Some directions about the use of the TV and a guide to the channels woukd be nice. The bathtub needed an antislip coating or mat. The bath fan sounded like it was breaking, so loud we tried not to use it. Also, because we booked through a third party vendor we did not get credit on our best western account. We wish that was noted somewhere more clearly. That was a big disappointment.

Do not reserve room 311. It is so loud due to the elevator motor. We c I understand not sleep in the king bed that came with the suite. We had to close off the room and sleep on the floor area in the living room. We tried everything to get to away from the sound. Hotel was full and they could not provide us a new room. It was a nightmare. No manger on site for the weekends.

My overall experience at The Grand Manor in Springfield was exceptional. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating in every way, the interior lobby, hallways and room were immaculate. The exterior grounds and landscaping were clearly attended regularly. The breakfast meal & dining area were exceptionally well attended and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in the Springfield/Eugene area.

We stayed one night, there was bedbugs on one of the queen bed in the room. Feels itchy everywhere, could not fall in sleep for the whole night

Would stay here again!

The location is perfect. Right next to the freeway, gas stations, Starbucks, and a strip mall. The room was ready and clean and the breakfast options were great. The hotel was booked so there were a lot of kids running up and down the halls. I know there is little that can be done about that but it was annoying to be kept awake for hours after 10pm.

It was outstanding. The staff were warm and friendly, just made you feel welcome. The room was incredibly clean, quiet and comfortable. This Best Western does it right… it’s the little things like nice shampoos, soaps, lotions, and towels. The included breakfast is a full meal with eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffle bar, breads, yogurt oh and the frittata was DELICIOUS!! The convenience of this hotel right next Denny’s and a nearby gas station was just too perfect for our trip. Love it

It's not something that can likely be changed, but the room doors close very loudly. It's tough to get a full night sleep if your neighboring rooms are coming in late and leaving early.

This is a great place to stay in Springland. It is in a good location. Next to shopping, dining and easy access to the I-5 and belt line. There is a brewery with great food just across the street. We find the rooms to be clean and it is affordable.

Loved the coffee machine and the staff was so helpful especially the breakfast attendant Christine and front desk person Aaron. We loved our room but just wish it wasn’t right by the elevator. The staff was incredibly helpful with printing things for me for a presentation I was making during my stay. Overall we would stay again.

There isn't anything about the aesthetics to complain about. Beautiful surroundings, maintained well and very convenient. no fault of the hotel, someone's car alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning and they were able to sleep through it.

Location, comfort and cleanliness I didn’t like a light shining through the door all night. And most of all I didn’t appreciate being charged a 150.00 deposit after I had paid online for a room. Used to only having to put a card down for any extras used but now I had to pay for room and even more than the cost of the room on a deposit and I can’t get the deposit back for 1-3 days. Kinda messed up when your traveling and that’s unexpected

We enjoyed this BW. Friendly staff who was expecting us and had ours keys waiting. Clean well appointed and updated room. Property location is away from streets so no street noise. And location was near to hospital for appointments. I recommend!

location, size of rooms, breakfast food, front desk help, beds were comfortable and the room was pre warmed in the cold weather. TVs have 2 remotes and are complicated, the lady in the kitchen was crazy loud and kept interjecting her life in everyone's conversation. She asked me to move out of her way while I was serving my breakfast so she could access the restock mdse in the lower cabinets. She was slow at restocking while she continued personal conversation with people. She did not stay up with restocking food when it ran out. It was only 7:30 in the morning. ugh

Room met expectations

The room exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean and beautiful. You can tell the staff take great pride in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. I really loved the espresso machine.

Spacious and comfortable room. We stayed 3 nights. The shower was cold, the heating unit was freaking loud and ran all the time, and the fitness center had out of order machines. You can overlook these things on a one night stay, but for 3 nights, it was challenging.

The check-in process was unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, we were not greeted by staff, and the line was extensive. The assistant who processed our check-in did not offer a welcome or express gratitude for our patience, and their demeanor suggested a lack of job satisfaction. Furthermore, at 8:00 a.m., we discovered that the breakfast service had run out of eggs, which was the sole protein option available. While the hotel itself was clean, modern, and offered comfortable beds, there is a clear need for comprehensive staff training in politeness and hospitality. The overall hospitality experience was notably poor for a hotel.

For a quick pass through, it served its purpose. The layout of our room was odd, the lock on the door didn’t work so we simply used the latch and the vanity mirror light, which was the only light outside of the bathroom and only spot where there was a mirror, did not work.

I was cold drinking water I was looking and found small refrigerator and saw it’s for selling so put them back and one staff from office come to me ask did you pay for the drinks which isn’t talke any. She didn’t apologize at all. I feel racism. She should check inventory and approach. So felt bad. Never come back

Amazing Best Western property, has to be one of the nicest on my trip up the I5 to Seattle. Staff has said the hotel was recently renovated and it shows. Shopping mall as well as many restaurants are walking distance from the property. Thanks for the great stay!

nice place to stay while in Eugene for the track meet at Hayward Field. Close to airport, restaurants close by.

Comfortable bed and nice clean outdoor pool. The only weird thing was the duct tape on the wall of the shower.

The best part was the water pressure in the shower. After a long day of driving, having water pour down on you with force feels great. We didn't have time to use the amenities. Would stay again if similar properties were more expensive.

This was a nice hotel but we had some inconsiderate dealings with the staff, and other than the check in whenever we went to the front no one was around. However the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Bed very comfortable. TV channels good once we figured out which remote (there were two, no labels); Toilet was low to the ground and hard to stand up without a grab-bar... and there was a very barky little dog down the hall who was till barking until almost 11 pm. :-( We'd do it again, but ask for a room with a toilet seat a little higher off the floor.

