    Unfortunately, we have to move rooms after our first room had wet carpet and likely mold due to the air conditioning in that room. We also found clumps of unknown objects in the corner and seemed not well maintained. The second room was better, but you could see lingering stains on the cleaned washcloths we stayed in many hotels along this trip and this one was by far the worst.

    The beds were clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was very simple. The bathrooms have no ventilation, so the doors and walls were peeling. The shower curtain didn’t close all of the way. The door to my room was not sitting right on the hinges, so there was light seen all the way around the door, and it would get stuck anytime you tried to open it.

    The fact that the elevator was not working and after driving six hours and getting in at midnight then having to haul all the luggage up three flights of stairs it was not pleasant. The only thing the front desk person said was the manager did not want to pay a service call all weekend so it was not working did not help at all

Very uncomfortable with strangers walking in and out of the station, literally next for to a hotel. Right behind it there was also some type of plant or facility that had smoke or steam rising out of the big chimney tube. I didn’t smell an odor, as we didn’t stay there long, just for one night. But none the less, It was just extremely awkward with the whole entire location. The elevator was broken the next day.

    The heater in my room was not working properly. There was an electrical burning smell when I turned it on, which was strange. I tried the regular fan setting and it seemed to work fine. The breakfast selection was lacking and the hot food was not great. This was surprising since I've had really good experiences at Country Inn and Suites locations.

    If you plan on having hot water, this isn’t the place. My room card didn’t work twice and had to get new cards which is a complete ridiculous inconvenience. The staff didn’t write down my original room number when I checked in. The breakfast was awful. You get what you pay for and I paid for poor quality. never again.

    Staff was fantastic and room was big and clean! Appreciated the Expedia VIP perks—not huge but appreciated that a budget hotel like this would still do a little extra. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t get to check out the amenities but breakfast had some good options and the eating area was clean too. Only thing was that hot water for the tea was lukewarm but we would definitely come back!

    Great check in. Room was clean but could use some painting in bathroom shower and behind door next to the shower. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was a full breakfast that you dont often see nowdays. Nice place close to highway 55 with easy on and off access. Free parking

    This place was filthy. Stained rugs and carpet, bathroom was gross, patches all over the walls, needs paint everywhere, looks like they never vacuum. The hotel shares a lot with a gas station and the element hanging around is questionable at best.

    I thought the photos online were way better than what the place looked like it person. There were patches in the hallway drywall and it needed a fresh coat of paint. Our room was ok. However it smelled like a sweaty gym. The grout in the showers looked gross. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    When checking in I felt the receptionist was rude. Wasn’t offered a receipt of our room. On checking out the next day the receptionist was was very considerate and did get me a receipt and when eating breakfast the attendant there also offered a good morning gesture with a smile.

    The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I stay here frequently. I booked my room through Booking.com and was charged one price. Woke up the next morning and had another charge on my card for $200 from the hotel itself. I have disputed the transaction with my bank. Due to this I will no longer be using Booking.com or booking through the hotel. I tried to call and speak with the hotel but no one ever answered the phone. I checked out a little after 8am and no one was at the front desk or answered the bell when I rang it at the front desk. Not very professional at all.

    Great check in experience. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom door had water damage that was painted over otherwise everything seemed fresh and clean. Felt safe and breakfast was good and fresh. Price was very reasonable and significantly lower than other hotels nearby. Location near highway and gas station not very scenic but hotel was pleasant, decorated nicely and quiet.

    This property is in a state of disrepair. First room had door issues, second room smelled musty, had a missing light cover, rusted towel bar, rusted bathroom door, dirty bed skirt. We were exhausted, it was late and could not drive anymore so we were stuck. The employee we encountered was super nice, helpful, and apologetic. Breakfast was not until 7 so too late for us so I cannot comment on that other than that’s way too late.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful however both beds in our room were awful! I believe the box springs were broken, when you laid in the middle of the bed you sunk in and it was very uncomfortable. We had to sleep on the very edge of the bed to keep from falling in.

    I had to be switched to a different room because of the smell in the room and stained sheets on the bed. The next room had stcky hard to open and shut the room entry door. Sheer window shades did not keep the light out from the city and adjoining property.

