Very friendly staff, clean rooms I booked 2 rooms and both were clean and conveniently located as we had one person in a wheelchair. Breakfast was okay. The fact that people let their kids run and jump off the beds in the middle of the night.

Then made me pay for extra room, even though I already paid for it. 2 days later, I’m still waiting for my refund. Then tried to blame booking.com, and told me that I had to waste my very limited time to fix it. Just to find out, it was the hotel’s fault. The breakfast was barely edible and cold. Coffee was always empty. And there is no General Manager, so nobody there with experience to help.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant and the breakfast was good. We paid as we checked out and the bill was as expected. But we received another bill for the same room and time frame, that was almost 2ce as much as the one we paid. I will follow up on this surprising error.

Well I hate to say but the room could have been better,they forgot to put the remote control for TV and put the microwave in the room.but they accommodate me soon after I ask them about it which was great,they apologized which means a lot..I will go back for sure!?

Pleasant surprise! I loved the aromatherapy that greeted me upon check-in. Shows they took an extra step. Room was very nice, updated & clean. Quiet climate control & comfy bed. The soap in the bathroom was also an aromatherapy brand that was extra nice. Plenty of linens & trash cans & plug ins. Marketing said continental breakfast but this was a full hot breakfast! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. The only reason I have 4 stars is that their new steam table buffet was not working even though the lights said it was. So I don’t blame staff but someone should have been checking temps digitally occasionally. After I pointed it out, staff on hand didn’t respond so I literally had to tell them to toss all the food. I was impressed that they asked what I wanted and they made it for me in the back so I was able to have my protein! Thank you. I will return.

I did not stay here. Unfortunately I booked this hotel by mistake. I wanted La Quinta Inn in Springdale, UTAH, not Arkansas. Expedia contacted the hotel for me and they refused to refund my 3 nights I prepaid, refused credit and refused to refund every 1 or 2 nights. I lost $515 and had to pay $800 for 3 nights in Springdale, UTAH. I will contact my credit card company and see if they can assist me with my refund.

Indoor pool is not heated. Bummer. Would think it would be. Why have it in doors? And not heat. They took the hot tub out. Not good experience. Main reason we rented there for grandkids. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!

The property was very easy to get to and conveniently located to restaurants and stores. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was only there for one night, but the room, lobby, dining area, and breakfast bar were all very clean and organized.

The Hotel is always beautiful and the staff are very kind it smells wonderful upon arrival and throughout your stay. Clean linen and the rooms were great very neat and tidy.

La Quinta was an excellent motel for my husband and myself. It was very clean, quiet, and very accommodating. We drove 5 hours and got where we were going 3 hours before check in time and they let us in early. God bless them for that because we were tired! The staff was friendly and they just made us feel welcome. We will definitely comeback here again. And the soap they have is very good soap. not like those little bars and bottlesmotels usually have. Its Dove.

Lotion in bathroom was empty, no hot water at 9:00 pm for a shower, breakfast quality and selection was poor at 7:30 am.

Room was clean. Booked the room because breakfast was included but the eggs looked old and were stuck to the pan. Only thing worth eating was the waffle.

The breakfast was subpar to other Laquintas that we have stayed in....no fruit, no meat, coffee was cool at best. Just not what we expected.

The front desk assisted me in finding a quiet room to sleep during the day while I worked night shift at the local hospital. The room was clean and everything was there that I needed.

Was very clean, they need to unstop the shower drain. When we took our showers, it backed up on both of us. We had to call the desk for a plunger to help get the water to drain. They said they had a buffet, was it was a very poor one. Nothing like La Quinta used to have !!!! Staff was very nice.

The staff is wonderful, the pillows and beds are very comfortable. I would give them a 9 out of 10. I reported the AC blowing hot air and they immediately responded to my call and fixed it. The lights outside weren’t completely covered by the blinds, there is a gap between them and the wall, curtains would solve the problem. The AC is a bit loud in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep very well.

