cozy. Also, the turquoise, mauve and brown color tones were awful. Sorry, I miss the old guard.

We didn’t know the hotel was under construction when we booked. The thermostat in the room didn’t work. Maintenance was able to bypass the thermostat and use the wall unit, but it was extremely noisy. The bathroom had no fan.

The property and the staff were great! They were in the midst of some construction so it was a little off we will say. I k ow there is not a lot they can do in the midst of that. I would stay here again.

Even though the hotel was under construction and near completion, it was still an outstanding place to stay. Very friendly staff and a brand new room.

It is currently undergoing a massive renovation so the lobby is a little discombobulated but the rooms our group stayed in has already been completed and were very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Refreshing spa water always cold and available asking with the coffee and tea offerings. Parking does fill up at night but we have always managed to find a spot during our stays. Close to the highway and a couple restaurants and it seemed to be convenient by car to just about anywhere we went during our visit.

Tub was clogged and disgusting. Could not even shower with having ankles in other peoples filth.

I was there with my dog, the lower rating for “area around property” was due to lack of a good place for him to walk. It was a little sketchy and there was nothing marked for a dog area.

Short drive to airport, clean nice room and bath, comfortable mattress . breakfast and dinner available for purchase or many restaurant in area close by.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to our son's home as well as shops and restaurants. We also wanted a hotel that served breakfast, had a restaurant, and had an indoor pool since we are accustomed to working out in the water. There was also a gym and laundry which we used while there. Everything was really convenient, the staff was super friendly, and it was a "home away from home" for us. We were there for Christmas and really appreciated the staff being there for us.

Nice common areas, very dated rooms, old bathrooms, though clean. Thin towels, crappy toiletries. The Tru by Hilton, in the same town is much more modern, fun, welcoming.

Every time we wanted ice or laundry we had to have the front desk staff unlock the door because the door card reader wasn’t working. Rooms are only cleaned/refreshed every other day. We asked for our bedding to get changed due to a spill on the bed and the front desk acted as though we were inconveniencing them by asking. The pillows felt like they hadn’t been renewed in 10 years (flat and zero fluff). Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and lotion but no body wash. The hot tub was luke warm at best. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Not what was expected for the price and being associated with Hilton.

It is in desperate need of upgrades. Mildew and very old shower. There were no charging ports had to use a regular wall plug. The staff were amazing!

I stayed here for the football game at the university. The location was convenient and easy to access. The staff was helpful and friendly. Hot coffee is always waiting in the lobby which is a nice touch. I’d always grab a cup before heading off. Cold ice water is also available. Great clean and friendly hotel.

This location offers access to various sites around Eugene. We enjoyed getting into our room a little early and met friends for an early dinner at P F Changs just down the road. We had a good night sleep on very comfortable mattresses and pillows. All went smoothly and we will stay here again in the future.

Our stay was wonderful!! We spent our anniversary in Eugene for the weekend, and the accommodations were very nice. The room was very clean and spacious, and we absolutely loved the hot tub, it was our favorite part of our stay!! We had enough towels and didn’t really need anything during our time there. I do recommend bringing shower shoes, we didn’t realize that the shower was a regular stand up shower and it looked like shower shoes were definitely needed, not a huge inconvenience as we had some in the car, but good info for anyone wanting to use the room in the future. Loved our time there, will definitely be back again!!

Overall it was an ok stay, but my room had a big stain on the carpet like something was spilled at one time and never cleaned up and my bathroom had black stuff up on the walls. I had to pay for the breakfast and it was just bread and some fruit, but if I wanted eggs and bacon it was an additional charge. I felt for the price of the room to have to pay for a breakfast like that was pretty unnecessary and a rip off for what was offered. The staff were friendly though and helpful when I needed something

Nice hotel, overpriced due to events in Eugene. I have been here in the area at other times for half the price.

It was good experience overall but our room was in the 4th floor and there were stomping and loud noises late at night and almost at any time during the day.

This did the job for an overnighter, next to the interstate freeway. This location is very close to downtown Eugene and EV charging across the street.

Wallpaper starting to fall in corners of bathroom I put my water bottles in the refrigerator and they froze. It is set too high.

The only negative is that there is no complimentary breakfast. The cost of their rooms should include a small complimentary breakfast in my opinion.

We had been traveling all day and were very tired and hungry. We checked in and headed to our room. The key didn’t work. Headed back down (long line to check in) she gave us a new key, headed back up, key didn’t work, headed back down, gave us a new key and said she would send security. Key didn’t work so we waited for security. He joined us and walked us to our room and unlocked the door, much to our surprise, that he walked us to a different room. She wrote the wrong room # on the card. I even asked her when I went down if it was the right room # and she said yes. They were just having trouble with keys.

Shower not great and breakfast a bit confusing but otherwise a good experience.

This hotel does not have usb chargers in the room. I had to go buy charging cubes at the gas station across the street. The hotel was lovely, but I feel this should be a standard amenity at this point in time.

After having paid over $200 for an overnight stay, I walked down to the breakfast area in the hotel expecting a free breakfast. Nope!! 😡 Only one table had guests in it. I was surprised, as it was 7:30am. Come to find out, they were serving a breakfast, but for $14 per person. Seriously!?! Even the lower- to-mid Hotels serve free breakfasts. We will never do the 'Hilton' option for hotels ever again.

Property is undergoing construction and it’s loud. No afternoon quiet/relaxation. There was no warning and no discount for the inconvenience.

Good for short stay. Soft pillows. Like coffee maker, micro and frige. Two things I didnt like: air conditiiner didnt run well. Did not coolbrum at my preferred settings. Fan did not run constantly, which id what I prefer. No body wash included.

We probably wouldn't come here again unless we were in a pinch. We didn't have a horrible experience, but we definitely paid way more than what the room, amenities, and cleanliness was worth. The staff was fine! They were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was okay, but limited, and the hot food meal options were way overpriced. There's an Ihop super close, don't waste your money with the breakfast if you don't have to. Basically, we have had cleaner and more reasonably updated hotels with far better amenities and breakfasts, and paid much less than we did here.
