We reserved our rooms on Wednesday, went to check in on friday night to find out they gave our rooms away. Very rude people. We were stuck trying to find a room at 11:00 at night.

Staff was helpful and nice. Cleanliness was terrible. There were no sheets on the bed. Stains all over the floor and walls. Walls were torn. The fridge had burn marks on the outside. There was a broken window screen on the bed.

I never got my room because the hotel was booked and Hotel.com still took my money. The lobby closes and after 10pm you have to call to get your room. No one was any help

Got to the hotel, noticed very run down and looked like a not so safe stay, garbage all over. Appeared people lived there and not just extended stays. Finally found the lobby which is not a lobby at all, only to be told they were overbooked and didnt have a room for me. Now im 5 hours from home with a child and no where to go, even though I had paid ahead. No phone call ahead to let me know, just yeah this happens a lot, you'll have to call hotels.com and see about a refund. Very unprofessional and sketchy.

I showed up after booking a reservation. When I arrived they told me they had no vacancy. I told them I had booked a reservation through expedia but they still told me they had no rooms available. Also, the front office smelled of Marijuana. Could have come from one of the guest, but the odor was very strong.

Since I had nowhere to go on no room, I said OK do they have a window? She said yes. Upon getting into the room, the lights doesn’t work. The room is disgusting in the corner a little the bed like this room has never been clean properly. Roaches was in the bathroom I went back downstairs to tell her. She thought she told me that the lights doesn’t work too and no you didn’t. You just said you had a room for me and the room that I book was two bunk bed. The room they gave me was one bunk bed for four of us. Again, I know where to go ask for towels and blanket. When I open the towels, the towels were black and dirty. The room needs to be renovated. They need to fix the AC and look like it was never been fixed in years. There’s so much dust in it. Why are you guys advertising your stuff on Expedia? The pictures does not look like the hotel. The picture look like

I couldn't even get into my room. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but she explained to me that my reservation was canceled, they overbooked and I'd need to speak with Booking.com --- The ambience and feel of the hotel, on the other hand, felt more like the projects than a hotel. If the outside was any indication as to the experience inside, I am glad my reservation was bumped... but no one told me until AFTER I arrived in town, so, there is that...

Didn't stay.. made a reservation Wednesday for a Friday night stay.. Friday night I pulled in and tried to get my room, was notified by the lady at front desk my room had been cancelled and didn't take the time to call or notify me of anything. Then proceeded to tell me they didnt have the staffing to clean the rooms for my stay, that's was reasoning for cancelation.. so at 11 pm at night had to call around and find another hotel
