    Stay was not as thought it would be. The room was very very dirty. The bathroom door was so filthy it looked as if it came from a dumpster. Bedspreads had holes all over. Cable kept going out. Toilet didn’t want to flush. Website pictures were very deceiving. I thought I would be in the room on website but it was far from that. Definitely not the room we stayed in. Was in town for an event otherwise we would of found something else

    The staff was accommodating and let us check in a few hours early. The beds were comfortable. The tv was small. The bathroom door didn't open all the way because it got stuck on the floor. And I didn't like the doors to the rooms being right off the parking lot. I didn't know that it was setup like that when I booked it.

    Very filthy. Smoke detector was missing. Lid to toilet was missing. Shower barely worked. Holes in the walls. Burn holes in the bedding. There was no phone in the room. Heat worked but was very noisy in the begging when it would kick on.

    Did not eat breakfast there, no coffee, only decaf which I don't drink. Location difficult to find, hard to see entrance. Dead end road, garbage everywhere around dumpster, not picked up No tv my entire stay. Notified staff first night, promised a repairman would fix it in the morning. No one fixed it, not even housekeeping came, no fresh towels the entire stay

    The only thing I liked was the vending machines were a 1.50 for everything. Even iced honey buns! Filthy, bed bugs, people outside on the balcony playing music and drinking being loud all night. The staff was very rude. Sheets were dirty. So expensive I didn’t even have enough money for On my way! Of them there hookers running around the place.

    Small room, but very clean and packed with amenities. Only glitch was that the a/c - heating unit wouldn't shut off. Had to pull the plug. Friendly, helpful staff and great morning coffee in the lobby. Ample, free parking for our large RV. Would stay again when in the area.

    Convenient location to get to where I was going A lot of transient people. Too much hanging out around the property. The room was uncared for. Faucets and toilets leaking. Bugs inside the room. The complimentary soaps didn’t want to come out of container. The room smelled like it was flooded before. When the toilet flushed, it sounded like the room was about to take off. It was very loud. Not happy with the booking.

    Didn't like anything. We went into the room and left and requested a refund. We arrived at around midnight and we're tired. Checked in and went to the room. Room was super dirty, holes in comforters. There was fingerprint dust with the visible fingerprints on the bathroom door. Visible gun shot holes badly patched up in the wall next to bathroom. Toilet seat came off when we went to go to the bathroom. Mold at the top of the windows. We ended up checking out and requested a refund. We had to sleep in our truck and parked it in another hotels parking lot, because we didn't have money for another hotel.

    Our (non-smoking) room reeked of marijuana. The parking lot is more pothole than not. Sheets (not the blankets) seemed to be freshly washed, but everything else was pretty grimy. My husband spilled some water on the vinyl floor, and the towel I cleaned it up with turned almost black. I went through a lot of Lysol spray and wipes to make it habitable for our one-night stay. The toilet almost never flushed, but the water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. There were always a lot of people - many of whom didn't appear to be staying there - milling around outside, but it was surprisingly quiet after dark. I don't think I'd go back, but for the price, I've stayed at worse.

    Staff was very nice and accomodative. However, room had water leaking in from air conditioning in upper unit and it was falling on the telephone. Maintenance was to be called the next day and only thing done was to put towels down to absorb the water.

    Food wasn’t available. Bed comfort was nice and nice bed. Room had a handicap-cap bathroom, didn’t ask for or needed a handi-cap room. Also, the bed took up much of the room that a person in a wheelchair couldn’t use the room. Front door wouldn’t close, unless you slammed it. Air conditioner fan hardly blows even on high.

    Truly I have never had a worse experience at a hotel. The evening started with my friend using the bathroom while I cut my beard. Immediately the toilet was clogged, no worry, surely the front desk would provide a plunger. When the toilet began to overflow I ran to the front desk. Upon requesting a plunger I was told they did not have one, I was astonished but not angry as I was assured the maintenance man would be by in 5 or 10 minutes. So I went back to the room to finish cutting my hair. After about 30 or 40 minutes I returned to the front desk and asked why the maintenance man had not come by yet. He did not come by the entirety of the night. I requested either towels, or a mop. To clean up the mess myself which I was not happy but willing to do. In response he began to shrug his shoulders as if to say I don't know how to help you, and I exclamed. I am not staying in a room covered in toilet water! Once he realized I would not let him go back to his show in peace, he finally led me to the laundry room where I was given two towels to deal with the torrent of water on the floor. To be honest the stay was fine aside from the complete lack of care or willingness on the part of the front desk attendant to even attempt a solution as far as I know. He seemed completely unwilling to do his job. And I will likely never stay with the franchise again.

    The area is sketchy. I had people coming up to me asking how much I paid for my room and how long I was staying within 10 minutes of being there. But the worst part was the broke toilet that didn’t flush, the stains on the bedsheets, and the broken security latch. Would recording paying a few extra dollars for something better.

    This was by far the absolute worst hotel that I’ve ever visited! The initial room that I was assigned to didn’t have a microwave, a Telephone, or an alarm clock! Of course I complained and they switched my room. However, my problem wasn’t over. The TV in the new room didn’t work and the room appeared to be half clean! I couldn’t even comfortably sleep in the bed especially not knowing if the sheets was clean so I slept in the chair! I wouldn’t advise no one to book a room there!

    Pictures on the website definitely don’t match what we entered. Checked in for the night and upon getting to our room, we discovered several stains all over the bed, the bathroom was not cleaned, marks of poop in the toilet, and the ceiling was covered in mold. We left after 2 minutes and checked into another hotel. Despite the terrible room, The onsite staff member was friendly when checking in.