    A nice place to stay. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The first morning breakfast was almost out at 7:15. It took a while for more to come out. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. Second and third mornings were better, but still had to wait for refills.

    Staff were super sweet and accommodating. Comfy bed, pretty clean room, decent breakfast. The bathroom had a pretty pungent odor that I couldn't locate, which was alarming. Had to keep the door shut to keep it from entering the room. It didn't appear unclean, maybe the water was the issue? There was also a smoke alarm directly over the bed that flashed all night, and the black out curtains don't really black anything out. I have little kids which is really the only reason any of these things were bothersome. Overall I'd come back, but probably immediately request a different room if the smell was apparent again.

    All the reviews were great so I felt ok booking this. There is a gas station in the parking lot basically & also a huge noisy plant behind the hotel. People coming & going all hours of the night. Would not recommend this area again

    We had an okay time at this one, but I wouldn't rate it as highly as others have. Some staff were nice and helpful, but others were rude or indifferent - when we could find a staff member to begin with. The first room they gave us smelled strange, but they quickly gave us a different one. That room, the door was hard to open, but at least it didn't smell. Overall, the hotel suited our needs for the weekend, but I don't think we'd stay there again.

    We arrived with our granddaughter and friends after college volleyball game. The room reeked of marijuana. We immediately called down to get a different room and were told we would have to come back down stairs to office to get another key to a different room. Hotel has been updated but not clean. There is paint over rust and corrosion in bathroom. The furniture in lobby was dirty and old. I would not sit on it.

    Overall the room was as expected for the price point. The biggest complaint we had was the weekend car noise from the gas station across the street. It must be the gathering spot for the local car and motorcycle clubs because we were kept up until midnight with the revving engines and peel outs. Front desk said they couldn't do much and refused to make any calls to law enforcement. We will not be staying here again.

    Carpets were worn bedskirt was dirty. Bathroom ceiling was peeling the bottom of the door in the bathroom and gotten wet and it was peeling. Never anyone at the front desk needed a complete overhaul.

    As business man, I originally need Wi-Fi every night and there is no Wi-Fi here it’s not working and it was not on your website telling me that is no Wi-Fi now I’m stuck in the room. I cannot do any work. It’s very bad for me and I have to wait until tomorrow night. It’s really bad.

    Physically a nice looking place in a bad location. A lot of noise coming from the gas station next door. Bedding and pillows. Not great. No where to hang the hand towel. Need towel bar. No safe. Bathroom shower needs work.

    Staff was very nice. Good location. Rooms were clean The key pad did not work well and it was very hard to get the door open. Actually busted my knuckle in the process. Coffee was not kept up and a lot of people were looking for coffee in the morning!

    First room the sink filled up & wouldn’t drain. We switched to a different room. In 2nd room, after we had gone to bed, the toilet leaked and flooded bathroom floor. Tried to call front desk but phone didn’t work, so went to front desk. They came up to look at the problem. We then had to move to our 3rd room. Overall, felt all rooms were not clean and hotel not well maintained. The lobby area looks nice and appears to be clean but the three rooms we were in not clean/maintained. Would not stay here again and probably not choose this chain elsewhere based on this stay.

    We got to front desk at 10:30 pm. Check in and go to 419. Get off the elevator and a guy in shorts and tank asks what room we are in he will help find it. I said no. He says he is off duty maintenance manager. I said no thanks. He followed us to 419 where I was ready to defend myself and wife as he was following us. Go to room 419 and a lady, the guys girlfriend or wife is in our room waiting for him. Guy says sorry and we can have room 425. Just give him the keys and he will go change for us. I said no this all seems weird and we will go down and fix ourselves. He immediately starts panic texting someone. Front desk apologizes and changes our room to 2nd floor and said this shouldn’t happen. We are in bed about an hour later and all of a sudden someone knocks. I get up and is a night shift person giving us a bag of chips and bottle of water for inconvenience and a note saying come back and she will comp our room next time. We literally will never go there again. Felt very unsafe with guy being weird about the room and also upset that I spoke with front desk in the morning and she was like oh yeah I gave him a room. I told her very unsafe to send my wife and I up to an occupied room. She really didn’t care.