We liked the professional, friendly, helpful staff who checked us in at the at the front desk. The bathroom fixtures (sink, tub, toilet) were clean, but there were streaks on the walls, dust on baseboards, hair and tiny ants on the bathroom floor.

Stay was very nice room was nice and updated. The bed was comfortable, the shower though seemed small and there was no pressure for the shower the water took awhile to heat up and get warm. The front was nice there is an awesome coffee machine and the over all look and small balcony was a nice touch.

This is our favorite hotel in Springfield. We love being able to relax on the balconies and watch the sunset.

The young man that greeted us, Erin, was pleasant and professional. The facility was clean, quiet and well maintained. We had a very positive experience.

Our stay was lovely. There was continental breakfast offered every day. Christina who worked weekdays in the dining was always so friendly, helpful and just a joy every morning. Aaron originally checked us in and he was friendly, informative about things to do during our stay. Ricky helped us get some new towels and was so considerate and cared that our comforts were met. Overall every person at the hotel we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Kudos to the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby! This was a very nice amenity. Thank you!

Most comfortable night in a hotel that we can remember. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spacious with room for a couch, sitting area and desk/work area. Second floor in quiet neighborhood meant we could open the window for fresh air, always a plus. Will definitely stay here again if we are traveling through!

Came for Eugene Marathon, and it was great central stay. Was it a fancy five star hotel? No, but the room was clean and bed was really comfortable with different types of pillows. Breakfast was simple but with multiple options, perfectly convenient for a busy weekend stay. Loved the computerized coffee machine in the lobby available 24 hours, it came in so handy! They also have a handy text message service, that checks in with you and answers any questions you have. The only thing that bugged me was the water temperature for the shower, one day I couldn't get it warm enough and the next day is was so hot I could barely handle it.

Sadly, the staff we encountered was rude. The stay was noisy! A real party motel. The only shinning light was Rosa in housekeeping! The halls smelled strongly of weed. The balcony was unusable due to the weed. The room was in need in some serious upkeep. Jordyn charged me for being 90 mins early even though the room was ready and she was very rude when I was checking in acting like I would argue about housekeeping coming in my room. She literally yelled that it was mandatory! I was expecting housekeeping everyday so I had no problem with it but Jordyn acted like I was against it! It was so weird. Then when the bathroom door locked because of the missing door stop the desk agent wouldn’t help me. He acted like it was my fault even though it happens so often they have a handmade tool to solve the problem. Again, very weird. It was a very sorry stay for sure.

Room was spacious, clean, updated furnishings & fixtures. The included breakfast is the standard fare you see at all of the hotels in this class, but because it was included for the same price as hotels in the area that didn’t offer breakfast, that sealed the deal for us.

My bed was severaly worn in on the side I sleep on.I had horrible back pain next AM. The window curtains wouldn’t cover the entire window. Allowing a gap of exposure. Had to ask for a sheet to cover.

There are no EV charging slots. There are Tesla Supercharging slots down the street, not on site. It is false advertising to include “EV charging” in the listing. I chose this place because of the charging, for the convenience.

The rooms were in terrible conditions. They were trying to go up on prices due to a game but did not have the quality of rooms. It seemed like a scam. It was horrible.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel or room. We just didn’t feel it was worth $300 a night. It was dated and a little worn, the bed was great, like I said nothing wrong. Just not worth the money.

The hotel was undergoing renovation. It took me moving to 3 different rooms to find one that everything worked in. very limited parking. I would not stay there again.

Everything was great! The hotel is currently being updated but there wasn’t any noise. The breakfast had tons of options and the staff were very nice! Pool was nice to swim in and our room was a lot bigger than we expected.

Parking lot was full of construction vehicles and piles of materiel for building or discard. Signage was confusing or nonexistent. This in an area with about 8 hotels. Yours looked like condos, not a hotel. It was readily apparent that the front desk would have preferred not to speak to anyone, so, after all that driving, and arriving 20 minutes before the 3 pm check-in time only to be TURNED AWAY because NO ROOM WAS READY, we decided to relieve him of the necessity of speaking to us again and went somewhere else. Taking our business to the Hilton instead from now on.

Bathroom walls were filthy and it was loud due to construction. They didn't give out extra pillows and the breakfast was gross.

The room was beautiful with every amenity necessary, the only thing that was disturbing was that they hotel was being renovated and there was no mention of the fact that the pool was closed and there was construction dust and debris in common areas. The breakfast room was well stocked and clean though. The coffee machine was in a room with building materials and plaster buckets on the floor. That was the workers responsibility for sure but the management should have had them clean up at the end of their shifts. I'm certain when renovation is complete it will be a lovely place to stay - close to restaurants and downtown Eugene.

Property was under some renovation so that would have been good to know. However, they post that electric charging is on site but that’s a lie. The hotel does NOT have anything on site. Expedia should be made aware of this false advertising. There are Tesla stations nearby and that’s it.

This location is undergoing massive construction. The inside and outside is completely tore up, no parking, super loud, smelled of paint because they were painting at front desk we couldn’t even checkin. This was not advertised online and is false advertising.

Hotel is conveniently located off I-5 in Springfield, OR. EMX bus stop is 1 block away with easy access to downtown Eugene and UofO. Numerous chain restaurants within walking distance. Best Western Grand Manor is undergoing remodeling but it is very comfortable and a nice hotel while work is underway.

Reconstruction incomplete, illogical floor plan, noisy a/c, refrig didnt work properly.
