Came from out of town paid for room got there at 2 am nobody was at the front desk. Finally Ian came down around 30min of me standing outside. Than he said that I couldn’t check in because it was after midnight.

We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed.

Sorry to say that the stay was not good. There is no good water pressure and at the end of the night my kids where laying on the bed when one of them said there was a bug and sure enough there was a bug crawling on bed, bed bug. We called management and got another room but we checked the beds and they were filthy and one of the pillows liked it had mold. We just grabbed our stuff and headed home.

The Bistro in the hotel had a limited menu. and the breakfast menu was not very tasty. the food items were priced too high The refrigerator was non functional, and the freezer was one big chunk of ice and not useable.. No complementary breakfast available. Over all, we were not satisfied with the amenities.

Solid three hotel- staff was lovely, room was clean, lobby was inviting, parking was easy. As someone with a disability, the roll in shower was perfect, there were solid seats in shower and room, movable table and the bed was a perfect height. The cons were slippery bathroom floor, low toilet seat, lots of noise from creaking floors above and outside.

The room smelled terrible booked 2 nights only stayed a few hours and left. Did not sleep at all..

We were there for a family weekend visit. Actually we were only there to sleep. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We did enjoy our room with a king bed. We did use the bistro for a light breakfast on leaving. Not fond of this concept. Prefer a Continental breakfast. Other than that I'd say it was perfect.

The hotel room itself had a smell to it. It was actually unbearable and smelled as if a cat had strayed in the room. When asked to change rooms I was told that it was not possible since the hotel was at full capacity. I have exclusively used Marriott properties for my business travels and may have to rethink that after this experience.

Pool extremely small, broken toilet, air conditioner left half of my room soaking wet from leaking so bad, bar didn’t even have the basics, bartender didn’t know how to make a simple drink, whole property was outdated. The staff was polite and tried to make our stay more comfortable but they can only work with what they have. For what I spent on my room it didn’t even come close to meeting my expectations. Very disappointed

The room was in great shape, bed comfortable, shower and bathroom very nice, tv worked great. I used the bistro bar in the front everyday for breakfast and coffee. Closely located to main thoroughfare and restaurants. I will stay there again when I come to visit again.

It was a underwhelming Marriott with a Bistro that was never open from what I seen during my stay. Uncomfortable beds, outdated air conditioning and heating units and God awful water pressure. Maybe better branded as a Super 8 or Motel 6.

Hotel had newer carpet and seemed clean. Sheets and bed were clean and comfy . We sleep very good. Tub a little old , but everything else looked good. It was clean.

The manager was pleasant; but the customer service from two specific staff members was not very stellar. They were rude and not very hospitable.

I stayed a couple of days after the nation wide power outage. Their computer wasn't working correctly. I was charged additional tax because this app didn't charge the correct tax amount. I have stayed at this hotel for years. Being charged extra sounds like I am blowing this out of proportion. This isnt right.

EASY PARKING COMFY BEDS

A very nice hotel near the interstate and Target. The 'restaurant' is misleading, it is at most counter service and limited menu. No coffee or water in the lobby and no breakfast options. They serve Starbucks- but it does not taste like Starbucks and I found the restaurant staff to be unhelpful. The rooms were nice and the pool- is saltwater and not too cold. I was hoping for housekeeping to remove dirty towels and garbage, but no such luck.

Property was very clean and the front desk was attentive and inviting. The room was wonderful. Will definitely be staying again.

Arrived early around 1:30pm and was allowed an early check-in.

Nice place with modern updates. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Items of note... the breakfast and coffee must be purchased at the bistro and if you're a light sleeper, the train traffic late at night and throughout the early morning might wake you

I’ve never had a problem at this hotel before but this time I pulled back the sheets and saw a few stains on the bed sheet. I called to the front desk and asked for another sheet. They brought it to me. After that I started looking at the other bedding and found what looked like dried blood on what was the comforter what is between the flat sheet and the decorative piece. I have always wondered if they changed these between guests because I never see them in the cart for housekeeping. I took a picture and my husband and I took everything off and ask for a new set of everything. Because we changed everything I felt better about staying there that night. I wish I wasn’t the one having to do that though. So do they change that bedding after each guest?

'upon check in we were told no room ready for you. have a seat. Also we sast for half hour waiting while 5 other couples were welcome and got in right away. Upon going to the room on first floor which we were told we paid for a room with balcony on second floor.They said that is expedias problem not theirs. Take it up with them. Enetered the room to go to bgathroom and there was a huge black bug crawling around in bathroom. Then the chair in room had old candy and dirt in seat, the other furniture was stained and dirty.l Floor was not clean. Got a housekeeper to clean out the chair and vaccuum somewhat! She said fresh cleaned room yet couldn't find a vaccuumn close by. Breakfast you pay for and is not chreap Milk for cereal was warm. It was not a great place to stay. I'm not booking on Expedia who rated it 5 star again. Will question booking at a mariott Bonvoy facility either. In morning upon check out more sightings of bus! NOT GOOOD PEOPLE!!!!!

Remarkably helpful and friendly service

Staff was very helpful and friendly rooms were clean and relaxing. All ammenities were up and running . If i had to complain about anything it would be the hot sauna was down. A+ rating , when in the area i will stay here again .

The staff was SO nice and accommodating. I was a little taken back by the exterior when we pulled up but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. Would book it again.

I have stayed at this property before, which I why I chose to stay there on this triip.

We enjoyed our one night stay. We booked at the last minute and this hotel was reasonably priced so we tried it. It was clean. The hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were quiet. The outlets we used to charge our phones were too loose for the adapters prongs—our adapters kept falling out and they overheated. We use standards prong adapters and we tried several. Overall we were happy to have a good clean place to stay.

For the price, I think some type of breakfast could have been included.

The room was great, loved all the space. Only thing that bugged me was the fact that there was a sheet of ice extending from the front drive to the parking lot and you basically had to hope you didn't fall. Not sure why that wasn't cleared up.

Nice hotel with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Only stayed two days but had no complaints. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and check-in/out process was a breeze.

The staff was outstanding. The facilities were clean and nice.

Our room (301) was a king suite and had a balcony. It was really nice. Their pool, gym and patio are very nice. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was lack of recycling. It all goes to trash. We had to buy drinking water during our stay (tap water doesn't taste great) and had a lot of plastic jugs left. We ended up asking a friend in town to take our recycling. Other locations of Courtyard by Marriott recycle, so I hope they will start in Springfield too.

Not complaints really, any issue i had was small and the staff were great. Wish i could have had the room we requested, but i know that isn't a for sure thing.
