Afternoon “kickback” from 5:30-7:00 is a meal in itself. Clean hotel with comfortable bedding. Would definitely stay here again

The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast and happy hours. We especially enjoyed the bar area where we were able to work and make phones calls i the middle of the day.

It was a Drury - need I say more? Stay in these motels every chance I get. Can't beat the comfort of the beds or the happy hour or the free breakfast. These are all the reasons I always stay, time and time again. It was all good - nothing to dislike on this trip.

There was a water outage for close to 24 hours. It was the City’s fault, but the hotel communications to guests were not the best. My entire family missed showers two days in a row because we got out of the room because no water until after 6 pm. When we came back at 8 pm, we saw a note they had put under the door, that the water had been turned on from 6-9 pm for guests to use the water, but it was off again. We have an adult in a power wheelchair. It was extremely frustrating. The hotel manager was very nice and comped one night of our stay, so that was the right thing to do. Just frustrating.

I am single and have a pet. The Drury has several Pet Guidelines which fro me, are not as pet friendly as other local establishments. The guideline stating that pets are not allowed in the lobby would make checking in and out harder. The guideline stating “Pets should not be left alone in your guest room at any time.” eliminates my ability to use the Drury’s amenities and would also make checking in and out harder. I don’t travel frequently and am naive on hotel reservation policies, but I knew when I made the reservation that it was non-refundable, so I just use this experience as another lesson learned.

I stayed at the Springfield Drury Inn over the Memorial Day weekend 2026. I was there for the Lincoln sites, which were all amazing. I brought my 9 year old granddaughter and a friend of hers. The girls were mostly interested in the swimming pool, and after a 4 hour drive and brief visit to the Lincoln home, we headed to the hotel to swim. There were at least 10 children in the pool as there was a softball tournament that weekend. The parents were poolside, and I came to realize that lots of families know that the Drury Inn is a good place for families so the children can swim and parents can relax. There is a buffet in the late afternoon/early evening with hot dogs, nacho chips, pulled pork, coleslaw, etc. I had hoped to go out for dinner, but the girls wanted to stay and swim. Our room was very clean, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and I would stay here again in an instant.

This was my friend and I first time staying at a Drury hotel, this was an absolutely wonderful stay. Javi and Marshall made this a great experience and we will definitely be booking another stay because of them 🤗

We had never stayed at a Drury Inn before, but my brother recommended it as mid-trip stop between Arkansas and Wisconsin. The room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Eventhough we were on the freeway side the traffic noise was not noticeable during the night. Was not sure what expect for the dinner or hot breakfast buffet but it was definitely a perk. It was nice after a long drive to check in, eat dinner (chicken fajitas and nachos) and settle in for the night. Then have a nice hot breakfast (waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy) before continuing on our road trip. Would definitely stay again.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a lot of storage space, and parking was convenient and mostly plentiful (we had to park around back one night, but we got a space close to the back door). We didn't have time to take advantage of breakfast or the food and drink specials in the evening. The only negatives, and I had to be super nitpicky to come up with any, are (1) there is not a light near the full-length mirror and (2) navigating the TV remote was not very easy.

The hotel is right off the highway with a variety of restaurants near and about 10 minutes from the mall.

We especially enjoyed the full, hot breakfast each morning AND the Kickback dinner each evening. It was an unexpected and welcome surprise to find that a high-quality dinner was provided each day at 5:30. The walk-in shower was also very welcome.

First visit to a Drury Hotel and won’t be my last. Pleasantly greeted by the front desk manager and all amenities explained. I arrived just before happy hour and WOW! What a great complimentary dinner a d drinks .. I didn’t know about this and I was blown away. The morning complimentary breakfast didn’t disappoint. I’ve stayed at competing hotels with fre breakfast and always left hungry and disappointed.. not this hotel.. simply delicious and filling. The room was spacious and so clean and comfortable

I had never stayed at a Drury Inn but was pleasantly surprised to learn guests not only receive free breakfast but also a pretty decent dinner Definitely helped me save on costs for my trip to Springfield.

We have stayed at this Drury Inn several times. My husband's family lives 20 minutes down the road. We love all the amenities that come with saying at the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, and the kickback at night is really good too! We will be back.

The hot water failed. The hotel could not offer as refund due to the reservation was through a third party. From now on, I will look at booking directly. No hot water. No refund with hotel failure.

It was a great choice the drinks and food were a plus. I did notice some staff helped some more than others, I observed some picking up plates from tables and I am disabled and no one offered any assistance. It was very obvious. I also was patiently waiting for food to be replenished and when finally gave up it suddenly appeared! Coincidence maybe? Maybe extent bar hours out an hour or more, it felt rushed.

Hot Tub was great. Our Key card quit working and we were locked out of our room, but the staff was able to active new keys.

We did not eat breakfast. We had already planned on going to another resturant. We booked late and had to pay more than we wanted. The management was most friendly and pleasant.

The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the coffee and sausage. My wife had eggs, a muffin and coffee. I would have preferred bacon and pancakes.

My favorite part was how kind the staff were! The room was clean and that goes for the entire premises too! The free breakfast was exceptional and filling, and the check in process was simple and quick! Highly recommend this place, it’s good for any situation! Would stay here again for sure! The only thing I didn’t like was the fridge not working as expected but it wasn’t a big problem for my friend and I.

Great that they include meals and drinks with the stay. I’ve seen some reviews saying they didn’t like the food but my kid loved it. Perfectly good AYCE option included with the room gets an A+ from me as does the staff.

I booked a king bed suite this time and it was truly wonderful. Lots of space, comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean and the hotel was quiet. I will definitely stay there again.

Great stay, they've done a lot to update the rooms. They were fairly quiet except the plumbing is such that you can hear when people above are using the bathroom.