    As I was sitting on the bed I noticed a bug so I went to help it on its way to the afterlife when I saw that it was a cockroach. This was not good. Sure enough, as happens with cockroaches, there were many more. Needless to say, I left to rest in my vehicle.

    Looked like the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in months. Stains of some sort all over the walls. Didn't even dare get in the shower. Very unclean. The remote for the TV has corroded batteries and it did not work and when asked for a channel guide of some sort they said they didn't have one.

    We were in town for a funeral and this was one of the only hotels left as it was bike week in Springfield, We were greeted with a gentleman who was all business and no personality traits! The room wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet barely flushed. When we pulled back the comforter we found a dirty boot print on the white comforter letting us know it was NOT laundered! Over all we weren’t impressed with the room and wouldn’t bother booking there again!!

    The bathroom ceiling was riddled with mold. There was so much dirt and grime and stuff that had slid down the Walls but appeared to be blood maybe pop of some kind of looks red. There was a hole in the wall the refrigerator was turned around backwards and not plugged in and it would not close. But that was a lot better than the first room that they tried to get us to rent neither rooms had smoke detectors.

    Horrible customer service, promised a refund Becuase of the unclean and unsafe room, but did not follow through and were very deceptive. There were stains and hair all over the sheets and blankets and pillows. There were cigarette burns on the sheets. There were paint spills on the bathroom floor and stains on the toilet seat.     Do not recommend this place. Property was surrounded by very sketchy people. When I walked out of the office I was bombarded by sketchy people asking for money. Room was smelly, stains on bed (blood chocolate?) Shower head broken spraying from the wall which flooded the bathroom floor. Run as fast as you can away from this place!

    TV did not work, no hot water, 1/3 a roll of toilet paper. no coffee machine in the room. Patched up gaping hole complete with dripping stain on it.

    Please listen to me when I say they have probably never cleaned any of these rooms ever. The blanket had stains, there was hair and crumbs under the top sheet. The window unit was so dirty that we gagged when we turned it on. The floor was sticky and there was a cigarette butt on the ground. I took pictures as proof. The front desk said I should have asked for a new room. I'm sure they were all dirty. His reasoning for the cigarette butt on the ground was that it was a smoking room. Really???

    No clerk for 15 minutes, then a "friend" showed up that couldn't sign me in. 25 minutes later the manager one duty (owner?) showed up. He'd HAD to run to a celebration of his countries Cricket match win.

    Hotel was okay. The parking lot was a little shady though. There’s a Jaguar with 4 flat tires on property, and driving in to hotel is challenging with the massive pot holes you need to maneuver

    Our room was nasty! The worst I have ever stayed in. It was so dirty! It still had old coffee in the coffee pot. The comforters and shower curtain were all stained. There was black mold in several places in the bathroom. The mirror was missing in the bathroom. The mirror by the TV was dirty. The lampshades were stained and gross. The TV remote has NEVER been wiped down. I have pictures to prove all of this and more. Just unacceptable to be this dirty and charge over $100 per night!

    Well, first of all our door had a bullet hole in it😲. The shower bar was barely hanging on the wall so u couldnt close the curtain to take a shower. There were roaches in the bath tub. The bathroom door was comming apart and the handle was smaller than the hole. There was no cover over the light fixture, the base of the toilet was totally nasty. Hadnt been cleaned in years probably. There was black mold in the bathroom as well. There was a hole in the bathroom door tht looked like a fist print. The walls were disgustingly dirty and im not talking not just slightly im talking filth. Now for the rest of the room the window was broken/cracked, wall filthy. Furniture broken, missing knobs, chipped and had cigarette burns. There were people in the night fighting and screaming that they were going to kill someone. This hotel needs condemned!!! I prayed for Gods protection on me and my family the entire nite. If you stay here you are crazy! Its not worth $5 a nite! Nasty, disgusting, filth!

    Drug dealers knocking on doors all night long. People screaming and threatening to kill each other right outside our door in the morning. Hair in tub we didn't use with dripping water. No coffee.

    Reservations were made for a supreme room on the first floor, call placed to confirm this. Upon check-in there were only 2nd floor rooms available so I was given a handicap accessable room. Bathroom was not clean, black mold on walls and shower curtain, floor board was coming off in shower and water ran out into carpet in the room which remained wet throughout my stay.

    Not only did the desk clerk ask for a tip when I checked in, but he also came down to the room with a "free" bottle of water (normally $1 to buy) and ask for a tip again. I gave it to him to prevent any repercussions that might occur.

    Well it was a cheap room but the 1st room I was given wasn't even cleaned yet. I opt for a smoking room & new it might have a smoke smell brought a candle. The room was somewhat clean but holes in bedspread not great!!! But I couldn't afford a 5 star hotel.

    We had to switch rooms twice.. first one had an air conditioner that was falling apart and didn’t work…the second one had been used there was a key in the room and pillows had head marks in then and bedding was messed and the desk clerk didn’t believe me and had to check himself

    The cover has cigarette Burns in it and the floors had crumbs on it the toilet has cigarette burns on it and this was a non-smoking room they only gave me one towel for two people and also it was a roach crawling on the wall behind the TV so it was real dirty and my stay was terrible I was so happy to leave

    the rooms w we re not great. we had to switch rooms. the 1st room smelled horrible. The 2nd room smelled mildewy and must. triggering my allergies and sinuses. the shower flooded the carpet was old and you could feel it. Orbits really need to monitor the properties it accociates with. the last hotel i stay in in springfield was horribe as well i sťayed but i didnt feel comfortàble

    Otherwise, the room and facility in general have seen better days and could use refurbishing. Three light bulbs in the room were non-functioning. The carpet was... soiled and worn. O well, you get what you pay for.