The location is deplorable. The cleanliness of the location and room was appalling. The exterior is the first impression of the visit, and it conveyed a sense of impending unsanitary conditions. Upon arrival, I conducted my customary check for hair, food, animals, and lo and behold, we were informed of the presence of bedbugs in the room. I strongly dislike booking cheaper rooms. Consequently, I proceeded to book our room on the opposite street. The hotel is extremely unpleasant.

They had breakfast scheduled posted up to 10 am during the weekend, but when we when down to eat there was NO coffee and NO breakfast at all. The door where it was served was closed.

AC worked great. Walls are a little thin Could hear tv next door at 2:00 Am. Breakfast was mediocre.

Room was updated and very clean. Nice location 15 min from Fayetteville or Rogers. Breakfast was very limited in selections but lots of options nearby.

Other than a couple of minor items, it was an excellent stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our TV stopped working on the last night. The Hotel offered to move us to another room, but we really didn’t need to. The breakfast area was not well maintained. Several items ran out well before ending time and were not replenished i.e. waffle syrup, yogurt machine, coffee, toast.

Not impressed. Asked for extra blanket , said not available. Towels stocked nicely upon check in, then daily refresh no hand clothes or wash clothes. Room not vacuumed once in 5 days . No towels in pool area 4 days running . For the price there are much better options in Springdale. The biggest problem was whole we were gone during the day, staff turned temp up and we returned to a hot room with a poorly working very loud air conditioner.

Dinning hall was enough at all for the persons who are staying in. Reception guys didnt even bother about of the us who are standing and not able to get a table to sit. so walked out and had breakfast in denys. such as horrible experience.

Everything has been great so far. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is very clean and nice. The only issue we had was the air was not working and after a long hot day a at softball fields we really expected to come relax . The air unit stayed at 75 and would not go any lower an we had to break out our fans. Other than that everything has been great so far.

The gentleman working the desk when we arrived that evening was super kind and helpful. The air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room to our liking and the water wasn’t as hot as one would like it when showering. We were cold while showering. When I went to breakfast the room felt like a sauna. It was so hot. Coffee was out at 7:30 am and the food area needed cleaned up. The lady working the breakfast area wasn’t keeping up or replenishing food. Worried about putting on her make up. At 8:30 when our son went to eat it was way worse and she was all worried about fixing her plate. No coffee, no yogurt etc and waited 20 minutes for pancake mix to be mixed up with repeatedly asking her. The breakfast room was still hot and a mess. We expected way better since the room cost $189 a night.

I have stayed in several La Quinta inn around the country by far this has been the cleanest!!! Hands down 10 out of 10 will be my first pick when back in Springdale Arkansas.

The stay was good. Room was cleaned only once. When we asked for more towels and toilet paper they were happy to help. Our keys locked us out. The lady over the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk was helpful too.

The room was beutiful there were dirty socks behind the chair and the pool area was really dirty as well.

In town for 3 days, 2 nights. Friendly staff. Clean property. Needs more attention to detail on continental breakfast, as there was no coffee or butter either morning. Limited bread selection and quantities for toast, English muffins, etc. You have to pour your own milk from a gallon jug, which I don’t mind at home, but this is a public facility. No dirty laundry bags available in room or on property.

We arrived at the hotel, with a tired baby, tired after a long drive, only to find the hotel closed. When they were contacted, they just said: "Sorry, but we can't help you. You will have to find another place to stay. You will have to call Travelocity if you want a refund" Charming

Went to a Razorback game and it was a perfect location for getting to the game but not to close to get involved in post game traffic.

Let me start off with the good. The location was nice. Okay, that is the end of the good. This was a trip my family took just to relax and run around NW Arkansas. When we got to the hotel it was in the middle of a renovation, which it badly needs. It would have been nice to tell that it was in the middle of a reno on the website. Another reason we picked this hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing and way to cold swim in. The hot tub was hot but only 2 jets were working. The room we got was, not to long ago, a smoking room. The smell of stale smoke was everywhere. The bathtub had burn marks on the tub where cigarettes had been. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and after a terrible night's sleep we went down to breakfast. Breakfast was sub-par with the worst coffee I've had in a while. The hotel staff had the TV on in the dining area really loud, and when we asked for them to turn it down, the front desk guy just smiled and turned it louder. I haven't written a bad review in a while, but this place definitely deserves it. Maybe after the reno it may be a good place, but we will find a different place from now on.