    Where should I start! I cancelled a reservation at another hotel to stay here because I was worried about staying at an independent hotel. I should have stayed there! When we pulled up to this hotel, there were orange cones, yellow caution tape, and smokers sitting outside the main entrance. The lobby was clean and well maintained but that’s where it stopped. We could not get into our first room because the lock wasn’t working. Needed to get another room. When we opened the door to the new room, I couldn’t believe how dirty the carpets were and all the issues. The curtains were falling off their hooks, the walls had holes where wall anchors previously were located. The bathroom had no working fan and the paint on the door and walls was bubbling. The picture in the bathroom had fallen off the wall and wasn’t replaced. There was also hair on the outside of the closet. We had driven 8.5 hours to get to this hotel and just wanted to sleep. We stayed the night and ran into another family that had to move because their shower didn’t work. We spent the day sightseeing and dreading going back to the hotel. We got back to our room and decided we couldn’t stay another night due to the room conditions. We went to the front desk and asked for a refund. Guess what, no manager on site. Asked for a phone call from the manager today and guess what, no phone call. Do not stay at this property if you expect a clean and well maintained room!! I except more from a Radisson.

    I booked this hotel for a two night stay. First arriving to the hotel everything seemed to be ok. The first night we discovered there were ants in our room. I spoke with the front desk attendant and he wrote my issue down on a pad. I expressed my concerns that a new room would be nice but he didn't give that option to us. The next day, I didn't hear back from a manger and afain, there were more ants in our room. The other front desk attendant informed me that the manager wasn't in until a certain time and that i should contact them directly. I called the number directly and no answer. I spoke iwth someone at the front desk that took my information down, but still no repsonse. It's been about a week and the hotel manager still hasn't reach out. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and accountability about this situation. My family and I will not stay at that hotel ever. again.

    Check in was quick and easy. Made it to the room and it was ice cold which I very much appreciated because it was hot outside. The room was nice and clean with comfy beds and pillows. Water pressure was nice and bathroom was spacious. Hot breakfast with different options during my stay but honestly the only thing good was the waffle you make yourself and the breakfast potatoes. Overall great hotel and I will definitely stay here again!

    One room had issues getting into room. When asked front desk, response was, "you may have to left up on the handle first. Some rooms do this". Ok, we will make it work. Second room, wall cracked around air conditioning (doesn't affect stay, just interesting for price). Toilet paper holder broken, sink cracked and little misc notices through out room. Chose this hotel for the rating eventhough a little more expensive than others. Rethinking choice. Would stay again, but may try another location first.

    The very first room we stayed in, the television would not work according to the printed instructions on paper, so we were moved to a room across the hall where we encountered an issue with ants. We reported it to the front desk and they cleaned the room. The staff was friendly, even though we encountered issues in both rooms they were accommodating.

    Made the reservation through Travelocity at the last minute, as a back up plan. Purchased insurance in case I had to cancel. Once it was determined that we did not need to travel, and therefore did not need the ROOM. We tried to cancel the ROOM through the insurance and their requirements were ridiculous. It’s not a cancel any time insurance policy. Someone asked to die or get sick and then submit lots of paperwork. Sorry we didn’t have a chance to visit.

    We loved the Bed and the way the rooms are set up . We did have a sink that needed fixed . But no big deal. The thing we didnt like was a knock on our door at 8:45 am and 10:30 am from housekeeping. The whole reason we picked this place was the 12 pm checkout that was nice so why did they bother us. Kinda weird

    The air conditioning was not working properly. It don’t get very cold in the room. Upon booking, it states you could choose one day for unlimited beverages, but there was only water to choose from. Also, there was a very large dip in the floor of our room. Not sure why or how it was there, but was a tripping hazard.

    The hotel is newly remodeled but there were still stains on the carpet and a decent amount of water damage on the ceiling in the shower. The shower curtain rod was also broken, leading to the shower curtain not fully closing and causing a mess every time I showered. The black out curtains were also broken and could not be fully closed. I would describe the hotel as "surface nice." Everything looks good as long as you don't try to actually use anything or really look closely at the details.