Stayed 2 nights at the end of February 2026. From check in to when we pulled away it was a great experience. Will always check for a Drury Inn going forward. Great room. Comfortable bed. Really good breakfast and a free dinner every night. Add a nice heated pool and hot tub and it’s a great place to stay and reasonably priced. Our only complaint was no lock on the bathroom door. The pool was also so overwhelmingly busy a few times but that’s no fault of the hotel. Highly recommend you stay here if you have to stay in Springfield.

Beautiful clean environment. Free breakfast buffet when we arrived, they also gave us tickets for complimentary buffet dinner and drink tickets at the bar which was for use between 5:30pm and 7pm. Very loud car street noise as our room was right off a main busy road. Wish the room was more sound proofed. Also the bathroom and tray lighting need a dimmer-too bright.

Room was spotless the staff was top notch! The staff that served the food were clean and organized. You can tell that they have good management it’s seems the people actually like working there. The room virtually sound proof, had I believe basketball teams there down the hall and you heard nothing unless you stepped out into the hall way. Definitely a spot to stay agin if we are eve that way again!

None of their parents were near them and were all drinking on the other end of the room not paying attention to their kids.

Another go to in Springfield, IL area when I stop for the night driving to Chicago from Dallas area. 1st time to book a night @ any Drury Inn. Loudest hotel I’ve ever been in. We were on the fourth floor and it sounded like construction all night due to staff moving tables, cleaning, etc. We could hear every single conversation that occurred on the first floor. Poorly constructed. Rooms were small, though called deluxe, but I could tolerate that. The noise was unbearable and I’m only 30. lol I was in the area for a work trip and will definitely stay elsewhere.

After traveling to the area that day ahd being at a softball tournament all day and night, we stopped on the way back to the hotel to finally get dinner and finally returned to the hotel after 11pm. We attempted to sit in the lobby area where there were tables to eat our dinner and were told that we aren't allowed to be out of our room after 10pm. When asked where we were supposed to eat and telling the front desk staff that we didn't want to eat a meal sitting on a bed, they pretty much much said "Sorry, that's our policy". This is very unacceptable and policies like this should never be implemented or enforced, as travel schedules are often unpredictable and meals often happen outside of normal times.

I've never been checked in so fast. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The evening happy hour was lively. There were plenty of breakfast options to suit our minor dietary restrictions.

Honestly I was there for a conference being held at the Crowne Royal so I didn't partake in many amenities you offer, but I did join as a member and plan to stay and Drury properties in the future! It was a great option!

The room was large and the shower was wonderful! The bed was comfortable and had five pillows on the king bed. The air worked very well! The tv was larger than normal. The cleanliness was truly top-notch. Every time we saw staff they were cleaning! Would definitely stay again!

The food that was offered in the evening was great. Also the breakfast very good. We’ll stop here again

Everything was excellent from the staff and service to very clean and enjoyed the complimentary dinner and breakfast. Both meals were very good Thank you for a wonderful stay and for everything you do

We love Drury, but this location has the most wonderful staff. They were always busy making sure things were running smoothly, but yet friendly and helpful. One of the cleaning staff walked by our room this morning, saw me and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day

Everything went well. The clock in 117 does not work. All of the staff are terrific! Windows need to be cleaned and trash around the hotel needs to be cleaned up.

Very nice hotel.

We were in town for the Police Memorial and picked Drury instead of our usual weekend spot because it was a short trip…we were pleasantly surprised! I read all the good reviews and they live up to it all. Nicely renovated and very clean. All of the staff was extremely pleasant and such hard workers. Our King room was huge as was the bathroom, well appointed and we lacked nothing. The dining was simple but hot, tasty, and so convenient. It was so nice to just have a little something and be able to hang out comfortably and enjoy the company of our friends that met us there. Plus we could walk to Starbucks for my morning fix lol. We will definitely be giving Drury another visit!

Staff was very nice!

The hotel staff from front desk to housekeepers were all very friendly. The hotel was perfect location near the interstate.

It was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nightly snack/dinner included in our room cost and adults got three free adult beverages. Pool and hot tub were in good order and running. The room was clean and good sized. The bed was crazy comfy and loved those pillows!!! There was a great breakfast bar included...waffles, pancakes, biscuits n gravy, eggs, home fries, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, juice and coffee. 1000% recommend this place to stay and we will stay again!!

Was bummed that they didn’t have milk with dinner as pop really isn’t my thing when it comes to dinner ice cold milk lol other than that has been great

Quiet and peaceful

I was so amazed at how friendly and outgoing the staff and manager were. They made my family feel at home and comfortable. We loved the breakfast and were shocked to get dinner and 3 alcoholic beverages included with our stay. My son and I loved the popcorn machine in the lobby. Everything was perfect!

Complementary drinks,snacks,dinner.We felt very welcome.

Love the food options

Hot tub was down, bench in the gym was questionable, super busy stay and only one elevator...yikes. other than that staff was great, food was great, room was great.

I really loved staying here. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was being able to see our our window at the pool. Made me feel bad. Like a bad person could look out them at kids. But the food was fantastic 😊

This was our first stay with this chain. Our room was on the highway facing side of the hotel as well as the parking lot. Our stay was very noisy, as they were emptying the dumpsters during the night which woke us up several times during the night. They did offer an evening meal and drinks; I felt the kitchen/dining/food area needed updated and definitely cleaning. Not sure we would stay with them again. I did inform the front desk at checkout, and they were very accepting as to the information provided.

Friendly and clean, excellent staff

Nice hotel, convenient to our concert venue. Starbucks within walking distance. The best part, however, was the very nice staff. Enjoyed the free drinks as well :)
