Great hotel, from check in to the very nice, updated and clean room. I have significant allergies and there were no strong scents or fragrances. We will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff, quick check in, quiet rooms, breakfast was good, and easy on site parking.

The dogs! Pets are allowed in the hotel, was woken up by a dog that was barking nonstop. Also pool was not fully functional, sucked because I specifically booked a hotel with a pool.

Beautiful and clean property with nearby restaurants. Room felt like a mini apartment. Nice place!

Cleanliness is very important, and this hotel was very clean.

The next room we were given had a toilet that overflowed upon flushing. Got it fixed...only to run into the same problem with the same toilet the next morning. Again - NOT cool.

The Best extended stay hotel in Springfield, ILLINOIS. Cost more but worth it!! Best breakfast! They also serve food and drinks on selected days during the week - complimentary to your stay. The manager of guest services is professional and friendly. The general manager is awesome as well.

Nice layout and medium to higher priced hotel but The hotel is built cheaply. It’s all great but If you’re above the first floor just dont walk around your room because the people below you will complain about the noise.

We have stayed at other Residence Inn's. Our stay was short but comfortable. Front office personnel were nice and helpful with recommendations regarding restaurants and town. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hallway was warm and smelled slightly musty. All and all stay was comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and the staff was excellent but the pool was closed😥 so my kids didn’t get to swim.

We loved the way the room was set up and the look of it. Very attractive and spacious. There was a firre outside for guests to sit around and we thought that was great. The only thing I didn't like was no mirror in the actual bathroom itself.

Everything was great, but the A/C unit in the room 410 was as loud as a jet engine spooling up for take off. Quite disruptive when trying to sleep.

We just needed a room for 1 night along I55 and the reviews sold us on Residence Inn. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and shower were excellent. The breakfast area was large, well maintained with a better than average range of choices. We would definitely stay here again.

The HVAC system was much too noisy! When running, it sounded like a car without a muffler or a motorcycle was just outside the room. Even when not, there was an audible drone like bagpipes from the nearby rooms’ HVAC. Staff was apologetic, saying it was a known problem and that they are slated to get new HVAC (these are 7 years old).

Love Netflix that is available in the room. Always clean and ready. Have never had any issues. The breakfast is great to.

When we checked in, we met Ken (one of the hotel representatives) and he was great. He and the other hotel employees went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Our room was on the second floor, reasonably near the elevator. We had a King bed room with a double sofa bed. The room was clean and very nice. We didn't realize that Residence Inns provide so many amenities of home, so when we saw the full-sized refrigerator, the large microwave, the two-burner cooktop and the dishwasher, we were pleasantly surprised. There were even dishes in the cabinets and silverware in the drawers, in addition to a small dining table with condiments. The hotel offers a free full breakfast in the mornings. The breakfast includes your typical eggs and sausage (or chicken sausage if you prefer), as well as biscuits and gravy. There is fresh fruit, two brands of yogurt, three types of cereals, a waffle maker, bagels, etc. The best part are the juice options, which include apple, orange, and a delicious strawberry-kiwi blend that I would take a gallon of if I could! Overall, this was a great choice for us. We’d gladly stay there again.

This is a quality hotel with a little of everything. We chose this location due to the fact that we were traveling with our dog. The room's full kitchen allowed us to cook onsite. That said, the location is perfect and is next to a number of restaurants as well. The staff was courteous and professional and the free breakfast was a notch above average. I would definitely reccomend.

Relatively new hotel and clean. Only issue was the AC is 4ft from the bed and runs like a jet engine. It made sleeping difficult. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you.

They charged me a $250 hold just because I was a local. We stayed there because it was my daughters birthday and she has some friends staying the night from out of town. It was easier and more fun for the girls to swim etc... Not a good surprise.

the location was great and the room itself was so beautiful and cozy. The bed linens were amazing and the bed and pillows were perfection! :-)The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Check out was at noon another plus! they only served breakfast until 9:30, I thought it should have been extended until 10:00...they charged me for 3 persons instead of 2...I will be calling them, I didn't catch it until I arrived home. I will definitely be examining my bills from now on