Conveniently located to food and shopping. The pool is NOT heated. We asked the front desk staff and they didn’t know if it was suppose to be or not. The continental breakfast was very limited to just pancakes and toast. There was yogurt but it was expired. Coffee and juice was available as well.

We stayed during the Bikes Blues & BBQ weekend. We had a King Deluxe room. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay!

My hotel room was filthy. The room had a dirty bed with visible stains and strains of hair. I went to the front desk and was supplied with another room. This room was clean to the naked eye. I am sure a black light would confirm my nightmares. For the pricing of the rooms, the quality was lacking severely.

THE FOOTBALL GAME

Way to much money for the condition of the room. It stunk like Romanian rice nasty. Holes in the wall. Horrible experience. Never pay this much again. This should of been a 50$ room.

I can't believe y'all will not refund me for at least one night. I understand I didn't book the correct date but I had 2 nights so I feel one of those charges would of been enough for y'all. When I'm back up that way I'll be sure not to stay at your hotel even if it's the only one available. Do better!

Affordable place to stay. Room was fairly quiet even though it was near the freeway. Plenty of places to walk to to eat. Fueling stations were nearby. Pool was a great way to spend an hour relaxing. Everyone was super friendly.

No bottled water was available. Other than that it was awesome Room was very comfortable and the bed was wonderful

3 days-2 nights. Saw the same staff all weekend. 1 person working check in and breakfast. Room was luke warm and it could never cool down. Needs a face lift and updating. Not impressed with the condition, especially given the La Quinta brand and the rate.

Gross. Just gross.

The room had an unpleasant smell. There were holes in the curtain and the air conditioner did not work properly. We had one bath towel, one hand towel and two wash cloths and they looked like they had been thrown onto the towel rack which made me feel like they had not been put in there before our stay. The breakfast had packaged muffins, white sliced bread, cereal, yogurt and a waffle maker. The coffee was not drinkable. The hotel is badly in need of an update and seemed pretty dirty.

Room was better much better than I expected because it was difficult to find a one-night reservation within my price range. Clean and beds very comfortable. Pool area could do with some sweeping/cleaning. The elevator has not seen cleaning in the recent past - especially the gap as you enter the elevator. Should not take long to do that!

Could not see out of my window. Table in lobby was filthy. Arm chairs in lobby dirty.

Our room was not cleaned after first night. Had to ask for clean towels no fresh bed sheets. Room was NOT touched anytime during our two night stay. Check in area was dirty. Inch of dust in tables. Legs on chairs broken. Breakfast area not cleaned, items not refilled. Empty coffee pot.

Hotel was in good condition and we were surprised to learn dogs were allowed. To much barking and we do not like to stay in hotels where animals are allowed!

Great location, close to freeway, restaurants and shops. Hotel is poorly maintained. The room we were assigned to unfortunately has a parking lot light almost directed at our window. So annoying. Staff in this hotel are friendly and accommodating.

The pictures in the advertisement did not accurately reflect the room we got. The room was stinky and AC did not work. Moved to another room that was not much better. No towels at the whirlpool.

Overall it was okay. But neither the interior nor exterior walls offered any sound barrier. The guests staying on either side of our room arrived at about 11:30 and were very loud both in the hallway and in their room; we could hear every word they were saying. The sound of highway traffic outside was also very loud. Very tiny bathroom as well.

I’ve stayed here several times in the past 6 years, but not within the last year. It might be under new management. The cleanliness and upkeep are not as good as in the past. The thermostat didn’t work in the first room I was given. Got a different room and killed a roach in the wall as I entered.
